We stopped by Pearl’s Tea after dinner at E-Gyu, and it was the perfect ending to the night. The shop is super cute — bright, stylish, and full of good vibes. The boba and milk teas were absolutely delicious, but the Thai Tea stole the show — A+++! Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a fun, refreshing treat on Buford Highway, Pearl’s Tea is definitely worth the stop!

TRULY the best bubble tea around Atlanta. The boba is the perfect texture and flavor. The tea itself is so flavorful. I love the Thai tea cream 50% sweet. Every time I go somewhere else I wish I was at Pearl’s.

Stopped by when looking for a different tea spot to try and wasn't disappointed. The staff was very lovely and got us our drinks quickly, the cream dream series of drinks were very good. We got the Peach & Cream and Raspberry & Cream drinks and loved them both. Highly recommend!

Got the matcha latte with little tapioca. Tis good, the matcha flavor is strong, me likely. Also employee very nice, would come more often if it wasn't forty minutes away from where I live T-T

Stepping into Pearl's Tea is like entering a whimsical dream! From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with the most delightful and thoughtfully put-together decor. Think soft pastel colors, charming succulent plants, kpop posters and perhaps even some quirky plushies scattered about. It's clear that a lot of love and attention went into creating an atmosphere that's not just inviting, but genuinely cute. Ordered Thai milk tea with non-dairy creamer and taro oat milk tea 🧋 Both the drinks were fantastic 👌, the lady who made the teas was very kind and friendly. They have some board games and cards to play while waiting for the teas! Highly recommend for anyone who loves great bubble tea and an irresistibly cute ambiance!

My boyfriend ordered a strawberry blossom tea. Ask for no ice. They charged $1.45 which is fine. The problem is the drink was not filled all the way up. So what you guys charge for, just take out the ice?! Ridiculous.

My favorite worker, Jennifer, who i call aunt Jennifer works here and is completely awesome! Shes the only one who makes my drink right and I love this place. I only ever come here for boba and no where else! The best boba place eveeeeerr!!

Ordered the winter blossom milk tea (basically peach milk tea). Pretty good, although it was a bit sweet for me even with less sugar. One thing to note is that they charge extra if you get anything below regular ice (both less ice and no ice are additional charge). Good atmosphere, with lots of seating and games. Friendly staff. Drink size was reasonable as well, although there was a fair amount of ice.

A cozy bubble tea shop off of Buford Hwy. After checking-in, I received a 10% discount for any sized milk tea applied to just one drink. I ordered two watermelon hibiscus tea, strawberry oolong milk tea, and mango jasmine milk tea to go. Service was a bit slow with only one person working there, but our handcrafted drinks were very good.

Amazing service! Their boba is not too sweet, well flavored, and perfect size. It is moderately priced for the portion. The wait time is not long on weekdays. There is ample parking in the plaza, it can't be seen from regular traffic. they have a cute indoor seating area and it is quiet. The staff is friendly and polite. I highly recommend trying their Cream Dream Boba.

Got the watermelon hibiscus tea with boba and it was refreshing and delicious. The boba texture and flavor was perfect. I adjusted the sweetness to my liking and they nailed it. The gentleman helping us was kind and always had a smile on his face. They have nice decor inside and it was clean. I also love their logo. Would definitely recommend this place.

Always a great time to come visit my fave boba tea spot But like really, like ever since finding this place AND the fact they use alternative milk (I need almond, soy, or oat milk) is a huge plus for me! I always recommend this place on Reddit when people are visiting from out of town and need a good place to get boba. Also! The person I normally see running the place is so sweet! He certainly lovely and makes it so much better. It's normally quiet there so occasionally I'll come with my book or iPad and chill. Always a good time

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and their quality is consistently good! It's higher quality than most bubble tea around the area. Their matcha is substantial and their boba just perfectly gummy and soft. It's also a nice spot to hang out. My husband and I come for little dates

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be served and whoever was in the back continued to eat their food. There were 2 other people in there and they had the stuff they ordered, so I don't understand why I was just stuck to stand there. I shouldn't have to say 'hello?' To get someone to take my order. I just ended up leaving. Used to be my favorite boba place in the area, but not anymore.

