Stopped by yesterday for the first time and fell in love. I think I bought something from every table! Such a great spot for last-minute birthday gifts. Definitely coming back to grab that lovely vase. I could go on for days! Thanks for creating a space like this in the neighborhood.

If you visit this store, take your time, you would find many things for your household and for yourself. I got a couple of t-shirts, and I would definitely would be back for some of the jewelry; well curated.

I never been inside or brought something from here but I see the good products they sale such as clothing and other. I was at the Tama Festival that happens every Sunday started June 1st, ends August I think. Feel free to stop by the store see for yourself

I always buy something when I come here, even if I’m just passing by and fancy a look. When I’m in need of a last minute gift there’s always a good option here and the staff are so helpful. Also, rarely do I notice the music in a shop but the playlist here is so good.

I love this store! Such a great spot for gifts or to treat yourself - they have everything from decor to snazzy t-shirts to condiments and notebooks! Also highly recommend checking out the jewelry section. They have a beautiful original collection with precious metal/stones and the gentleman behind the counter is very informative and helpful :)

Beautiful gift and home decor shop in Bed Stuy with wonderful Owner. My go to spot for last minute kitchen items, gifts, inspiration, cards and furniture. They offer something for everyone at all different price points. The Owner does an amazing job curating the shop with unique items and supporting local artists. I’ve been a customer since 2017 and continue to stop in every few weeks for special gifts or to treat myself!

Are you ready for the 411? Here we go...this is a Diamond in the ruff in Bed-Stuy! A cute shopping spot with all types of unique goodies from candles to games to clothing. Pricing varies and can be a little pricey but there is something there for everyone. The staff is always engaging and answers all questions asked. Check it out if you are in the area.

Came in to get a couple of things, was browsing the kids toys they have. The Asian receptionist was on her phone the entire time she didn't greet me at all. I was walking around for a bit not once did she ask me if I needed help with anything. As I was checking out she didn't acknowledge me not once she only asked if I wanted to purchase a bag. No have a nice day thank you for coming went right back to her phone. Terrible customer service. Other than that they have really cute things for the home here.. will I come Back? I don't know, I rather go where the customer service is 100%.

BLACK WOMAN OWNED BUSINESS AND ITS SOOOOOOO CUTE INSIDE!! You can literally find everything you need from here! As soon as you walk in, you are transported to the relaxing ambience of a hand crafted furnishings/decor shop mixed with the best version of Home Goods you can imagine (and I say Home Goods because you will literally always find SOMETHING to buy in Home Goods, as their selection is vast. The selection is vast here too!) From mugs, mats, and cutlery to plates, perfumes, and paintings, you can definitely create a beautiful home out of the furnishings in this place. I love it here and will definitely return!

I did holiday shopping here for my first visit. I entered and was greeted, nicely offered hand sanitizer which I appreciated. They have a really nice selection of home goods, cards and some clothing items as well. They sell quality items and offered a space to a local artist to sell wares as well. If you walk through to the space next door there is a pleasant switch of vibe that mostly clothing. There was a nice sale going on when I was there too. Nowadays, a sale isn't a sale. This was though. I can't wait to go back and to take others.

This has to be the cutest chic place that I've gone to . I love walking into a store with a smiling good morning . It's so refreshing and really sets the mood for what the store will give . Everyone knows I love airy and light spaces . Well the decor was light and airy . It had the cutest knick knacks from vegan books to a hilarious disappointing notebook to incense to kitchen appliances and gifts . I really love this place I got a really cute frida pin for my best friend and this cattitude notebook for my sister . I will def be living here and it's right around where I live which is awesome! Keep doing your thang Peace and Riot!!!

you can literally find everything in this cute shop! any occasion or if you want to just spoil yourself or walk around the store and smell all the wonderful scents of perfumes, soaps, candles and body scrubs (my fav). You can purchase gifts for men, women and kiddies, household etc. And its for the culture!!! celebrating and buying from black owned is a bonus. staff can be a little more inviting but the store itself is just dope!

I would have given this store a better review if the staff hadn't been so lame. I literly got scowled at when I first walked in by the woman at the counter. I thought "well ok...maybe she is having a bad day" and went over to the clothing section and it was even kind of worse there. The guy in that section gave me a pretty unwelcoming look. I tried to ignore it and not take it personal and goo ahead and look around. Right away I found a shirt I knew my nephew would like and asked if they had it in a large. Wow.. The guy acted so annoyed with my question and made a big deal about having to get off his phone to get up to open up a cabinet. It was a very awkward experience. I got the shirt and my wife bought a small bag for her computer. When we left, I mentioned my experience to my wife and she said the first woman that scowled at me pretty much refused to even acknowledge her and It was only after an older gentleman came over that she was helped. We were just visitors in town for work and fun and we came to BedStuy for the day to learn more about NYC/ Brooklyn and someone told us that Tompkins Ave was kind of cool, and it was. The Narativ and Waruda were awesome spots and incredibly friendly. Everyone on Yelp seems to give Peace & Riot great reviews so I hope it was just and odd day for them or maybe Im just not the type of customer they want in there shop.. who knows? Anyhow....Despite a really awkward experience. I can say that they do have a good selection of cool and unique stuff from house wares to clothes, gifts and cards. I always try to support the neighborhood shops when I can, weather at home or when I get to travel so at first I was happy to find this spot and give them some business, but I wouldn't go back based on my experience. Best of luck to them though.

