Free entry. They're open the first Sunday of every month (except in January) from 8am-3pm (some places close up shop earlier). Parking is $2 in the parking structure in parking lot 5. Make sure you pay at the machine or you'll get a ticket. You can probably find parking on the street if you search for it and walk. They block off streets for this event. It was really hot when I went. They only sold drinks and food at 1 vendor, and it was outdoors. Most of the stuff they sold here were repetitive. Some items were pricey, and some items were decent in price. I walked the whole place. They should just have everything held in the structure as it was too hot outside. The structure had 2 levels of vendors. I didn't find anything useful and left empty-handed.

Google
No admission fee but there is a parking fee if you park inside the campus --2.00 have your car license number for parking machine. Lots of walking here -wear GOOD shoes! To far parking maybe one mile from garage to swap meet not good for older people some sellers have been there for over 20 years 😳bless their hearts 💕

This is one massive flea market! For jewelry, vintage clothing and vinyl, I don't think you can do much better. It is vast, spread out over multiple parking lots and free. Many vendors start to shut down between 1 and 2 pm, so it's best to show up early. The record section is inside the parking structure. If you want to be thorough, there is another floor of vendors on the floor below. Unlike the Rose Bowl Flea Market, half of the market is covered, so it is possible to attend on a hot, sunny day and not melt.

Google
Great spot for a flea market… kinda spread out too much to take it all in one go… got kinda lost here and there but figured it out eventually…. Great deals if you can find it…

I’ve been living in Los Angeles for several years now and I’m not sure why today was the first time coming here - this flea market is great! One of the better ones in SoCal. Spread across parking lots 1, 3 and 4 - this will have something for everyone. Ephemera, antiques, clothing, jewelry, toys, comic books, some basketball cards and LOADS of vintage records. Admission is FREE (whereas early admission for Rose Bowl flea is $20) and parking is only $2/day. My rankings of SoCal flea markets so far: 1. Rose Bowl Flea 2a. Long Beach 2b. PCC 3. Melrose Trading Post 4. Silverlake flea

Google
Right up there with Long Beach and Rose Bowl in terms of the best flea or antique markets in greater Los Angeles. My favorite thing that sets PCC apart from those, is that it’s free to get into!! All you have to do is pay $2 to park. But to get into the actual vendors area, there is no extra cost. Given the early entrance fee to Rose Bowl is $20/person, PCC seems like a steal. This one is heavy on records, and mixed antique and flea items. You’ll also find LA’s best plant person: Arnold. Go to him for rare succulents! He’s the master. The prices at PCC are also generally lower and so this feels like the perfect flea for the budget conscious. Some vendors will haggle, not all. It’s spread out so you need to be prepared to walk. But unlike Rose Bowl which all happens out in the open, many of the vendors at PCC are in parking garages which is nice for those who don’t do well exposed to the hot sun. It’s an unusual flea, that feels set apart from others and awesome in ways that defy description. Just try it! All you have to lose is the $2 parking fee ;)

Google
Awesome antique flea market. Bring comfortable walking shoes because there is a plenty of walking and lots of sunscreen. With 3 different areas to explore, you will need several hours to see everything. There are two outdoor areas, located in parking lots and the larger area located in a parking structure. There is no parking attendant however you are required to self-pay $2.00 at the ticket kiosk.

Google
Fairly big flea market. Admission is free. They have $2 on-site parking, but there’s also free street parking nearby. There’s a good variety of items: plants, clothing, records, tchotchkes, furniture, jewelry, etc. Most of it is outdoors, but there’s a section inside a parking garage which is great when it’s hot. There was an information stand with free coffee provided by Jones. They also have restrooms for patrons to use. Lots of people brought their dogs. Mix of people wearing masks and not.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the Pasadena City College (PCC) Flea Market, and overall, it was a great experience. Google Maps provided easy-to-follow directions. You'll park in Lot 5 and pay for parking at the yellow kiosk. Be sure to know your license plate number, as it's required during payment! The machine doesn't print a physical ticket. Parking costs $2, and from there, you'll need to walk across campus to reach the three vendor lots (1, 3, and 4). If you plan to shop, I highly recommend bringing a rolling cart as it makes carrying your goods much easier. I came mainly to browse CDs and plants. I was surprised that there were tons of CDs available. I assumed vinyl would dominate the scene, but I was impressed by the CD selection. Most of the best CD deals were on the upper level of the covered parking lot 4. Each booth is a bit of a mixed bag and vendors typically don't specialize in a single genre. The plant selection was a bit sad. Only four vendors were selling plants, and just one had a selection that stood out with some unique-to-me offerings. Bring cash! The vast majority of vendors are cash-only, although a few do accept Zelle or Venmo. Also, if you're planning to sift through a lot of items, especially stacks of CDs like I did, bring hand wipes. My hands got pretty grimy after going through several booths. Overall, this flea market offers a fun mix of items, and their CD and vinyl selection is especially impressive.

