Personally not my favourite… we come from a town where craft beer and local breweries are a huge things so we were excited to stop in to try this place. Upon entry it was very awkward with no guidance in what to do - you have to order right away when you enter and servers don’t come to your table. We ordered the flight of four beers of which two were completely flat and most were slightly warm… The overall atmosphere was okay we got a good spot in the lounge that was comfortable and this place had a bunch of games to choose from. But as a beer drinker I not fully impressed with the selection nor the taste

Prominent location in the heart of downtown Dallas and original Art Deco design of the building are the main benefits of this small-batch brewery. Enjoying beautiful indoor place is simply pleasure. They have good range of craft beers on tap.. Ales, Lagers, Stouts and even some Ciders.. so I assume that sample tasting would be smart option. Good selection of wines.

Google
Decent brewery with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Set within an art deco building with a large beer garden in the downtown. Nice spot for an evening drink

Great place to grab some beers. Everything they make is great. The patio is also really nice on warm days

Google
Although I enjoyed their old location, their new place downtown has the same relaxed vibe and fantastic beers and bartenders. The outdoor patio comes with the obnoxious city sounds, but I found it to be a relaxing spot once I opened up my sketchbook and tuned out the world. As a bonus, they validate parking at the lot on the corner of Wood and Field. It is only a couple of blocks away. My personal favorite is 9 Volt: the only American brewed Tripel in my beer cabinet.

Google
If you like IPAs this is not the place to go to. They offer one red IPA that barely even resembles an IPA. On top of that when I asked the bartender about more IPAs in the future the response was less than friendly and she told me that they only brew one IPA and that's the only one that they're going to brew. That's too bad because the place is pretty cool, except for her. Cannoneer is a nice amber ale that they offer and Sixth Floor is a decent porter. They validate parking at 1114 Wood St. The red IPA left a bad taste in my mouth and so did the snooty bartender.

I’m not much of a beer drinker, but this place had great options and a lot of fun games to play around the space. Truly a great experience with lots of thought put into the small details! They also provide free feminine products in the ladies restroom and something has to be said for that level of classiness ❤️🙏

Sydney W.

Yelp
The best service. The best local craft beer and the best patio in Dallas. Fight me on it.

Jeff L.

Yelp
Good brewery if you are downtown. They had one choice for an IPA and it was a red. Didn't really suit my preference for hazy and hop fwd IPAs. They brew onsite and the odors from the wort were strong the day we were there. Your results may vary. The art deco architecture in main area is worth the visit.

Yelp
Beers are great! They serve a generous portion too! The flight is the way to go and scenery is traditional and classic.

Yelp
We spontaneously stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to check it out after seeing their sign for cider. This is such an adorable brewery! Lots of seating indoors with cute decor. Free vintage arcade games (we played 2 player Tetris). There is also a Photo Booth for a charge. Large outdoor fenced patio area with seating and some lawn games. Pet friendly. The staff was extremely friendly and offered us samples of their cider and hard ginger ale. That hard ginger ale was delicious! We spoke with the owner about their brewing practices. Allergy note: their cider and hard ginger ale are made gluten-free but are brewed in the same stainless steel barrels as their beer so despite cleaning in between, there is a theoretical risk of cross-contamination. They also had a substantial wine list and I enjoyed a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. We will definitely return here again and bring our dog!

Samantha B.

Yelp
This was a super cute and interesting brewery near the AT&T Discovery District. They had several beers on tap and a decent variety so I'm sure you could find something you like. They do flights if you want to try a few options. The building itself was really cool and they decorated with vintage games and furniture. Service was friendly and helpful in picking out a beer to try. Give them a visit!

Christa S.

Yelp
Excellent stop if you were in downtown Dallas! This building has been refurbished and restored and is absolutely a must see! The beer and service were very good, and it definitely stop worthy! There is an outdoor area as well if you'd prefer. This brewery does not serve food, but will let you bring food in.

Yelp
Amazing craft brews, cheap hot dogs, fun atmosphere, will be back!, gotta love the barely wine

Stephen D.

Yelp
Fantastic brewery in downtown Dallas. From the beer to the decor it was top notch. Great place to sit and relax after walking all over Dallas

Kayla L.

