"Between Place Garibaldi and the Old Town of Nice, this restaurant is run by the team behind Peixes Opéra. Here, too, they deploy their winning formula, starting with a large terrace that is a very popular spot on sunny days, followed by a range of seafood dishes (fish, tataki, sashimi, accras, oysters) and ceviche specialities. The contemporary blue and white "marine bistro" setting calls to mind Portugal or Greece. Behind the bar, a mixologist creates your cocktails. The lunch menu is really good value. Great service, lovely ambience, and top-notch ceviche assortments. We tried the Sea Bream and Scallop ceviches, both were excellent. The Tuna Tartare was also super delicious. They don’t take reservations, but if you go around 7 PM, you can usually find a table easily; later in the evening, expect a bit of a queue

Best dinner by far we had in Nice. The outdoor seating area was extremely cozy in a well tucked street. All the ceviches were incredibly fresh, octopus was cooked to perfection and also highly recommend the lime sorbet for dessert. The service was very friendly. We loved our meal here so much that we returned the following day for another round of ceviche!

Flawless experience! Had a scallops ceviche, tuna tataki and the pineapple dessert. Couldn't have asked for more. Do not count for size but for taste. Nevertheless, I would say it is plentiful.

A family of four from South Korea was served by Garçon No.9, she was very kind and reminded us of Princess Jasmine from the movirle ‘Aladdin’. We enjoyed a variety of dishes that were unique and different from Korean and Japanese sushi, yet very delicious. Ending our 7-day stay in Nice here was the perfect choice. We wish the restaurant continued success and hope to return in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Peixes, the servers were amazing and very friendly! We went for the charcuterie of the sea and the tasting platter and everything was great, although missing a bit of salt for us! However Diana was very helpful in bringing us some :) The wine was lovely and atmosphere is perfect for a dinner date! Will definitely be coming back:)

Really beautiful dining space outdoors and offers a variety of fresh seafood. Interesting flavor profiles that mixes both Japanese and Spanish. The oysters were the best part of our meal, the roasted sea bream needed salt and lemon (it came with a salsa verde but fell flat for us). The shrimp tempura felt manufactured and unimaginative. We wish we tried the ceviches, because those looked to be delicious!

We had the oyster, salmon and scallops. It was extremely delicious. The tastes complimented each other very well, and the chefs really know what they are doing. The dishes was put together with ingredients I did not know matchet each other. But they really did, amazing combinations, exiting!

We ordered the Peixes Tasting Platter and grilled octopus with Mexican rice. The sashimi was so fresh and tasty! We especially enjoyed the seabream sashimi! Will definitely come back again!
