The Best Bakeries in London

"LBP was founded in 2010 by Nichola Gensler and Martin Hardiman, after a chance encounter at a roller disco party. The sight of one of its fleet of deli bikes wobbling around London is a thing of the past, but the name remains a sure sign of quality bread: sourdough’s chewy, deeply sour centre is offset by a burnished crust more caramelised than many are skilled enough to risk, while croissants amandes still proffer shattering dough and wafts of icing sugar cascading down with every bite. The plain croissant, once a London apex, declined alarmingly after the departure of two key bakers, but is now back up to speed alongside all the goods, in its dedicated shop in Pimlico." - James Hansen

13 Great Places to Eat in Victoria and Pimlico

"The best place to have a Little Bread Pedlar croissant shatter into its soft, buttery honeycomb layers has always been at Spa Terminus on a Saturday morning, but now there’s a new place to feel the euphoria. Open seven days a week, this Pimlico nook holds breads, pastries, and coffee from Lower Marsh’s Coleman, and is a brilliant addition to the area." - Josh Barrie

We came to the Peko pedlar for a much needed coffee and pastries, and we weren't disappointed! The flat white was smooth and not bitter at all with the almond croissant tasty amazing as well! I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a good breakfast spot that you can swing by.

Amazing pastries. Some of the best I have ever had. Check this place out. I'll be making a stop off here again next time I'm in london

Great bakery in Pimlico! The croissants are always baked fresh, we love the butter and pain au chocolat. The service is friendly and attentive. The space is super cute too with a bicycle stationed outside to go with the name. Highly recommend!

Tiny interior but tons of heart. Their breads are delightful. Always super friendly, advising customers to call ahead to put in a bread order, providing great service and lots of repeat patronage - well deserved. Was one of my first stops when I got to London and I'm a happy regular.

I found this little gem in Pimlico sells beautiful bread & sandwiches, and nice drinks. Everything is cooked fresh everyday, and tastes amazing. Very fresh pastries are sold everyday. And delicious vegetarian Quiches, crunchy outside and melts in your mouth.

Lovely place in a quiet corner of Pimlico, excellent cinnamon buns and cardamom buns. Hazelnut chocolate croissants are wonderfully decadent. Coffee and teas are reliably smooth with oat milk. Staff are often very kind and friendly, much appreciated when one is sleepy before their morning caffeine hit

An amazing bakery in the Pimlico area. Some of the best croissants and baked goods in London. One a quiet street with good atmosphere.