Yelp
Plenty of wines and craft beers! Unfortunately no sours at this time so I went with the sav blanc. It was pretty good! What I loved most about this place was the vibe. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and inside there's some fun games like billiards, darts, etc! Definitely a great place to hang out with a friend or a bigger group! Conveniently located in the AT&T Discovery area

David C.

Yelp
Very chill brewery, I liked the chill vibe and the cool staff, It was a great place to relax and enjoy a beer, The people super super friendly and they really had some interesting brews , I really enjoyed the red ale hazy, or something like that , if was unlike any hazy I have tried. They got a great variety. Big open area plenty of seating. You can pick up some bottles to go.

jason c.

Yelp
Love the AC and ambiance of this place. There are plenty of games to keep you occupied. Also quite roomy and the service was nice. The beer is pretty legit too.

Heather S.

Yelp
Great experience. We enjoyed a few flights and hot cider. The staff was really friendly and helped us decide what to drink.

Ellie C.

Yelp
I went to their Dallas downtown location (near the AT&T experience center) and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas to go for once! First of all, the location is great. Its very close to all the downtown historic scenic spots. The only issue we found is parking. Since it's located at the heart of downtown, it might take a while for you to find a street parking. However, there are also a plenty of paid parking lot available in the hood. Upon entering, I was amazed by the cute interior decors and historical notes inside the brewery. I love the cute black Pegasus sign above the bar and there are so many Pegasus decors inside the store. The bartender was super sweet and friendly. She was super helpful with beer recommendations and she offered menu and seating guidance right away. The other thing I love about this brewery is that they have a lot of fun games for you to play for free! It's a great spot for friends gatherings or company events. And I'd also recommend visiting for tourists who are traveling from out of town. The only thing I'd comment is their price. Beers are a little overpriced ($7.5-8.5+) and not particularly impressive. But again, I'd go for the bibe

Jaclyn C.

Yelp
Such a cool spot in the heart of downtown! Huge patio with lots of games inside and out - perfect for kids (was worried about bringing my son but he was openly welcomed!) Best part - the beers were so good! I had the Hefe and the stout - fantastic. If I'm ever back in Dallas, will make Pegasus City a stop :)

Sean D.

Yelp
Fun art deco style building with good craft beer. They rotate some of their beers out so it keeps it fun and fresh. They make it fun and laid back with old vintage games you can play for free while having a cold beer or a fun take on a champagne. Along with an outdoor patio that sometimes has live bands or other events it's a fun place to hang out for a bit or just people watch. Only compliant----they don't serve food. But you can bring in your own food or get it delivered there. Dogs are welcome too on patio and I have seen some inside so unless it's changed they are very dog friendly. Lastly, I've read one or two people talk about the price of the beers being around $8 and they thought it was a bit pricey. As a resident of downtown Dallas, and just someone that knows nothing is cheap anymore, this is on par with beer you get anywhere (except from a liquor store or grocery store). Find any alcoholic drink in downtown of any metropolitan city that is priced less and you are probably drinking water.

Richard B.

Yelp
Great ambience but the beer was not what I expected. They did not have very many to choose from but a good solid local brewery if you're just looking to try something new.

Aaron Yalun L.

Yelp
Nice to try local different beer here! Definitely recommend to do a flight. Service is great and the bartenders were super friendly. Lots of games for you to play for free!

Scott B.

Yelp
I walked one walk here from my downtown hotel. It was a very dreary and rainy Saturday night, but the taproom was fairly busy. It's a small bar, but ample tables scattered around the taproom. Served promptly. The Woofus Kolsch was smooth-bodied and slightly crisp. Had a good finish to it. I actually liked their Highpoint Porch Ale (that I tried the night before at a restaurant) better- it was smoother and more refreshing. Fun place. They had a pop-up serving bratwursts and pizzas.

Andrew A.

Yelp
great beers and excellent staff! Flights were$15 for 4. large pours! went for staff recommended selections and all the beers were great!

Rebecca H.

