"Finally, a drag venue with as much style as the divas in it. Peachy Keen is a big, shiny ‘70s themed restaurant where everything is orange creamsicle colored and a loud disco soundtrack bellows out onto the street. It’s the sort of gimmicky Midtown spot that we’d usually avoid, except that the over-the-top aesthetic is perfect for a drag show. The Sunday Getdown Drag Brunch happens twice month at 3pm, and is hosted by the hilarious Hanukah Lewinsky and ultra-chic Julie J. Fair warning—the Southern comfort brunch food here isn’t great, but there’s no food minimum to attend the show, so order something basic like Southern scramble or french toast, and focus on your mimosas instead.  The show has no cover or ticket, and it’s a good option for groups without a reservation. "Peachy Keen is a 70s-themed restaurant in Times Square, and if that sounds like a risky proposition, you have good instincts. The interior feels like it was designed by someone whose research consisted exclusively of That 70s Show reruns: Everything is rainbow-hued, garish, and a little too obvious, from the faux vintage jukebox to the blue vinyl booths. Most of the comfort food falls somewhere between unpleasant to inedible, unless you like your chicken wings aggressively sweet. The cocktails are strong, but taste like they came out of a trash can at a college party. If you’re stuck in the area with unruly children who need to be immediately placated with liquified ice cream, get the “groovy milkshake”—just a regular shake in a tall glass with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles—while you have a stiff, sweet drink." - Carina Finn

I stopped in recently for breakfast/brunch after having this place on my radar for a while. I absolutely loved the whole 70's disco vibe as soon as I walked in. The waitstaff is friendly, but the service was a tad slow, which I overlooked because everything I ordered came out great. I got the Peaches and Cream Pancakes, and they were phenomenal. A major plus is that they serve alcohol at 9 a.m., so I got the Almost Famous. It left me with a nice little buzz in the morning. The establishment is super clean, and the menu is a bit limited. I have to say that my overall experience here was truly "peachy". I will definitely stop in again in the future.

Came across the spot on a random day, the atmosphere is definitely what caught our eye. Good music, nice vibes, food was delicious! Drinks were good, wish there was more in stock. Was a little disappointed to hear everything we requested was out of stock. Our server Dakarai 10/10, he was amazing. Overall, fun spot 🫶🏼

We had an amazing experience. Our server John was so great. He had a wonderful attitude, very sweet personality and was very present and prompt with our table. Our food was very tasty and came out fast. We had the savory lemon pepper wings, the steak, the peachy greens salad and some drinks. For dessert, we tried the cotton candy shake, wow! Best shake I have ever had, not overly sweet, so delicious and fun! I would definitely recommend!

A friend of mine found this gem when planning for a quick day trip. We arrived about 40 minutes early for our reservation but they gladly seated us right away. The decor, music and vibe were perfect. The entire restaurant was really clean. All of the staff members were very friendly. Our server Andrew was very attentive and beyond welcoming. The manager on duty even stopped by a few times to make sure we had what we needed. Okay, let's get to the food. We shared disco tots and for the entrees we had cheese biscuits & gravy, eggs benefit with a Cajun crab cake, and the southern scramble. We all really enjoyed our selections. Plentiful portions and very fresh. We also indulged in mimosas during our brunch. Of course, we had to have a quick seat at the bar too to get the full experience. There we tried the Tijuana sunrise and a clockwork orange. They were all really tasty with a good blend of alcohol and mixers. Sometimes brunch spots can load up mimosas with too much juice but not at Peachy Keen. We all would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

The atmosphere here changes by day and night. In either atmosphere, you get a great experience. The hosts and servers give the best vibes. The color schemes here are guaranteed to raise your vibrations and the music..... forget about it !! It brings back the greatest memories. Too bad we only came here for the food which I enjoyed. I got the cookies and cream milkshake which was delicious. You can spike the shakes if you'd like too!. We also order the truffle Mac and cheese and bourbon Peach wings. They have the best wings in town I promise you. I loved them so much. The chicken and waffles here are made to perfection. Come to Peachy Keen. You will not regret it.

Peachy Keen was an absolute delight from start to finish! Love the retro atmosphere, food was fun and innovative, and service was attentive and friendly. John was our server and was simply the best - funny, friendly, and super attentive. We cannot wait to see him on Broadway someday and say we knew him when! The Make Love Not War cocktail was smoky, tasty, and a touch spicy. The Disco Tots were definitely shareable portion-wise, and the sweet peppers were a fun addition (plus who doesn't love cheese curds??). The New Fashioned Banana Split featured a fried banana with a variety of banana split toppings and was amazing. We can't wait to come back sometime for brunch, and to try the fried burrata and fun milkshakes!