Yelp
Have been to the Rose Bowl Flea Market and its immense size has always been overwhelming to me. Recently discovered the Pasadena City College and it's the perfect size, plus it's free... 5 stars!!!!! Find that special treasure needing a new home, from housewares to decor items to furniture to toys to clothes to books to old records to even plants! Guaranteed that you'll find something but even if you don't, simply browsing is more than enough fun. Make sure to hit up the vendors in the outside parking lots on Hill Street first and end your adventure in the multilevel parking structure overlooking the PCC track to keep you cool on a warm, hot day. Don't be afraid to ask for a discount, especially when buying multiple items. Make sure to remember to stop by the first Sunday of every month, starting at 8 am, if you are free! There is a parking structure for customers within a five minute walk but there are also plenty of free street parking spaces that are even closer if you're willing to look.

Yelp
Always new and different vendors. Free with ample parking. Various food options. 30 plus years of awesomeness.

Yelp
This flea market is bigger than expected since they have vendors inside level 1 and 2 of the parking lot, as well as on the other side of the tennis courts. Great place to walk around if you're into flea markets. They only have a couple of vendors for food/drinks, so not many options. They're open only on the first Sunday of the month from 8am-3pm. :: Parking :: Parking is FREE in Lot 5 (until June 2, 2024) per their website. :: Restroom :: There are signs letting you know where the restrooms are located.

Yelp
This is the greatest flea market and has a wide variety of antique furniture, toys , tools, music and other products not available elsewhere. It is fun and easy to find what you're looking for or didn't know you wanted by the price is too good to pass up. Start your Sunday morning early and enjoy the rest of your day having had a fun at this flea market.

Yelp
The biggest, most organized, and clean flea market ever! Pro-tip: there is a parking garage that is also full of vendors so if it's too hot outside, this is a great break from the sun. Quality: the quality of items vendors have are amazing. The variety of items from vintage clothing, antiques, furniture items, vinyl records, craftsmen treasures, they have it all--and they're clean and kept up! Cash: Yes, we're in 2024 but not all vendors do paypal or venmo and such. It's safe to bring both forms of payment and bring cash just in case. The vendor I went to, I got 8 wonderful vinyl records for $100 (to help you gauge how much). Vendors are also up to negotiate costs- just be nice about it. Food: There a couple of food trucks but it's not guaranteed every visit. Bring water! Parking: I suggest preparing time to look for parking. Pending what time in the day you arrive, this may take a bit so prepare your mind-but this flea market IS worth it! Most people I see park in the nearby neighborhoods/streets and walk to the market location.

Yelp
My best friend of a hundred lifetimes and I have been going to this flea market for the past few months. Unfortunately, life has sent him to live in Ventura with his wife and me to live in San Bernardino with mine. Approximately halfway between is the Pasadena CC Flea Market. Parking is convenient. We get there at 8:00 and there are many spaces available. The map on the PCC website is accurate and useful. In order to park, you just need to insert $2 and punch your car's license plate into a parking kiosk. Look for the line of people. Many bring carts. We bring tote bags. Many of the vendors are regulars, but many of them have enough different things to sell from month to month to keep buyers interested. We spend the morning there, eat lunch at the taco truck (there is only one main taco truck there), and roam until we have had enough. We like to start outside with the vendors in the north lot while it is still cooler, make our way south towards the other lots, and finish up in the parking structure. One person's junk really is another person's treasure. Bring cash, but some vendors do accept Venmo and credit cards for large payments.

