Delicious food! I will say if there is a con it would be the confusion of going inside and not having clear directions on where to order and all but the food is fantastic.

Moonrise wrap and their cold brew is my go-to. Always consistent, always so so good! My must-stop when I’m in LBI

Everything looks delicious. Very well maintained and orderly. Was a nice local community beach feel. Lots of prepared foods. Not an ear in location but you can buy a sandwich and eat outside. Pricey but good.

Good breakfast spot! The inside gets packed very quickly so make sure to get there early. Good coffee options as well as fresh fruit and sandwiches. My husband loved their breakfast burrito! Lots of cute stuff on the shelves to check out while you wait. Can be hectic but worth it!

This place is a 10. We ordered lobster bake for 8 and some apps. The food was incredibly fresh, traveled well and was prepared to make eating lobster without seafood crackers easy. They sliced the lobsters in the right places making it easy to eat. The food was so fresh, it was as almost as if they just pulled it from the ocean. The crab cakes were very generous on the crab too! Upon my arrival, a little boy Charlie greeted me with a smile to help his parents carry the catering to my car. Highly recommend! Thank you for making my parents anniversary dinner during quarantine, so memorable!

All the food here is delicious! My family’s favorite is the sunrise wrap and we love getting their sandwich cookies. The staff are very kind and helpful. Prices are on the high side, but definitely worth it! Our kids love the smoothies but think the flavors should be a bit more noticeable. The coffee cake is a must!

I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a good bit. Finally got the chance to grab lunch today and a sweet treat and everything was amazing! Definitely will be back!

Came here for an iced tea- my cousin loves them. I weakened and got a mini fish taco for $4.99. Taco was amazing but had a slow burn (spicy). Ask for it heated. The green iced tea was very cold and very good. There were three flavor choices - each $2.00. Would come back.

The best - absolute staple of our LBI vacations. The best sandwiches and absolutely best seafood on the island.

We came here 3 times in 3 days! Everything was delicious, fresh, and fast. Loved the cute interior and the friendly staff, would definitely come back if we visit LBI again.

One of my favorite spots on lbi! Everyone inside is always very friendly, and each sandwich is a knock out. They also have a wide array of fresh fish, meats and cheeses, and other speciality items you wouldn't find at the grocery store. Today I had the lobster roll and it was loaded with chunks of lobster, so fantastic!

My go to place for a quick, fresh/delicious lunch order. Always friendly, clean, well stocked with premade or order to make.

The smoothies were excellent! The white chocolate raspberry flavor was very good! The drinks and food selection is excellent! The food is very fresh. The service is wonderful. The environment is very welcoming and would definitely shop there again.

So many food options and so fresh! I got a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich. The wait wasn't too bad even though it was busy and the staff was very friendly.

We were in LBI, off peak and were craving a sandwich. We stopped in and were greeted with a warm smile and hello! Not only is it a deli but a market as well (hence the name). Their sandwiches are filling and options are available on their website. I did try (and both were fantastic): Cali Wrap - oven roasted turkey, Vermont cheddar, bacon, chopped leaf lettuce, Jersey tomato, avocado and chipolte mayo in a whole wheat wrap. Old Smokey - hickory smoked turkey breast, smoked gouda, roasted red peppers, baby spinach leaves with honey mustard in a spinach wrap (my favorite) Greek Chicken Wrap - grilled chicken breast, cucumbers, Jersey tomatoes, pitted kalamata olives and baby spinach leaves with creamy feta dressing in a whole wheat wrap. So if you are in the area - I suggest stopping in for some good ole fashioned sandwiches. There is a small lot next to it but it fills up quickly. ENJOY!

The food is pretty good, though expensive. The menu used to be more vast but has become smaller in the past couple years, likely to accommodate the increasing customers. Unfortunately, the owners have been unkind to me on multiple occasions.

First class establishment run by a couple who are 100% hands on making sure everything is perfect. Best breakfast burrito around, great place to stop for lunch or pick up your seafood for LBI dinner. Everything is so fresh and absolutely delicious. Been a customer for decades and they've never once disappointed.

Number one hot spot deli on island. All gourmet prepared foods perfectly to take on the beach for you. Prices little high but it's quality ingredients and worth it

A logistics challenge. Decent fare but why is there only one tiny door in/out? Claustrophobic at worst, congested at best. I feel like some coffee windows would cut down on internal traffic and make it easier to navigate. Pricey but I haven't eaten there enough to comment.

