I had a delivery here, and I got lucky with the dock door they gave me. If you get door 5, you're absolutely set (Stairs to the right of door 5, so it's not tight at all really.)
As far as the rest of them go, you'll only really have issues as a full 53' trailer when it comes to space between the doors. It's a bit tight, but in general there's plenty of room to maneuver. It could get difficult if your door is right next to another truck, but just take your time.
Other than that, if you know how to back you'll be fine. I was unloaded and on the road again in less than an hour. Everyone there was really nice.
Park on the road coming in. If you approach from the north you'll have more luck getting a place to park on the side of the road than if you approach from the south, since approaching from the south puts the facility as the first thing on your left.
Overnight parking is a ticket risk, the signs say no parking between 10PM and 7AM every day. I didn't stay for the night, just an FYI if you wanna risk it. Other than that, overall, great experience. One of the best container places to deliver to that I've been to in the LA area.
