Absolutely the Worst Living Experience – Avoid at All Costs
I lived here for just 5 months (Jan 2025 to May 2025), and that was 5 months too long. From day one, there was no hot water in the kitchen sink — and they never fixed it. The internet? Nonexistent. After two months of complaints, their “solution” was to tell me to deal with Spectrum myself, even though Spectrum clearly stated the issue could only be resolved by the property management. Completely unacceptable.
The property management is hands-down the most negligent and unresponsive I’ve ever encountered. They do nothing, take no responsibility, and leave you to fend for yourself.
And don’t expect to see your security deposit again. They’ll invent bogus charges like “tub resurfacing” and “paint touch-ups” — even if you’ve only lived there a few months and left the place spotless. I didn’t damage a single thing, yet they still found a way to keep my deposit.
This place is a scam. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration — look elsewhere.
