Of all the restaurants we have been fortunate to visit in Asturias, this was my family’s favorite. Set in a small home above the river, with a view of the beautiful valley around Caces, it’s really just a lovely place to have a meal. The staff is friendly and super attentive… they clearly take joy in creating their excellent food, and in building a friendly and jovial atmosphere in which to enjoy it. They were just wonderful. And the food was amazing. Every course was excellent… it was not easy to choose favorites… all were memorable and executed with full respect for ingredients. The chef has confidence and belief in what he is doing. And it is warranted. The wine list was excellent and full of interesting options… a variety of price points… something to suit all diners, certainly. It was very well suited to the menu; they clearly put a lot of thought into it as well. All in all, a memorable afternoon, and a top recommendation for a group of people who are true professionals in hospitality and culinary art.

Amazing concept for the restaurant, beautifully designed and the food was just impeccable. This place deserves more than 5 stars! I am vegan and was able to eat from the menu, they also can arrange a menu you for if you are vegan or celiac if you call prior to going. Great service and wonderful experience.

I am an American cook who has been living in Asturias for the past six months. The tasting menu offered at Pedro Martino's restaurant is a world-class dining experience. The restaurant venue itself is beautiful. The service was excellent. The progression of perfectly-cooked dishes highlighted the restaurant's clarity of vision and connection to the beauty of the surroundings. The dishes themselves reflected a master chef's understanding of what the region of Asturias means through food. Absolutely incredible.

Only restaurant I know with innovative cuisine based only on local Asturian produce. Service is excellent as well.