Yelp
Overall it's a nice way to spend your weekend morning with the kids, the dog, the grandparents taking a stroll through the nice lush campus and rummaging through vintage wares. You can find some nice unique items, vintage clothes, jewelry, plants, records and decor but some are a bit overpriced. There are 3 sections, one in front of the campus by Colorado the other off to the side in Hill street and the third inside the parking structure, so it's a large enough space to get your steps in. They do have some foodtrucks but not enough. So be sure to bring a snack and water. Also bring a reusable bag to carry your purchases. The entrance is free and can enter through anywhere in the campus. The parking lot is $2 and entrance is through Bonnie Ave. There are plenty of well labeled signs for parking, bathroom, etc and information booths to help you find what you need.

Yelp
Came here for the first time with my family and we had a blast! We explored this place for about 3 hours and each bought at least an item. The vendors were friendly and nice. You can also bargain with most (if not all) the vendors to get the price of some of the items reduced. Most of the vendors don't have places to try on your clothes, so I recommend coming in shorts and a thin shirt. They have over 500 vendors both located outside of Lot 4 and inside two floors of the parking lot. They had so much to explore, including plants, clothes, posters, vinyls, shoes, books, pottery, utensils, etc. There's also food trucks stationed nearby if you get hungry and want a quick bite. We're definitely coming back! FYI: PCC only has this every first Sunday of each month and you can follow their IG for updates since they're pretty active on there

Yelp
I was on my way back home on Sunday at 11 AM and I accidentally noticed this jam-packed flea market. Since I had time to spare, I made a detour and stopped by here. [Hours]: First Sunday of every month 8 AM to 3 PM [Parking]: $2 all-day parking at Student Parking Lot 5 (off of Bonnie Ave) & you'll need to know your license plate number. You will be parking at a designated parking structure at PCC (Pasadena City College) and the lot is approximately 5 minutes away from the flea market. [Amenities & vendors]: Free admission! This flea market has one of the biggest collections of vinyl record/used CDs & DVDs vendors in Southern California. Most of record vendors are located inside of a parking structure (Student Parking Lot 4, Level 2 &3) & you will find them on both levels. In addition, there are tons of antique/comic/coin/book vendors inside of Student Parking Lot 4. Unlike Student Parking Lot 4, Student Parking Lot 1 and Lot 3 are outdoor parking lots and there are no places to hide from the intense SoCal sunlight. You will mostly find boutique vendors/beaded necklace/furniture on Lot 1 and Lot 3. In fact I randomly found a Tazos binder and actually made a purchase too. Restrooms are also easily accessible as few of them are opened to the public across the campus. Expect 400+ vendors with 50+ record and used music vendors + small & limited selection on food vendors. Overall this is a heaven for record collectors and definitely one of the more exciting flea markets in Los Angeles/Orange County. P.S. - Apparently the original inception was dated back in 1977.

Yelp
super disappointing, not worth the drive! i was really excited to walk through this flea market because i thought it would be somewhat like the rose bowl flea market which is also in pasadena. pcc flea was very underwhelming. parking was easy, but the layout of the market is all over the place. there are 4 parking lots where vendors are set up. 2 of the parking lots are outdoors and the other 2 lots are inside of a parking garage? the vendors are messy and unorganized. none of their booths were setup properly nor were the items they were trying to sell. everything is so overpriced. i understand they are trying to reach middle & upper class folks, but this is essentially a swap meet set up with nothing under $20. all of the flea markets i have attended at a community college have affordable items, not pcc! the people attending this market are mostly families, so it's sad that the vendors don't even care. it is dog friendly with some of the worst behaved dogs with owners who simply could care less. overall, would not recommend. i don't think it's worth wasting your time here. you are better off going to the rose bowl flea market where you'll get your money's worth walking around the entire rose bowl. the prices vary from extremely affordable to designer expensive, but the vendors are set up nicely and organized.

Yelp
I hadn't been here for years and it made for a nice walk on a cool Sunday morning. Lots of interesting things to look at and take photos of. I got a little confused with the map and the new parking structure and never did find the records section, but that's okay. We got close street parking, so that was a plus.

