Peacock Alley's products are known for their outstanding quality and attention to detail, from signature bedding collections to decorative pillows and throws. During my recent purchase with Peacock Alley, I had the pleasure of working with Morgan, one of their knowledgeable and friendly advisors. From the moment I called the store, Morgan greeted me warmly and professionally and immediately made me feel at ease. She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bedding. Despite not being in the store, Morgan was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products available and was able to answer all of my questions and provide valuable insights about each item. She listened carefully to my needs and preferences and helped me complete my order for the Pecale Boutique duvet and shams. Overall, my experience with Peacock Alley in Atlanta was outstanding, largely thanks to Morgan's exceptional service over the phone. She is truly an asset to the store, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality bedding products. I can't wait to return to Peacock Alley and work with Morgan again in the future!

I purchased a down alternative duvet insert from Peacock Alley about two months ago. I reached out about a week ago to notify them that the duvet insert was shedding, leaving the filling in the form of white fluff balls all over my bedding. I was connected with the corporate office and spoke with Laura who apologized for the inconvenience and connected me with the manager of the Atlanta store, Frederick. He first told me that I could send my duvet insert to the manufacturer for review and receive a replacement. As I had already bought a replacement from another company I said that would not be necessary and asked if store credit could be provided. To be completely transparent I had attempted a return immediately after purchasing as I was dissatisfied with the overall quality of the insert (no defects at this point,) and store credit was offered. However, I missed the email so no action was taken. My latest correspondence with Frederick said that there can be no resolution to this issue - no refund, store credit, or replacement as he feels I'm trying to take advantage of the company return policy. This was not the case, I was simply trying to find an appropriate solution to resolve the issue. I tried numerous times to get in touch with both the corporate office & Atlanta store over the phone to expedite the issue but I could not connect with anyone. I believe that the entire issue was misconstrued due to improper communications channels. I've purchased other products from Peacock Alley on other websites (The Favorite Blanket from Rue LaLa) and was extremely satisfied so I know that these products can be of very high quality. I just had a particularly negative experience with this specific product. More than anything, I am extremely disheartened and frustrated by the response I've received from both the corporate and local Peacock Alley teams. I am not being unreasonable in desiring store credit vs. a replacement and have now been made out to be the party who has wronged vs. the other way around. Needless to say, I have never in my life had such a negative experience with customer service. I'd expect more from a luxury brand. Despite the high-quality products I've received in the past I will not be giving Peacock Alley any more of my business. Just beware if you have any issues with your products that it may not be properly resolved.
