Our breakfast experience at Pegs Glorified Ham n Eggs was not just good, it was a flavorful journey through the heart of Nevada! The bold coffee, ground and brewed on the spot and the hearty food served—a true American diner with a flare. One aspect that truly stood out was the generous portion sizes. Shockingly huge, they ensured that no guest would leave hungry. With a big menu to choose from, there’s something for everyone. The staff’s friendly charm maintained the cozy mom-and-pop diner vibe. Five stars ✨

I recently visited Peg's Glorified Ham and Eggs and ordered the traditional eggs Benedict. The overall dish was tasty, but the English muffins were overly toasted to the point of being burnt, and the char flavor came through quite strongly, which was a bit disappointing. I usually avoid sending food back, so I stuck with it, but it did impact my experience. Service was friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. Despite this one setback, I'm interested in coming back to explore other dishes on the menu.

The establishment provides exceptional service from the host and our server! Our server, Urial, was absolutely fantastic. They offer remarkable traditional Hawaiian culinary offerings. The ambiance is lively and engaging, featuring background mello 90's alternative music. This establishment is highly recommended for an enjoyable dining experience. Bring your appetite m, you will need it! 😋

OMG! This is the place for breakfast! My wife had the Hawaiian breakfast (Portuguese sausage, spam, rice, Mac salad). I had the homemade corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and hash browns. Portions are huge. Food is tasty. Service was great!

Google
This place is not to bad. A good breakfest joint where the quality of food is good. The portions are filling and the prices are reasonable. Plenty of options on the menu. Recommend.

Super friendly and delicious breakfast place! Ellanay was so nice and the service was perfect. Looks like she knew every customers that came in. The food was tasty and the servings were generous. Bright and cheerful place. We will be back!

Google
Our first time here and we were greeted and seated immediately. Michael, our server, was amazing. The food was fantastic. My wife had the Hawaiian French Toast special and loved it. I had a custom egg omlette. It was great. Eggs were very fuffly and have a good flavor. The coffee is excellent. Oh, and if you like OJ, their's is freshly squeezed. We are moving to Vegas. This will be one of our goto breakfast spots.

Google
I really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was really good and giant portions which I was not expecting. I had huevos rancheros plate. It was delicious 😋 my favorite part of the plate where the huevos rancheros with sauce and crispy tortilla. We ordered strawberry 🍓 stuffed French toast also giant order, it was so so delicious . My mom and I couldn't finish all the food we ordered definitely had left overs .

Yelp
Grew up with the original in Reno NV. Food quality not so great, ordered over easy and received over hard. Wait staff friendly, but not enough. Tables not bussed until needed.

Yelp
My atopic homies know that when it comes to breakfast menus, sides are everything. If you're allergic to eggs, wheat, and dairy, it's a relief when there are enough sides to not only build your own breakfast but to have multiple options each time you visit. Enter Peg's. I have never seen a side menu like it. I imagine there are at least 5 completely different meals I could have ordered while at most other restaurants, I'd be lucky to have 2 options. I was also very comfortable trusting them with my allergies- the waiter took great notes, and my food came back perfect. I had a delicious breakfast of ground beef with onions and peppers, potatoes, pinto beans, avocado, and coffee. The portions were slightly bigger than average, and everything tasted like it was fresh and cooked with love. Peg's gets a hell yes from me.

Yelp
I have been coming to Pegs for about 3 years now. Hands down the bestt breakfast in the area. Pegs has become the standard for which my family and I measure all other breakfast restaurants. The ham steak is definitely the best in town. Large, thick and juicy is how I would describe it. We also love the scratch made hash and the aloha French toast. Thick cut bacon, unlimited toast and the best staff around is what makes Pegs the winner. Ellanay is always so welcoming and the entire staff is consistent, always the same faces and great service.

Yelp
Found this place looking for somewhere to eat.Food was excellent and customer service was outstanding. So many options I wanted to try but decided on Portuguese sausage and eggs. I will be back for sure!

