The place is genuinely so cute and the workers were very welcoming too! I loved the salted caramel option more than the chocolate one, would totally recommend this place! I added waffle cone for some crunch and it was perfect for me!

I recently visited Peel Banana in Miami Shores with my son, and it was a great experience! We tried two of the flavors of the week: salted caramel and OG banana. Both flavors were delicious—smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The vibe of the place really made me feel like I was at the beach, with fun music playing in the background, though it was a bit loud for such a small space. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We spent about 30 minutes there, and the place was packed the entire time, which speaks to how popular it is. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving some unique and tasty ice cream!

Peel is a delightful find. Their soft serve, made simply from rescued bananas and coconut milk, is as thoughtful as it is delicious. By using “imperfect” fruit that would otherwise be discarded, they’ve created a product that’s both sustainable and satisfying. The space is charming, the staff welcoming, and we were encouraged to sample all the flavors. A beautiful concept, executed with care and creativity.

This is a beautiful little place I deliver Açai to. And there Ice cream is absolutely amazing. I'm sitting out front eating my salted caramel. This thing is absolutely delicious. Love it.

This place is my dream. It was clean inside and had super cute art in the window. We were immediately greeted by the sweet girl upfront and offered samples of all the flavors. You don’t often see places like this one, no added sugar and pure ingredients! There were 3 flavors, passion fruit, banana and chocolate. They have multiple different sizes and a variety of different bowls you can order. You’re also able to fully customize yours! The chocolate sauce and granola were super yummy. I highly recommend swirling the banana and chocolate. The bases are smooth and creamy, just like regular frozen yogurt but with way better ingredients and in my opinion taste as well. The prices were so reasonable for what you get!! So sad I don’t have anything like this back home. Super glad we stopped in to Peel before we went home!

Love that I can treat my babies to healthy “ice cream” close to home. Great rotating flavors and yummy toppings.

I had been wanting to go here for a while. The ingredients are simple and allergy friendly. Love how sustainable the place is. There are so many toppings with fruit. A great way to cool off in the Miami heat. A good place for families also. Decently priced . Love the vibe ! So tasty .

I stopped by the cart in the design district for a sweet treat on a hot day. I tried the matcha version and added mango on top. The matcha flavor wasn't as well rounded as I had hoped but it paired well with the mango. I asked for a kid size but was charged for a regular. Not ideal but I didn't want to go back for $1 after leaving a tip also. I'd come back again though!

Finally got to try Peel and I can't wait to back. Service was great, super friendly. Got to sample all of the flavors. Went with the pineapple tumeric and green spirulina. So tasty. Cute and clean place. I want to try the smoothies and açaí bowls.

Was recommended to try this place. It is banana based soft serve. I tried the mango and it was very light and refreshing. Perfect treat for those hot days.

The soft serve was good, but please don't order their matcha latte like I did. The soft serve was good - I like the options of additional flavors and mix ins (kind of like the banana version of an Acai bowl.) I do prefer the fresher fronana I can get the local farmer market stands though. If you know anything about matcha or even remotely acquainted with how matcha should taste, please steer clear from ordering that at this place.

Peel Soft Serve never fails to exceed my expectations. From the flavors, to the toppings, the entire experience is a solid 5 stars. I came in today for a sweet treat, and was able to try out their seasonable chai flavor -- so good! I did end up going for their classic banana flavor topped with waffle cone pieces, cacao nibs, mango and a caramel drizzle... it was the perfect combination of fruity, crunchy and chocolaty if you ask me. The service is always so great too. The staff is so helpful and are generous with letting you try out new samples. You can't go wrong with Peel Soft Serve!

Came upon this place accidentally and it was a pleasant surprise Simple easy ingredients to make a perfect treat Our server Was very sweet and gave us a rundown of the process and the toppings we ordered one banana and chocolate soft serve one banana with their homemade peanut butter and coconut... This ice cream sorbet is an acquired taste for the Miami elite, and honestly, I'm here for it. Located in the heart of Miami Shores, it checks two major boxes in my book.. free parking and actual seating in a cute little shop. SIGN. ME. UP. My go to order is their OG banana loaded with all the toppings my heart desires: honey, chia seeds, banana, and strawberry. If banana isn't your vibe, they also have açaí for the purists out there. How amazing is peel soft serve?! Let me tell you! I have heard great things, and seen a bunch of delicious looking photos pop up on IG and finally made my way to their location. This banana-based soft serve is made with no dairy and no added sugars and is absolutely refreshing and indulgent all at once. They have a variety of rotating flavors with their base of OG Banana. They have a few signature bowls on the menu, or you can crate your own. I had a miso caramel topping when I went which was one of the most delicious toppings I've had on soft serve. If you're looking for a different kind of treat, make your way to Peel. The staff is also super friendly and can help you try your way to your best Peel experience.

Super cute spot inside the Miami Design District - inside a food truck near Sephora. I wanted to try just a small sample so I got a kids cup with strawberry. The soft serve is all natural with a banana base along with dates and strawberry. It's almost like a smoothie in a cup! It was tasty but it came to $8 for a tiny cup with 1 topping. I would probably get it without a topping next time, very refreshing on a hot day!

