Very good place to enjoy a coffee The service girls are polite The atmosphere is nice The coffee is one the best

Love this place! The sweetest employees and freshest coffee i’ve ever had. Always so accommodating however this past month the audacity of other customer has been astounding. People need to treat others how they wanna be treated! I just witnessed two young ladies being yelled at for a simple mix up by a grown man. What is going on? Props to these ladies for keeping their composure and shame on this man.

Google
Modern and spacious. Friendly staff with a funny wifi password. Nice selection of breakfast pastries. And the coffee, well if you drink Peets you know. Nicely designed outdoor sitting area with unique shading. Lounged and enjoyed a large coffee to ambient background music. Relaxing. I say check it out.

Google
Coffee is great! One of my favorite coffee places to go. This isn't my normal location but still great. Service was so so here though. It was early maybe I got the person to early or just having a bad day. Still recommended

Google
This is one great and such a great locals coffeehouse. We have met some of the most interesting people in this coffee shop. Locals come in, enjoy their coffee and food and visit. It is one of the few that remind me of the lovely cafes in Europe! The food options come from local shops so definitely try the cherry turnover.

Google
Another great coffee spot in Summerlin. Love the outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. Coffee is good, pick the right one. Food is also good. My order today was a bit too sweet, but I'll come back and try something different. Also, service was nice. They know their menu, so that's helpful. He did warn me about sweetness level, I'll listen next time. And there will be a next time.

Google
Apparently “Peet’s” is not Peet’s. I tried to use a “Peet’s” gift card but was told that’s a corporate “Peet’s” not a Las Vegas “Peet’s” so. I don’t think I have ever heard of something so stupid in my life.. Peet’s is not Peet’s in Las Vegas. It’s a franchise apparently the owners have decided not to honor the Peet’s gift cards.. oh, but they sell there owns Peet’s gift cards.. total joke. Only stopped here because I have the gift card.

Google
First timer!! Staff was so polite and welcoming. I got my normal Iced Mocha, as I always do at coffee shops, which was delicious, but decided I needed some breakfast too. I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich and a raspberry coffee cake. OMG!!! That breakfast sandwich was literally divine. Large, hot, cheesy. Cooked to breakfast sandwich perfection :)

Yelp
I ended up visiting Peet's Coffee on a Friday mid-afternoon to meet a colleague. We were reviewing a PowerPoint presentation at Peet's Coffee. There was plenty of table seating available inside the coffee shop! I don't normally visit Peet's Coffee since there isn't one location in Northwest Las Vegas, Centennial area. This Peet's Coffee is located in Summerlin, off of the 215/Sahara exit. Ample parking spaces next to the coffee shop, too! There is even a drive-thru! Inside the coffee shop, there were a lot of customers, but no wait to place an order at the register. My colleague and I had got a drink. We had ordered a caramel Frappe and a Medium Hot Chocolate with whipped cream. The hot chocolate with whipped cream was interesting. I didn't get too much of the chocolate flavor, but more of the milk. I'm not sure if I would order that drink again. This location does have great tables, and it's super clean! It's a wonderful place to stop and have a quick snack or even meet up with friends!

Yelp
I had been wanting to try this coffee shop for awhile so I decided to stop by on my lunch break. I decided to look up their menu ahead of time and saw the option for mobile ordering. I thought that was perfect since I work about 10 minutes away. I figured I would order ahead and not take up as much time of my lunch break. I arrived 1:15pm, 5 minutes after my estimated pickup time. I noticed there wasn't any one in the drive thru so I pulled up and let them know I had a mobile order. The associate said "unfortunately, you have to come inside for mobile orders" Luckily, I was by myself and did not have my baby with me at the time or I would have protested. Drive thrus and mobile ordering is so helpful when you have small children with you. I was really surprised, but I just said, "oh, okay" So, I pull around, park, come inside. It's not busy, but no one greets me or even looks my way. My mobile order is the only one sitting there. The girl working the drive thru is just standing there a few feet away. I don't understand why she couldn't have just handed me my drink. And after all that, I ordered a small fiery mocha. Paid nearly $8 for it. And it was not fiery at all, I couldn't taste any cayenne. It just tasted like watered down chocolate. So, after this I'm back at work, working and at 1:59pm I get a text saying my order is ready for pickup. Huh? I already picked up my order over 40 minutes ago. I wanted to love this place, but this experience has really rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think I will be back.

