"The steaks are the main draw at this new American restaurant, which features RC Ranch Texas wagyu ribeyes and NY strips grilled over post oak. Also find seafood towers, crab cakes, and seafood entrees like blackened redfish and pistachio-crusted snapper. Save some room for the churro cheesecake, or try an adult milkshake, a riff on the Brandy Alexander." - Minh Truong, Sean Hekmat

We had a wonderful dinner celebrating 60 years of marriage! The service was amazing! The food was perfect. The restaurant is beautiful. Our waiter had an excellent personality. He was funny and not at all stuffy. Definitely kept us laughing. We had a large group yet the food came out timely. We were not rushed at all. The waiter let us dictate when each course would be served. It is an upper scale restaurant and the prices reflect that, so be prepared to spend some money. The waiter was also kind enough to take pictures of our group from several angles.

Consistently Excellent — One of Our Favorites for Brunch or Dinner We come here often—it’s one of our absolute favorite restaurants to frequent. I especially enjoy sitting at the raw bar, where you can watch the preparation of their wide variety of fresh dishes. The open kitchen concept adds to the experience, making it feel lively and engaging. Service is usually top-notch, and a few of the staff members know us by now, so we’re often able to request our favorite servers, which is a nice touch of familiarity. For brunch, the chicken and waffles is our go-to—it’s consistently satisfying. The cappuccino can be a bit hit or miss, but if you’re in the mood for a cocktail, I highly recommend the French 75. For dinner, I tend to gravitate toward their seafood dishes. The seafood gumbo is a personal favorite, and the oysters never disappoint. If you’re dining with someone and want to share, definitely try the seafood tower—it’s the perfect amount for two people. They’re also great with accommodating kids. While there’s no separate kids’ menu, they’re happy to prepare dishes like grilled chicken or a classic burger. Speaking of which, their burgers are excellent, even for adults. Desserts here are generously portioned—big enough to share or take home. Honestly, there’s nothing on the menu that would steer you wrong. The bar area can get a little loud during peak times, especially when there’s live music, but the energy adds to the upscale, social vibe. Outdoor seating offers beautiful views, and you’ll often see families celebrating special occasions. Final thoughts: Dress to impress—this is an upscale spot with valet service, and it has the feel of a place worth lingering in. Whether it’s brunch, dinner, or a celebration, it never disappoints.

This has to be one of the best fine dining & family friendly restaurants in Katy. I have been here for business meetings, for drinks & gatherings with friends, as well as for family dinners. I love the ambience & the food the only thing I would caution is seating outside can become complicated. We sat outside this last time because the weather was nice but the flies pretty much attacked us as soon as the food came out

Google
Kenneth, the chef, delivered exceptionally decadent creations- octopus and crab cake appetizers to the halibut with caviar entree. Adam, the general manager, was beyond catering and knowledgeable. Joel, my waiter, was very friendly and personable when waiting me at the bar. The pineapple margarita was more than I could have imagined- it was impactful and delicious to say the least. The churro cheesecake is what prompted me to come back after a year- fabulous!! I eat out all the time. However, Pearl and Vine is among my top choices for dining out. Thank you all for such a wonderful dining experience! Cheers 🥂

Amazing service, great view from the outdoor seating, unfortunately the food was just okay. I’ve had better, especially for the price. If you live in the area and looking to take your partner out on a special I recommend it, but for me it wasn’t worth the 30+ minute drive.

So the service was excellent we had 2 servers. The Caesar salad was nice, tad spicy. Great selection of wine but nobody tried any at my table. I had a filet medium rare. It was good give it a 4. Had decent wood fired taste, but I have had better. Give it a try and see how it goes!