When I first heard about this place, I thought they were bananas. It's basically soft serve made from bananas and coconut milk. What really surprised me were the flavours, we're not talking about chocolate and vanilla here. I had the yuzu lemongrass as well as the black sesame. You can taste the banana in both, but the overall effect is extremely well done. They have bowls that feature fruit, or you can go for the cups which is just the soft serve...it's all good and it's much better than sugary ice-cream. They have two locations. The one in Miami Shores and a small stand alone at the Design District. Plenty of parking makes it great. Prices as of this writing are about $7.00 for the smallest and then it goes up from there. Interesting and healthy...how can you go wrong?

I've been a fan of Peel Soft Serve (@peelsoftserve) since they were a food truck and I'm so happy to see they've expanded into a quaint shop in Miami Shores! This soft-serve ice cream shop makes their banana-based ice cream from 2-ingredients and no added sugars, and it is somehow still so tasty . Whether you want the ice cream alone or with toppings sprinkled on top, it is a solid choice for sure! A healthier alternative to ice cream, Peel Soft Serve offers a small selection of banana-based soft serve and smoothies. It's an interesting unique concept and it's actually delicious! Not too overly sweet and the best part is, it's healthier! Prices are not bad and it's located in a small cute quiet downtown area with free street parking.

All flavors taste like banana and is soft serve dispensed by machine. We tried all flavors and for sure was no mango, no salted caramel and no chocolate. If you like the flavor of rescue bananas then is the place to go. In other hand the staff is very attentive.

Peel has a home and it's even better than I imagined! Staff is super friendly and kind. The space is great. The decor is banana crazy and I wouldn't expect anything less. They sell their amazing soft serve with a few new options along with their OG flavor. I tried chocolate and strawberry this weekend and it's so tasty. Their homemade granola is a must to take home. I also tried some dehydrated mangos this weekend and I can't wait to go back to buy some more. I even bought one of their trust banana hats. Who doesn't want a yellow banana hat? They have coffee and other beverages to buy at the shop in case you're thirsty. Truly cannot wait to come back and try any new flavors they come up with. Congratulations on the brick and mortar!

Very cute spot. The workers are very friendly and there are so many options to choose from. I got the limited time Black Sapote soft serve and topped it with strawberries. I really enjoyed it. I love the consistency of the soft serve and it is not very sweet. You can definitely add honey if you want it sweeter. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors they carry.

SAVE THE BANANAS! I absolutely love Peel. Not only is it a delicious non dairy alternative for your ice cream cravings, but the mission behind the company is one you can't help but connect with. Service here is always great! It's a small shop, but very neighborhoody. The prices are great too and I love that they rotate the flavors so there's always a little surprise to look forward to. My favorite seasonal flavor is the coffee flavor, but I can't deny the classic banana either. I swear to you, 10/10 would recommend!

Banana based soft serve anyone? I love me a good ice cream and this was such a delicious and refreshing treat! The OG banana was my favorite. The shop is small and cozy with limited seating. We were greeted warmly when we entered and asked if it was our first time there. They offered us samples of all the soft serve they had at the moment which was OG banana, chocolate and blue spirulina. They had plenty of toppings to choose from and all the fruit I chose was absolutely fresh! This is the perfect sweet treat without feeling guilty about it. Major bonus point for offering us a pup cup for our little girl. I will definitely be back!

After months of dying to come here, I was finally able to make my way into the Miami Shores area and enjoy this amazing soft serve. I was blown away by how delicious this was. I had an OG signature combination with the plain banana soft serve. It was incredible. The in-house granola was delicious and added such a nice touch to the soft serve. The soft serve was not super sweet and incredibly creamy. After a long day at the beach, this was the perfect treat! The staff were so nice and very efficient. The only downside to the physical location is it's very small and lacks seating. However, the soft serve is definitely something you can take on the go! It's so worth it

So good! I had the spirulina and banana ice cream and topped it with bananas. I wish I had tried more toppings, next time I'm thinking I'll try the fresh peanut butter on top. I wish they had longer hours so it would be easier to stop by after dinner! I believe Peel closes at 8. Throughly enjoyed, will be back.

Loved the place and the flavors selection! Since it's already a healthier solution than ice cream or yogurt would love it see a variety of toppings, right now you only have a selection of fruits and if you are not into that, you have granola, honey, cacao bits and few others that I can't remember right now.. I know a lot of people would frequent this place a little bit more if more options were offered! Great place to have in the shores :)

Cute spot for a healthy treat! I've been wanting to try this since it opened and it definitely lived up to expectations. It's a small spot with only two tables but decorated nicely and there are benches out front to sit on. They have 3 flavors with some rotating ones. When I went they had banana, chocolate, and matcha. The cashier was super friendly, helpful with deciding what to order, and made us try all of the flavors (even though I didn't want to try the matcha lol it wasn't my favorite because I don't like matcha but personal preference). I ended up getting a chocolate and banana swirl with peanut butter, chocolate sauce, and waffle cone bits. They have a decent list of toppings and a few special toppings that rotate as well. The waffle cone bits didn't really taste like waffle cones but added a nice crunch. The chocolate banana flavor is soooo good- flavorful yet light and a great consistency. The chocolate sauce was like a dark chocolate so I would recommend pairing it with peanut butter or a fruit to make it sweeter. Oh- and everything is vegan and gluten free! Will definitely be returning!