Haven't been here in a hot minute but the strawberry matcha latte is my favorite! so yummy with lychee jelly :)

I want to love this place because I do like the other locations, but this one I felt like the boba texture was too hard. The actual milk tea was pretty good, but I couldn't finish it bc of the boba pearls. The inside is cute and a great place to talk with a friend or get some work done. The other locations are great so maybe I had a one off experience

Honestly 10/10 if I could, went here after dinner and we noticed it was only one guy at the time making all these drinks. He did not complain once and kept his customer service A1 and was constantly smiling. He made our drinks to perfection, if I'm ever back in town here again would come back! Such a cute space to hangout as well.

Very unique way of serving a bubble tea or a slushy. They have a great cover that has a hole in the cover up with a stopper and the other side accepts the straw and boba. The Mango slushy in the pictures look like it has fresh mange, but IT DOES NOT. Nor do they offer ANY fresh fruit as a toping. It was tasty nevertheless but would have been better topped with fresh mangos !

I've been here a couple of times, particularly at this location and the Suwanee one. This Doraville location is further from the main strip of eateries and bubble tea shop on Buford Hwy, but it isn't by any means not worth the small trek. I've had a range of their milk teas, lattes, specialties, to cream based drinks. The prices have risen steadily with everything else around us, but I think the quality has remained the same. Too bad you can't customize (at least on the taro milk latte) on the sugar level. You can most definitely customize with the ice level in general, but if you ask for no ice, the sign says they will charge you $0.75. After neglecting to do a review and trying various drinks, I think Pearl's Tea is a solid 4 stars on quality and customer service.

Got some bubble tea from here while waiting in line to go to the K-pop store across the street. The team here definitely knows their audience as they were playing a lot of K-pop which was great while waiting for our drink. They also have a lot of board games which is nice if you wanna come here and hang out with your friends. In terms of their drinks I like how they have a large selection of drinks to choose from. The taro and cream was really good, tasted just like ice cream! The other drinks that I tried were also pretty good, your standard bubble tea. Will definitely come back if I'm in the mood for bubble tea around the K-pop store!

One of my go-to boba shops! I was skeptical when my friend told me about how much she loved the newest boba shop, Pearl's Tea in Suwanee. And after my first couple tries at the Suwanee location, I was hooked. I'm just glad there's a much closer location than Suwanee now... Pretty sure the same guy working here knows me and every drink I've had yet to try, which isn't that long of a list. I've tried many of the flavored milk tea combinations and some of the fruit teas, as well. They also have a collab with Rev Coffee if you're feeling the cold brew route. I've tried: 1. White Peach Blossom Milk Tea with Cherry Blossom Boba 2. Dark Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Pearl's Boba 3. Strawberry Matcha Latte with Pearl's Boba 4. Matcha Latte with Matcha Boba 5. Vietnamese Style Cold Brew with Pearl's Boba 6. Mangos Slushed & Cream with Crystal Boba 7. Wintermelon Jasmine Milk Tea with Pearl's Boba 8. Oolong Honey Tea with Pearl's Boba 9. Thai Cream with Pearl's Boba Tbh, I've liked all the drinks I've tried except the Vietnamese Style Cold Brew. I really enjoy the the Rev Coffee collab, too, especially the cold brew with sweet cream. My preference is for their milk teas and their crystal boba (although I believe those are a little pricier) but overall I love Pearl's Tea's variety when I'm looking for a boba alternative in Doraville comparable to Tea Top when I'm trying to change things up from the usual.

Make sure to check in to get 10% off. Decent prices and the portion sizes are like a large at any other boba place. Lots of seating inside and it's very cute and well lit.

Thai Cream. BOMB!! The cream is not too thick or sweet despite being cheesecake flavored. I want to try the slush n creams...Taro perhaps?? 100% coming back! I think I've found my new boba spot! Not a lot of real tropical flavors, but the staff was very kind and quick! Cute, comfy, and spacious.