Brunch at Pearl & Vine, Katy, Texas – A Hidden Gem with Unexpected Delights Tucked away in Katy, Pearl & Vine delivers a brunch experience that blends upscale flair with comforting, flavor-packed dishes. I kicked off my visit with a pomegranate margarita—a perfectly balanced brunch cocktail. It was just boozy enough to feel festive, refreshingly tart with citrus and pomegranate, and finished with just the right amount of Tajín on the rim, adding a punch of chili-lime zing that elevated every sip. Our table sampled a little bit of everything, and not a single bite disappointed. Surprisingly, the BBQ pizza stole the show. It’s rare to find pizza this good outside a dedicated pizzeria, but Pearl & Vine nails it. The house-made BBQ sauce was rich, smoky, and just the right amount of tangy. Paired with a bold, melty cheese blend and a crust that found the ideal middle ground between crunchy and chewy, it was absolutely memorable. The French toast, made with thick slices of brioche, was lightly kissed with syrup—just enough to bring out the bread’s natural richness without drowning it. A side of fresh fruit added a bright contrast that made every bite feel balanced and indulgent in the best way. Then came the over-easy avocado toast, which was simply stunning. The golden yolk of the egg was picture-perfect and burst beautifully over the smashed avocado. Topped with crisp elements for added texture, and served with a fresh side salad dressed in a zesty vinaigrette, it was both satisfying and refreshing. On the side, we had bacon, scrambled eggs, and a side of sausage, rounding out the meal with some classic brunch staples that held their own. Our server, Caitlyn, was warm, attentive, and added to the overall great experience with her friendly and professional service. Final verdict? Pearl & Vine delivers a brunch that feels thoughtfully crafted, with both familiar comforts and surprising standouts. It’s an absolute win in Katy—and well worth a return trip.

Pearl & Vine – A Masterclass in Culinary Excellence and Hospitality In a city brimming with dining options, it takes something truly exceptional to stand out. Pearl & Vine does more than that—it elevates the entire dining experience to a standard that few establishments dare to approach. First Impressions & Service: Impeccably Thoughtful From the moment we entered, the hospitality was both warm and intuitive. The hostess greeted us with genuine enthusiasm—more than a smile, it felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. She didn’t simply lead us to a table; she curated our experience. Observing that my girlfriend wasn’t carrying a hair tie, she gently advised us against the patio due to the wind—subtle, attentive, and deeply considerate. It was a small gesture that foreshadowed the precision and care woven through every element of our visit. The Menu: Elegance Meets Temptation Pearl & Vine’s menu is a work of art—balanced, inviting, and carefully constructed. Each description strikes that rare harmony between clarity and seduction, giving you just enough detail while igniting the impulse to try one of everything. This is a menu that doesn’t just inform—it sells, effortlessly. Drinks: A Cocktail and Coffee Revelation The Birds of Paradise cocktail deserves special mention. Light and tropical, with a delicate sweetness layered over a whisper of apple-like bitterness, it’s an ideal warm-weather drink—complex, but never overthought. A standout. And then there was the cappuccino. Smooth beyond belief. For perhaps the first time outside of Italy, I found no need for sugar. No bitterness, no sharp edge—just pure, velvety espresso perfection. I ordered a second without hesitation. The Food: A Journey Through Flavor and Craftsmanship For my entrée, I chose the 6oz filet with eggs—a classic steak and eggs redefined. Cooked to a flawless medium, the filet was beyond tender; it was transcendent. Each bite delivered the kind of rich, satisfying umami that lingers and deepens. The texture bordered on ethereal. I genuinely found myself wondering how I had gone so long in life without this particular steak. The scrambled eggs, meanwhile, were a surprise star—fluffy, buttery, and perfectly seasoned. They nearly dissolved on the tongue. My girlfriend ordered the short rib eggs Benedict, and her reaction said it all: “It melts in your mouth.” The depth of flavor was striking—the richness of the short rib, the warm spices that bloomed across the palate, the velvety yolk marrying everything together, and the roasted potatoes—crispy outside, creamy inside—were stellar on their own. As for the pancakes: perfection. Towering, golden, and served with what I can confidently say is the best honey butter I’ve ever had. They also offered a blueberry butter, which my girlfriend absolutely loved—it was fresh, vibrant, and added a delightful fruity twist to an already perfect bite. We couldn’t finish them, but they’re coming home with us—and they will be devoured. Final Notes on Service: Seamless and Sophisticated The staff maintained an ideal balance—attentive without hovering, timing their visits with near clairvoyance. They boxed our leftovers before we had to ask. It’s clear that every server has been trained not just in protocol, but in poise and grace. Perhaps most impressive was the open kitchen, framed behind clear glass. Every guest can witness the artistry in motion. The Executive Sous Chef could be seen inspecting each plate before it left the pass, ensuring every dish was delivered at a level of excellence that borders on obsessive. And thank goodness for it. The Verdict: A New Gold Standard Pearl & Vine isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a benchmark. An experience crafted with integrity, detail, and passion from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place where service, drinks, food, and atmosphere operate in total harmony. This is now one of my all-time favorite restaurants. I’ll be returning—and soon.