Breanna W.

Yelp
I'd never been here before so I walked in so I could see the menu and pastry shelf. I was killing time between morning appointments. It was fairly busy with people sitting and chatting. I ordered the Oat Latte with vanilla and the girl recommended an Horchata iced latte instead. She was really nice and I appreciated her giving a suggestion. I also ordered the ham and cheese egg croissant - amazing. One of the better breakfast croissants I've had from a quick service coffee shop. The coffee was fine, but nothing to rave about. I'd come back if I am in the area!

Anthony A.

Yelp
I've been coming to this franchise/non-corporate store for at least 3 years, intermittently. No warmth in a greeting, if one is even given. Minimal eye contact. Curt responses. "Decaffeinated" kindness and service. The cost of Peet's Coffee within a franchise operation...

Raman R.

Yelp
Coffee was ok, got a latte that wasn't warm. To be fair they remade it. However, customer service needs some serious attention here. 1 barista was on her phone, the inside of the cafe was dirty....Tables were dirty . I had to clean my own table and no wifi. I shouldn't have even tipped. When asked about wifi they made no attempt to even to even look into it or express any concern customers cant access wifi. They just said "wifi is not great here." I understand it's a cafe but with plenty of tables most people do enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee and catching up online. Complete waste of $18 (coffee, pastry and tip). If you need to wifi be sure to plan ahead. If Peets doesn't get their customer service and space cleaned up...customers will go elsewhere. There's plenty of other cafe options off of Sahara. Hope management starts to pay attention.

Jaynar S.

Yelp
Needed a quick pick me up and decided to go inside instead of the drive thru. Ordered an Americano which was made just right. Friendly staff and spacious interior. There's a nice selection of pastries too and complimentary self-serve water. I'll be back!

Rosanne B.

Yelp
My husband and I went to the W Sahara location of Peet's over the weekend. Nice outdoor eating area, well appointed interior and staffed with a number of young adults efficiently waiting us. The issue didn't arise until it was time to pay. I was given a $25 e-gift card a few weeks ago for my B'day. The young lady immediately told me they're not allowed to accept gift cards at franchise locations whether it be e-cards or actual plastic. She said "everyone complains but those are the terms we have to go by". We paid, enjoyed the pastry and drinks and left. I went to the Peet's website and used the contact us option and politely asked where I could use the card since all locations are franchises. They never replied. I didn't like the coffee enough to have some shipped from the website, if such a thing is even possible. It tasted burnt and I likened it to Starbucks which always tastes bitter. I think someone from the corporate office should at the very least respond to my inquiry as a show if good faith. I'm not holding my breath.

Yelp
Worst breakfast sandwich I ever had. Gross. Bagel was weak. Asked for crispy bacon. Didn't happen. Save ur $$

Yelp
I heard about the holiday blend from Peet's Coffee and decided to check it out since I was on that side of town. The location is in a shopping center and the parking spots are kind of tight. Once inside it was very busy with people just having coffee, breakfast and working believe it or not. It was kinda of loud but bustling in a good way. I ordered a Hazelnut Latte and a regular black coffee. The latte had an artificial which I assume was from the Hazelnut syrup. The black coffee was very very buttery. Overall I can't recommend the coffee and felt I wasted $13, but it is a cool spot to hang out and work or try other beverages they sell

Tara M.

Yelp
Delicious coffee! And a nice vibe!! I happily drive to Summerlin to get my fix!! But I am not ot a fan of this app making me write more than is necessary.

Cindy L.