We walked over after eating at E-Gyu. The store was cute with plenty of seating and fun decor. The guy that took our order seemed like he didn't want to work today. He showed no emotion. We ordered a black milk tea, strawberry passion lemonade, strawberry matcha latte and butterfly passion punch. The only drink that was finished was the black milk tea. The other three drinks were disgusting. My friend didn't finish his lemonade, he said it tasted weird. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it tasted like strawberry milk, you couldn't event taste the matcha at all! My fiancé ordered the bitterly passion punch, it tasted like it has chemicals in it. Will definitely not be returning here!

The dark roasted oolong tea is a must try. This is the first menu I've seen the flavor on. I also like the tiramisu cake. I wish this place was closer to my house. The owner was great and so was the cafe seating. There is ample parking and if you check in on Yelp there is a discount. I will definitely be back.

Pearl's Tea is a relatively new addition to BuHi's boba scene. Blue and white themed, this spot is very cutesy. Inside: Clean, spacious, lots of tables and outlets Parking: Shared parking lot, plentiful Drinks I've tried: * White Peach Blossom MT ($4.90/L) * Wintermelon Jasmine MT ($5.30/L) * Brown Sugar Boba MT ($5.55/L) I've heard mixed opinions about this place and decided to give it a third shot. I didn't enjoy the first two drinks I ordered here, but really liked the White Peach Blossom MT this time! Wintermelon Jasmine MT tasted really bland to me. And the Brown Sugar Boba was super sweet. The drinks are not as creamy as other milk tea places such as Tea Top or Tan Cha. They use sweetener syrup here. PROS: - Drinks are not overpoweringly sweet - Boba is very chewy and fresh - Large and sturdy reusable cups - Service is always great - Cleanliness - Spacious place to study, LOTS of plugs! CONS: - Boba not included in most milk tea orders - Pricey, my drink total was $6.10 which is pretty steep imo - "No ice" orders have additional charge due to recent price increase Overall, this is a great place to get work done. It's relatively quiet and the drinks are ok. There's definitely alot of variety (milk teas, cream dream, matcha latte, slashes, fruit teas, taro latte, honey teas and tea lattes). Tip: Be sure to put your digits into the Clover rewards. I was sent a FREE drink for my birthday! You also get drink rewards based on how much you spend.

I have tried two drinks, the matcha latte and the black milk tea. Unfortunately, not my cup of tea. I think I dumped the black milk tea because it was so bland. The matcha latte was okay, not great. The drinks are more on the blander side. I was told you could ask for extra matcha, which might be the move. Drinks on on the less sweet side. Service was great. The staff answered all of my questions, but drinks are just not my taste.

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed by everything that I experienced here. Pearl's Tea - Doraville is in a plaza that's popular for many popular businesses (mainly restaurants). Parking is free in the lot that serves all the neighboring businesses, but at around 7 pm, finding available parking spaces should not be an issue. Upon entering the store, R and I were warmly greeted by one of the two employees we saw working, one in the front and one in the back. Both wore face masks. Covid-19 precautions seem to be seriously taken here. Face masks are required to be worn by customers. A hand sanitizer station is available right inside the door for all customers. An employee cleaned tables after customers enjoyed their drinks and snacks and left. Signs on the floor indicate where customers should stand in order to properly social distance, and other signs are on tables that have blue tape on them, indicating that customers should leave those tables empty so that social distancing precautions can be followed. While we were there, The employee at the counter was very helpful and patient, especially after he found out that this was our first time at a Pearl's Tea. He quickly went over the menu (and there are a lot of items on the menu), and pointed out the more popular teas. After asking the employee at the counter more questions and getting well informed answers, R ordered a large watermelon jasmine milk tea with boba, and I ordered a large white peach blossom milk tea with boba. While we waited for our teas, there were, at the most, 12 customers sitting at various tables. I didn't see this as an issue because there were lots of distance between all the tables, and everyone seemed aware of their responsibilities to social distance from each other. We were given our teas within 10 minutes and offered a choice of plastic or bamboo straws. We opted for the hard plastic ones. I picked up my cup and immediately noticed, without even looking at it, that these plastic cups were thicker, and were better quality. A close look confirmed what I felt; the cup reminded me of a souvenir cup, actually. The cups also had tight fitting snap on (and off) lids, so, if you desired, you could take off the lid, chug your tea, and chew as many boba balls as you want at the same time, instead of only being able to suck up the boba one at a time through a straw that was jabbed through a plastic seal. We didn't ask for any changes to our teas, so we got them as they're normally prepared. I thought that the amount of ice was a bit much, so I would definitely ask them for light ice. Everything else about the teas were perfect. They had good flavors. My white peach blossom milk tea had a light peach flavor, and definitely wasn't very sweet, which is the way I like it. At other tea places, I always have to order the sugar level at about 50%, but the lesser amount of sweetener Is perfect for me. I could also taste the tea, instead of strictly tasting the milk only, which was great for me. This seems like a good place to chill. Pearl's Tea is well lit and has a great color scheme that made me feel positive and in a good mood about being there. Great vibe! The prices here seem to be higher, and you have to pay and additional $0.75 each for any of the four toppings available, but, I suppose that quality always costs extra. I think that the higher quality here justifies the extra cost.

