Highlights

Nestled in Cumberland Crossing Shopping Center, this casual chain offers a mix of cobblers, ice cream, and banana pudding that's got a lot of buzz—just maybe not all the flavor you’re craving.

Peach Cobbler Factory Review - Downtown Atlanta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Peach Cobbler Factory is a fast-casual dessert chain that’s only suitable in a pinch, meaning a scenario when your life depends on a bite of dry peach cobbler. The crust is inconsistent—sometimes it's inedible like sand crumbling in your mouth and sometimes decently gooey. There are tons of different fruit offerings, including some rarely seen cobblers like mango and peach, strawberry, and sweet potato and pecan. But the syrupy artificial taste is hard to get past, so we can’t think of any good reasons to go back to this downtown location (or any other of their metro branches) and try them all." - Nina Reeder

I ordered the dessert flight on Uber Eats. The price is $22. It was on a buy one, get one free special. After the tip I paid a little over $31. Look at the picture of what was advertised. Look at what I got. SMH. The dough in the apple cobbler is not even done.

Was just OK. Had a crazy peach cobbler craving and assumed an OG, normal, standard, no frills peach cobbler would likely be their best dish. But I have to agree with previous reviews. The peach cobbler was not flavorful, the syrup/compote was extremely thick and gelatinous, and there were far too many peaches and far too little crust. I must add that most soul food restaurants, including one in the same shopping center, make peach cobbler better. The customer service was pleasant and the interior space of the restaurant was clean.

Stopped into peach cobbler factory right before closing and didn’t feel rushed in the store or anything. The gentleman working the front desk was nice and courteous and offered suggestions. The peach cobbler one is really good! The red velvet one is good too. Maybe try turning the ice cream into the milk shake consistency, it melted before we could get to the car. Overall great experience will return and try again.

I was so happy to finally try this place. Me and my brother read the reviews and thought this place was going to be amazing. I was WRONG!!! The peach cobbler was Nasty and barely had any flavor. The syrup was extremely thick. The crust had no flavor. I was highly disappointed. There were a lot of peaches and barely any crust. Maybe some other dishes are better, but this ain't it. This is a waste of $18. I'd rather go to a soul food restaurant.

It’s definitely not giving homemade! When I entered the place, I expected a little bit more ambience however, there was nothing just a counter and decorated walls. No smells of anything baking not even a person out in front to greet me. I paid $9 for a regular cup of peach cobbler and another cup with ice cream. The peach cobbler is mediocre at best flavorless at worst… tasted like box ingredients and the cheap vanilla ice cream didn’t help!

I came to Atlanta on a business trip. I felt like something sweet around 9:00 PM. While looking up spots I found a gem that was 8 minutes away. I looked at the menu and couldn't decide so I picked 4 and was not in anyway disappointed. They were amazing!! The presentation, service and food were all amazing!! I'm headed back home today but will get some to go!!!

I found out about the place via "Kev On Stage." I looked it up to find one near me, and I was surprised that there were about 6 of them. I ordered 5 different ones and They all were great. No, I did not order all of them for myself. I ordered the peach, blueberry, strawberry, blueberry/strawberry, and another one I can't think of right now. I look forward to trying out the banana pudding the next time I'm there. I would recommend people check this place out.

This was my second visit, and the NY cheesecake pudding was right on point. However, the service was subpar. This is because my first visit was about two weeks, the ladies that served me acknowledged my military service and gave me a military discount. Today, in a very rude manner, the man who identified himself as the manager said that they don't give a military discount, and the discount on the previous visit should have never happened! He didn't even say thank you for your service! That said, I won't be returning.