Yelp
This place was a block away from our hotel so a no-brainer to grab a few drinks while waiting to meet our friend for dinner. The space is pretty big and modern-looking. There was a medium-sized party off to the side when we arrived but otherwise the place was empty at 4:45pm on a Wednesday evening which gives me hope for humanity. The two staff that were present behind the bar greeted us immediately after our entry. I'm not from this area and not familiar with Pegasus City or any of their beers. Fortunately, the tap list is readily available and largely inscribed on a black board behind the bar. Largely enough that you could probably see it without glasses if you are four-eyed like me. 20/20 vision or not, they have a wide variety of different beer types. I elected to start with Beaming Blonde which is a belgian blonde. The bartender offered to give me a taste before ordering a pint which I mistakenly declined because I was not a fan, but this is obviously completely subjective. For my second drink, I switched things up and ordered Sixth Floor which is a Porter. This was much more enjoyable than the first and it went down easily. GF ordered two beers, both of which she both really enjoyed but I cannot recall which ones they were. Will check and update later if I remember. The furnishings are unique and there are many seating areas with random entertainment objects like board games and air hockey. This is probably a really fun place later on in the evening when it's more crowded!

Brian F.

Yelp
I like this site, but be aware that it's only beer here. That said the variety is great and non-IPA drinkers won't be stuck trying to find IPA they hate the least. It's a nice place to unwind before dinner elsewhere or to chill after an evening out, but you're not ready to go home. Overall, recommended.

Serena J.

Yelp
Pegasus is such a neat, urban brewery! The ambiance reminded me more of a cocktail bar than a brewery and it was such a unique experience! The venue is well spaced, full of different games (board games, cards, corn hole, and old-school video games) which made for a fun social atmosphere. We sat on the outdoor patio and got to enjoy the weather with plenty of seating for our whole group. The service was wonderful and the staff were helpful when making recommendations. The pricing was all very reasonable as well!

Allister B.

Yelp
This brewery saved my life! I'm not entirely off by that statement but what a great place with a great selection. Don't hesitate to go

Claire F.

Yelp
Great vibes, lovely decor, lowkey spot with fair pricing in downtown. No parking/valet so i would walk or Uber. Beers were about $7, they had a nice selection and it is brewed in house. Huge patio surrounded by skyscrapers! Loved the Art Deco vibes, they also have a Photobooth! I will definitely be back.

Allison F.

Yelp
Came here for a sushi class and wanted to try a few beers during it. We had 3 beers each and it was almost $70 for 6 beers with tip and tax. I don't think the beers were that great for what they are charging. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed and you can tell locals and regulars enjoy this spot.

Sereena J.

Yelp
I have been WAITING to see this downtown location for months and I was not disappointed! From the gorgeous sign out front to the careful decor decisions inside the tap room, this location of Pegasus is so beautifully planned out. Adrian is a design whiz as usual and the inside has decor that would befit a date night out or a lunch time pint. They have more taps here, so some of their beers are offered on nitro as well! The seating is socially-distanced and their patio is coming along nicely. They plan on offering food at this location as well! If you're like me, you get anxious about trying to find a parking spot downtown that feels safe and is also not going to cost as much as my bill at a restaurant. Lucky for you, Pegasus will validate your parking ticket if you park behind the brewery at the Interurban Parking Garage! I love this location, and while the original will always be my favorite, I'm ecstatic to throw this brewery into my regular rotation!

Yelp
PHENOMENAL BEER Let's get right into it. BEER - Nine Volt - Tripel - 9.1% ABV - this was my fave. One of the lighter tasting tripels I've had, but good. Lightly seasoned spices. - Cannoneer - American Amber/Red - 7.4% ABV - Drinkable. Lot of malty flavor, has some heft. Those were the only two I had, but they were great! OUTDOOR AREA & MUSIC They have a cool outdoor area that sometimes plays live music. There's also a food truck available if you get hungry! One of the better places to visit on Commerce St. RecommendedL Nine Volt, Cannoneer

Vincent O.