I come here fairly often since its on buford. I often frequent the location in johns creek,but come to this location for its location its nearer to my home. Place has great chill vibes. The older guy who runs the place is always kind and services me with a smile. While I normally don't mind if someone isn't having the greatest work day its nice to be greeted genuinely . The boba here is pretty good. I believe the menu is different from their other location in johns creek which is why i like coming to the two locations!

Finally Pearls Tea opened a location in ITP. I used to drive 35-40 minute one way to get my fix and thank goodness I don' t have to drive far now! Pearl's Tea is right next to the new Korean BBQ/Sushi conveyor belt and in the same plaza as the Red & Green Brazilian steakhouse. Plenty of parking so that is not an issue. The owner? (manager) is often at this location so the drinks are always on point. My go to at Pearl's tea: Crème Brulee Latte & Creme Strawberry Matcha Latte Matcha Latte & Creme You can't go wrong with those two. I want to try their Matcha Crème Brulee Latte & Crème next. You should definitely check this place out. :)

I've had Pearl's Tea many times since last year. When I first tried their Cream Dream series that has cheesecake foam on top, I knew I'd be back for more. I love the mangoes & cream and peaches & cream in particular. I've also tried and enjoyed their mango matcha latte and jasmine milk teas. Their toppings are great and include some that I haven't seen elsewhere like the matcha crystal boba, passion fruit jelly, and more. I'm not a huge fan of regular crystal boba, but taking a chance on their flavored ones ended being a very good choice. What impresses me the most is that their standard sugar level for drinks is pretty tolerable. It's not overly sweet whereas at other places, I would usually change the sugar level to 25-50%. The only drawback is that I typically like getting no ice, and I've been alright with paying 25-50 cents more for that; however, they charge you 75 cents here! Other than that, you can't really go wrong with the drinks here, and be sure to sign up for their rewards at the register. Every once in a while, you'll get a bogo offer or coupon.

Pearls tea is in the same plaza as the karaoke melody. (Which is on the north side of Buford highway about 2miles from the exit.) I liked the parking lot situation bc the parking spots are far enough from the door but close enough so if it's raining, you won't be drenched lol The service my friend and I received was impeccable. We arrived after lunch on an extremely rainy Monday and were the only patrons who dined in. During the 30 minutes we were there 3 others came and left. We had some drinks made for "take away" and our barista offered to keep them cold for us while we enjoyed our drinks. Which wasn't necessary but was very thoughtful and accommodating. The shop was super clean and even offered sanitizer at the door. The holiday decor really sold the experience for me. The drinks were so perfectly crafted based on our orders. I will always drive the extra 5 miles to come here!