The Peachy Keen ❤️ New Restaurant near Birdland Jazz Club We LOVED it ! The place itself has these 70s/80s vibes, lots of colors and disco bowls… (You may want to take a lot of pictures) but not only ! The servers / people working at the Peachy Keen were AMAZING ! We came at 2 families, arrived at the table and had the kids menus ready with crayons/ a coloring and it was well appreciated ! It’s closed to Broadway so you can definitely walk there after a show (we went see Aladdin : Wow wow wow - That’s another topic). Take a look at my photos to see the menu. I had the Burger and it was delicious ! My frozen cocktail was perfect. The kids had the choice between : Apple, orange or Pineapple juices - they had the kid burger and the waffles and loved it. Great great experience ! We will be back ! Great place

We stopped by on the way to an event for a quick bite. First impression of the establishment was very positive. Very cute deco. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. The server, Noah however, was absolutely amazing! So attentive, and engaged in great conversation. He should be greatly rewarded for such a wonderful work ethic. We ordered the wings, truffle fries and eggs Benedict. I had a great boozy iced coffee. Compliments to the chef and bartender! My husband and I will definitely recommend Peachy Keen to friends. We will be back to try out your other dishes.

Yelp
One of my new favorite happy hours spots now! The $10 appetizers are amazing (only weekdays between 4-7 pm and late nights). We got 6 Cajun Dry Rub Wings, Crab & Corn Beignets, and Truffle Fries. The wings are super crispy and seasoned perfectly. I can eat 100 of these. For $10, it's very worth it. The fries were also crispy and had lots of truffle oil and garlic on them. The beignets were good, but had a heavy breading. It reminded me of cornbread with crab inside. I will say if it is not happy hour, I don't think I'd come because the prices are a bit high. Their cocktails look pretty, but I didn't get one during happy hour because they only have 2 available for happy hour out of all the drinks. I got a Lemonade instead which was tart and refreshing. Shoutout to the bartender Mathew. He's so sweet! He was super nice to my friend and I. The inside also reminded me of an 80s disco club. Loved the vibes!

Yelp
Absolutely love the interior and the ambience. I think this place is super cute to have brunch in. Gives very retro vibes. I went in the middle of the week so service was quick and efficient. Interior was very clean and big-- so it can accommodate lots of individuals and I didn't feel cramped (you can easily feel claustrophobic in lots of these NYC establishments). Food was decent. They had this cold brew brunch alcohol drink that was delicious (they mentioned they make their cold brew in house). I had their chicken and waffles for brunch and it was pretty tasty but I wished the chicken was crispier. Would definitely want to come back to try out more items in this cute restaurant!

Yelp
Peachy Keen's has such a fun atmosphere! Love the decor & retro music! I enjoyed my time here with my good friend last week. We ordered: 1) mocktail miss shirley, 2) chicken & waffles, 3) crab & corn beignet, 4) crispy chicken sandwich. The mocktail miss shirley (pomegranate, hibiscus, mint, lime, soda) was beautifully made. Taste wise was ok, a bit too sweet. Chicken & waffles - also beautifully made but the waffles were soggy and not crispy & so was the chicken. The chicken was not very seasoned & tasted like the chicken on the crispy chicken sandwich my friend got. It was not the best chicken & waffles I had. Crab & corn beignet - wow! Very delicious and seasoned so well! The dipping sauce was good & complimented the beignet. Crispy chicken sandwich (served with salad) - the sandwich was ok. Nothing spectacular. Great spot to have fun and enjoy yourself but food was alright.

Yelp
The waiters here were super friendly and fit the environment well. One was wearing a disco earring which I appreciated the piece of flair. The peachy green salad ($17) with chicken ($6) was delicious, as was the birria short rib grilled cheese ($21). But each dish is enough to bring home. There was probably about 8-10oz of grilled chicken on the salad. Also there were radishes which were not in the description, but decorated the plate well and added a nice crunch. Be aware they serve very large portions. I love the attention to detail in design and the dance music soundtrack. Some of my friends got their hustle on, which the waiters said dancing was encouraged. "You can dance anywhere, but not on the tables." I deducted a star for the Disco Sally drink ($18). I really love a classic Caribbean rum punch, especially with some light and dark rum mixed with sweet and sour juices with grenadine. This rum punch was not that. It was rather flat and tasted mostly like juice. Also, the fun light component stopped strobing before I had even finished the drink. I encourage going with a fun group of people and dressing up for the scene. Avoid the disco drink, but do try one of their better cocktails, like the "Up All Night."

Yelp
Fab post theater (and I'm sure, pre-theater) destination! Loved the sunny mod decor, the pink christmas tree, the colorful banquettes, and happy servers. The playlist was equally happy and fantastic. We need more places that vibe like this. Hubs and I shared disco tots (would have liked more gravy than the solid mass of cheese) and the fried chicken sandwich. Sandwich was meaty and good. Items are priced reasonably and we were stuffed. Was surprisingly empty on a Saturday night. This would be a fabulous place for a birthday gathering.

