It is 11:40 am EST at the Detroit Michigan Airport. This is unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. The staff member at Detroit Michigan Airport has been rude and dismissive toward customers, displaying attitude and lack of courtesy. For example, when a customer forgot her water and kindly asked if she could take it from the cooler, the staff member responded with hostility, saying, "Don't you have eyes? Isn't there water there?" Such disrespect is uncalled for. If someone has a dislike for providing good service to people, they should not be working in customer service. This kind of conduct is unacceptable, and if I were her boss, I would consider termination. I will be sending this on to corporate appalled.