Yelp
Great food and services and ambiance is great. French toast with biscuits and gravy is fire

Yelp
Great diner type place in Henderson (on Eastern). In the same parking lot as Khoury's and Panera. I like Peg's because it's not a mainstream "cookie cutter" type diner. They serve all the things. Omelets, Pancakes, French Toast, etc... but they have some Island style dishes too like Loco Moco. And like a true diner... their portions are big. I ended up taking half my omelet home for breakfast the next day. (Yes, it warms up just fine.) I had the Spinach Omelet (no cheese) with a side of fruit and toast. My GF had the Breakfast Quesadilla skillet which looked really good too. She opted to not have the eggs since she's not an egg person and they did it up right for her. We shared the special of the day which was Red Velvet pancakes. They were like dessert. Good thing we shared because they were quite substantial.... just a few bites really takes care of the craving. They were "hearty", lets say. No light, airy, fluffy pancake here. They were full of flavor and chocolate chips! We left full and satisfied. Whenever I have friends in town and we want to do breakfast out... Peg's is my go-to.

Yelp
Pegs is a local gem. I can't believe I waited sooo long to try this place out when it is so close to me. It's located near busy eastern on a quick turn, you can miss it easily if you aren't looking! Now, they have very ample parking in the lot so no need to fret about that. They offer table and booth seating and have a pretty large space. The moment we walked in we were greeted and helped pretty quickly. We were seated and taken care of almost immediately. Our server Chris was absolutely amazing!!! He was busy with a lot of other tables but gave exemplary service and was helping his team out along the way. I was craving a coffee and usually it always tastes too bitter to me but their iced coffee was delicious!! I would come and order it to go before work every day if I could hahaha! And.. their orange juice is freshly squeezed and wow you can taste that difference. We got the Hawaiian breakfast which is always something we look forward to with breakfast spots here haha, love taste of home! And looove the fact they fried the spam perfectly, a lot of places undercook spam where it is too soft and mushy and not good to eat but pegs did it right!! The Mac salad was so delicious as well one of the bests I've had in a while. Thank goodness Vegas is the ninth island!! Lastly, I got the French toast which was 100/10 it was so delicious. The bread was soft and fluffy with powdered sugar on top. It was warm too and the syrup in combination with it was the perfect breakfast. We loved everything we had here and the price point was very reasonable! I can't wait to come back here again and try more things on the menu. Thank you all the staff for such a fantastic experience

Yelp
This is a gem in Henderson! The inside is really beautiful and clean, super comfy ambiance! The staff is really friendly and that was a plus for overall service experience. The 1/2 lb Ham and Eggs I had to try because the name of the place is Glorified Ham N Eggs! As a party of 2, one of us ordered the Ham N Eggs and the other ordered just a 2 egg breakfast. If you get toast - it's unlimited. I had sourdough - it's the thick fluffy kind of bread! And, my guest wanted a bagel. One of the parts that we were excited about was grits, you don't find this everywhere. The bowl of grits they give you is big! I like my grits a little "looser" so I just asked for some hot water to create the consistency for personal preference. All in all - everything was great!

Yelp
One of the last restaurants I visited with my cousin Allan. Good solid breakfast, no frills but good service as well.

Kristen T.

Yelp
This was our first time stopping by since we moved to this neighborhood. The eggs Benedict was incredible!! And our server Ellanay was amazing and the sweetest. You gotta come see her!

Mia K.

Yelp
Just visited Pegs today and it was a great experience! We came in with a large group and they were very attentive and accommodating. The outdoor seating was great and all staff were super friendly during interactions. The food wasn't outstanding or cheap but still had a great experience!

Rod H.

Yelp
The huevos ranchero skillet was delish. The bens and slaw were seasoned well. Substituted hash brown for sliced tomatoes. The bagel and lox was ok.

Yelp
We sat for 18 minutes without being offered drinks (not even water), menus or service of any type!!! Hubby and I came in the back (side) door because it was pouring rain and that's where we parked. After we entered the restaurant, I said to him, "Should we go to the front door?" but a waiter said to us, "Sit anywhere." So we grabbed the first available booth and sat. For 18 minutes, we were not offered ANY service of any type! I got so parched, I went outside and grabbed my water bottle from the car; came back in with my bottle of water; sat back down and still no service. There was only one waiter and one bus person but the restaurant wasn't very full when we arrived; the waiter should have been able to handle it. Then people started coming in, including a man on a cane who arrived five or more minutes after we did. The waiter even spoke to us a couple times but never offered any service, not menus, not water, nothing, nada, zero, zilch. At one point, my husband flagged down someone (not sure if he was the waiter or the bus person) and said, "Would you please hand those two menus to me?" He did take the menus from an empty table and gave them to us. But didn't offer us water. Or anything. At some point, Hubby told me, "That old man with the cane is now placing his order." After waiting 18 minutes to be waited on, we got up and left. When the women are working, things run smoothly. Like trains in Germany. But this man drove us out; we went to the Raider's Grill and ate for free. Great cup of Clam Chowder on a damp and dreary day. For free. I notice that, for the past two months, the Yelp reviews have deteriorated from mostly 5's to a lot of 1's and 2's. Something has happened to cause a deterioration in quality of both food and service. We arrived just before 1:00 on a Tuesday. Really?? Update: I received a note from Heather the Manager apologizing.

