Congrats Anthony on the new location super stoked it's all finished and as good or better than the other location on Sahara..... I always go to Peet's Coffee for the coffee flavor and body. It is a deep rich organic earthy flavor if you enjoy coffee this is some of the best. I enjoy the warm textures of the dining area very inviting and easy to work on my laptop and get work done and also allows me to network with people in the community. The staff at the Peet's Coffee locations are like a family very transparent always connected well they work well with each other and they are always fast to take orders. The big difference I see is the speed of water taking they are very thorough and confirm the order. Cheers to some great Mother _______ COFFEE😃☕️😊 Eben

Nice to have more drive-through coffee shop options. Opens early at 5:00 AM. Standard coffee shop menu Fast and friendly service (I’ve only been once at the time of this review) Mid tier pricing. Ordered a small drip coffee. I was left a little disappointed by the taste. But it was better than SB, but not as good as most of the smaller shops in this area. It cost around $3.60 which is mid range for the area. Great location especially if you’re headed to the 215 to work in the morning from south side. Original Review: December 2024 THREE STARS (Good) Standard example of a restaurant. If you found this review helpful please hit the ❤️ button and consider following me.

Always a favorite! We love Peet’s coffee ! The second location has opened and it is wonderful, very spacious, and every bit as friendly as the other location. They have indoor and outdoor sitting areas and it is very modern and spacious. We have lounged in their comfy chairs and enjoyed our large coffees to ambient background music. So , Relaxing atmosphere. They have a great nice selection of breakfast pastries. We had a couple of different ones and absolutely delicious. A must try! And the coffee, well if you drink Peets you know. It’s much better than Starbucks and you cannot even compare it! We had Havana Cappuccino and hazelnut latte and they were very tasty, perfectly balanced flavors. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We have not waited too long for our drinks at all, very impressive service for the new location that has recently opened. Overall: Great tasting coffee but best of all the staff is wonderful. They provide excellent service. We highly recommend this coffee shop!!!

It's been awhile since I've been to Peet's coffee. Very happy that they finally have one here on the southwest area of Las Vegas. We had some hot chocolate we had vanilla latte and I had a regular coffee. It was really good. I used to get the mocha frappe all the time but I can't anymore because of the damn diabetes. Anywho, the staff was very courteous and polite. The location is clean, located right off of rainbow before the 2:15. Will definitely be coming back! Ps they have Honey packets!

Had a vanilla latte with the almond croissant. Enjoyed the natural flavor of coffee. Do note for the lactose intolerant people out there. They do not carry soy milk. They have almond milk, oat milk, and ripple. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed.

Once I entered Justina greeted me a good morning. She’s so bright and kind, she’s made for the mornings. If she could take my order every day I’d instantly be a morning person lol. I’ve never ever been to Peet’s in my life so I’m new to their menu. Justina and River ran down the menu with me and based on my likes (strong, creamy AND sweet. Gotta hit the coffee trifecta) they suggested the Havana or black tie. Since I’m new here I decided to be a little normal and chose the caramel macchiato. Something I’m familiar with to gauge what their drinks are like. I also ordered the Ripple milk, which is their plant based option. It’s $1 more but that tends to be the case with alternative milks. My name got called about 8 min later, which is expected from a new staff and new location. It wasn’t busy but I appreciate that the baristas are carefully preparing my drink. Downside: they have paper straws here. Womp womp. Save the turtles yes but gosh I really want a straw that doesn’t absorb my drink. There are good alternatives to plastic, like agave or bamboo straws! But not trying to tell anyone what to do with their business lol. I admire the mindfulness of being eco friendly. I hung out inside and man the AC is bumping. I love that. I embrace the cold. But for people who can’t handle it, there’s also a beautiful patio outside that is available. Such a cool spot to be at. I saw 3 outlets along the wall so it’s also a nice place to work. Thanks to the business owners for bringing another comfy coffee spot to us. I’ll be back to enjoy some slow mornings here :)

My visit to Peet's Coffee on Rainbow was delightful! The service was great, the baristas were very kind! I ordered a pumpkin latte and I can't even describe the satisfaction of drinking it. Everything was great besides the cold temperatures inside!

Google
Peet's has ALWAYS been my favorite since having it in San Francisco years ago. I was so happy to see one on S. Rainbow. I come here often. I downloaded the peets app not knowing they couldn't do some of the features here. However, they honored my offer from the app and made my day. You always get great customer service here. Everytime you come in, everyone is kind and helpful. So glad they joined the neighborhood.

Yelp
Had a delicious cherry sweet roll. It's sort of new but it was all great. Friendly staff and I hope it does good. Personable manager with a great attitude.

Yelp
FINALLY, a Peet's near us--and I couldn't be happier! This spot is a gem for anyone who loves matcha as much as I do. Their ceremonial matcha is next level--incredibly smooth, creamy, and just downright delicious. (Pro tip: Try it with Ripple milk unsweetened for a perfect dairy-free twist!) We've only hit up the drive-thru so far, and while they're still ironing out some quirks with taking orders, their drink-making game is absolutely on point. Heads up: They don't scan for Peetnik Rewards since they're a licensed location, not corporate. Apparently, this applies to all Vegas-area Peet's. Bottom line? Amazing drinks + convenient location = I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Don't order a nitro cold brew from them. I ordered a medium and only got about a half cup of coffee. The other half was head. I didn't notice until I was on the freeway unfortunately so I couldn't go back. As a former barista, I am flabbergasted that they would allow this to go out, and as a customer, I am really annoyed and seriously lacking the caffeine that I paid for.