Yelp
I am from northern California and I'm am a true peets person so I know my coffee very well. I think this place need to educate their people on the coffee. Today I went in at the cashier was obobnoxious. She obviously didn't know the difference between dark and medium brew type coffee. She thought Yosemite dos was medium and I corrected her that is was dark and the Domingo was medium. I order a medium in a large cup of the Domingo coffee dunce they did not have the Yosemite dos. When I got my coffee it was a small and she said I only ordered a small. Not once did I say anything about a small. She has such a attitude with her customer service especially after I corrected her. Of course. I really want to love this place but the employee really need to be better educated and increase in their customer service. Really miss my California Peets.

Letty V.

Yelp
Ordered a small regular coffee on my way to work threw it away it was old and burnt tasting! I called the next day and all the employee said it was probably an old batch. He didn't offer another free cup. I will be going back to Starbucks I gave this place a chance and they suck!!!!

James A.

Yelp
Good coffee and pretty interior. I would have given five stars, but the bathroom and hallways were a bit dirty.

Maya T.

Yelp
Peet's is one of the few places in Vegas with a variety of good iced tea drinks. I don't drink coffee, so it's always a struggle to find a good, quick cafe with different teas. Thankfully, Peet's has one of my all time favorite drinks, Yuzu Citrus Black Tea. It's the perfect mix of tea and fruit. It's not too sweet, but it's also not too bitter. It's perfect! The staff is always nice and helpful. Inside is clean and looks nice and modern. Pastries are delicious. The only issue is that the drive thru is sometimes reallyyyy slow. But since learning that, I go inside to order instead and it takes way less time! Either way, the drinks and pastries are worth the wait.

Christine G.

Yelp
I love Peet's coffee!! Beautiful interior and friendly staff. Came in for a Christmas gift for friend. Packaged really nice. Located West Sahara and Hualapai Lane in the Sprouts location . West North side of Sahara. Plenty of parking

Kristen N.

Yelp
A friend and I went in for a little coffee and a snack after our hike and were greeted by the nicest staff at this location! Reg, who worked the cash register, was so cute and helpful! She steered us to a fabulous quiche I think it was the Florentine, a delicious pecan and chocolate chip cookie and some kind of pistachio pastry. Everything was delicious and fresh (and they heated your items if you wished)... and then we moved down the line to Maryanne, the barista, who made our decaf latte's which were absolutely delicious. Pete's coffee is piping hot, has a lovely velvety texture and smooth flavor, unlike the other guys whose tastes burnt... Maryanne was also delightful and makes a mean cup of Joe! what a great stop for a late breakfast-lunch! and they have a drive through! We choose the outdoor patio to enjoy some Vegas sunshine and our goodies!

Debbie G.

Yelp
Quick and easy coffee run just minutes from Downtown Summerlin. Stopped in to grab and a drink and use the restroom between meetings. The interior is clean and spacious. The drink came out quickly and tasted good.

Cecilia H.

Yelp
The store was clean and had many comfortable places to sit, both indoor and outdoor. **That's where the good stuff ends. The cashier (young Asian girl) had a angry look on her face and a very rude attitude was very impatient when she took our order ( 2 breakfast sandwiches, a fruit tea and iced coffee), she rushed us and then got annoyed because she didn't even pay attention when I asked for a green tea refresher with Lemon flavor and got upset when she had to ask a second time. The breakfast sandwiches were absolutely disgusting- akin to what might be served in a county jail ( I can only imagine) bland/ pasty hard bread, undercooked "precooked bacon", nearly non existent cheese and rubbery egg. It was a complete disappointment. Peet's was our go to for a while and now it's deeply disappointing that it's so bad.

Sia D.

Yelp
Be warned, this is not an official PEETS. You cannot use your app or gift cards here. The drive through is nice and the staff seem kind but there's no warning about this being a licensed partner, not a real Peets. The horchata latte is yummy but mostly ice, so you get like 5 sips out of a Small.

Marie S C.