Yelp
Friendly service. This place feels like an instagrammable or some sort of a theme restaurant. In the morning it was rather empty despite it being by Times Square - this place seems to pack more people in during the evenings. The food is good as are the drinks (strong pours). Nothing fancy about the drinks but milkshakes are what people come here for - and you can get them spiked. Even when not spiked, these milkshakes are something to behold as they pack in every sugar-laden craving you can possibly have. As for food, the corn and crab beignets are definitely a must and is my favorite dish here. The second favorite may have to be the loaded French toast. Everything else was good too but what I just named took the top honors.

Micah M.

Yelp
I have been here several times for both brunch and dinner. There is a 70s vibe and music that fits the vibe. On one occasion they were playing 70s dance videos. There are many signature cocktails, my favorite of which is the Disco Sally which is rum punch served in a disco ball. The latter is yours to keep. The food is tasty. The service is friendly and timely. Plenty of instagrammable photo ops.

Yelp
I have lived in New York City a few times in my life so it is difficult to find surprises at restaurants but this spot did just that! The venue itself is HUGE...No wonder they have drag shows here! I absolutely loved the decor - the vibrant colors, the music, the fun menu item names - everything gets an A+ for ambiance! Where it fell short was in the service and the food. Don't get me wrong, the fare was yummy but we had a few requests that were completely neglected - for instance, the Eggs Benedict did not come with Canadian bacon so we asked for it and the first round missed it completely and when they went to rectify the situation, they took the entire plate back and then plopped the Canadian bacon on the side...I am not sure what was happening that day but that is not what were expecting. Also, our server forgot about us a few times - luckily we are good company and kept ourselves entertained but it would have been nice to order more coffee or drinks. Overall, a good experience - great ambiance and I would come back to see their brunch show for sure!!!

Olivia K.

Yelp
My friends and I visited this place for a Saturday brunch. I honestly kinda had low expectations because it seems like it was a trendy/instagram-able/pretty looking place that had pricey average food near Times Square. But, I was mistaken. Yes, it is trendy/instagramable restaurant with a pretty-looking interior. Yes, it is located near busy/touristy Times Square. Yes, it is quite pricey (average $20+ spend). But I was wrong in that the food was actually pretty good! I personally ordered the Southern Scramble. I ordered it because of the fried green tomato, which is not very common and I remember quite fondly from the first time I tried it in Georgia. The dish included others like eggs, home fries and breakfast sausage. The plate itself was decently sized - can be very filling to some. All the items on the plate were actually quite delicious. The sausage was one of the better sausages that I've tasted. The eggs and home fries were as expected. The green tomato was crunchy & good. I throughly enjoyed it all. Although it was $20, I didn't feel like it was a waste of money because I ate everything and it all tasted solid.

Janvi G.

Yelp
Really cute 70s diner vibes. They also had a drag brunch show which was pretty fun if you're with a friends group! Nice service too. I got the croissant breakfast sandwich and that was pretty good!

Christine H.

Yelp
Came for a Barbie event The drinks were meh and the service the same The microphone didn't work well for the drag show The decor was great but I wouldn't come back to this place Just unorganized.

Anna P.

Yelp
Food and service is amazing! Each thing we tried was the best version of itself. Our waiter recommended the fried chicken and waffle and the tater tot share, both were phenomenal. We also got delicious lavender lattes. Servers and hostess are very sweet and friendly. Wheelchair access details: barrier free entrance, a lot of booths inside are high tops but they're are a few sections of wheelchair height tables, there's a great gender neutral wheelchair accessible restroom. Outdoor tables are fully accessible.

Yelp
When I drunk text you, dont text me the next morning asking me what I meant, I am just as KEENfused as you are. Came to Peachy Keen due to their decor which was '70s inspiration with a modern futuristic twist, the bold orange just draws you in. Review for HH drink only .:: Drinks::. HAPPY HOUR M - F // 3-7pm Tea-Quila Mockingbird $16 ($8 during HH): earl grey infused blanco tequila, fresh strawberries, and lemon. A very good drink over all. It tasted very well blended sweet but tart. .:: Service / Ambiance ::. We sat by the bar, and the bartender attending to us was very nice and talked it up with our friends before the latter half arrived. He was very attentive and friendly. Our friends came before I did, and they arrived around 6pm and got seated immediately. The place speaks for itself. Their drinks are beyond over the top milkshakes / drinks, the decor, bold 70's vibes makes you wanna dance . The vibrant atmosphere just puts you in a good mood.