Donna S.

Yelp
Great welcome and impressive menu! I ordered what I wanted but next time, it will be grits and a ham steak!

Alexia A.

Yelp
Love this location the most. The staff always seems happy and like they enjoy their job. Ron is our favorite server. I recommend sharing the Hawaiian breakfast with someone you love. It's my favorite! I'd give 10 stars if I could. This place always exceeds my expectations. The other customers are sweet and friendly as well. Great brunch place to hang out.

Gabe C.

Yelp
This place was delicious! They have a big menu with lots of different breakfast options for all your taste's. I ordered the Chile relleno with eggs and that dish was massive!! Definitely an easy share for two people. I didn't know this and tried to eat it alone and failed! All the food we tried was good and the restaurant had some great music playing and was a comfortable restaurant to be in. The service was good and prompt. My wife had ordered stuffed French toast and when we noticed we asked for the topping on the side and they were brought to her without any issue. Definitely will be back.

Greg S.

Yelp
Bring your appetite and take some time to enjoy the morning here. When you step inside you are immediately greeted with a bold "WELCOME!" from Ellanay. Grab your seat or booth, and she will be right there to chat you up. Friendly, smiling and very upbeat, full of Aloha spirit. The decor is bright and clean diner booth and table setting. We ordered the chicken fried steak and eggs, and the French toast with eggs and sausage. The chicken fried steak filled up half the plate. It's a lot of food! Same was for my French toast... somehow we manage to devour all of it. HMMMM

Jazmin S.

Yelp
I almost don't want to recommend this place due to the amazing food and great energy from the staff every time I come ! A true hidden gem for us locals. I appreciate the calm ambiance here as well not too busy where all I can hear is voices and the music is at a mindful level. Officially my favorite breakfast spot :)

Ruby B.

Yelp
It's great to see that the family-owned, Reno-based Peg's is doing well in Las Vegas! They now have 3 locations in Las Vegas. We took my mom here as it is very close to her place and it's our favorite breakfast/lunch place in Reno. The food was great as usual and the service from Chris was also excellent and attentive. Everyone was kind and friendly! We ordered two delicious dishes: the Original Joe's Scramble (5/5) and a Denver omelet (5/5)! Both were served with a side of hash browns that are the BEST from any restaurant. It's a huge serving that's crispy, buttery and hot! The restaurant is nicely decorated, homey and comfortable with both booths and tables. We will definitely return to this Las Vegas location! Highly recommend.

Kristina H.

Yelp
Such a great place. The food is fantastic. Our waitress Ellanay was awesome! She was kind and so funny. I can't wait to come back.

Mike V.

Yelp
Food is always good. Service could be improved by training servers not to be just order takers. Servers should check back with customers within two bites or two minutes after the food is delivered, to make sure all is well and not just show up to take your order and drop the check.

Laura P.

Yelp
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Came on a Sunday around noon and it wasn't crowded. Got seated right away with prompt and friendly service. The salmon benedict was delicious and filling. Would definitely come back again!

Britt C.

Yelp
We found this hidden gem on my birthday a couple years ago and have been back several times! We love it here. Amazing breakfast food, tons of options, awesome customer service who takes the time to laugh and get to know you and carry on a conversation. They bring you what you order up front so you don't have to ask after. And the food tastes better every time. We love trying new things while also sticking to our favorite classics! Smaller place but plenty of lighting. I highly recommend you try the French toast as it's delicious!

Melyna S.