Yelp
Rude Barista Cashier tipped herself $2 extra from the cash change she was supposed to give to me for my order even when she saw me leaving a cash tip in the jar and said nothing. She then asked me if I needed my receipt. Hey, if you hate your job it isn't the customer's fault.

Vicky G.

Yelp
Drove 20 mins out of the way to get a coffee from here because it was the only location open late and I downloaded my 50$ gift card to the app so I wanted to use it. Turns out this place is not corporate and does not support the app so I couldn't use my gift card. Nobody died but this is something I've never heard of, just a heads up if that's a factor when choosing this location. Cashier was friendly, my drink was made as ordered.

Yelp
When I wrote my review of Peet's Coffee in Boston, upon giving them a high rating, my words insinuated that I was a fan and that it would be great if they came to Las Vegas. A few years later, they did come to Las Vegas with three cafes. Unfortunately the one on Maryland Parkway closed at the height of the pademic. A few years after savoring Peet's Coffee in Boston, this location leaves me a fan. It is an upbeat location that is spacious and provides numerous seating arrangements in a modern and cozy environment. It is so spacious that during the height of the social distancing and shutdown, the Cafe was open. Being that I live in the opposite side of the valley, my visits here have been less frequent. The few times that I have stopped here included nearby walks originating from its parking lot onto the nearby local Peccole Ranch and Summerlin walking trails. Speaking of parking lot, it shares one with Petco, Sprouts, TJ Maxx, Tide Cleaners, In N Out, and other stores. A few of these visits were a follow up to In N Out. All of the times that I visited, the Baristas have been friendly. An example is that when I asked the Barista is they are building another location, he kindly said that they are building one by Blue Diamond and Rainbow (if it's true that would be great for Mountains Edge residents). And all of the times that I visited here, there have been zero issues with the coffee. A few years after I visited Peet's Coffee in Boston, this location continues to leave me a fan. Hopefully they will build one closer to this fan in Henderson or Southeast Las Vegas.

Jay R.

Yelp
Places that provide poor services like this one give me tipper's remorse. The drive-thru cashier and I had different definitions of "blended." I'm anticipating blended WITH ice and after getting a drink ON ice, he says "Well it's mixed in a blender." The cashier was sarcastic. I heard him taking orders of the Mercedes car in front of me and he cut her off. Perhaps try rotating front of the house staff to back of the house, or putting a woman cashier would be better. Time stamp 12:43pm 12/24/23.

Jes D.

Yelp
Needed a new coffee shop & decided to try this one out & i loved it! Black tie is amazing!

Antonia C.

Yelp
Their ham croissants are delicious, and most baked goods. Coffee is excellent and the place very nice .

Raul S.

Yelp
This is the best chain coffee shop I've had this is real coffee without the sugary syrups as other coffee spots the matcha is also really good quality

Lecmac T.

Yelp
It was slow when I visited and I ordered a pastry and a Caramel Macchiato. I was given the wrong pastry and a mocha drink that I didn't order. That wasn't a mistake, that was from staff not paying attention and failing to read and comprehend orders. Ambiance. Facility was clean but staff seemed upset and unwelcoming. I will be back to see if the service improves and follow up with a 2nd review.

Fallon K.

Yelp
Used to go to Starbucks everyday but heard so much about Peets so I had to give it a try. So for starters their breakfast options are so much better. I love the Ham, egg and cheese croissant. It's warm and gooey. I tried their Black Tie Cold brew and it was delicious. If you haven't tried Peet's you are really missing out on something special.

Anna-Marie C.

Yelp
Peet's is the best coffee ever. Have tried many other brands, from canned to all kinds of packaged coffees. Nothing compares. Love it!

Carolyn S.

Yelp
Our first three visits to this location were wonderful. We order from the drive through lane. Today 2 out of 3 of our drinks tasted so bad that we could not drink them. The chai was fine, but the two coffee drinks did not even taste like coffee. We had pulled away and driven down the street before tasting them and did not have time to return with a complaint. It's a shame but we won't be returning.

Catherine D.

