Taproom Coffee Owner Is Opening Opo Coffee Shop and Roastery Across From Kimball House in Decatur, Georgia | Eater Atlanta

"Until Opo's roastery opens, Opo is partnering with Peach Coffee Roasters to produce bags of beans; those beans are available online for local delivery to zip code 30317 and for purchase at Taproom in Kirkwood." - Kris Martins

The space is really cute and a nice spot to sit and get some work done. That said, it doesn’t quite feel like a true coffee shop. The drinks are made using automated machines where they just press “latte” or “americano,” and unfortunately my americano tasted pretty bland. It’s located inside a residential building, which might convenient for people who live there and just want a quick grab-and-go coffee. But I wouldn’t make a special trip here if you’re looking for a quality coffee experience.

The barista (I think her name was Crista) was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made a mean drink to boot. Also, their pastries are super tasty! Quiet area with lots of space, but enough activity that it isn’t too quiet. Would recommend to anyone in the area who can walk to it (parking isn’t free)!

I generally don’t write reviews, but everything about this coffee shop is excellent! The danish was delicious and Kevin can make a mean pour-over that hits all the right notes. He is extremely personable and made the overall experience much more enjoyable. Highlight of my trip.

Love the “Rescue Roast!” If you are an animal lover, they also donate part of the proceeds to the Atlanta Humane Society! 🐶❤️ @atlantahumanesociety

Peach Roasters at Prominence Tower is a must visit for Buckhead coffee aficionados. They roast their coffee beans locally and also operate the coffee shop @ Sid Mashburn in West Midtown. The barista Kevin makes great espresso and matcha drinks. Free wifi and plenty of comfortable seating next to coffee bar.

They are in fact not open on the weekends. It’s really not hard to update your hours on Google….

A hidden cafe in the heart of Buckhead, just a block away the shopping center. This minimalist work out-of-the-office cafe features several comfortable seating options, from solo to small teams, spread around a expansive footprint. Light baked goods complement the ubiquitous coffee and tea offerings. The wifi is strong and absolutely free.