Yelp
We came to check this place out on a Friday morning when the kids were out of school. It's not a big place but still has plenty of tables and booths. It seemed like they had 2-3 servers for the entire place. It was busy but our server was as attentive as possible! We enjoyed everything we had, the kids liked the pancakes said they were really good and fluffy! I had the meat lovers omelette with a side of hollandaise, I wished the hashbrowns were a bit crisper but everything was really good. The monte cristo was good and my fiancé was thankful it came with jelly and not just syrup! We would go back and try more things from the menu!

Robert F.

Yelp
We've been here a few times and the service is always fast and friendly and restaurant is always bright and clean. On our most recent visit we ordered our favorite breakfast items. Hers, the chorizo scramble and mine the loco moco. This time around the burger patty on the loco moco was super thin and cooked too much (very crunchy on the outside). I don't remember it being like this the other times I have had it. The chorizo scramble was perfect and tasty as always. We love Peg's and we'll definitely return for more breakfast eats.

Jackie U.

Yelp
I've passed this place for a long time and finally decided to give it a try. Thankfully it wasn't crowded and got seated immediately. It appeared that only one person was taking orders so the timing was a little slow. Upon looking at the menu, I was surprised by the prices. I thought it was a bit much but decided to try it anyway. I ordered the Turkey sausage breakfast. I had eggs, hash brown and one slice of toast with the sausages. Everything was good but the turkey sausages were very bland. Overall I would say it was a good breakfast. This would not be a place that I would go to regularly (couldn't afford that) but would return occasionally.

Joe L.

Yelp
Lunch rush, food ok for a rush. I'm sure it's much better off peak, but understaffed. Waited a bit longer than preferred for refills and check. Got the LEO which is eggs with smoked salmon, as well as the regular Benedict with eggs with Canadian Bacon. My Pepsi wasn't refilled, and when asked and finally refilled, was brought Diet Pepsi instead. While it seems like a trivial problem, I don't react well to the imitation sugars so it was a bigger problem for me. The hash browns were questionable, possibly not still good potatoes. The Benedict was poached too long and the English muffin was tough, hard to cut, most likely sat on a plate after toasting way too long. Flavors were good the problem was turn around and that was affecting food quality. Would only recommend this location off peak.

Austin C.

Yelp
I'm a simple man and I don't like change. I know what I want and it's usually the same thing: Country Fried Steak and Eggs. I used to work at IHOP, where I would order this often. It was good, but it was never quite as good as a homemade meal. I would go to the Egg and I every now and again to order it and I was under the impression that was the best I could find for a decent price. Enter Peg's. I tried it once and I'm hooked. Again, it's the only thing I ever order here, but it's worth it every time. I could walk here from my home (and probably should to burn the calories), which makes it even more convenient. Their country gravy is top notch and the sourdough toast I get on the side just adds to the whole experience. Throw in the tater tots and you've got yourself a top tier meal. The restaurant interior itself is very bright and open, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Service is friendly and efficient. Give this place a go! You'll be hooked.

Melinda V.

Yelp
Great service.. servers are very personable. Would recommend for breakfast. Fast delivery and good food. Friendly environment and everyone is happy and welcoming

Brittany L.

Yelp
I've tried this place multiple times. It's good if you just get the omelet in my opinion. If you have ever tried their burrito it's ok not worth it though, to be honest. You as well can't substitute anything. So in my eyes, I will go somewhere else. It comes down to choices and opinions. For me, it just isn't worth it. Sorry but not sorry ‍

Rosa S.

Yelp
The hostess that sat us down was friendly, that's the only positive thing i can say. Food came out warm and over salted . Waitress never asked for a warm up on coffee . She didn't bring check over until she saw us standing at front counter . The cashier didn't say hello or even ask how our meal was .

Caroline L.

Yelp
Great comfort breakfast food!!! They've literally got every breakfast option here including vegan/vegetarian items. The Hawaiian meal and Loco Moco drew us to this spot. I love love SPAM and PORTUGUESE SAUSAGE with some rice and eggs. Food: Hawaiian Breakfast - so yummy with some Portuguese sausage slices, fried spam, egg, rice, and macaroni salad, super hearty meal! Fresh Veggie Omelette - fully loaded omelette with some avocado on top, the sourdough toast was soft and buttered up well

Marjorie S.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast ordered the eggs Benedict and the best I've had so far Coffee was great too and staff are nice and friendly

Teresa P.