Yelp
It was a rainy day so stopped for coffee at Peet's because was in the area. They have a drive through and a nice open seating area comparable to Starbuck's. Staff at counter was friendly. Drink came out quickly. Helped satisfy my caffeine fix!

Doug A.

Yelp
Wow... So I normally go to the other Peet's on Discovery and had been meaning to come check this location out. Decided to do a nice afternoon snack stop with my daughter. The buildout is really beautiful. The kid that took our order was new, but helpful and nice. No problem so far, right? As usual, I left a fairly big gratuity for the barrista kid. (30%+) So... my daughter and I just sit down to enjoy our coffee and croissant, and a guy (assistant manager) comes out and tells us we have to leave because they are closing and he has to count his drawer, I tell him go ahead, but he says he can't because we are there. I ask him, "are you seriously inferring that we are going to rob you?" He responds, "err I can't count my drawer while you're here." Yeah... me and my 9 year old kid are going to rob you. Kind of funny... I mean... I was dressed like a bum today, but if I really wanted to, I could buy this Peet's location - the other Peet's location, and every other Peet's location in every other state - if I wanted to. Being accused of being a thief is pretty comical, but still offensive. The owners of this store need to have a serious talk with their management here. They cared enough to build a beautiful standalone location and do a beautiful buildout only to staff it with an idiot - and if this guy is the manager, what customer skills is he imparting on them. No problem taking our order and accepting the money, oh but GTFO?! Lol Skip this location and go to the Discovery location on Town Center and 215. Same owners, but they had better luck with hiring there. The kids at that location are all A+.

Irwin B.

Yelp
Worst blended drink ever. Still had huge ice pieces. I can't even drink it through the straw

Cynthia L.

Yelp
Last time I had Peet's Coffee was in 2016 during a trip to San Francisco. I remembered I had a really delicious coconut latte. Sadly, I soon found out that was a seasonal/promotion drink because it's no longer on the menu when I checked yesterday. Decided to order a medium cold oat brew latte, horchata style. Originally I had my mind set on a medium iced caramel macchiato but the menu stated that was 350 calories whereas the cold oat brew was at 250. The drink was just good. A little bit too sweet for my personal taste with no hints of caffeine. Wouldn't drive all the way to this side of town JUST for that drink again since there's better local coffee shops closer to where I live. Their prices are pretty much the same as their rival corporation coffee shops. Their sizes are 12 oz, 16 oz and 24 oz. Indoor area is open until 7p while drive thru stays open until 8p.

Cindy K.

Yelp
I've been here three times in the last couple of weeks. The service is quick and friendly. The drinks have always been good. I have a different one each time. Is roomy with lots of tables and conversation areas inside. There is outdoor seating and a drive thru. The cafe is only open until 5 pm and I wish it was open longer. The drive thru is open until 7pm. It's a great place to do some work, art, read, catch up with friends. The seating is very comfortable. Better than most coffee houses.

Ashley G.

Yelp
I've always passed this palace up and finally decided to try it! I was excited to see that they have Matcha! I got a medium Matcha Frappe with soy and it's really good! I appreciate how light it is. Some are too sweet. Next time I'll add a extra scoop of matcha, I like it strong! My sister got the Carmel Frappe, she said it was great. Customer service was good! I will definitely be back!

Dino S.

Yelp
Best coffee company in town. Great beans must make the difference. Also, friendly staff .

Norm K.

Yelp
For months, I have waited as the sign said "Peet's Coffee coming soon." Soon finally came in the last few weeks. I decided to stop here on my way home from a dental appointment. It's the convenient side of Sahara for me when I'm heading home. I went into the drive thru. There was only one car in front of me so there wasn't a long wait. I got my normal go to drink--a quad iced espresso. I drove to the window. I was a bit disappointed that they don't take Apple Pay--she said it wasn't working--as that would have made my visit almost contactless. I had to reach and get my wallet, fish out the credit card, and go through that whole scene. The quad was $5.31 making it about $2 more than my normal go to coffee store. The taste was strong and different than my palate has grown accustomed to, but it was OK and it gave me the caffeine I wanted. The staff was very friendly. That's always a plus! I and out was fairly quick. This, however, won't be a place I stop for coffee unless I'm in fire need of a fix. I guess you can't teach old dogs new tricks.