Yelp
Woohoo first to review! Let me start off by saying a Peet's coffee in the southwest has been long overdue, the location is great for them too. It's a newer developing plaza so there is still some construction going on but in the middle of the busy rainbow and 215 area I can imagine it's great for business. The new spot is clean and looks like a cool spot to sit and socialize or study. I got their horchata cold brew oat latte, one my favorites here. The new crew working were polite and speedy in making the latte and it feels super clean and spacious inside. They have a drive thru if you're short for time and need a quick pick me up too, and the plaza is very easy to access. Definitely stop by if you get the chance.

Yelp
So excited to see a new coffee shop open in the neighborhood. The parking lot is a bit hard to navigate and the entrance for the drive thru could be a bit easier to navigate. As for the cost, it's pretty on par with most coffee shops of their type. I got the cranberry cold brew sparkler which was more of a coffee soda than a coffee. Their almond croissant is huge and tasty as a recommendation from person who took my order at the drive thru. The service in the drive thru was warm and inviting. I look forward to going into the shop next time to experience the ambiance.

Yelp
Peet's is now open in the SW on Rainbow/215 in the same plaza as BJ's. This is the 2nd business to open there so there is no problem with parking. I went through the drive-thru and there was no line at all. I ordered a medium iced Black Tie. They have a loyalty program to earn points just by signing up with a phone number. Customer service was good. Now on to the drink! Sadly, it was disappointing. I have had this many times before but after taking a first sip it was bitter & watery. I gave it a good couple stirs but same thing. I had to make my own adjustments at home. I know grand openings can be tough so I will come back again and give it another try. Also, their Instagram page had said there was a free gift for the first 500 customers and I got there around 9 but didn't get anything? Based on the no line and one car in the lot I didn't think 500 people had already come by then.

Yelp
They provide friendly service. They have great pastries. Their coffee is awesome. Clean restroom. Comfy seating.

Yelp
Feel bad for this place. It's new and nice inside but service is awful. Been there twice first time the three employees were behind the wall talking and laughing and only came out after I called out for someone. Today I was the only one in the place and stood waiting for an employee to show up. I could hear someone behind the wall but they wouldn't come out. Eventually I could tell he was helping a drive through customer however he didn't offer any acknowledgment I was there even when he looked at me. I got tired of waiting and left. I give this place 6-mos before it turns into a Starbucks

Yelp
Review is not about product, only about customer service. Wanted to try Peet's, so I drove 20 mins to try it out. Peet's website says drive through is open until 9pm so I made my way over there. No one responded to me at the ordering screen so I drove to the window. I see 2 young men what appeared to be stocking and they were rushing so I know what that means. They're trying to get out of there. I knock on the window to double check they are closed. I could tell the young man was irritated by me by his body language. He confirmed they did close at 7, as it was around 720p. I told him maybe you could let the manager know your website says 9pm and all he could say was "it's not on him" then he says "its not on the manager" so I say who is it on? And he says it's the store owner. I said okay, got his name (Cody) and drove away. So I still never got to try this place..

Yelp
Brand new location for my mom's group to meet for coffee! We had a group of 10 boisterous happy women, and we had plenty of space for all of us to sit comfortably. We rearranged some tables and chairs, which they didn't seem to have a problem with. The tables were solid and heavy, so we definitely didn't have to worry about drinks toppling over if someone happened to lean on the table. Even with a large group, there was plenty of seats and tables available. Everyone liked their drinks, which we always discuss when meeting somewhere new. I personally had a chai tea latte, hot with almond milk, and it was delicious! I honestly haven't had a Chai that good at a chain coffee shop and I'm not sure what made it different, but whatever it was, I appreciated it. I don't usually do caffeine for health reasons, but was able to tolerate the drink well, but I do wish they had hot caffeine free options. But, it is a Coffee House, so I can't knock them for that! I ordered the egg and cheese egg bites, which were great. They seemed to be freshly made, rather than unwrapped from a plastic package and popped in a microwave. One friend ordered a breakfast sandwich which she did not like, noting that it was dry and missing the cheese. She decided not to bring it to the staff's attention, but I'm sure they would have tried their best to remedy the situation. As it is a brand new location, they did not have promotional discounts setup for their store. I signed up for their online rewards program and received a Birthday Treat. They had no way to process it through the rewards program as the location is so new, but the manager took care of it, and I was still able to use the discount! We will definitely be back, and have this location on our regular meet up rotation.

Yelp
This Peet's coffee location is brand new to the area and I have been waiting for this to open! The layout and flow is not the best. I got the Havana cappuccino, it's good. I would probably not get it again but glad I tried it. The barista forgot the cinnamon, when I asked to be topped off with cinnamon, it was a bit awkward, like he wasn't sure what to do, I pointed at the cinnamon and just asked him to top it off please. He eventually did but the whole thing was awkward. I felt bad for him, he just looked like a deer in headlights. Openings are scary, I totally get it. I got an almond croissant.. this is where I take off one star l. The almond croissant was warmed up and came out smoky... which I'm guessing there as something burning the oven and now the smell is all over the croissant. I've never really experienced anything like that. The almost croissant is only good around the edges but gets soggy and gritty in the middle. But to be honest the smokiness ruined it for me anyways. The layout: it's big, it's open with a lot of seating but the flow is bad, took off a star for this. I should be able to walk in and it should be easy, I shouldn't have to work for it. The setup should flow from one customer step to the other. Instead, there's a lot to walk through to get to the cashier. Then have to go to the side to see the food display. The coffee bar is really open and the handout area is right next the employee door, I almost got hit waiting at the handout area by the door.... If they had flipped the layout it would be a much better flow and easier for the customer.

Yelp
customer service was fantastic! the drive through was a little slow but my drink did not disappoint. i definitely will be coming back!