Yelp
Actually came here with a friend to celebrate my birthday for brunch. Let's start with the obvious, the interior is SO stinkin' cute. Perfect for all your Instagrams and tik toks. Probs to whoever designed this space because it's both retro, functional, cute and not overly kitschy. Because it was my birthday, I had to get the boozy birthday shake. It is ridiculous, in a good way. If you want a sugar rush, this is it. It's so cloyingly sweet but again, a necessity for a bday celebration. I opted for the sweet and spicy chicken and waffles. I was pleasantly surprised by how yummy these were! I'm the chicken was well fried and the spicy kick was perfect (probably to balance all that sweet I was eating). I also tried the crab and corn beignets- another crowd favorite! I like that their menu is playful and twists on classics. Very much fitting for this retro diner-esq joint. The server was lovely and overall I had a great experience here. If I'm in the area for brunch, I'd stop by again. 4.5/5

Jake Z.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday afternoon with 2 ex co-workers and this was the perfect ambiance to unpack all the juicy gossip you've missed out on. It was moderately busy but still had plenty of seats around. The crowd was a mix of all different types of people from families to young adults to tourists. The entire establishment was huge and everything was fitted into a very retro theme. It kind of reminded me of the Mom's bar and grill restaurant in Hells Kitchen. The food here was very very good. The crab rangoon nachos was extremely well made and the toppings were very well spread out. The shrimp and grits also hit the spot and was very generous with the shrimp portion sizes. The chicken and waffles and breakfast platter was also very delicious. I would only subtract 0.5 stars for service - it was very slow as they didn't check up on our table frequently enough and it took them almost 20 minutes to bring out the check after reminding them a second time. But 4.5 stars still rounds up to 5!

Yelp
Came here today after going to a museum. First of all, the decor is amazing and I want my house to look like this. It is just so bright and vibrant. The cocktail menu includes lots of interesting drinks. I got the 'Beauty School Dropout' which is a mocktail. It consists of: Lyre's White Cane, Watermelon, Pineapple, Lemonade, Mint. It was okay. It was refreshing but almost tasted like there was some alcohol in there, even though there wasn't. My husband got the 'Clockwork Orange' which consists of: Tequila, Triple Sec, Blood Orange, Lime. He absolutely loved it! For an appetizer, we shared the 'Truffle Fries' which was topped with Pecorino, Truffle Oil, Chives, Garlic Aioli. Absolutely DELICIOUS! I could have gotten 5 more plates of this. They were super super super garlicky, just how I like them! For my entree, I got the 'Watermelon Burrata' salad which had Watermelon, Burrata, Avocado, Arugula, Balsamic Oil Glaze. The portion was great size. It was filled with watermelon, just wish there was bit more Burrata. My husband got the 'PK Burger' for his entree which had a double patty, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, bacon onion jam, garlic aioli. He LOVED this! Although, it was supposed to come with a salad but came with fries instead. This was a bit disappointing since we already had fries for the appetizer and if you wanted to add fries to your salad, it was $2 extra. Fortunately when the bill came, we did check and the waitress did ring it in right and it was just the kitchen that made the error, so no extra charge was on the bill. The service was okay. Our server was super friendly but it took a long time for the drinks to come, and the appetizer to come and then finally when the appetizer came, the entrees came about 10 seconds later - not even kidding. Due to these errors, I think the restaurant is more of a 3.5 but that is not an option so I went with 4 stars. Regardless, this place is super fun. I would definitely come back and would recommend.

Nancy H.

Yelp
Super cute interior and food! We ordered truffle fries, eggs Benedict, French toast, pork belly and grits. Definitely too much for 2 people but the food was really good! The dish for the truffle fries was really cute and the fries very crispy. Loved the flavored whipped cream that came with the French toast. The two entrees were good as well but would probably want to try something else if we came back. Friendly and quick service!

Anthony P.

Yelp
Overall not bad. The food was good not great. The vibes were amazing. There's a ton of space so will probably be easy to find a spot. I'm a stickler for espresso, drinks, and the foam on this cappuccino had a ton of large bubbles and was overall a mediocre cappuccino. The chicken and waffles were tasty, and had a little bit of heat to them. Enjoyable, but nothing to write home about. The beignets were solid. The sausage was plump and juicy while I would consider this a destination spot in terms of food, they are offering a very unique brunch experience with the 70s vibe so I would go just to check it out. The drinks were tasty and not too weak!

Elizabeth T.

Yelp
Peachy Keen is great for some American food classics. All the dishes are pretty good, but very filling, so I recommend coming hungry and sharing a few dishes! I loved the crab beignets and cornbread!

Nikki B.