Yelp
The food was absolutely delicious. Every single dish we had. The scallops are amazing there collard greens taste like they were made in grandmas kitchen. I just saw they have oysters for only $9 during happy hour and the blueberry cucumber martini is also on the happy hour menu which means this just became a new favorite place of mine!

Chrystal S.

Yelp
I've been here 3 times and generally enjoy it every time. I've gotten the short rib each time. Since the sides are seasonal, the sides always change. Food is great! Well seasoned. The fried calamari was fried to perfection! Even the breading was flavorful. The braised short rib melted easily. Service is amazing. Every server is polite and the manager even made rounds just because. It's a beautiful place, and loving the decor. I'm not a huge fan of the live music singer, hence 4 stars instead of 5. Live band or dj music is cool when they play it but it's a lot of noise anyway when it's packed out. Overall I'd go back again!

Jay J.

Yelp
We're frequent flyers here. Love love love Pearl and Vine. It's a great date night or cocktail hour. Nice steak restaurant style inside. But if the weather is nice, I highly recommend the outside seating, the water, surrounding flora, and firepit makes for a nice ambiance. Service has always been top notch every time we've gone. Pleasant, attentive, and friendly service. My favorite part about this place is they tweak or change things on the menu. They also have bourbon or wine nights that are paired with a certain meal. Fantastic food, but the ambiance and atmosphere really makes it a place I like to frequent.

Taylor T.

Yelp
Pearl & Vine has been one of our family favorites for years--we have celebrated so many special occasions here. So much to say from a fellow foodie who often misses the selection closer to the city. This is truly one of the best spots in Katy to experience incredible dining with everything included, fantastic service, even better food, true cocktails + wine selection, and allllll the ambiance. Let's start with the food & drinks: we have tried SO many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. You can never go wrong with their steaks or fresh oysters. Love love the yeast rolls and my kids are obsessed with the pizza! Expect to pay $$ but it's worth it. They have an incredible wine + spirit selection with some of the best bourbons (big fan). The ambiance is amazing!! I don't think there's anything quite like it in Katy except maybe Perry's. They have a huge variety of seating; separate bar area + couch/ lunge tables and high tops, plenty of large tops & booths, a huge outdoor patio overlooking a gorgeous pond and nature area, and indoor patio that can be reserved, and a private room (I believe can seat up to 15). Service is always 5-stars. Not sure if she still works here, but Jade was our favorite server form day 1. The manager is always there on weekends greeting and making rounds (I often see him helping staff and being an integral part of the restaurant.) Highly recommend this local gem!

Carmen S.

Yelp
Ambiance is upbeat. Had a live guitar player in bar area on a Th night. We had drinks in the bar area before dinner. Bar is a decent size area. Complentary yeast rolls were good. I felt like they had been sitting just a little bit but they were still good. Calamari - cooked just right Octopus - really good. Smoky bbq chargrilled flavor. People at the table who don't like octopus or never tried it liked it! Beet salad- very fresh & crisp. The beets came with blueberries, pecans & goat cheese. It all worked together. Again, folks in my party who don't like beets tried lt & surprisingly liked it. Scallops - cooked perfectly. The orange jalapeño jam adds a sweet, spiciness to each scallop that's quite unique. We had a party of 9 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their food. Not 1 complaint! Also service was good. The server was very attentive to our large party. I cannot believe this place has been in my Katy neighborhood & it didn't make my radar. I will definitely return here when I'm looking for an elevated dining experience without going into the city of Houston.

