"A local Oldenburg pub that, like its neighbors, serves a German-tinged version of the pork tenderloin featuring pepper-forward breading and hints of dill." - Samantha Weiss Hills

I LOVE Pearl Street Pub!🤩 Everything on their menu is amazing. I have been multiple times, and I have never had something I don't like. It is such a fun atmosphere, and the staff is always great. It's a true small town pub, and I love it! If you're in the area, you NEED to stop in the Pub! 😊

Google
I have been in Greensburg, Indiana, for work, and the crew and I have had several pork tenderloin sandwiches. To date, this is the best so far, by far. My coworker liked 1 from another local Oldenburg eatery. In fairness, I didn't try that 1 & he didn't try this 1. Be sure you try this 1! The smash burger was also great!

Google
Food is always delicious! Service is amazing 👏 Friendly staff. Great drinks! It gets busy so get there early!

Google
Hidden gem in Oldenburg Indiana where a lot of locals go. We've been to Pearl Street Pub several times throughout the years. The food is always great. A family favorite is the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich. It's the best I've ever had. Burgers are always a hit also. During this visit, our daughter asked us to pick up a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich for her. Service was excellent!

Google
Good, simple food. This place is a little hidden gem in the heart of beautiful Oldenburg. Everything here is delicious, they frequently have homemade soups and their desserts are delicious. Do not miss this place!

Google
Always enjoy having lunch here. They had such a cute way of filling the tables and chairs for social distancing.

Google
Great food and great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breaded pork tenderloin was one of the best I've had. Highly recommend.

Google
First time to visit, and it was well worth it! We had a party of 18 and the staff were so accommodating! The food is excellent and very reasonably priced! A couple had to get their food to go and it was not an issue. Overall, an enjoyable experience.

Yelp
Consistent and tasty. They are true artisans of a filling and well prepared meal. Cheerful service also.

Yelp
There was a wait to get in but it went pretty fast. However, that's where the fast stopped. I ordered a BLT and fries and my wife got a cheese burger called Hot Mama. It took about 1hr and 20 min before they landed on the table. Staff was friendly, bathrooms okay. The food was okay, but I don't know if I would want to wait that long again.

Yelp
The breaded pork tenderloin is absolutely delicious. Fried just right with delicious tasting pork. We come here every year just for this sandwich and tater tots. Add a Heineken 00 or two and you are in heaven. Great atmosphere as well.

Yelp
Food and ambiance are great. It will get busy in a Friday and Saturday evening. Tucked away on a cobblestone street in a little German town. Daily specials are available and a fill bar as well.

Yelp
Service was good in this busy pub today. Food was ok, I ordered the beef nachos and hubby ordered the wings. It was fine the beef on the nachos was hamburger and hubby's wings were small. He had a Dunkel and I had a cc and coke but my coke was flat, bummer. This does not mean we will not try the place again as I do see some good reviews about the hamburgers.

Yelp
My Wife and I go there every year around Halloween, they always have it decorated really cool, except this year. Why wait so long? It's a cozy place in a very quaint town. They have some really good sandwiches and the fries are always good and hot when they come out. Burgers are great, ruebens are great and the Philly cheesesteak is my favorite. The one drawback was the lousy service. The server couldn't be more disinterested in doing her job. We had to flag her down to order, flag her down to get another drink and flag her down to get our check (she had a lot going on with her phone). It took away from an overall good experience. Hey owners, have a talk with your servers. Other than that, I recommend it.

Yelp
We stopped in last night for birthday dessert. The cake was different but very good. We loved all the Halloween decor. Our waitress was very helpful on suggestions for drinks. If we come back to this town we will definitely stop for dinner.

Yelp
I enjoyed the friendly staff and comfortable environment. We ate appetizers, salad and sandwiches then splurged on dessert. All very good and suggests homemade.

