Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else. From day one at this complex it has been problem after problem.
We had a constant leak for over 2 months coming from the unit above, causing a lake to form in our bathroom, hallway, master bedroom and there was no urgency from Pease to fix it.
They then accused us of not listing my husband on our lease and threatened to evict us for this. We asked to see a copy of the lease to prove that, and were then told "Oh, it actually appears that we do not have your lease on file. This must have been missed when the property came under new management, please send us a copy" We then had to provide them with a copy of our lease that we saved ourselves.
There is only one (if that) working washer/dryer for each building, and has been this way for 2 years. You use an app on your phone for the washer, but the dryers only take quarters. The maintenance man they have tries his best, but does not have the knowledge or skills to actually do this job.
P.S. This complex gets bought out almost every 6 months, so don't expect anyone in the office to know what is actually going on.
I have never been more thankful in my life than to finally be leaving this apartment.