Yelp
Pearl and Vine offers a great dining experience for couples or large parties. The size and decorations of the restaurant grabs your attention as soon as you walk through the door. The host was very friendly and helpful finding bar space for a group of eight. We arrived 30 minutes before the reservation for drinks before dinner and it wasn't a problem. The food is great the Calamari was perfectly flashed fried with incredible flavor. The sauce didn't add much and wasn't necessary. I highly recommend the Octopus which will likely be the best starter on the menu. The ribeye steak was one of the best non wagyu steaks I've had. I absolutely loved the steak seasoning and the temperature was just as I requested. Now that I've been introduced to this place, I will be a regular. No misses! Great experience.

Yelp
Another excellent meal at Pearl & Vine! Since the menu changes a tad from time to time, YOU MUST GO NOW!!! The Pumpkin Ravioli is amazing!!! I was a little skeptical order; It doesn't seem like something I would normally get but something said just try it. And I'm so glad I did. Was definitely the best dish at the table. The pumpkin adds a sweet cinnamon creaminess that's not overwhelming. The sauce they paired it with was perfection. Both flavor wise and for the dish. I like that they went with the spinach noodle to make the ravioli & a lil crunch from the crispy Brussel sprout leaves added texture along with the pancetta. It was very well done! Normally i'm about portion control, but I could've eaten like 3 bowls of this! We started with a Campechana again. Not great presentation wise, but dont let that for you. It's refreshing and the chips are fresh well seasoned. Definitely an appetizer to try. I had a prickly caipirinha that interesting. Great appetizer or desert drink. We set on the patio with a fire out view.

Yelp
Came here straight from the airport after a long day of travel. We had the blue point oysters, beef carpaccio, Texas gumbo, wedge salad, braised short ribs and creamed spinach. The atmosphere was comfortable and lively. We were seated in a booth by the open kitchen. I personally enjoy watching the kitchen and seeing how well everyone works together and also how clean and organized they are. The dining room was noisy and you could barely hear the music over the conversations, but my husband and I were still able to talk without yelling. I think the clear dividers between each booth might have helped. Our server, Ismael, was excellent! He was polite and friendly, without seeming fake. He created a relaxing and fun experience for us. He paid attention to our table without being intrusive and our food was served and timed perfectly. Everything we had was delicious and the portions were just right for us. The only thing I'd say could use some improvement was the braised short rib. The risotto was slightly undercooked and grainy, but the flavor was delicious. The short rib was tender and moist, but I wished it had more depth of flavor. More beefy flavor. The pricing for the dishes were very reasonable to us and didn't seem overpriced, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very nice dining experience, especially after a long day of traveling. Wish we lived closer, we'd definitely be regulars at this restaurant.

Yelp
Jessie was amazing, attentive, and full of knowledge about the menu and the restaurant history. The food was great (our first time here), and it was a bit of a drive, but worthy of a return visit. Upscale ambiance, but "business casual" is okay (no suit and tie required) Duck fat fries are an absolute must have. The redfish was done to perfection, and the bacon greens were rich and full of savory flavor.

Yelp
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!! FOOD POISONING Pearl and Vine is a place you want to go to when you want to treat your partner out or go on a luxury dinner with your family. The ambience is very nice and the service is good. They have a pretty big wine list and a good amount of cocktails. My boyfriend decided to take me out on a date here after not being here a couple years. We decided to go all out on dinner with appetizers and we split an entrée. The food was good, but unfortunately, the next day my boyfriend suffered from food poisoning. I noticed there seems to be a trend of negative reviews correlated with food poisoning at this restaurant. My boyfriend hasn't been the only person that has gotten food poisoning here. Eat at your own risk, I don't know what happened. Maybe it was a bad shrimp or a bad oyster he ate, but it was a bit disappointing. He spent so much money to take me out and he suffered with food poisoning the next day..... Update: He called the establishment to let them know about his food poisoning and management tells him he could have gotten it from touching a wall. "Walls grow bacteria and that's how you could have gotten sick" Ridiculous that they won't take accountability when he hasn't been the only one to get food poisoning at this establishment. We will not be returning here and I suggest you don't either

Yelp
This restaurant is located in Kyle, just west of Houston proper. It is in an area that is under construction, so be careful when you enter. There is ample parking, but reservations are most likely a must since it appears busy. I met a customer for a business meal here. Our server, Isabella L, was very attentive and gave us suggestions for meals and took our drink oder. I had chosen iced tea, and she never gave me a chance to ask for a refill because she was on it! My customer was drinking diet coke, and the same happened with his drink too! I chose the roasted chicken and it was very good. My dinner partner chose the salmon and it was excellent as well. Our service was spectacular and the meals were excellent. The menu includes good steak dishes as well. If you are in the Kyle area, I would recommend this restaurant for its excellent dining experience.