I choose the Taro one , Honestly I loved it . The place is very clean and calm. I WAS SO BEAUTIFUL FROM THE INSIDE

There is no rocket science to why this place is still shining mostly five stars. Service: Maybe it was because I was the first customer on quiet Sunday morning, but the staff so patiently answered all my questions, thoroughly describing the differences between various "blossom" teas and accepted my yelp check-in deal without hiccup (thanks due part to the a management figure who was sitting nearby to speedily confirm). Perhaps it's my previous small business experience talking, but I also appreciated that they asked how I found out about this location - to me this shows they are still actively attune to their customer base and this attitude is very promising! Drink: I opted for the White Peach Blossom Milk Tea. They offered that I try it and even offered me to make me a new one before I could even poke the straw in the cup. Fortunately, I liked the subtle flavors in this drink that I tried for the first time. All that pre-work of landing on this choice paid off. The boba had a pleasant chewy texture of a fresh first batch (when I make them at home). "Cherry" on top was that last gesture, when they offered me a sample of the Cherry Blossom Boba, adding that customers seemed to like this topping in the white peach blossom - bit too much for me, but wow those pearls are pretty in pink. No doubt if they keep up this fabulous service and quality, they will be a staple tea shop in the area in no time, if not already. I am looking forward to dropping by their flagship Suwanee location next time I'm back in the neighborhood!

Pearl's Tea is my favorite bubble tea place, and its finally come to Doraville! It's located in a huge shopping center off of Buford Highway with plenty of parking and easily accessible. They just had their grand opening this past weekend and all orders were 25% off. I stopped by Saturday night looking to fill my sweet tooth but wanted something with hardly any sugar at all, and the staff was amazingly helpful. I had no idea what I wanted to order and had lots of questions for them that I didn't expect them to so willingly and kindly help me with. They basically choose my drink for me after I told them what I wanted. As soon as they made it, they told me to try it and if I didn't like it, they would make me a new one. It tasted amazing that I came back Sunday for another one. They recognized me immediately when I walked in and greeted me. They also remembered my order and made me the same drink again. Amazing customer service! Especially for a business just opening with so many customers in the first few days. I did not expect to be recognized. What I also like about Pearl's Tea is their variety n in different styles of drinks that you can't get elsewhere. You can also customize your sugar and ice levels along with milk choice. They also have desserts options if you want to snack on something! The shop is decorated really well and feels like a very calming, relaxing atmosphere to hang out. Tables and seats are spaced out appropriately in regards to COVID as well. Definitely check this place out if you're in the area!

We came in on 4th of July weekend and we're pleasantly surprised that there were plenty of tables to sit at. We ordered the matcha creme brûlée cream with boba and the mango slush. I love that you can choose alternate milks for your teas, as sometimes drinking a normal milk tea in one sitting can give me a stomach ache. The employees took a little longer to prepare our drinks than we would've expected, but the matcha was perfectly blended and the mango slush was just as beautiful as the online photos. We definitely would recommend to a friend and hope to come back soon!

I've had Pearl's Tea in Suwanee and did like it. Since I was in the area, I decided to check out Pearl's Tea. Plus Milla Macaron's will be there premiering a new flavor - Rocher Ferrero. I was ecstatic. My friend and I arrived at Pearl's Tea an hour earlier before Milla Macraon's pop up. We ordered drinks cause we both did like Pearl's. I tired the peach cream slush and she got matcha strawberry boba. Drinks came out quick. Service was super sweet. The place is cute and gives you a calming ambience. I really like the peach cream slush. I only wish there was orange cream since it's my favorite flavor hehe but nevertheless, the peach is still as yummy. Definitely coming back! 78/2021

Hooked on Pearl's! I found this bubble tea jewel through Yelp, and there is so much to like about this place. The logo and branding are adorable and have a sort of 1920s tone. The dining area and restroom are kept clean. The employees are genuinely nice, and customer service takes priority. The staffers are happy to answer questions and even offer up samples if you're on the fence about a drink. Unlike many other bubble tea establishments, you aren't asked about what levels of sugars and ice that you want but you can make your requests known, and Pearl's will accommodate. I haven't found the default drinks too sweet but in case your tea isn't quite right, they're willing to remake it to your preferences. The drinks are delightful. Definitely try to watch the staff create them with care and craftsmanship. I was skeptical about the cream drinks since I tried a cream tea elsewhere and it was too salty, but Pearl's accomplishes the right balance of sweet/salty. The creme brulee cream is decadent and fun to eat, and the matcha drinks are pretty to behold. My favorite tea so far is the brown sugar boba milk tea ($5.30 for the large/22 oz.) but you can't go wrong with any of Pearl's numerous offerings!