Yelp
My friend really wanted to take me here. He said, "It's a really cool 70's themed Diner." I'm thinking, "Ugh...no bar." The he said, "And, they have cool cocktails." What??? I'm In! The minute we walked in I was impressed with the décor. It was retro-chic fabulous! Glancing over the menu I was excited that the cuisine had a Southern influence. I wanted everything! Biscuits, Mac & Cheese, Crab & Corn Beignets! Oh my! The creative cocktails had fun names like Disco Sally & Aww Sookie Sookie. You can even add booze to any milkshake. We started with cocktails--Rhinestone Cowgirl, a Lemon Drop, & an IPA for my friend--and the Crab & Corn Beignets. The Rhinestone Cowgirl consisted of cucumber-mint vodka, lime, & prosecco - a riff on the French 75. The champagne glass was rimmed with pink sugar. It was so pretty and tasted refreshing. The Lemon Drop also had a pink sugar rim and was delightful. My friend gave the IPA a thumbs up. The Crab & Corn Beignets were very good. Made with large bits of fresh crab. They were moist & dense inside with a crispy outer coating. The smoked paprika remoulade dipping sauce was the perfect accompaniment. For our meal, my friend ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, mom got Lemon-Pepper wings with a side of fries, and I had the Creole Caesar Salad. This wasn't your typical Caesar. It consisted of spring mix, tomatoes, red onion, croutons, & crispy okra with a Creole Caesar dressing. Garnished with an Orchid it was almost too pretty to eat. The crispy okra was a pleasant surprise, and that Creole Caesar dressing was magical. The fries were awesome! Addicting and even better when dipped in the blue cheese dressing that came with the wings. The dressing had chunks of real blue cheese. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was huge, and my friend said it did not disappoint. Mom said the wings were some of the bests she's had. We didn't have room for dessert even though we were drooling over those Boozy Milkshakes every time they passed by our table. They were showstoppers! Our server Dakota was great. In fact, all the staff were friendly & attentive. Next time I'm in NYC I will be sure to come back. Hopefully, I'll catch a Drag Brunch and try one of those milkshakes. *Brunch served till 4 pm * HH M-F 3 - 7 pm

Eva B.

Yelp
This place is such a vibe! The atmosphere is so fun and colorful. We went for brunch, we made a reservation a few days ahead which I would highly recommend doing. The staff was really nice but it was a little slow, I think our table got a little forgotten about but we were not in a rush. They had plenty of veggie friendly options, I had the Shroomy Sammy, and it was delicious. The cocktails were also really fun and unique! I feel like this would be an awesome place to go before seeing a show, it is near all of the theaters!

Lyndsey M.

Yelp
This is probably one of my favorite brunch spots to take friends from out of town or locals. I have never had trouble getting reservations (even last minute) at this restaurant and the service and food a great. The inside of this restaurant will transport you to a 70's disco bar with bright pink and orange walls, big geometric shapes, and disco balls all over. The restaurant is beautiful and makes for great pictures. Almost every dish I and my guests have ordered have been incredibly tasty and creative; notably, their chicken and waffle appetizer that is a boneless buffalo chicken wing, cooked into the waffle and topped with a special sauce and syrup. I have tried quite a few of their drinks and they are very sweet and I am not a fan of sweet drinks so I typically just order a bellini or mimosa. Peachy Keen is an absolute must-go and will continue to be one of my go-to brunch spots.

Riki J.

Yelp
Such a cute spot for some delicious grub before Broadway plays. I've been here with reservations and without. Depends on the time you go. They do have happy hour but only at the bar. I've always elected to sit at a booth due to the size of the party as it is more comfortable. Their chicken and waffles, Mac 'n cheese and birria grilled cheese are delicious. The birthday shake with a whole slice of cake on top is a favorite too.

Dina B.

Yelp
My daughter and I went to Oeachy Keen before heading to a show on Broadway in NYC. It was a cute place decorated like the 70s. Disco balls in the bathroom , great old music videos , limited but satisfying menu and pleasant staff. The food was good and quite reasonably priced especially for that area of the city where the restaurants usually have pretty jacked up prices. I had a very nice burger which had 2 patties on it. My daughter had a Burris grilled cheese and she said it was delicious. Most likely will return the next time I'm off to Broadway.

Janet C.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with a bachelorette party and we loved the vibes and music! The service was good considering how packed the place was when we got there! Food was great and big portions! We shared 5 dishes among 6 of us and still had so much leftover. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!!

Stephanie G.

Yelp
Always wanted to check this place out . I like the bright vibe the restaraunt gives . I only ordered appetizers & a mocktail . We ordered the peach bourbon bbq wings , disco tots & truffle fries . The wings were amazing , the tots & fries were really good as well . My mocktail, the Ms Shirley was good. My boyfriend didn't like his lemonade . The waiter was amazing . We had to leave due to an emergency & he was very sympathetic , ensured we were packed up & was able to pay the bill swiftly . His exceptional customer service was really appreciated . Place was clean & I enjoyed the music .

Jonathan S.

Yelp
This place popped up on my IG and I had to try it while I was in town. I was able to make it for a happy hour and I got one of the frozen drinks. I tried the frozen lemonade add passion fruit purée, it was actually pretty good. The purée was a little syrupy but overall not a bad HH option. I wanted to get dinner so they allowed me to do no shrimp in the shrimp and grits, with extra sausage. The grits was really thick, it was a good option. I couldn't even eat all of it. The red eye gravy and sausage made this dish amazing. I loved the bright colors and ambiance of this restaurant. They had all 90s Barbie commercials playing the whole times, commemorating that movie release. I'd def come back here, especially to try their brunch. My bar server was really nice and amenable.