Monica B.

Yelp
My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and we were looking for a place close to home to enjoy. We decided on Pearl & Vine as it's in Katy not far from where we live. Making reservations was easy, and we were greeted warmly and sat immediately upon arrival. The ambiance is perfect for a date night. The service was very attentive and our options were explained thoroughly. We decided on steak for my husband, which he loved, and the scallops for me that were also delicious. We also ordered creamed spinach and that was good too. I'm not sure about other offerings, but I'd like to enjoy more of the menu before increasing the score, but it was a solid meal with solid service. I don't think you'd regret giving them a try.

Tyler J.

Yelp
Really good service, food is truly amazing so when you look up it's true. It's a bit noisy they should use baffles to reduce. I'm sure the patio will be great and look forward to my next visit.

Brittany O.

Yelp
I've been a loyal patron of Pearl & Vine since their opening, dining there multiple times for dinner and brunch. Every visit has been a delightful experience, with consistently excellent food and service. However, today's brunch experience truly stood out, thanks to our incredible server, Melissa. From the moment we walked in, Melissa's warm personality lit up the room, and her welcoming demeanor immediately made us feel at home. She provided attentive service throughout our meal, ensuring everything was perfect. Melissa went above and beyond, offering thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience even further. The food, as always, was exceptional, but Melissa's energy and care made this visit unforgettable. It's clear she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Thank you, Melissa, for your outstanding service--I look forward to returning to Pearl & Vine soon!

Madyson C.

Yelp
Dinner tonight was delicious! We were celebrating my birthday so we were looking for a nice variety of food that everyone would enjoy. The courses came out at the perfect time and everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was excellent, never an empty water glass. Birthday dessert was a nice touch that added to the dinner. It was a very nice dinner with family and would highly recommend stoping by for a night out!

Elizabeth O.

Yelp
The goat cheese appetizer and the brussel sprouts were the best dishes we had! I also ordered the fish, I think it was a snapper over etoufee. It was bland. Very seasonless. The service was good. The ambiance is really nice. It's probably the most upscale restaurant in the area for sure. I'd give it a second chance and try something else.

Marvin S.

Yelp
Went for a simple meal of burgers and had a great time. Hostess, waiter and food were all great. We will be back - family of three

Destinee R.

Yelp
Dined in for a birthday dinner and the food was stellar. Our server was sweet and attentive. The design and ambiance of the restaurant allowed space for conversation and was dimly lit, setting a nice tone to our event. Located on a pond, views of the fountain and outdoor patio were a great background. The espresso martini was a perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. The oysters Rockefeller topping was amazing, however the oyster itself was a bit slimy for its massive size and could have been cooked longer. The short rib was very tender, however the plate overall had an overpowering smoky flavor with the broccolini and sauce. The goat cheese au gratin was a bit dry, but the meal was still decent. The key lime bar was the star of the show. I would order this 1000 times. Overall, the experience was pleasurable. I would order different options upon my next visit.

Lauren M.

Yelp
This is a really nice place right off 1463 and 10. Service was great. Our waiter was polite and attentive. We came to celebrate a birthday and even got a sweet treat on the house! We had the 26oz rib-eye with scallops special. It came with the most delicious truffle creamed corn I've ever had. We also tried the duck confit fries, elote Caesar salad (which has to be the best I've ever had) and the braised short rib. We were stuffed beyond belief and boy was it expensive but wow was I impressed! We will definitely be back for special occasions.

Taylor H.

Yelp
The restaurant feels very fine dining. It just makes you want to be cute. We went for the Mother's Day brunch and everything was decorated really nice. The service was top tier the waiter was very attentive and kept the mimosas filled. The food was decent. Tuna poke - had a little too much soy sauce flavor Short rib Benedict was solid. They cooked the egg just enough Chicken and waffles- The chicken didn't really have a lot of flavor. The waffle was steak and egg - the steak was cooked to perfection, but I hate when you add cheese to your eggs and they just throw it on top. I would come back, but maybe for dinner.

