Pearl Boba Tea - Downtown

Ambience is great for enjoying a refreshing boba with friends. They have lots of fun retail items too. All the drinks are fantastics and the customer service is top notch.

Best boba I’ve ever had! Used to live in socal and never got into the boba scene there. The tea here is amazing and the bobaristas were so sweet and helpful since I hadn’t had it in forever and assured me if I didn’t like that I could swap it out for something else! Overall amazing!

Only been in there to pick up for door dash and it smells absolutely delicious and makes my mouth water. I can't wait to try it out. If it smells that good....it's got to taste that good!!! Right, lol!

My Fiancé and I have been coming here almost weekly for the past year but recently, in our last 8 visits something has been wrong between one of our drinks. Wether it be charging us for 4 scoops of topping but only putting 1 scoop, mixing up the popping pearls we wanted, mixing up the milk choices my gf gets, messing up the sweetness level, you get it. It’s really frustrating because we both really enjoyed coming here and for her the bobas cheer her up but lately like I said we’ve both been just getting frustrated with our orders mostly bc for $10 a drink we hope for them to be right. Especially when most of the time we come in there’s not a lot of people. It’s understandable for it to happen one or even twice but it has not been over a month and a half of visits with each visit having something wrong. And while I asked for my drink to get fixed the first couple times I just give up now and order a lotus since when my fiance want to go here since those are hopefully easier.(still have gotten two messed up lotus tho) While there’s no fingers to point to specific employees directly(other than one gal I don’t know the name of, shorter side with straight brown hair and kinda a square shaped face, she messes my drink up %100 of the time) I have noticed a couple times as we are saying our order to the gal at the till one of the other gals (mostly the one I don’t know the name of) has already started our drinks before the ticket even prints, going just off what she hears. And the four times I noticed this going on one of our drinks was wrong. I think going forward maybe wait for tickets to print so you can see what the customer ordered. While my fiancé still likes coming here we have stopped coming weekly/as frequent due to this and have stated going to the tea and crepe place for their bobas. While they don’t have as much options they do get the drinks right.

My favorite drink here is the brown sugar cold brew. I appreciate how the bobarista asks for my preference for level of sweetness. Perfect every time.

This is the best bubble tea place I’ve ever been to in the US. They are so nice, they seem to care about the quality of their ingredients and make some things in-house. I love that you get to choose sweetness level 0% to make it more healthy, and they offer non-dairy milks like oat and coconut. The drinks are SO delicious, the service is incredibly fast, and I leave happy every time I visit Pearl!

I had the chocolate decaf milk tea boba and it was delicious. The tapioca balls were excellent and they gave me a bunch. The workers were super-kind and took no time to get the order done. Highly recommend. --review written by my niece

Super cute spacious spot in downtown, immediately clocked the pride decor and knew it would be a good experience. Very patient cashier, thanks for putting up with us figuring out what we wanted. I'm in huckleberry mode as I'm visiting, so a huckleberry lemonade with boba was perfect. Prices are very reasonable, two sizes available, and drinks are very customizable.

The boba here is super tasty and fresh, plus the customer service is on point and the place is adorable, featuring local crafts and artsy things for sale. They offer a variety of boba options along with plenty of options for those who are lactose intolerant. Their seasonal offerings were a fun and unique find as well. One member of our group busted the straw through his boba drink, causing the whole drink to bust open and spill out and the staff made him a new one without even asking. Super nice customer service.

Wow! What a wonderful boba place here in Missoula! Lots of neat seasonal flavors. I tried the huckleberry, 100% sugar with double boba, it was a light tasting refreshing drink. The store is 1/2 boba place with seating, with the other half gifts/ soaps/ etc to browse and buy while you wait for your drink. It's makes for a really good combo for out of towners like me.

Seemed they had like fresh strawberry syrup which was good, but not as sweet as I would like! I got 75% thinking it was going to be sweet. But I almost would have liked like 150% sweetness. Pearls were tasty good texture. Tea was cook well but not 100% correct a tint bit if like a bitter flavor..usually means the tea was not at the exact right temp, but I have had way worse from boba shop teas. Service was friendly and quick!

How blessed is the Bitterroot Valley to finally have authentic boba tea? Incredibly so. I came from 2 hours away- not just for Pearl Boba Tea, I had other business in town, but I would absolutely drive over in a heartbeat, weather permitting, when the mood arises next. Modest drink and tea menu, they offer different levels of sweetness which is always a plus, so you can adjust your beverage by preference. A bit on the pricey side compared to other tea shops nationwide, but this place is a novelty out in Montana, so I don't mind a bit of a price hike. Staff were cheerful and my tea was made quickly! The space inside is wide and open and crafts and original art made by local artists adorn the walls which is so lovely. I can't wait to come back!

Visiting from LA was craving a solid boba and stumbled across this place. Beautiful inside and tea was on point. Got the strawberry matcha. They make their own strawberry syrup in house and boba was great. Loved it hope to be back some day

Was so looking forward to try this boba place. Unfortunately my jasmine boba milk tea was extremely watered down and the boba needed to be simmered for another 5 minutes. Service was good and cute ambiance. I couldn't really taste the jasmine tea. Mostly taste like milk and water. They need to reevaluate their tea and milk ratios.

Welcome to Missoula, Pearl Boba Tea! You're providing a long-needed service to our humble city! I've been waiting over ten years for a boba place to show up in Missoula and you've come to the rescue! Pearl Boba Tea has a menu with a decent selection of teas and flavors, and multiple additions including boba (bubble tea), and popping bubbles. My favorites are the black tea, brown sugar, and taro tea flavors! I do find the prices a little high though. A large drink with boba came out to $7, which is two or three bucks more than I am used to spending--though truth be told, it's been a long time since I had a boba drink out of state, so perhaps prices are higher throughout the country by now, especially with recent inflation and supply chain issues. In any case, I'm glad to have access to boba drinks in Missoula! It's a shame Vietnam Grill closed down the street (they're over at Pho Vi now), because there's nothing better after a bowl of pho than some milk tea. Maybe Pearl Boba Tea should add some spicy popcorn chicken to their menu to nail that perfect combination of sweet and hot/spicy! I can dream, can't I? My boba dream came true, after all!

Cute little shop. The girls their are nice and the teas are good. I like that the are open til 9pm and can get something sweet late in the evening. I wish they had a point system. And I wish that the egg waffles had actual ice cream.

Was visiting Missoula and wanted a boba tea. Came in with my husband on Halloween and the staff were welcoming. I got the strawberry matcha and it was good. It could have been more flavorful, but nonetheless a good boba tea. The ambiance in this little shop is cute and I love all the local stuff for sale. If I had more time I would have looked longer. If I'm ever in Missoula again I'll be back :-)

Who would have thought I'd find a bubble tea place in Missoula! They have 2 locations and I decided to try the one downtown instead of the campus. Cute place with a little gift shop inside and seating with board games while you're enjoying your bubble tea. I tried the black sesame with oat milk and herbal jelly. Thank you for having both options. (I stay away from places who only offer popping bubbles). The tea had just the perfect flavor and sweetness. If you're a bubble tea addict like myself and find yourself in Missoula, definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

We were visiting Missoula and had a chance to try Pearl Boba Tea for the first time. Bought a round of Chai Boba for everyone and it was great. One can customize the drink with different flavors, boba, etc. I especially liked how they can dial in the sweetness in customizing the drink to suit individual tastes. I'm hooked! Employees were very nice and patiently explained everything. We will definitely be coming back to try the other offerings.