Ashley C.

Yelp
10 out of 10 stars for this place!! The flavors, the shakes, the food the options, I Stan! We got the "Under the Sea" shake and it was FANTASTIC! I was shocked with my boneless chicken and waffles that the chicken was actually in the waffle, super cool! It was a little dry as mine was pretty light with the sauce so I would say as long as you have more of that, it's a great choice. The burrito was good too. I'm sad I didn't have from for dessert because I had my eye on the banana cream pie one! Also which I could have tried more shakes, they are doing shakes justice here! If this is a maybe on your list, definitely go here! I took a star away due to what I felt was a bit of unprofessionalism. While eating our meal, we noticed the ceiling was leaking on us. When we told the staff at the front , they were unconcerned saying something to the effect of "oh yea it does that." I thought that was rude to sit us there knowing that, especially when they could have utilized other tables instead. I also thought it showed a lack of regard for customers and their experience.

Yelp
If you're looking for a cute spot convenient to Times Square without the overwhelming hustle and bustle of the area - Peachy Keen is the spot for you! It has such a cute retro feel as soon as you step foot into Peachy Keen's doorway and it screams old school diner vibes! It was recommended to me be a local friend of mine who met me there for Happy Hour recently. Strongly recommend reservations as it was pretty busy the entire time we were there (not slammed but steadily busy). Food is very diner feeling with plenty of options for everyone in your party. Service was also super fast and friendly. We had 6:15 reservations and wrapped up at around 7:30 with perfect timing to make the short walk to our 8pm Broadway show a few blocks away. Next time I'm in town I want to try their brunch as my local friend was raving about it to me while we were there. Check it out if you're in the Times Square area and looking for quality food, service, and ambiance.

Koreen D.

Yelp
Went here for brunch and the vibes were totally on point. Such cute retro interiors. They also had more brunch options compared to your standard brunch place. 1. Nyc Reuben was stuffed with pastrami and was pretty good. Came with a much needed salad on the side. 2. Bbq jackfruit is a good vegetarian sandwich option. You won't really miss the meat. Only gripe is that I asked for mustard (and they gave me honey mustard and charged me extra - did not expect that- who doesn't have mustard when you have honey mustard?). Otherwise, a cute brunch place that's worth checking out.

Yelp
Peachy Keene felt like I was transported to a different era! It had a lot of disco music playing and they even had a Jukebox! I got some drinks here with my girlfriend: - My drink was A Clockwork Orange - Tequila, Triple Sec, Blood Orange, Lime - My girlfriend's drink was Flower Power - Grapefruit Vodka, sake, lychee I liked them both and mine in particular had a sweet texture to it, especially with the orange. I definitely would go back and try the food next time.

Yelp
For a Sunday night around 8PM, it was not as crowded as I thought it would be (granted, it is Memorial Day Weekend). We got seated very quickly, and the server came and got us 2 water pitchers almost immediately and gave us time to look over the menu. We ordered disco tots w bacon (gravy on the side). Tots were good, but I wish that the cheese was a little more melted. This dish reminded me a lot of poutine, but the gravy was a bit salty - still good though! Truffle fries were sooooo good. Truffle flavor 13/10! Crab and corn beignets were okay as well, there was definitely a lot more breading than I would have wanted. Fried Chicken & Gravy were the least favorite - the chicken and biscuit were both on the dry side. The sides that the dish came with were also just mediocre, coleslaw was lacking in flavor and the spinach had too much cheese. Service was okay, but I assume that it is due to the fact that they could have been understaffed (again, Memorial Day weekend). As mentioned previously, waters were dropped off pretty quickly as we were seated but they never refilled our pitchers. Didn't really check in after our food was brought out. Nevertheless, it's still a fun place to try. The aesthetic inside is fun - old school diner vibe. Check it out if you're in the area and craving some quick diner food!

Yelp
This place is absolutely cute on the inside and the music vibe is 70-80's! Imagine the colors on the menu all over the walls. Definitely make a reservation if coming for Saturday brunch as it was pretty busy. I apologize upfront as I forgot to take pictures of our food; however, I ordered the creole Caesar salad and added shrimp...the dressing has a little spicy kick but definitely the star of the salad. One friend ordered the creole salad and added crab cakes and said they were definitely crabby (that's a good thing LOL). Other friend ordered the fried catfish sandwich which came with fries and she said was seasoned and cooked perfectly. We will definitely come back to try the milkshakes as they look like masterpieces! Oh, and ask for Noah as your server...he is really nice!

Yelp
Im giving this place any stars at all because the staff were super friendly and cheerful and the restaurant is sooo cute and trendy. I love a well executed theme and this place is a giant phot opp. That being said the food was absolutely terrible. My chicken was pink and very undercooked, I couldn't go beyond a few bites and even if it was cooked it had 0 flavor, no seasonings, almost like they just took it out of the plastic and threw it in the oil. I was not the only one at my table who hated the food. But the drinks were yummy and very cute so its really a shame that the food experience was so terrible.