Yelp
I'm giving this place 3 stars because the server was very nice and the pub had a charm to it. The food was just average. To quote country music superstar Shania Twain, "it don't impress me much." It wasn't horrible food, it just seemed like they had a catalog from Gordon's food service and they just warmed stuff up. My wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich. It was glorified chicken tenders chopped up and soaked in buffalo sauce on a bun. I had the pizza hoagie. It was described as a steak sandwich with pizza sauce and cheese. It turned out to be an elongated hamburger patty, with cheese and pizza sauce. The waffle fries were really good though.

Yelp
The Buckeye brownie alone is worth the visit. It is like peanut butter fudge somehow layered in a brownie. The fish tacos had the most tender huge pieces of fried fish, do not get more than two or you won't have room for desert. We got nachos, they were average. I wish I had not gotten an appetizer because the meal portions and desserts were huge servings! So don't waste your time on the warm up. Just go for the dinner food and the dessert. Excellent service, good atmosphere. I was extremely pleased with the whole visit

Yelp
Great food and the burger selection Is incredible. The staff is incredible and friendly. Oh the pie. Yes. A must. So glad we stumbled on this pub.

Yelp
Always good, good service, good prices and friendly. Bar always available, small place but a favorite in Oldenburg.

Yelp
Nice place to stop and grab a bite to eat on an afternoon or dinner. Food is nothing special but pretty good at the same time. Staff are friendly and you feel at home here. I love getting their spicy cheese balls. Beer is always cold!

Yelp
Great local pub with excellent sandwiches You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but if undecided pick a burger. Service can be questionable at times, usually friendly just slow.

Yelp
Just another weekend with a carry out order, and We have been here quite often and always enjoy the food and service, tried something different tonight and I was really impressed with the Reuben soup, to start with I'm not much of a soup person to begin with but whenever this is on the menu I will be ordering it again. And of the smoked pork chop and the rest of our meal was delicious as well. Always a favorite.

Yelp
Atmosphere, food, service, all a solid 4. The tenderloins, chicken, and other dishes are very, very good....but with the possible exception of fried chicken, nothing pushes them to the outstanding rating. I do think that it's perhaps just a tad overpriced. I'm no cheapskate, by any stretch of the imagination, but I work hard for my money and do look for a good value. Still, it's a positive enough experience that we'll return.

Yelp
Neat little town in the awesome countryside of southeastern IN. We stopped in by accident and were pleased with the appointments and welcome. Great service and the food was good. We had the Smash burger which was as described. The carrot cake was very good as well.

Yelp
After a fried chicken dinner nearby, a stroll around this charmingly quaint little town and visit to the antique store, I spotted this place and from the look of the outside, we had to stop in for a beer. The barmaid greeted us with a smile, and was friendly and open to conversation. She appeared to be also discussing business with another employee, but was prompt to serve us and did not neglect us in any way. In fact we chatted quite a bit as they weren't busy, and she was kind enough to give us some recommendations on the Indiana chicken thing. When we left, we were thanked for coming in, and asked to please come again. Good sized bar, designed with an antique look. I could see a dining room at the rear. We learned this is one local joint that does NOT serve fried chicken, but seems to focus on German influenced cuisine. Place was very clean, as were the restrooms. Normally I would probably give 3 stars due to it being a brief visit only at the bar, but in justice I felt the need to counterbalance what seems to me a very inappropriate review below. Does not seem right to slam a place because you were listening in to a private conversation and didn't like what you heard.

Yelp
FULL DISCLOSURE--I came with some co-workers for happy hour and we just drank. This place has exactly the vibe you'd expect from a pub in an area with a lot of German heritage. It's super clean on the inside, and has exactly the kind of atmosphere you'd want to enjoy some drinks and bar food. They had a pretty good beer selection, friendly wait staff, and ample seating. Price was on point too. I think I paid $5 for a giant glass of some Sam Adam's Oktoberfest (a favorite of mine). With this place being so close to work I'm sure I'll be back again soon, and then I can review the food.

Yelp
Great food and friendly service. Beers are ice cold. We've been here twice and were happy with each experience.

