The matcha ice cream here is absolutely delightful—smooth, fragrant, and not overly sweet, making it very refreshing. You can really taste the quality of the matcha. The staff are kind and give great recommendations. The shop itself is cozy, with seating choices from high chairs to traditional Japanese-style mats, which makes the experience feel authentic and relaxing

Been here a few years ago and found them very good. Enjoyed their matcha and teas. Used to be able to find a seat easily but nowadays, it is always packed. Came again this round but it was full. Thus, I bought matcha powder and left.

This place felt like a quiet little pocket of calm in the middle of Bangkok. No loud music, no rush—just a super minimal, almost meditative vibe. I didn’t expect much when walking in, but I ended up really loving it. The staff was incredibly focused and gentle in the way they prepared everything—it felt more like a ceremony than just making dessert and tea. Everything I had was so clean and balanced, not overly sweet, just... thoughtful. And beautifully presented as well. I honestly don’t even remember exactly what I ordered, but I remember how it felt. Peaceful. Grounding. Worth it. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but you’re not just paying for a drink—you’re paying for the whole vibe. And for me, it was 100% worth it.

The Matcha really taste good. The black ball is not only made for your IG. I guaranty the taste is deeply fine. It serves at the perfect temperature for getting cool like an ice cream but still creamy for it felt like love.

The price is high, but the quality absolutely lives up to it. This is my favorite matcha place, and I visit very often. Every menu item I’ve tried has been delicious, I haven’t found anything I didn’t like. It tastes even better when ordered with less sugar or no sugar.

The best Peace Oriental Teahouse in Bangkok!! The Matcha extremist here is unmatched compared to the others branches. The store is super cozy and I love how they make you take off your shoes. Theres a convenient parking area just behind the white gates near the teahouse, open from 0700 and closes at 2300 and it’s just a short walk away.

One of the best matcha places in Bangkok. Every item I tried was perfectly balanced. First time trying matcha with coconut water and I instantly loved it. I wished the serving was larger because of how addictive it tasted. The matcha extremist is also very cleverly designed, using glutinous rice as a vehicle for a thick creamy matcha ice cream to arrive at your taste buds.

Peace 和 Oriental Teahouse is a gem nestled in a prime central location, offering a serene and unique experience that feels like a slice of tranquility in the city. From the moment you step in, the minimalist decor and calm ambiance set the tone for an exceptional tea experience. I tried the Matcha Pistachio latte, and let me tell you—it was hands down the best matcha I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with the earthy richness of matcha complemented by the subtle nuttiness of pistachio. Every sip felt like a luxurious treat. While the price is undeniably on the higher end, the quality and taste completely justify the splurge. It’s a premium experience for sure, but one I would indulge in again. The menu offers a variety of teas, each thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented. Beyond the drinks, the teahouse itself is immaculate, with clean wooden interiors and a shoe-free policy that adds an extra layer of comfort and cultural respect. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, savor the moment, and truly enjoy the art of tea. If you’re a tea lover or simply looking for a unique spot to unwind, Peace 和 Oriental Teahouse is well worth the visit. Just be prepared for the premium pricing—it’s a place where you’re paying for an experience as much as the product, and in my opinion, it delivers. 5/5 for taste, ambiance, and uniqueness.