Yelp
Peachy Keen has a great ambiance! I've been a few times with my kids. My most recent visit was this past weekend, with some family who was visiting from out of state. My kids both had Excuse My French milkshakes which they loved. 10/10 I had a Peachy Greens Salad with perfectly flavored Shrimp. The salad had a bit more dressing than I go for and they weren't stingy with the goat cheese so I didn't end up eating all of it. I couldn't upload all of the photos we took but we also had Chicken & Waffles, the Crispy 'Shroomwich, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Steak & Eggs, Shrimp & Grits, Southern Scramble, and French Toast. Everyone enjoyed their food but I do wish we had more attentive service. We were a party of 10 and had 1 server who also had other tables. We often had to wait for our server and for water and for items to be cleared from our table. Our server had great personality but wasn't able to be as focused on us as he should have been, especially since gratuity was included. We also had to wait a really long time for drinks, but we all really liked the Spiked Apple Cider (it's seasonal). Last note - photos from the Peachy Keen IG page had my family looking forward to potatoes with peppers and onions but the hash browns/potatoes that came with their southern scramble were either wedges or hash brown patties. Double check with your server if you're particular about your hash browns! Overall - I'll be back for more fun, with the kids. I do hope they expand the menu to offer more gf/veg options.

Yelp
This spot is more optics than anything else for me. My friends and I must've waited nearly 15-20 minutes before someone decided to approach our table to take our order- this despite it being nearly empty on a Sunday. The drinks are overpriced and rather underwhelming. The food was okay, it didn't have me drooling nor did it leave a memorable experience. Overall it's a spot with pretty decor to make pictures worthwhile. Won't be back.

Yelp
5 stars for the restaurant decor / service! 3 stars for the food. Made a reservation here for Sunday brunch on OpenTable with no issues. It took us about 5 minutes after our reservation time to get seated, so not bad! Upon entering the restaurant, I felt like I was transported to the past with the bright colors and jukebox. It was such a nice change from how gloomy and grey NYC was that day. The menu is fun and has some brunch classics. Our party of three ordered banana fosters beignets to split, and then I ordered a fall salad. This is what dragged down the review to 4 stars instead of 5... The banana fosters beignets were large but really hard and crusty and not that flavorful. Would not recommend. The fall salad was also not great because of the dressing. It wasn't ranch but it tasted like ranch, which didn't go well with the other ingredients (arugula, kale, butternut squash, burrata, roasted chickpeas). You would think something like a balsamic vinaigrette would go better with that, but alas... Would I come back? Yes! Would I order something different? YES!

Yelp
This is within walking distance to the theater shows and the heart of Times Square. Perfect for my friend and I for our NYC daytrip from NJ. Both of us wanted a fun and cool place to go for brunch. Everything was so wonderful. Service, atmosphere and food. We went light because of the walking ahead of us for the day. She had a salad, which was huge in portion. I did the avocado toast with side salad. I finished my whole plate and didnt feel weighed down for the day ahead. I have to say the menu looked absolutely delicious. I was torn on getting a milkshake for sure! I definitely would recommend this place!

Yelp
Location: First thing to note, don't drive here, parking is a nightmare. A block away from times square. Vibe: Really cute old school diner, good music, fun decor. 5/5 Service: Maybe I just got the wrong waiter or he was having a bad day because he has zero personality and just not pleasant to speak with. 1/5 Food: None of the entrees were calling to us so we ordered a bunch of apps. The wings were really good especially the Cajun dry rub. The blue cheese was amazing. The disco tots were very interesting. The first couple bites were great and as they cooled they became less appealing. The mac and cheese was ok at best, a little too cheesy, a bit bland and flavorless. The biscuits and gravy was good, also missing a bit of flavor. The truffle fries were good. 3/5 Drinks: The frozen drinks were a hit especially the coffee one. 5/5 Overall: Nothing really stood out. Might come back to try brunch and to have some more of the coffee frozen drink but otherwise I'm ok without returning here.

Yelp
The cutest place for a 1970ms vibe. I came here with a friend and just got dessert. As you can see, it was pretty large and impressive and enough for two people to share. The service was great too.

Yelp
With its bright lights and colorfully adorned walls, this restaurant instantly transports you back to the 70s disco era. Don't forget your bell bottoms! Despite the throwback vibe, they play contemporary top 40 music for a fun, light-hearted atmosphere. We were late to our reservation but they still sat our group of six promptly. For brunch, they offer cocktail carafes, which are a pretty good deal. We got the regular $45 option and it was large enough for all six of us to share. The Flower Power cocktail was a little too sweet for my taste but several folks in my group enjoyed it. To eat, I had the vegan chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was grilled, not fried. It was tasty and the sauce gave it some nice texture and flavor, but it didn't quite have a wow factor for me. The chicken itself was a bit on the chewy side. The fries were lightly seasoned and had a good amount of crispiness. My friend got the boneless waffle wings and enjoyed them, especially with a requested side of hot honey. They made a mistake with our bill and gave us a free ice cream sundae to make up for it. They are open late night as well and have drink and shot specials. Very fun dining experience!

