The First Las Vegas Peet’s Coffee Cafe Debuts - Eater Vegas
"The first brick and mortar local expansion of the very familiar and popular Peet's Coffee brand has arrived in Summerlin, just around the corner from the soon-to-debut Block 9 Thai Street Eats. An independent licensing venture by Beverage Specialties Group LLC, which is why it doesn't appear on the Peet’s list of nationwide cafes, the Las Vegas operators are already promising more locations “are coming soon.” The corner space close to the corner of Town Center Drive and the 215, has added its own outdoor seating area and a counter-service interior featuring the Emeryville, California-based roaster’s range of lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, espressos, teas, cold brew options, and hot cocoa. Snack choices of sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit, and parfaits, join a pastry roster including pistachio and raisin rolls, black & white cookies, Danishes, muffins, croissants, and the uncommon bonus of caramelized-sugar crusted cannelés." - Bradley Martin