Yum! Nothing beats delicious soft serve. As a banana lover, this place stood out to me. Their OG banana flavor is amazing. They also have other flavors like guava lime and chocolate. The cherry on top for me is their limited ingredients with no added sugar. Dog friendly too. Will be my go-to spot for soft serve.

I've wanted to try this place for awhile when it was still a good truck and I finally made it out here - on their opening day of their brick and mortar!! Such a cute shop, it was easy to find with the bright yellow and there's a large lot beside it with free parking (woo - a rarity in Miami!) Both my sister and I opted for a build your own. My sister chose to have the original banana base with coconut flakes, granola, and chocolate. I chose a 1/2 mango swirl with mango, coconut flakes, granola, and mango. We both loved the texture of the ice cream and it had a lovely flavor (not too sweet). I loved the crunch of the granola as well - was confirming buying a pack of the granola. The service was great, they were friendly, happy to answer questions, and gave some samples to taste the different added flavor swirls. Last but not least, they work with compost for life - so not only are they saving ripe bananas to be eaten through ice cream but also using the peels to be composted into yummy soil (all compostable products as well!). I'd like to come back!

Saw this place outside of a little market and decided to try it because it looked so refreshing. I opted for the OG banana base and it was definitely that. Giving it four stars just because I thought it was a little pricey for what it was. The starting price for their products are $8 for a small and I think bananas are inexpensive compared to other flavors. The green logo ink also came off on my hand as I was holding it.

Cute place, yummy banana based soft serve ice cream, kind and quick service! I went to their new permanent location over the weekend and was greeted by the cutest storefront. I love the area and the stores around it, so definitely a place I'll be visiting often to try the new available flavors.

This is a food stand in the parking lot of Elev8tion Fitness, so you know it has to serve clean food! They are only open from 10am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, so you have your weekend treat planned out right there. They make soft serve using rescued overripe banana puree and coconut milk---genius idea! The result is a creamy but vegan, clean tasting and refreshing frozen treat, which becomes fun with all of the topping options. They have two kinds of soft serve at all times, which are the regular banana soft serve and, when I went, pineapple turmeric soft serve. The rotating soft serve is an extra $0.75 for a swirl and $1.00 for a full serving. I used the Oojee app to order for a 25% discount, which I recommend since a cup of soft serve here starts at like $8 lol. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, giving me advice to get the mango granola cup with pineapple turmeric soft serve and the peanut butter banana chocolate cup with original banana soft serve. The mango cup was topped and based with honey granola, and the honey softened the granola to better match the consistency of the soft serve. The peanut butter banana chocolate cup had generous banana slices (banana overload with the soft serve, but why not?) and was drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce and had fragrant cocoa nibs. The peanut butter was spooned into the middle of the cup, and I had to nip at it with each bite, but it all came together in a decadent tasting but guilt free bite. The cups are super cute and photo worthy when they're made to eat there, since the swirl of the soft serve, the color of the toppings and the freshness and ripeness of fruits are clearly best viewed right after being put together. (There are 2 tiny tables to sit next to the stand if you'd like, but there's no shade, just a warning.) I was taking my cups to go, so the server place them in plastic cups with lids. They have eco friendly wooden spoons and unbleached napkins to use for the treats. This place is lovely to stop by if you're in the Midtown/Wynwood area and are craving a healthy, tasty, vegan [gasp!] frozen treat! I could see myself stopping by again after going to work out at Elev8tion!

I gave it a try because theinfatuation.com rated it the No 3 soft serve in all of Miami-Dade. Check website for hours. Closes most days by 7 pm. Saturdays till 8. ... Slightly pricey -- might want to try a smaller size. Definitely worth a try.

I. Am. Obsessed. I go every weekend and refuse to miss out. The bowls on the menu are delicious. You can't go wrong with either one. BUT, small cup if just banana alone is also so delicious. By itself or with toppings. You can go wrong. They do swirls with certain flavors for different weekends. Passion Fruit so far is my favorite and I wish it were available every weekend!

Amazing soft serve made with two ingredients - banana and coconut milk! So refreshing! Absolutely loved it.

This weekends special flavor was passion fruit and it was amazing! We got it in a papaya with the go mango toppings- honey, granola, pineapple, mango and honey. The soft serve was so creamy and the perfect level of sweetness. Definitely recommend stopping by on the weekends!

Just got the peanut butter cup with original soft serve and it was SOOO good! I loved that it was super natural tasting and also vegan! Lots of pb, chocolate and cacao nibs on top, too. Highly recommend checking them out!