I've visited this spot several times and the location and ambience are wonderful. Located a couple of blocks from the A/C line Nostrand Avenue location, it is a prime spot. I've seen beautiful home decor like rugs by Malene B, tables by Urban DenCity and other bed & bath products(soaps,lotions, etc.) The owners and people working are always pleasant. It's a great place to pick up a nice gift someone. I'll make sure to get gifts from there going forward. I recently helped film an interview at the location and it was a great shoot. Make sure to stop by!

This place is AWESOME!!!!! Wonderful ambiance and overall great vibes. They had an amazing assortment of all natural home and skin products! Plus they have a sink where you can even test some of them out. One of the Owners was working when I visited and you can tell they put their heart and soul into the store- only selecting quality and meaningful socially responsible products for the body and home. If you're ever in town definitely stop by! You won't regret it

I always come here for unique last minute gifts, birthday cards, and random beauty finds. I love their home decor and the vintage clothing in the back. I love Mary's jewelry in the back of the shop, I've purchased multiple necklaces and rings. All her pieces are custom made and affordable. I always look forward to wandering around this store and a plus it's black owned.

This place is dope, there are so many things I don't need and I go to this place and I all of a sudden need it. And I LOVE the CANDLES here!!!!

It's no wonder this place had a solid 5 stars!! It's truly unique and such a neighborhood staple. Well curated merchandise, sweeties working in every area, solid selection of gifts for you or someone you love! I adore the little vintage clothing area, indigo style, it has an amazing selection of super dope clothes. Go here for anything, leave with everything!!! I always do!

I did almost all of my Christmas shopping here last year. Gorgeous space, unique items, and really reasonable prices considering all the goods are very high quality. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful, too, and I like the fact that they have events and seem like a very community-minded operation.

I love this place. They have a ton of cute tchotchkes and coffee table books that are perfect for gift-giving. They also stock great locally-made home and body brands like Limegreen and Apotheke, which I adore and are sometimes difficult to find. And they've curated a solid selection of (semi-)investment decor pieces for the home. This will definitely be my local go-to store for birthdays, housewarmings, and wedding showers.

Was able to do the bulk of my Christmas shopping here. So happy I was able to do it in the neighborhood. Awesome selection- can't wait to go back.

Absolutely beautiful store, wonderfully curated. I could spend a million dollars here if I had the money. I love the new location as it allowed them to expand, and now there is an in-house jeweler and vintage clothing shop. I've bought everything from linen spray to earrings to cereal bowls here, and I never tire of poking around all of the cool stuff they've got in stock!

Peace and Riot is a true gem and I am so glad it opened here in my neighborhood. Achusium is an expert at all things interior design and it truly shows. She is so friendly and helpful. She asked us what was the thing we were looking to buy for or rather who was it for and gently steered us to the appropriate item. The furniture is amazing, the accessories are impeccable and for this level of quality the prices are very reasonable. But the best thing is how excited I am to take home everything that I get from Peace and Riot to make my home look like a magazine photo shoot with a professional prop stylist. I can't wait to go back for more. There are some coffee table books there that I am coveting right now even though I don't have a coffee table.

I love this store . I knew the owner from years ago from when she had her shop on Tompkins. I am glad she decided to open up a home decor/furniture store again because I love her style and design since. Now I can go buy her furniture and home accessories again. By the way I still have all the furniture and vases I bought from her old shop and location. But I am ready to buy some new stuff.

I heart this store! The first time I shopped there was right before Christmas. I just needed to pick up a few last minute gifts. Well one time was all it took and I was hooked!!! So far I have gone back twice for b-day gifts and a few treats for myself as well.

Stopped into this little gem briefly today to look around. Nice addition to the neighborhood. Quality furniture and unique pieces and knick knacks for the home. They also have quite a few coffee table books -Afros, I'm coming back for you -- as well as art work. I believe they even host art shows here from time to time. I'm looking forward to what this place has to offer. I will definitely return and leave with bags the next time :)

Peace and Riot is a gem. The Owner is forth coming, great interior design sense, experienced and innovative. Her re-upostering is fantantic, great twists on victorian, Queen Ann chairs. A mix of modern, mid-century, ethnic accessories and access tunique fabric. I shopped for gifts for children for the holidays I got ideas for ways to rearrange what I have and as soon as I can I am gong to refresh my look with items from Peace and Riot In a word, GO