Cute gourmet food market at the South end of Beach Haven. Ready to eat, made to order, fresh seafood and groceries. Baked goods, prepared salads, cheese, fresh bread, coffee and tea bar. Nice outdoor patio w/various seating arrangements (2-6 tops). Very friendly staff (even at 7am!) Only complaint...no prices on groceries. Would be incredibly easy to rack up a hefty bill w/o realizing it. I got a muffin for $3.75 and I'm ok with that. Was fun to walk around.

Hidden gem on the island. I got the Italian combo and the ocean panini. The Italian combo was great but the workers didn't put on all the meats that were advertised so that's why my score is a 4/5. The ocean was amazingly delicious and is one of a kind down on this island, can't find any sandwich with such high quality. The Italian marinated mozzarel was also delicious. And the only good place to get some mozz in the island

This place has everything you could ever dream of. Fresh salads, deli sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches from the grill, spreads, seafood, pastries, side dishes, coffees, smoothies, breakfast lunch dinner!! Super convenient and suits every need for any time of day. A little overpriced. Have to-go items including ahi tuna, crab dip, buffalo chicken salad, fruit juices, etc. Ample outdoor seating.

Great spot to pickup breakfast lunch or coffee. We stopped here to morning in a row and enjoyed different breakfast options. The service was quick and friendly and the portions were huge. The breakfast burrito was stuffed with deliciousness and the egg cheese and pork roll breakfast sandwiches was also jam packed. All was delicious. Would recommend. They bring your food out packed in bag when it's ready and they have table spaces out appropriately to ensure social distancing.

We went on our morning walk without a plan and ended up at The Pearl Street Market. What a happy find! The breakfast burrito and bacon/egg/cheese were both delicious. The burrito was flavorful, packed with ingredients and grilled to perfection. The ordering process was straightforward and everything came out very quickly despite being quite busy. The outdoor eating area is super cute and convenient as we had our dog with us. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu as well as the prepared foods and gourmet grocery items. The Pearl Street Market has been one of the highlights of our trip!

A 10/10 gluten free wrap with chicken salad and staff was awesome at the deli. S/o the girl behind the counter she was awesome.

A little treasure on LBI , high quality food, sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and many sides plus fresh baked goods, also a butcher department and fresh seafood. My personal favorite their fish tacos.

I love this place! It had all kinds of fun foods and fresh. The staff is awesome, the seafood and fish are super fresh.

I got their grilled veggie wrap a few times, everything in market is super cute and I enjoy browsing. I wish they had more vegan sandwich options though :(

If you want high quality items and a convenient shopping experience this is your place. People gripe about high prices but the quality and convenience out weigh other options. You're on vacation. Want to save $10 spending a hour crossing the bridge or even going to Acme? Live a little! Also the butcher and seafood quality and options are about the best you can get on LBI

If you are looking for a good lobster roll or even just a grilled veggie wrap Pearl Street Market has it. You can get really everything from a good salad to farro salad and hot panini's. One thing you must try from Pearl Street Market is their Mexican Corn Salad. SOOOOO good, my husband on our yearly Mecca to LBI for 11 days always includes his lunch (a lobster roll) at Pearl Street. The berry salad is good too. They breakfasts and desserts as well. A very extensive menu. You can either take it out or eat outside. They have a cute area outdoors designated for diners.

If you've not been there, imagine the color aquamarine, homes shingled in clean driftwood, people dressed their nautical best with a tennis racket slung over a shoulder and a polo pressed with a crease, the sizzle of fish and croons of satisfied seagulls, and smiles all 'round because, seemingly, very little can go wrong. Pearl Street Market embodies all the nice things about the Hamptons, minus the omnipotent hoity-toity-everything about the Hamptons, set on a quiet corner of Long Beach Island, where everything is sea salt, sun, and sighs of profound relaxation. New Jersey loves its delis, so by nature LBI-goers love Pearl Street Market. The Food Network loves it too. The sandwiches, salads, meat and fish, desserts, et al, are as fresh as LBI's ocean air. My personal favorite sandwich: the Coral panini. It'll crash into you like a rogue wave (in the best way). I've been spending summer on LBI for nearly two decades, and only a handful of spots have made it into my family's rotation of go-to's; needless to say, Pearl Street Market is one of them.

So happy Pearl St is biking distance for us. Great sandwiches and prepared foods. I've also been able to find some unusual condiments that our grocery stores just do not carry. A must try, especially if you're staying on the south end of the island.

For the price i'm paying for my breakfast, you'd think it would be gold leafed, on a silver platter, and then have that platter served to me on a East Asia silk pillow. However that is not the case. While the food is still exceptional and service is pleasant, I am now broke and will be roaming the streets for money. Please donate at Bay and Pearl.