Rod H.

Yelp
Are you aware that there are independent Peet's coffees that do not take corporate Peet's gift certificates? If you buy one in vegas, I was told by the independent Peet's that I could redeem it in Berkeley California.

Joe F.

Yelp
What an amazing spot. This coffee shop is what the lakes area has been missing. With its super clean atmosphere and extremely friendly staff, this is by far the nicest coffee shop I've ever been in. The drinks are amazing and the WiFi is great. The staff was extremely helpful in picking out a drink and the snacks are on point as well. We had some canele's and a chocolate muffin. They didn't last long enough for a photo. I had a cold brew over ice and my wife enjoyed one of the tea shakers. It was a perfect summer drink. I'll be back very soon. Thank you!!! - Joey Baggz

Glenda J.

Yelp
Excellent coffee, great location and very friendly staff. I was shopping in that area, and needed a quick "pick me up" , so I decided to check them out. I ordered a caramel macchiato and a cherry danish. Everything tasted delicious!!!! The service was quick, and the atmosphere was quiet. (Just how I like it) I sat outside , to enjoy the weather. They had lots of shades, so don't worry. First time there, and I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Mina R.

Yelp
Came here on a saturday morning and this place was very busy. Went through drive thru where I noticed the menu very similar to many other coffee shops. I ordered a large caramel frappe which is usually my go to drink at any coffee shop cause why not. Coffee and caramel together.... Yummy! Lol. One thing I noticed was the coffee was not strong enough compared to other drinks that I have tried at the other competitors shops. But it was still decent. Price point was the norm as expected. If you're curious as to what Peets coffee might taste like and not in interested in another coffee shop...Turn to your local grocery store where you will likely find bags of it sold in the coffee aisle. Overall. Coffee is coffee. Check em out :)

C'Mari G.

Yelp
All i can say is beware. Gave myself and my best friend major bubble guts!!! Im not sure if their milk was bad or what but never again.

Mariam K.

Yelp
Thanks for making my coffee with less sugar and giving me the choice to add more instead of overdosing me with sugar like Starbucks does. Wanna know their secret for returning customers???Making them addicted to the sugar high from all that unhealthy starchy corn syrup. Lol "Peet's beats the rest, when your health is put to the test"-Geazy

Adam S.

Yelp
Just took my first sip of my Iced Dark Chocolate Mocha w 2% milk. Really truly excited that Peet's has another location on the West Side. I'm gunna miss the OG location on Discovery next to the 215, but this just gives me more ammunition for my caffeine fueled Vegas Days! With a Nitro Brew tap visible I'm ready to enjoy the Free Wifi. Everything is sparkling and clean, and it's altogether possible I'm the first patron in this seat! Looking forward to more visits!

Barbara G.

Yelp
All the staff are super friendly. The shop is super clean. Love all the pastries. Only thing they need to know is to make sure the pitcher with the milk is rinsed out well after each use. It has happened on more than one occasion and today is another day this has occurred, I can taste a bit of almond in my latte which has just regular milk in it. Now I either have to go all the way back to the store to have it re-made or throw it out as I cannot drink my latte with a tinge of almond taste in it.

Dre M.

Yelp
My new favorite coffee shop! I always get starbucks but i saw this place and was super excited to try it lol im so glad i did! The coffee is so much better and flavorful! Made to order fresh brewed coffee that tastes like heaven in a cup. I ordered the Iced Havana cappuccino and it was so good i need this everyday good lol im hooked ! It was made perfect no flaws. You can taste the quality nothing really compares.... i wont be getting starbucks thats for sure i now will only get my iced coffee from Peets :-) lol

Lana B.

Yelp
I used to love Peet's coffee but they always burn the milk or coffee I'm not sure what it is but the drink don't taste good anymore. Such a shame