Friendly service and the cashier recommended me a cool drink combination that I loved-the peach tea with some mango puree. I asked for no extra sweetness because it's sweet from the mango puree, and it was just to my liking. For some reason the boba kept getting stuck in my straw? Def high quality drinks here. The interior is light blue, super cute, and clean. A great place to study/work.

This place was so very cute and seems like a great place to go with friends. However, the drinks themselves were a bit bland(?)-- we got fruit-flavors oolong milk teas which tasted mostly like watered-down normal oolong milk tea. I wanted to get no ice for my drink because I don't like my drink as cold or getting watered down as the ice melts, but they charge an extra $0.75 for no ice (for supplies, but I would've preferred if they just didn't fill the cup all the way and allowed me to get my drink at the temperature I wanted). If you're coming for the drinks it might be disappointing but I would definitely come to sit down and chat with friends while sipping on tea!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I came here solo in a late weekday evening and it was pretty empty. I think I was the only customer. Ambiance is clean and quiet. I ordered a jasmine milk tea and it was approximately $6 with the 10% off. The drink was pretty good however it was literally almost all ice as when I finished the drink, the ice level was still around 3/4th. They also charge 75 cents for no ice which makes me feel like they're being extremely money hungry. I like that they're local but $7 for a drink with no ice is pretty insane and hard to support.

I love their drinks! They have a large menu to choose from and each time I've been, the drinks have been make with great quality. I love how they make their reas with real fruit, not just powdered. They service is amazing. The staff is kind and always open to give drink recommendations. I love the ambiance of the place. It's very cute. Will definitely keep coming in!

Popular Pearl's Tea of Suwanee (https://bit.ly/301xvrl) franchised their first location and it opened not too long ago, October 2020, where else but on Buford Highway in Doraville, the bubble tea mecca of metro Atlanta. You can find it in the same shopping center as Sushi Hayakawa, Karaoke Melody 1, Red and Green Brazilian Steakhouse, and E-Gyu Revolving Sushi BBQ. Most of the nearby competition is located on Buford Highway ITP (inside the perimeter). This new Pearl's Tea location in Doraville is further north. When it comes to tea shops on BuHi, a few things stand out to me about Pearl's Tea: (1) Decor. This brand has done an excellent job designing and decorating their spaces in a cute and tasteful, light blue-and-white color scheme. I think they have the edge in this department. If you care about ambiance and Instagram photos, Pearl's Tea is the place to be. (2) Creativity. Most tea shops these days have their own unique drinks and Pearl's Tea is no exception. They have imaginative drinks on the menu like Winter Blossom Milk Tea and Hibiscus & Cream. (3) Quality. The quality of bubble milk tea in Atlanta has stepped up in recent years. Pearl's Tea has entered the fray and can certainly hold its own. I've found the quality of their drinks, both at this location and the original in Suwanee, to be good and generally on par with the more recently-opened shops. Like the other places, the big question is can they maintain the quality? Something I'm curious about is when this market is going to get saturated, if it hasn't already. With the closings of Tea House Formosa and Utepia Tea in 2020 and Boba Bee and ViVi Bubble Tea in 2018, it's evident only the strongest tea shops survive in this part of town. Other franchises, Gong Cha (August 2020) and Tan-Cha (September 2020), and local brand Cuckoo's Cafe (February 2021) opened Buford Highway, Doraville locations somewhat recently. The revolving door of tea shops continues to turn. On that note, another thing to point out about Pearl's Tea is that I believe it's homegrown right here in Georgia. It's not a big chain from Asia. So, it's got some Asian American flair to it, like Unbelibubble in Duluth (and soon, northwest Atlanta). It's not cookie-cutter (at least, not yet). On our first visit to this location, my wife and I tried a couple of their distinctive drinks, the White Peach Blossom Milk Tea (large, $4.70) with boba (+$0.50) and the Creme Brulee & Cream (large, $6.45) with boba and grass jelly (+$1.00). Pearl's Tea offers all drinks in two sizes, regular (16 oz) and large (22 oz), and I believe most can be prepared hot or cold. Our drinks were served in those thicker, higher-quality plastic cups with hard-to-open, snap-shut lids (not the film seal). Currently, unlike most tea shops in the Atlanta area, Pearl's Tea actually uses biodegradable/compostable boba straws and eating utensils which are better for the environment. Kudos to them for that. We enjoyed the drinks. We got them at default sweetness and ice levels. With no modifications to the sugar level, we found them to be roughly equivalent to 30-50% sweetness of some of the other places. In other words, the sweetness was dialed back and more subdued here. Also, we found the tea flavor to be less concentrated than what my wife usually likes, but we were both fine with it. The White Peach Blossom Milk Tea was refreshing with fruity and floral undertones. I've had similar-tasting teas, but not one that tasted exactly like this. So, if you're looking for something new and different to try, it's worth a shot. While good, it's typically not what I (nor my wife) prefer in terms of tea flavor and creaminess. As a fan of sweet and creamy drinks, the Creme Brulee & Cream was more up my alley. This drink tasted like creme brulee and it was neat and striking because it had a hard, caramelized, sugar top just like real creme brulee. In addition to a straw, the drink also came with a spoon which could be used to crack the top and eat the sugar top or used to mix the sugar top into the drink, making it sweeter and creamier. Alternatively, the sugar top could melt into the drink which is what I let it do -- I just drank everything through a straw. Overall, it had a good balance of creamy, milky, and caramelized flavors. Like the drinks, the boba and grass jelly were tasty. They both had great, fresh consistency. However, to be nitpicky, the boba lacked flavor and sweetness. Maybe it's because we went earlier in the day and the boba hadn't had a chance to soak in the syrup long enough. We also tried a dessert out of the display case. The options were Hazelnut Layer Cake, Tiramisu, Red Velvet Cake, Ricotta & Pistachio, Mixed Berry Pie, and Chocolate Temptation. I'm not sure if these were made in-house. We got a slice of the Ricotta & Pistachio and it was yummy. Creamy, light, and fluffy with subtle pistachio flavor; not too sweet. Our barista Wonnie K was very sweet and friendly. A+ for her.