Yelp
Food: breakfast or lunch what ever you are feeling both are good ! Service: I don't remember her name but our server was attentive and nice. Ambience: clean and causal vibe

Angela D.

Yelp
This particular location has always been our go to. The other locations don't have as good of service. IMO. However, it makes sense to give a five star review because as regulars we are always welcomed and always greeted with friendly hellos and good byes. Today we had stuffed French Toast and we frequently get the full bone in ham breakfast with white rice. And the breakfast sandwich is delicious. This review is just a thanks to the consistency of this location.

Candace I.

Yelp
Stopped in for breakfast this morning. Our server was just a lovely person. Kind and had a very good energy. Food portions were huge. You could definitely share. Everything tasted great and was fairly fast. Smaller place but on a Thursday morning we sat down fairly quickly.

Tom W.

Yelp
A regular spot for us. Ella is a great server. The food is excellent. Had the Hawaiian breakfast.

Shelbie M.

Yelp
The food here was absolutely delicious, but the service was off the charts. Our waitress (I wish I remembered her name) may just have been the sweetest person I've ever met, and so attentive. Definitely hit up Pegs glorified ham n eggs when in Vegas :)

Unique N.

Yelp
Amazing service definitely would go again, food was perfect. Ellanay was my server she was quick and very pleasant

Roxanne E.

Yelp
My best friend and I decided to come here for brunch and it was both our first time here! We were seated right away! We ordered the strawberry French toast, patty melt, and the fried country steak! The strawberry French toast was delicious! It was soft and crunchy at the same time! It wasn't as sweet as it looked, which was great! It was stuffed with cream cheese! The country fried steak was my favorite! The steak was fried to perfection making it super crunchy on the outside and the dish was very hearty! The gravy complimented the steak and eggs! The patty melt was disappointing. The bread it came with was very soggy! The patty was not as flavorful so I needed to add the sauce all over so I wouldn't taste the meatiness to it. Our server was great and very attentive! We had a lot of left overs and took the rest home.

Kolette S.

Yelp
Food was great! Service was wonderful. I ordered the Hawaiian breakfast! It was delicious! Ellanay is a fantastic server!

Love D.

Yelp
Absolutely enjoy everything about this breakfast restaurant, our server Ellanay, was so sweet and kind. Amazing service! The food was delicious, and their fresh squeezed orange juice is a must have!!! We will definitely be returning soon.

Joseph A.

Yelp
What a AMAZING hidden breakfast gem in Las Vegas! Food was sooo good. Had the island style pork chops and eggs with homemade Mac salad & strawberry stuffed French toast! Our server Ellanay, is the definition of Las Vegas hospitality! The restaurant decor was a blend of modern and home style vibes. If you have time in Las Vegas...stop in for "Egg-cellent" meal!

Michael S.

Yelp
Had a wonderful experience. Even though they were busy, we got greeted immediately and sat shortly after. Friendly and attentive service and hot food served fresh. The restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back.

Shawn B.

Yelp
My wife and I are regulars to the Pegs on S. Eastern in Henderson.. the staff is friendly and the food is always good! When friends come to visit, this is the spot I take them too.. Ellanay is a wonderful server, always friendly and greets with a smile!!

J M.

Yelp
The service is great! Ellanay was super friendly and quick to serve us, perfect, and the food was delicious! Generous serving and uniquely tasty. We'll be back!

Mary P.

Yelp
Great food selection, super server-Ellanay! She is super sweet and friendly!! Thank you for starting our day the right way.

Shantel M.

Yelp
Good restaurant to try for brunch. We got seated quick and our waitress was super great. First time there and we got the stuffed strawberry toast, patty Melt and country fried steak. We got there around 10 so they didn't have the macadamia nut French toast that seemed to be their popular item. Our waitress was so nice about it and tried to see if they were able to make it for us. Unfortunately they didn't have the syrup and macadamia nut and something else that it came with it. But it's ok, that means I get to come back and try it next time. Patty melt was ok. My favorite definitely was the country fried steak! Talk about flavorful in your mouth. Literally my fave item. Service is super quick. Not a big cafe, but feels like a home family restaurant setting which is always the best type of place to go.

Nathaniel A.

Yelp
Always a great experience coming here. Traci was wonderful, appreciate the smile Thank you