Shatoyia N.

Yelp
Went here for Mothers Day brunch on Sunday. Restaurant itself is really nice, nice size bar with a patio plus the restaurant sits on the water. They have complimentary valet or self parking. The customer service was exceptional from the hostess to the waiter. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Now the brunch was okay. The Huevos rancheros was bland, waffles were basic, breakfast pizza was a fail and the syrup had a weird taste. The crawfish arancini was pretty good but it's a little spicy. The breakfast potatoes and truffle corn was also a hit. Everyone said the fried chicken and steak was pretty good. The keylime cheesecake was very limey. The churro cheesecake was tasty. I wouldn't come back for brunch but would like to try their dinner.

April M.

Yelp
Husband and I ate here for our anniversary. The service was amazing and the food even more amazing. I had the pumpkin ravioli and ate every bit of it! It was a little hard to talk over the background noise when we first got there but by the end of dinner it wasn't an issue. Definitely will come again.

Corey S.

Yelp
We got the flambe pizza, gumbo, calimari and crab cakes. All were great, with the exception of the gumbo. The roux tasted burnt. The server we had was great. He took care of us. I ordered an old fashioned and it was really good. It's a nice sit down restaurant to gsther at.

Dan W.

Yelp
Apparently ordering a Margarita 'Up' means a taller glass. $31 for a margarita and they use sour mix, and btw Brussel Sprouts don't go with Ahi, as they are way too heavy. Lastly, while this place is way overpriced for what you get, the worst part is the vibe. It is terrible.

Aubrie H.

Yelp
Amazing service and amazing food! David was the best and took great care of us! We are already wanting to come back. Ambiance and vibe of this place is amazing!

Shantel K.

Yelp
Had an amazing time , it's an upscale restaurant with amazing food. I ordered the filet as well as scallops. They were both amazing, the ambience was very relaxing, very nicely decorated. I do not sample any wine as I do not drink so I cannot speak to wine selection however my husband did have a couple of old fashions and he did they were well made and generous pours. We had fabulous service and our server was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Anne Marie O.

Yelp
Chef Kenneth is incredible! Everything that comes out of the kitchen is carefully cooked and the flavors are wonderful. We sat outside on a lovely evening and it was a lot calmer than inside. The sound of cutlery sort of echoes but there was live music which created a quieter atmosphere amongst the customers. It is pricey but worth it for a special occasion.

Cass A.

Yelp
This place surprised us! Great ambiance, wonderful service, and our meal was excellent! The octopus appetizer was amazing and of perfect texture. Even the Parker rolls were nice. For our mains, we both enjoyed our selections of the classic pork chop and the snapper. Great selections! Tender and nicely seasoned. We were too full for dessert. Would definitely return if in the area, and recommend to others.

Daquynh N.

Yelp
Divine. Our group of three had so much fun here. We started listening to some live music near the front. We had a bottle of Riesling, some appetizers and lovely entrees. The elote salad was great! came here about a month later with a bigger group. The food was a bit more slow and we were sat in another room.

Julie W.

Yelp
Food, service, atmosphere all top-notch! Wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Dined here while in town for work and had a great experience. Staff was nice, food was delicious, portions large and ambiance nice. Would recommend for other work events for sure

Luz C.

Yelp
I'd say that I had a very pleasant first visit to this restaurant. The space is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were all very professional, helpful, and cheerful. Our waiter, Greg, was thee best!! I recommend sitting in his section, he was thorough, insightful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. He gave us great recommendations that I will surely return to try in the near future. When we walked in there was a love performer who had a lovely and soothing voice, we honestly thought the music was coming from a recorded soundtrack. Beautiful touch. The food was all tasty, zero complaints, everything was cooked to perfection and everything was extremely tasty. The mimosa service is best because you can control the juice to champagne ratio (I like mine boozier) so it's a more personalized experience. I recommend thos place wholeheartedly & can't wait to return!!