I haven't been to LBI in a few years and not since learning of my gluten allergy. I was on the island for 4 days and struggled to get anything satisfying to eat until the Pearl Street Market. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a gluten free wrap. It was perfect. The lobster roll BLT, also on a gluten free wrap was delicious. I got brownies to go, also the first gluten free baked goods I saw. Thank you Pearl Street Market.

Great food and best in class service. I was really after the soft shell crab sandwich and they fish monger took my number and promised to call as soon as they got some in. And he actually did!!!! It was sooooooooo good

Great food and friendly service! I'll miss this place when we leave the island. Everything is high quality and tasty. We've tried all the breakfast items and many of the lunch items. Favorites include the breakfast sausage, Pearl St. wrap, sirloin steak salad, crab stuffed portabellas, and fish tacos. We'll be back again!

When looking for a breakfast sandwich this place is tops. Bacon egg cheese ratio with the bread is spot on. Nitro iced coffee picks you up after a late night booze infused hangover. Get on the bike early, find a spot outside to sit and enjoy the morning. Cons - it's expensive for basic stuff-

Charming little corner market primarily for prepared foods, sandwiches, coffees, breakfasts, seafood dinners. Convenient hours, nice tables to eat outside, and lovely vibe overall. Very popular especially at breakfast time. My alternative interests: gluten free wraps available, kombucha on tap.... chicken salad wrap was yummy, blackened mahi sandwich was good, coffee was delicious, chai latte with oat milk was dreamy. Also it's convenient because it's open all day so good for food after typical lunch hours.

The place is a mad house with people but the food comes out at an average pace so whatever Food is good, solid bagels, solid sandwiches. 4/5, good for a quick breakfast.

Delightful food! Look, it's pricey but what else would you expect in the area? The sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Good options on chips and other assorted goods. Great place to pack up a sandwich for the beach.

Stopped at the Pearl Street Market on the way home from shopping. It was lunch time! The outdoors is very welcoming and the outdoor seating is a great extra. We were greeted at the deli counter immediately by a very friendly man. He took our orders for sandwiches and salads. He gave suggestions happily and was excellent from a customer service standpoint. The food was ready pretty fast. The market had so many varieties of food and snacks for purchase. There's a seafood counter as well. At check out, we purchased several of their dessert items with some persuasion from the cashier of how good the cookie sandwiches are. We ended up paying $80 for our lunch for four of us but everything looked so delicious. It was! Definitely recommend.

Our family had the lobster bake, take out. It was excellent!!! The food was packed perfectly and traveled well. Every single thing, (lobsters, corn, fries, mussels, shrimp cocktail) was so good!!!! Definitely a great choice for our celebration and memorable dinner! Thank you!

Great market for healthy options whether you'd want to make a dish or pick up prepared food, it's not large but they have a nice selection and all the employees are so nice and really go out of their way to help you in any way possible. We picked up a couple prepared salads at the deli counter, both were yummy. Also selected a couple of prepared Greek salads and guacamole, everyone loved the all the salads. We also had a piece of their crumb cake....oh my...it's so delicious. Cake is moist and light, the top is loaded with crumbs that are so flavorful with just enough cinnamon. We stopped on our way home and bought 5 more pieces of the crumb cake, it was that good.

Customer's beware. Our beloved PSM is not enforcing an occupancy limit whatsoever, nor is there even an iota of concern about social distancing in the store. Please don't tell me that these folks think the virus is a hoax, or that the demographic it serves it so low risk that Covid is not a concern? I really didn't want to have to write this, in fact I NEVER write reviews, but you guys need to do better. Right now the market is unsafe for customers. When I was there yesterday morning there were about 20 people in the market, about 10 of which were on line and no one said anything to anyone or asked anyone to wait outside, it was totally unbelievable and I felt really unsafe the whole time.

Grabbed a few sandwiches for a take out lunch. Everyone was satisfied with their meal. Good food, good prices. Would return.

My family and I ordered dinner for take out from the restaurant and when we got home, there was an issue with our order. I called to see if I could drive up to exchange the meal, and the owner of the restaurant answered. He was the most rude human I have ever spoken to and I was shocked at what I was listening to. He INSISTED I was wrong and told me if I wanted to show up to the restaurant to argue with him tomorrow, he'll deal with me then. He refused to refund the order or allow me to bring it up to exchange as they had closed 5 minutes before I called. I am so upset with the way I was spoken to and how the situation was handled. What a miserable unhappy man he must be if this is how he speaks to his customers. Shame shame shame...

Great place to grab breakfast. Had a turkey egg white avacado wrap and Taylor ham breakfast sandwich. Good prices and service. It is also a deli and has a ton of sauces and drinks to purchase.

They accommodated a last minute Lobster bake for 10. Were on time and food was delicious. Would recommend for anyone looking for a family style seafood meal in lbi