Yelp
Love this place because the prices are amazing compared to the stuffy and smaller LA flea markets. I felt very spoiled after shopping at some of the more well known flea markets and swap meets in the LA area. Very fair prices (listed in my photos) and the amount of vendors were HUGE. Easily could have spent 3-4 hours here if I had the stamina. There's a large outdoor parking lot and 2 levels of indoor parking full of vendors. Lots of unique vintage furniture (less heavy on the clothes, more accessories, jewelry, shoes, posters, etc), and it seems Like a lot of older vendors like this place. BRING CASH- some spots are cash only. Below is a portion of my incredible haul (they only let me select 10 photos) and some of the cute items I found with prices listed. Will be back every month until the day I die
google avatar

Yelp
Exploring this fantastic antique flea market is a must. Make sure to wear comfy shoes and slather on sunscreen as you meander through the three distinct sections. Be prepared to spend several hours to fully take in all the treasures. The market consists of two outdoor sections situated in parking lots and a larger area housed in a parking structure. Remember to self-pay $2.00 at the ticket kiosk since there is no parking attendant on site.
google avatar

Diana H.

Yelp
Imposible to be allowed to participate as a vendor. Personally I don't shop or recommend places where I'm not allowed and they aren't friendly to new businesses trying to break in. They never replied to my registrations very rude nor to even contact me.
google avatar

Jim E.

Yelp
New parking meters are a pain, spent more than 30 minutes in line to get the parking paid for, only one machine was working OK each level causing long lines. Construction moved vendors all around and we missed a whole section due to lack of signage showing more vendor locations. May try again in a few months but not worth the trouble until they get things worked out.
google avatar

Yelp
This weekend was my first experience here. There are signs all around showing you where to park. Parking is $2 and admission is free. Get here early for a good spot, or else you may be searching for a spot for a while. This is an outside and a covered parking flea market. I recommend looking at the outside items first before it gets too hot, then venture to the shady parking structure. I sell on eBay, so there were not any real deals on anything. The venders have researched their items and know their worth. There is a great selection of vintage items. I did find so neat items that I will be keeping. Estate sales have the same items for much cheaper, but if you don't have time to go to these, the flea market is a great option to find that perfect gift or cool item. On a side note, dogs on leashes are welcome. I saw quite a few. There are bathrooms all around campus. There are some food vendors , but I recommend bringing snacks and water in a backpack.
google avatar

Kaylyn S.

Yelp
A large flea market spread out over several of the PCC parking lots. There are also several vendors over 2 levels of one of the parking structures. The shade is good, but the air is very still and stuffy... especially when some bonehead was smoking. A lot of records, DVDs, costume jewelry, used clothes, and glassware. There is also a lot of plain ol' junk. A few in our group found a couple of things to buy, but prepare to look through a LOT of crap to find that one "gotta have it" item. Side note - Be careful if you're looking for records, cassettes, videos, etc.... a lot of the vendors selling these items have them in the sun.
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
Can't believe that I haven't been coming here for years! I'm obsessed with this flea market in comparison to all other la ones. It's free admission, two dollar parking with plenty of free street, dogs allowed, and very casual and relaxed all around. Very high quality, well curated vendors, with prices lower than most other flea markets in the areas. Not much big furniture, mostly smaller or singular items, and some scattered clothes and shoes, good amount of jewelry.
google avatar

Max S.

Yelp
Yes, this flea market is located on the Pasadena City College campus on the first Sunday of every month. It's street parking, so you have to get here early, if you don't want to hunt for parking. There is no entrance fee which is a nice thing because most of the larger flea markets change you to enter. They have two separate outdoor sections and two floors in the parking structure. They have an entire section of vinyl, if that's what you're looking for. One of the best things about this flea market is that most of the seller are located inside the parking structure. This is good because when it is raining or if it really hot you are protected from the weather. There is quite a lot to look at and you can bring your dog along, too.
google avatar

Yelp
'Twas a cold and foggy morning at the re-opening of the Pasadena City College swap meet today. It's been closed since the pandemic quarantine, and I have missed the rows of treasures and trash. Yay! I bought one item: Vintage Melodee Bells ornaments in the original box. Joy!
google avatar

Yelp
Flea market person? If so, drop everything, because PCC's flea market is the shizz. First Sunday of the month, yo. It's huge, covering about seven different, adjacent areas of Pasadena's community college. Best part -- much of the flea market is inside, taking up an enclosed parking garage, making for a cool shopping experience. The rest is outside in the street level parking lots, so bring sunscreen or a parasol. Second best part -- unlike neighboring Rose Bowl flea market, this one's free. Freebie street parking abounds. The selection here is pretty fun, from toys to collectibles to jewelry to furniture to plants to just plain junk. The vendors I interacted with today were willing to bargain or, in some cases, the price was right and I didn't even bother. This flea market is so dog friendly, some people bring two dogs. See you, and your dogs, here!