Delesa F.

Yelp
The restaurant had a great ambiance that instantly made me feel relaxed and welcomed. As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by soft ambient lighting, tasteful décor, and a talented guitarist playing in the background. The melodic strumming of the guitar added a soothing and intimate touch to the atmosphere, creating a warm and inviting environment. I had high hopes for the Cowboy Shrimp dish, but unfortunately, the shrimp was spoiled. The manager offered to remake it or for me to choose another dish, so I went with the crab cakes, which were just okay. I wish the manager had offered some form of compensation for the spoiled shrimp. The overall customer service was acceptable, but the food quality left something to be desired. Hopefully, they can improve the freshness of their ingredients moving forward. The manager did not even offer a dessert. Manager Sabir instead took pride in making me another dish due to the "bad" shrimp I was served. Was that not what they were supposed to do anyhow? He gave me his card and told me to call if the crabcakes made me sick. Was not aure how to take that. SMH! Katine (spelling), our waitress, was very kind. Unfortunately, I will never vdine at this retaurant again. I highly recommend Mr. Sabir get trained on providing quality customer service. He ua nit very custoner friendly.

Yelp
We tried P&V for the first time on a date night and were very pleased to have done so. From walking in and walking out, we had a great experience. Great selection of appetizers and entrees and plenty of wine choices. Will definitely be back!!!

Nicki M.

Yelp
We started our fun evening at happy hour which was packed!! Great prices on pre dinner drinks and attentive but not overly nice bartenders. We then utilized our reservation and were blessed to be seated in Natasha's section- she is the best! She knows the menu, is great at recommendations, and an overall joy! Love the ambiance of P&V, fancy and yet relaxing. The food was delicious! Very fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor! Love every time we visit!

Debbie L.

Yelp
Good food fun atmosphere just needs a little more variety on the menu, but the people that work there make you want to come back

Cedric G.

Yelp
Late post.Came in for Sunday brunch with friends . We had a reservation, so we didn't have to wait at all. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious.

Ambiance is excellent and the happy hour between 4-7 on all days is phenomenal. We love a good deal! Anyways I ordered some stuff off of the HH menu such as sparkling wine and poutin fries. I tried their entree of the waygu steak but it had no flavor. I had to order extra sauces at $5 to make it work. I would definitely come back just for light bites and drinks.

Yelp
Absolutely a great date night venue. The covered patio has fans and televisions so it was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine outdoors.

Yelp
Went here a day after patronizing Mastro's! Boy is there a huge difference. I was there just for HH but decided to try a steak because my dinner from the night before was horrible! This restaurant did not miss! Loved everything from the restroom to the bar area. Food was excellent and seasoned perfectly! Nice setting. We enjoyed a few martinis Along with short rib sliders Gulf Oysters and Parmesan fries Not there was a little too much Parmesan for me, but not too bad! My filet was prepared perfectly not overcooked and seasoned just enough The star was the asparagus Perfect I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
One of the most amazing places I have to been to in Katy. The place is upscale and fancy with great service, ambiance and delicious food. We came here to celebrate my partners birthday. We started with some appetizers which had good veg and non veg options. The entrees had a lot of options but not too much veg options again. The Alfredo pasta is unfortunately most delicious because it lacked the creaminess of an Alfredo sauce. The salmon is okay, didn't really like the dish in whole. However hard off to our server Jessica for a hear service.

Yelp
I think this is the best restaurant in Katy. Ambient is great, specially outside on the patio. Food is really good and good wine too. I come here often and service is always top notch. I definitely recommend this place.

Yelp
We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. Prices were quite reasonable and there was a good crowd for a Thursday. We were sat at our table right on our reservation time. Servicer was attentive and friendly. Decor of the restaurant was trendy and upscale. The bar had TVs, so good for watching sports. The dining area was far enough so that the sounds of the live music that started later was not too loud. We didn't go out on the patio, but it had a nice view of trees and a pond with a fountain. As far as the food, we tried the bread, seafood, steak, side dish, dessert, and after dinner cocktail. All were excellent. Location is easy to get in and out of since there isn't much else around. Nice to have such an upscale restaurant in the area. We will definitely go back and bring friends next time.
