South Carolina Will Host the 2025 Michelin Guide American South Ceremony | Eater Carolinas
"An established performing-arts venue in Greenville chosen to host the 2025 Michelin Guide ceremony for the American South on November 3. The invitation-only event will announce Michelin stars and Guide distinctions for restaurants across six Southern states and is being hosted by the Discover South Carolina tourism board in partnership with Travel South USA. The venue's selection was highlighted as fitting because the guide's North American headquarters are located in the same city." - Henna Bakshi
So impressed with this small town theater with big town support and financial resources (let me rephrase, they know how to spend whatever financial resources they receive effective and effectively). The seating is comfortable with leg room. The air isn't stuffy. The place is gorgeous. There isn't a bad sit in house. I've been blessed to have been to several concert hall and theaters around in the East Coast and this is one of my favorite!

Was able to get tickets for Les Miserables, and although I was high up in the balcony the experience was only slightly less enjoyable. The acoustics and visuals were superb. The staff was helpful and friendly. My first experience at the Peace Center was wonderful.

Absolutely fell in love with the venue the minute I walked in. We went for the Harry Potter concert series and I was just blown away by the acoustics, layout, design, workers, cleanliness.. everything. Will definitely be returning here for more events!

Received an in person tour from Lindsay a week before my event. Needed to see a better view of seat uptime before I purchased. Tour was very good. Lindsay was very kind and helpful. Seats were every comfortable. Aisle way is bigger than expected so no problems there. The balcony is in fact high as hell. Just like all the comments mentioned. If that doesn't matter to you... it is a great view. Hope this helps. You can also look up view from my seat online and it will help as well. Learned that from Lindsay.

Not a bad seat in the house. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great place to see anything you like from Greenville's amazing Symphony Orchestra to plays and concerts. The acoustics are excellent for sound transmission and quality. It's a lovely building too.

We went there to watch Hamilton’. The show itself was amazing but I also know the atmosphere of this concert hall made me feel even more magical. I really enjoyed my time there and will definitely go there sometime soon again.

Saw Trampled by Turtles and Benjamin Tod and The Lost Dog Street Band here on May 29th. This beautiful concert hall in downtown Greenville boasts an elegantly decorated lobby and comfortable, soft seats. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hall also features an adjoining restaurant. The sound quality was amazing, and the lighting was the best I've ever seen at a concert.

Gunter Theatre was fantastic for a field trip for "Return to Oz". Interactive actors and actress who really engaged with our students! The ushers and security were also super helpful! Would recommend over and over again!