Pauline G.

Yelp
Been going fir over 30 years it's slit of gun and good exercise. Always meet Great venders

Yelp
Of all the flea markets across L.A. and O.C. this is currently my favorite. Yes, the Rose Bowl Flea Market is much larger with more sellers, same with Long Beach, but this one has a lot more interesting and artistic (for lack of a better word), available items. Plus, most of it is in PCC's multilevel parking lot, which keeps you out of the sun or the rain. And, it is FREE. which most of the others ones around the area are not. If you want a great flea market experience, check this place out. Highly Recommended !
google avatar

Stephanie F.

Yelp
Some might say that the Rose Bowl is the best Flea Market in Pasadena, but I would vote that it is this one! I have had some amazing finds here! I have mostly bought furniture (dining room table with 4 chairs was my biggest purchase) but they really have everything. There is no entrance fee, but you have to pay for parking if you park in the garage (you can also find street parking). Sellers are set up in an outside parking lot, but most of them are in the multi level garage (which is fantastic on a hot day because of the shade). The sellers there are all true flea market seller ie no Etsy or boutique people (like you might find some at the Rose Bowl). They really have unique product and are ready to barter. You won't have the awe of the being at the Rose Bowl, but for a true flea market on a more local turf- this is the place!

Yelp
This flea market is HUGE. I was completely overwhelmed by how large of an area it spanned and how much there was to go through. Definitely set aside the entire morning and most of the early afternoon if you're making plans check this place out and explore it thoroughly. You've got vendors selling clothes, shoes, furniture, antique home decor, trinkets and jewelry, books, vintage records, comics, posters, postcards, and a bunch of other knick-knacks you never knew you wanted. I only casually sifted through some of the clothing selection, and while there were some cool vintage-y looking pieces (that looked fairly new and unused) mixed in with more hip and modern styles, I felt that many of these pieces were overpriced for what they were actually worth. As an avid thrifter, I've grown accustomed to paying only $3-5 for most of my clothing items. Nothing over $15 ever really strikes me as a good deal anymore. Many shoe vendors didn't carry sizes smaller than a women's 6, and even at the rare vendor that happened to have 5s and 5.5s, selection was very limited. Don't worry: if they don't have your size in the women's selection, they'll most likely have it in the kids'. To convert your women's shoe size to a kids' size, simply subtract 2 sizes from your women's shoe size (ex: a women's size 5 shoe is equivalent to a kids' size 3 shoe). There were a couple vendors selling indoor plants and succulents - succulents went for $1 each for the tiny ones and $3 each for slightly bigger ones. One of the vendors offered a deal: 12 for $10 for the tiny ones, 5 for $10 for the bigger ones. I went ahead and bought the 5 for $10, and to say that I am very much pleased with my purchase doesn't even begin to express my satisfaction with my new succulents :) We decided to call it a day after around 2-3 hours of browsing (and no, we didn't finish going through the entire flea market within that time). The food vendors and food trucks didn't appear particularly enticing to us so we walked across the street to Pencil for a healthy and tasty lunch. Admission is free but parking is $2 for the entire day if you want to park at any of the PCC parking lots/structures. Or you can come early for limited street parking around the surrounding neighborhood. Sometimes people are nice and will leave their daily permits in the kiosk as they're leaving (I highly encourage more flea market-goers to make it a habit to engage in this thoughtful practice), so make sure you check. The kiosks take both cash and card.

Yelp
So much to see! So many finds. Plan to spend several hours and the earlier the better. $2 parking in the college. Plan on going again.

Yelp
Junk, B.O., fleas... More junk, b.o., and fleas... If walking through this environment doesnt make you immediately go home, shower and start clearing out all your useless clutter at home nothing will!