I used to go to the Pearl's Tea in Suwanee and haven't been back in a while until I found out they had opened one up in Doraville! They have a great selection of drinks, a cute and clean interior, and nice customer service. Yesterday I tried the strawberry matcha latte and mango jasmine tea with mango crystal boba. I recommend both, especially the mango jasmine tea. Their jasmine tea has a strong, earthy tea flavor, which is always a pleasant surprise when boba shops use quality tea leaves.

Their oolong & cream is ROASTED oolong. My fave. It is priced slightly high but I see this pricing often. I have no problem paying here because my oolong & cream is DELICIOUS. COVID- they taped off tables so you can't sit there. Place has huge ceilings!! And they have bamboo bubble straws!

This must be the only boba place in the area that still has open seating. It might just be when we were there, but it does seem that they were short on staff. The cups that were readied to fulfill the orders were being lined up. At some point, there were 3 lines of cups waiting to be completed. We had to wait quite a bit. There is a good amount of space to wait for your order and not be in other people's personal bubble. I ordered the winterblossom milk tea with grass jelly, no ice, and least amount of sugar. To me, this was sweeter compared to other boba spots equivalent sugar levels. I guess I should go with zero sugar next time. While I understand that the straw is eco friendly, it was not the best quality as it immediately cracked after slightly bending it. Also, this might just be me, but since the straws did not come in wrappers, it did not seem the most sanitizing especially during this time. One person in our group was handed all the straws, so I guess you just got to truly trust the cleaniness of your friend's hands.

Pearl's Tea has seating when I went (back in February) which I found it kind of weird since well, COVID. But, regardless of that We came here for a quick drink and what turned out be a quick drink kind of turned out to be longer than that. I think the shop was a bit short staffed, so we stood there for a good 15 minutes before we got our drinks. For the first time at Pearl's Tea, I got the roasted oolong tea and it was just okay to me. Was there a taste of roasted oolong? I couldn't tell. It tasted different, but not enough for me to want to order it again. The boba was fine and what stood out from Pearl's Tea was their eco friendly straws. They weren't really sturdy. We've bought metal boba straws a while ago so we've been using those. Overall, Pearl's tea isn't bad. Hopefully after COVID and when everything goes back to normal that this place will have the staff and the wait times aren't crazy. As far as the drink goes, it was alright.