Yelp
Very beautiful place, takes you back in time. Very colorful & cool retro vibe Service was great. Food was good, price was little high. I only ordered a soda & a snack , bill came to 21$ so that's high! I Gus's for one time it's ok. If I ever feel like spending double on a place I will come back here. Fun place tho! I wish they had more options for vegetarians & fish or seafood ! If you in the area in Times Square, check it out. Vibe was great, stuff are very nice. Btw the restroom is pretty cool too & very clean.

Yelp
Loud and bright, just how I like my faux '70s nostalgia. Except everywhere you look, you'll see people taking smartphone selfies--not exactly '70s tech. But I digress. Peachy Keen is surprisingly awesome, food-wise. We got: - Disco Tots: Crunchy, starchy and cheesy enough to please the Canadian poutine lover in me - Crab & Corn Beignets: That smoked paprika remoulade....thumbs up - Boneless Waffle Wings: Exactly how you want fried chicken to taste when you've had a few - Peanut Butta Jelly Time: 'Grammable and diabetes-able. What more could you ask for in a sundae? If you're the DD, try the delicious Cucumber Drifter, a mocktail that makes you wonder if you really ever needed that gin. If you're NOT the DD, get the Disco Sally because it's served in a glass orb with strobe lights at the bottom and you KNOW your followers want to see that. The servers look like my EDM rainbow unicorn fantasy come to life, and they're just as friendly. I'm so glad the boring sports bar that this spot used to be has been converted into something with vibes.

Yelp
Seems like it's a new place - if you're into a retro dinner, or flashback into the past, this place is for you! It's located in a great area off Times Square, and when we walked in, we were seated right away. They really hit the nail on the groovy ambiance. The three stars if for what seems like all the menu items we wanted to order, but for some reason weren't available (my friend wanted to order this creme brulee type option, but it seemed as though they weren't able to do it - not sure if it's still on the menu even). The truly American portion you get is great also - if you want dessert, you'll get enough it's almost impossible to finish. That being said, I think I would come back to try the food (they have some salad and a couple vegan options on the dinner menu, which I appreciate).

Yelp
Cool vibe, friendly service, and a good brunch at a decent price. For being so close to Times Square, I expected Peachy Keen to be pretty terrible but I was pleasantly surprised. The brunch runs everyday and the mimosas are fantastic. We elected to go with a carafe ($45) that was massive. The food was alright but there are plenty of options. I think the highlight here is the service and the vibe. Everyone working was friendly and the place had an overall friendly vibe. Definitely come check it out for a good brunch and a good time.

Yelp
This is definitely the grooviest new restaurant to hit Hell's Kitchen! I can't believe it took me this long to come here... because it was amazing!! The decor is fabulous. It is so bright and colorful, and full of 70s disco flair! They have happy hour 4-7 during the week, and our server was kind enough to tell us and put in our order right before it ended. The rum punch was great and pretty strong, especially for a happy hour drink! For my entree, I had the fried chicken sandwich, as recommended by our server. Instead of bread, they use a homemade biscuit. It was SO INCREDIBLE! It was messy, so be warned! But it was delicious. I substituted truffle fries as my side and those were also delish. My friend had the fried chicken platter and raved about it and all the fixings it came with. We were too full for dessert, but the shakes looked incredible! I also want to try the loaded tots next time. I can't wait to go back! It was such a fun vibe and the food was nothing like anything else I have had in the Hell's Kitchen area.

Yelp
Loved the food, the staff and the ambiance diner. Did not know they had a brunch drag show. If we had we would have gone later to enjoy that. We went right when the opened for breakfast and were seated immediately. It filled fairly quickly with lots of families. The appear to be several dining areas. Coffee was good and plentiful. Server did not know that egg Benedict traditionally comes with Canadian bacon when we ordered that option he brought it as a side. Southern scramble was good but not a scramble more a plate. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
My friends and I LOVED Peachy Keen. We found it on yelp and thought it was such a cute, fun place. We put our name down for a table and waited about an hour and a half for it. The wait was 100% worth it. The atmosphere was so upbeat and exciting. We each got a drink and they were all AMAZING. Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
More like 4.5 stars. Peachy Keen is a total VIBE. Awesome restaurant decor, music, menu, and drinks. The food is good too. GET THE DISCO TOTS (and add pork belly). Truffle fries are very good too. For entrees stick to the brunch go-to's: pancakes, chicken and waffles, etc. I had the breakfast wrap and it was okay, other dishes are better. Wings were standard. Loved the rhinestone cowgirl cocktail. The bloody was decent, very heavy. You need to make a reservation, this place is insanely packed.