Yelp
I am not really big on there sorts of things. Flea markets I mean. My wife enjoys them. I like to go to people watch. There seems to be a much more interesting crowd at flea markets rather than a swap meet. I also tag along to be the Sherpa. Sherpa sounds much better than pack mule. We arrived today around 9ish. Parking was crazy, but we found a good spot. Parking is $2.00 by the way. You have to buy your parking permit at one of the parking machines. FYI-they are not centrally located, so you may want to buy your permit before you park or you will have a long walk for a lil piece of paper. I have to say that I like the interesting mix of things, or objes d' art, that are at this flea market. If you are into antiques, you should go. If you are into old books or records, you should go. If you are into interesting old people, you should go. If you are into interesting young people, you should go. I like the fact that there is a lot of mid-century modern furniture available. I wish I had a place to put all of it, but it is nice to look at. Some of the vendors are a little high in their prices. They know what they have and know what people are willing to pay. You can haggle, nay bargain with some of them. The flea market has an indoor and an outdoor area. The good stuff seems to be indoors. Make sure to bring a good pair of walking shoes and a cart or something transport your treasures. There is food available in case you get the munchies. The breakfast sandwhiches are pretty good and give you that boost you need. Coffee is good too. FYI-The PCC flea market takes place on the first Sunday of every month.

Yelp
Beyond amazing selection of vinyls here. Everything is negotiable, so we were happy to get favorite albums for a great price. We came 30 mins before the market closed so we worried we weren't going to get anything. But some vendors stayed until 3:30 which was awesome. Dr. Kevin made a great deal for us & i was very impressed by his background. We definately will be saving our money every month to take a trip here.

Yelp
It's really fun to come check it out every once and awhile. It's free so vendors are more willing to wheel and deal, and parking is only $2. A great way to waste a Sunday morning/afternoon and hopefully come home with a few newly coveted (vintage) treasures! It's really big (outside vendors and inside parking structure vendors) so take some comfortable shoes and something to provide shade in the summer. We came at around 11am and it wasn't very crowded. Parking is easy, just park in the structure and buy a parking pass at any parking pass station (machines are located throughout the structure), pay $2 and place the pass in your window. It's sort of a yard sale/swapmeet/flea market mix, with booths ranging very differently from each other. Some things that were a real steal for a hoarder like me was a vendor selling .25cent and .50cent postcards and another vendor had stacks and stacks of vintage black and white pics. for .50cents each. I love collecting vintage ephemera so it was good to see some that was reasonably priced. Also quite a bit of cowboy boots to choose from, another weakness of mine. First Sunday of every month. Definitely worth the time!

Yelp
Such a cool, unique place for Sunday funday! I've been here once and just went for window shopping. You can find old goodies like chinas, records, antique toys, clothing, furniture, so on...some were just junky looking. It was just fun bringing my dogs here and going for a stroll. The flea market is big and it even goes inside the parking lot.

Yelp
Such a great flea market, I think it's the best one in Pasadena! From the wide variety of records, fun and unique antiques, awesome vendors, great food and live band, Homemade Jam, it has something for everyone!! I've been going there for years and it still never fails to surprise me- each market brings something new.

Yelp
Nice little flea market. Not a great deal of vendors, but a bunch of cool stuff. If you're in the area, it's always a nice stroll checking out a little of this and a little of that. But don't trust the guy selling baseball cards. He said a few cell packs weren't searched but I got so many checklists. Not cool dood. Other than that, it was a fun place to visit.

Yelp
Note to self: Put your walking shoes on. Not only outdoor spaces, there are 2 floors in the parking garage also! Free entrance. Fee to park unless just add a few more blocks to your pedometer

Yelp
A nice place to visit every month on Sunday. A decent amount of vendors that will have good things at times. I found some personal vintage tees here that I love! Parking gets crowded in the morning at times but usually, you should be able to find a spot. It is also FREE which is nice since other flea markets usually have an admission fee. Would recommend this flea market to anyone.

Yelp
Brought out of town guest here for a unique LA experience and it started pouring most of the vendors weren't prepared for the rain and they all were scrambling to pack up. We saw a lot of new age crystals, meditation bowls, etc that we haven't seen elsewhere. Overall interesting experience but I provably wouldn't be a regular. Admission is $9 exact cash only, no change, and most vendors only take cash, which is a rare request in the US.