Yelp
I would love to love this place. We live less than 10 miles away. It has such great ambience as far as the building but the wait staff are not welcoming and in fact, are often rude. We took our daughter there to celebrate her 21st birthday with a drink and dinner. The waitress was rude to her about the drink she ordered and was sarcastic. Another time we went and the same waitress was rude about the way my husband ordered his burger and wanted to argue with him about it. Tonight, we tried to go there and we were treated rudely at the door before we were even seated. I don't like posting negative reviews because I know everyone can have an off day, but this seems to be a trend for them. The way you treat customers can ruin a business. You might want to get a handle on some attitudes

Yelp
great food, great service, friendly atmosphere. i had the patty melt with sweet potato fries and potato soup. all were excellent.

Yelp
I can not fully explain the level of rude disconnect that the staff had towards us. . . I came in this afternoon with my two daughters (who are 20 and 3) and my mother for her birthday. The waitress was rude almost from the very beginning; she seemed bothered that we weren't ready to order right away and that I asked for an extra cup so that my 3 year old wouldn't spill her drink. She had the bartender bring our food and didn't bring my 3 year olds food with the rest of the order when my mother went up to ask if she had forgotten her food we were told that she only could carry 3 orders at a time. Everything that our waitress did bring us herself she did quickly and with her back almost turned to us ( I have never seen anything like it) once our waitress brought our full order she never came back to see if we needed refills or how our food was. We patiently sat and waited while we watched our waitress sit at a table scrolling through her phone( there was only two other tables of people in the reasturant and two people sitting at the bar) my mother got up to ask for the check and boxes our waitress came and dropped off our boxes but told my mother she had to come up to the register for the check ( which she did not do to any other patrons) and when my mother did she told her she wasn't standing in the right place and needed to move. Through the whole experience she never once made eye contact or stood fully facing us she was very short and harsh spoken especially towards my mother. After she cashed my mother out I did go over quitly and politely to ask if my mother had rubbed her the wrong way the waitress said no but wouldn't look at me. I can say it was one of the most uncomfortable rude experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. Definitely not how I wanted my mother treated for her birthday. I would like to speak with the owner regarding this incident.

Yelp
Amazing burgers! In the cutest little town you can imagine. Eating outside is just perfect! Great soups and desserts too.

Yelp
Had such a great night with family and friends, the food was wonderful, clam chowder was amazing amd the fish delicious,. You'll forget you're in the skirts of Indiana because there won't be iceberg in your salad. Great homemade food and fun staff that made the experience even better. What could they do better,....fresh cut fries vs frozen crinkle cut would match all the other fresh food.. Kat was fun, attentive, and on top of 12 people at a big table. We'll be back

Yelp
First of all..this place is NOT quiet about its opinions. And when I say that..I am talking about the workers AND owners. Yes..OWNERS. The service neglected us and was taking entirely too long. I can't complain about the food..we were so offended we got up and left after about 20 mins. We heard VERY racist comments. They were basically "crap talking"..apparently about people they knew...and even one of the tables that was dining there. A pretty nasty comment was made about a man who came in to get his pick up order. Not to his face of course. This place is full of ignorance and hate. They discriminate against people who apparently keep them up and running. That is pretty low. As I stated prior..they are verbal about their opinions..and they kind of stare at you with an unwelcoming look as you enter the door. This is in one of the top 5 restaurants that I would rate as one of the most unfriendly and unprofessional..that I have ever visited.

Yelp
Dunkel on tap. Sounds odd but the Philly Steak sandwich is off the chart good. Get the pub chips. Friendly and helpful staff.

Yelp
The Pub Burger, cooked to medium: best burger ever. I've tried to find a burger to beat this one at many other restaurants across the country and none compare. Also, their ranch is addicting, watch out! -I normally eat here for lunch and once went at dinner (it was packed) and wasn't even acknowledged while my party of four and I stood at the door. I love their burgers too much, but I will never try to go for dinner again. Lunch service is always great.

Yelp
I had to write to counter the awful review of the guy below! first of I know the people who own this place and they are not racist! this guy is a jerk and the pearl street pub should be glad to know he isn't ever coming back! what a dick! this place rocks from food to service with friendly down home people!!! awesome place.