Yelp
What a fantastic brewery with incredible Service. When we first entered Chris greeted us right away. Never trying any of their beers Chris stepped to the plate and explained all the different styles on their menu. I ended up going with their 6th floor porter and My girlfriend ended up going with Their Barley Champs Beer. She normally likes sweeter/sour beers so Chris recommended trying it with their Housemaid Sparkling Lemon Juice. Half Lemon Half Barley champs and you have an amazing combination. The beer was really good and you can tell they put their heart into each of their brews. Next time We are in town we are going to try their barrel aged beers. I would recommend this brewery for all craft beer drinkers and i'm sure they can accommodate anyone who doesn't like beer.

Connie H.

Yelp
The brewery itself is in an art deco vintage space, which is beautiful and timeless. The brews are good and the establishment is geared towards fun with vintage games and cozy hang out spaces.

Daniella G.

Yelp
Friendly people with great service and beers. Very relaxing, we came by on a Sunday afternoon and they had food tents from local vendors and live music. Variety of outdoor seating. They were sold out of root beer. Now more of a reason to come back and try it.

Debby B.

Yelp
Wonderful place! Great service and the atmosphere is top notch! Mimosas, too!!! We'll definitely be back.

DeAnna M.

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and saw this place. By the pictures it looked To classy to be a brewery but I thought I'd check it out. I was super impressed the moment I went in. The service was top notch and I loved that they have an outdoor area with cornhole and music. The beer was also delicious. I tried several and could not find one I didn't like.

christy d.

Yelp
We were greeted by Chris upon arrival. He was very friendly and helpful. Good beers. Great atmosphere. The inside of the building is beautiful.

Orlando M.

Yelp
The bartenders here are the nicest and most extroverted people around of any bar, the drinks are of excellent quality and the best part, you can't bring your dog!

Van N.

Yelp
Im so so glad we decided to come here. As a Dallas native I am ashamed I do not know about this place. The staff is so nice, the vibe is so chill, and the beer OMG. Also they allow dogs. Poe will gladly come back and chill here any time

Becca S.

Yelp
Decided to have a stay-cation in Dallas (coming from Fort Worth) and stopped by for a quick beer, not knowing much about their beer or the original brewery location. Much to our surprise, these were some of the best beers we've had and every single one was delicious! We ordered a flight to share between two people and couldn't decide which beer was the best as they were all excellent. We followed that up with two full pours of the Black and Tan (my favorite of all beers I tried) and the Blonde (my fiancé's favorite). Couldn't be happier with the experience and the service from those behind the bar. 10/10 would recommend and can't wait to go back.

Lyndsey P.

Yelp
First time at Pegasus. The atmosphere was wonderful. Several seating options throughout as well as outside seating. There was live music outside when I went on a Saturday. Lots of different board and card games to play. The bartenders/staff were friendly and helpful. They answered any and all questions we had. A nice selection of beers and there was a beer-rita offered as well. That is what I tried, as I do not really like beer. However, I did try the Great Wall and enjoyed the flavor even though I'm not really a beer person. I loved that they gave you a sample before you chose what drink you wanted. Awesome date spot for sure.

Sonya M.

Yelp
Friendliest bartenders. We were tended to by Lavi and Pete. Great service and conversation. Knowledgeable about the beer. We were just going in for a drink and ended up staying for hours. All types of games laying around for everyone's use while you kick back with your beer. We played Battleship.

Janet B.

Yelp
Wow! What a great place. The Art Deco vibe is unbelievable. Even better was the staff and their knowledge and engagement. Pete and.....sorry I didn't get your name.....but the guy who was in Teach for America, were awesome. Nothing like finding a place that made us Oregonians feel welcome. Thanks for a great afternoon!!!! If they ever make their way to Portland I hope we can return the great experience to them!!!!

Kerry-lyn K.

Yelp
Really really cool brewery vibe, I liked all of the old school games. BUT my boyfriend and I have very different beer tastes (he's IPAs and I'm sours and fruity beers) and their selection was not great for us. For us to get the same beer is saying something since we're on opposite sides of the beer spectrum but I still enjoyed hanging out there!

Garry C.

Yelp
Sunday brunch.... food was good. Service painfully slow. Valet was a nightmare. Waited 30 minutes for our car at 1:30 in the afternoon. Self park if you are smart.