Yelp
I look forward to this flea market every month. It 's walking distance from my condo and it's Free!!! What better to spend a nice sunny day then walking around looking for stuff. I bought a nice street sign here. One can find a lot of old vinyl records inside the parking structure. Beware of the small dogs that people walk or hold. They look friendly but don't pet them they bite. I learned the hard way.

Yelp
First time coming, great vibes and goodies everywhere. From a wide array of different products( handmade goods, records, antique items, jewelry, and even vintage clothing. The vendors are mostly friendly and willing to negotiate if you really like what you see. Will definitely go again.

Yelp
I cannot wait until it reopens. This is by far the best flea market I have been to. Let me count the ways: 1. Free entry! 2. Not too big, not too small. Perfect size. By the time you are done walking it and checking everything out, a bunch of hours have passed and you are done! 3. Beautiful location in Pasadena, and if you're hungry there is plenty of eating immediately off campus. 4. There are some 'professional' vendors, but also lots of regular peeps. I have always found some sweet deals. Most recently a mandolin that my gf requested! Well, she actually asked if I could look for a guitar type instrument to use as wall decoration. And I found this beautiful mandolin! For myself - I'm always on the look out for camera gear and have found screaming deals from regular sellers. 5. Great place to buy vinyl records. And again, if you can skip the pro sellers, you can find sellers that will sell you albums for $1 each! 6. Parking is easy - $2 in the lot or free on the street. If it is a sunny day - bring a wide brimmed hat because it can get toasty! I love this place. Can't wait for it to come back.

Yelp
A flea market, in every sense of the word. Trinkets, odds, ends, and the people who are fascinated by it all. Some price on the value they hold in their own hearts, some price at a more sane level. Me? I love to people watch. My puppy does too. Some people loved him, some were deathly afraid of him. He seemed to have fun with the attention, and I had some rad conversations with random people. The end.

Yelp
It's not as big as the Rose Bowl flea market but it has a nice selection.. True the dealers tend to be a tad more over priced.. I can't really even blame the economy for the dealers being over priced because years ago when I first started coming here I always thought that they were a little over priced...... But I always seem to find the good deals... This time around I found a complete Bakelite culinary set.. (forks, spoons, knives) $40 dollars... A steal in my book!! This flea market happens every 1st Sunday of the month. 2nd Sunday of the month is the Rose Bowl flea market. 3rd Sunday of the month is the Long Beach flea market.

Yelp
Like the Rose Bowl? You'll love this! Lots of the same vendors and it's free (plus you can bring your pooch - just don't bring her on hot days as the asphalt will burn her paws!) Don't be afraid to bargain (but don't be too cheap) - you're paying a price because you didn't want to wake up early for a yard sale on Saturday / buy out a whole estate / steal from abandoned schools - however these people get their inventory. Anyway, more laid back than the Bowl - no celebrities, camera crews - oh, and tip I've seen no one mention - you can come earlier than the stated time and beat the crowds. Vendors set up at least an 1/2 hour earlier. Plus, if you do, you can get free parking on neighborhood streets! (dammit, please give me a useful for this - who else prior to me has mentioned this tidbit?) And no dogs when it's 80 or over - for real. There is a corner vendor who will LOUDLY shame you and curse you out if you don't notice your tiny dog is hop-walking because the hot asphalt burns her feet. And I'll laugh at you then report you to The Humane Society (who is there almost every Market -ON GRASS under a tree. Happy hunting!

Yelp
This is for all you record digging DJs and hobbyists. If you don't know by now, you are seriously missing out on some gems here. Specifically for the DJs, here is the link for the record swap info: http://www.pasadena.edu/fleamarket/recordswap.cfm Pack up your old school portable record player and some comfortable headphones. Don't bring the girlfriend. And if you do, tell her to bring her own friends because she won't be seeing you for the next few hours. There is one particular vendor (looks like Tony Shaloub...almost) there that seemed to have struck the hip hop mother lode. You can find a good share of first presses there and some hard to find goodies. I was on a mission to get me some EPMD and Slick Rick vinyls and scored big time. Unfortunately, the owner seems to know what they're worth or he just likes to price them high. If you do buy a lot, he's willing to strike you a deal but he'll point out which records he'll only sell to you at full price. If ebay has let you down, then look for the PCC flea market as a hopeful new haven.