I've been a regular at the Suwanee location and was thrilled to find out that one was opening near mu workplace in Norcross. The service here is consistent and friendly. The tea, of course, is always delicious. Really anything on their drink menu is unique, fresh and delicious - seriously unlike any other boba place in terms of flavor and quality. I recommend the creme brûlée and the wintermelon jasmine milk tea with boba. Their boba is so soft, chewy and lightly sweetened - not hard or made from that dehydrated stuff. The location is convenient as there is plenty of parking (at least during the day) as most other businesses nearby are open during dinner only.

Just when I think I've found my favorite bubble tea spot, a new one emerges! I loved everything about Pearl's Tea. Unlike Tan Cha, it was not overwhelmingly busy when I went in mid-afternoon. The cashier was extremely polite and helpful. I decided to get the strawberry matcha latte with boba and it was absolutely delicious. I also picked up a pistachio ricotta cake to go, and devoured it later. It was the perfect texture and level of sweetness. Perhaps what I loved most is their commitment to sustainability. I always feel terrible using plastic straws and have eliminated them from my life save for bubble tea, since it's kind of necessary to slurp up the boba pearls. Imagine my surprise and delight to see that they use paper straws! And the spoon that accompanied my brown boxed slice of cake was also wood. Will definitely be returning to try some of the other flavors.

What a fantastic addition to Buford Hwy and the Doraville community! If you're looking for a new bubble tea spot, you must check out this tea shop. They offer flavors and tea mixes that I've never seen before. 16 oz and 22 oz size options for the drinks which I completely appreciate. The staff at this location are friendly, professional and have that "service with a smile" down pat! :) I look forward to returning to this bubble tea spot when I'm in the Doraville area and have already shared with several of my friends who live ITP to check them out and show them some love! Love that the cafe is spacious with bright decor. It's inviting when you walk in and being a non-dessert fan, I fell in love with their hazelnut cake. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. Do yourself a favor and visit this new tea shop on Buford Hwy and I guarantee you'll want to plan your next visit afterwards!

I finally got to check out the new location in Doraville. They actually have the sit down area open!! The Suwanee location is closed off to sit down people. (It is now open) Everything here is the same as the Suwanee location. I always get my Strawberry Lemon Tea with white pearl toppings. This is by far my favorite drink of all time. Employees were friendly and nice. I will definitely be back to this location when I am in the area!!!

Great addition to the Doraville area and offering yummy drinks for all of you boba lovers (and if you aren't a fan, there's plenty of customizable options instead). Pearl's Tea is located in a plaza on Buford with ample parking and has a spacious interior for you to sit and enjoy your order -- and with COVID in mind, they've blocked off every other table to ensure patrons are adequately spaced apart, which was great to see. I've tried a few of their drinks: strawberry-matcha milk latte, peaches & cream, dark-roasted oolong milk tea, strawberries slushed & cream, and the mangoes slushed & cream. All of them have been tasty in their own way, though I would say my favorite up to now is the strawberry-matcha milk latte (your choice of milk!) with oat milk and boba. The strawberry puree is fresh and doesn't have an artificial taste at all, while the ceremonial-grade matcha has a good balance of flavor. I appreciate how friendly the owner and staff always are, and they do a great job of making sure you understand exactly what you're ordering and engaging in conversation. Love the sturdy biodegradable straws and recyclable cups, too.

The creme brûlée tea was something else. I'm so happy to find a bubble tea spot that does flavors outside the norm. The boba was perfectly sweet and great texture. Wewill be back.

We stumbled across PT while pulling in to the plaza to have a meal at E-Gyu a few doors down. After a big meal, we decided to save room for a drink and dessert at PT. What a wonderful decision. My hibiscus honey tea was love at first sip. My one bite of the chocolate temptation was quite enjoyable. I let Acelyn B enjoy the rest. Toward the end of my drink, I think the honey flavor started to fatigue my palate. Perhaps next time, I may ask for a little less sweet as I generally try to get very little sugar in my teas when I order anywhere else. BIG plus. The straws and spoons they gave us were compostable!