Yelp
Look Ma, no fleas! Checked this market out yesterday for the first time in a few years and it has definitely changed up a bit. Muuuuch larger than it used to be, but with that came the reminder sometimes, bigger isn't always better. The variety of stuff didn't really seem to hit the mark as it had in past years. The vintage clothes seemed pretty slim and most of the stands we sauntered by looked to be carrying more crap than cool. It was also Africa hot yesterday, so my let's get in there and go senses were a bit defeated, but on the whole, just seemed pretty average and I only left with one thing: A vintage grillin' cookbook that was pretty sweet, I must say. Oh and there are quite a few vinyl dealers here that seemed to have a nice variety of stuff. You will find them located on the much cooler parking garage floors instead of baking out in the heat. Smart thinkin!

Yelp
When I logged into Yelp this morning, first thing I saw was someone's check-in to this flea market. While I like going to the one at the Rose Bowl well enough, too many times we've paid the admission fees but came home empty-handed. Intrigued, I read the reviews. Only a $2 parking fee? And people were saying that they liked it better than the Rose Bowl's? (Times like this, I'm glad for the Activity Feed on the main page!) I talked the hubby into a visit because we were going out that way today anyways. We had to circle the block to find Parking Lot #4. Saw that the flea market was spread out through the campus and was much bigger than we thought it would be. Thanks to reviews, we knew to find one of those parking permit stations (yellow boxes on columns) first which saved us a walk back to the car. We were only able to spend two hours there and didn't even get to the upper level of the parking structure and the lot on the southwest side of the campus. Time flew! My poor husband. I kinda drove him crazy. Him- "Hon, remember. We've been de-cluttering the house. Why do you want to bring more stuff home?" So much temptation. I kept getting distracted and he kept losing me in the crowd. Some things that tickled my fancy: There was a lovely stamped leather bag I really wanted, but the inside & handles were so torn up, restoration would have been expensive. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/pasadena-city-college-flea-market-pasadena?select=gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ#6WTZcZhe32f85Se1ANxfZA There was this door that wouldn't have fit into any of our doorways, but I wanted it anyways. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/pasadena-city-college-flea-market-pasadena?select=gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ#VHJDKB9RrswgDWw6LZU2Cg I was sighing over what I refer to as an "I Love Lucy" dress. Not that I would have bought it, but I love the dress styles from that era. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/pasadena-city-college-flea-market-pasadena?select=gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ#ARD7DkzlI6CuwPmPV-cW6w One of my sons collects bands' tour t-shirts and I did find a rack with some bands I knew he'd like. Unfortunately, none in his XL size. I behaved (today) and just got two Coca Cola mugs to go with our Coca Cola table/stool set and some beaded appliques to put on some of my knitted/crocheted hats & cowls. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/pasadena-city-college-flea-market-pasadena?select=gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ#pt_NoJtMAlKIhGvX9QfEpA http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/pasadena-city-college-flea-market-pasadena?select=gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ#gkwK1L9s8jZD50DsmhdQrQ The hubby got some hardware gadgets. He loves gadgets. We did have fun browsing through and getting all nostalgic over many items on display. Also fun was looking to see what other people were buying and having some interesting conversations with them. So much to see. Two hours just wasn't enough. We'll be back! (and we're bringing our Weezer because this is a dog-friendly place)

Yelp
I've been coming to this flea market since I was a kid (not to mention attended the college) so when I visit my folks and its first Sunday I join my dad here. We're always early to this going to beat the heat and the sun. We park on the street to avoid the parking and walk over. And we really only go for the books, records, CDs and movies. I used to love roaming the lots for vintage clothing but ain't nobody got time for that anymore. Pro-tip: if you plan to be here for several hours bring your own water and snacks. There are some food vendors but why not save the money for your fun finds??! recommend.

Yelp
Oh PCC Flea Market how I love thee! I frequent a LOT of flea markets & thrift stores, and this is one of the best by far. I like to think of it as a scaled down Rose Bowl - scaled down by filtering out the crap and leaving just the good stuff. It's compact, easy to navigate, and I have to say that there was at least one thing I considered purchasing at almost every booth. Seriously. Lots of cool, eclectic stuff in every direction. The vendors were all super nice, too (which was refreshing). Bring cash and a cart to haul off your treasures!
