The Best Dishes Eater Editors Ate This Week - Eater NY

"During my review process for Chick Chick, a new Korean fried chicken spot on the Upper West Side, the wings at Pelicana sport a stupendously well-engineered exterior." - Eater Staff

March 2022 (new). Best Korean fried chicken in NYC, also I love this vibe-less cafeteria

I had a good experience here. Servers were fast and friendly. The place was clean and ambiance felt chill. The chicken was the way it should be but the pieces were too big- the meat inside was purple and slimy. I usually eat it up to the bone but this time I only ate the top layer. It was scary. It was probably only this shipment but still just be aware :)

Ordered fries and spicy chicken. The chicken was hot but spice level was medium, although I asked for full spiced chicken. The honey glazed sauce was just average.

Love this place. Have to go anytime we’re in nyc. They currently have a cheap meal deal. We were able to get Korean fried dark meat chicken, salad, and rice for $12. Can’t find a meal anywhere in nyc for that cheap. We ended up ordering a half leg and wing combo too because we didn’t think the meal would be enough. We were wrong, heaping portion of chicken and rice, and perfect salad. Also, they have a $6 margarita that is cheaper than most places in nyc. Soju isn’t badly priced either. Only complaint is it was really hot inside. We brought this up to each other, and I think they heard, for they did put the ac on.

INCREDIBLE FOOD! I wish I lived closer to this restaurant. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating to our requests (trying multiple sauces, requesting more take-away boxes, etc.) and even let me put in a drink order three minutes before the end of happy hour; the mojito was delicious. My boyfriend and I split the ja jjang tteok bok ki and each had our own half-serving of fried chicken in the classic batter, which was a TON of food for a great NYC price. I ordered my chicken to be tossed with the soy garlic sauce and we ordered a side of the padak sauce to try. The chicken was juicy with an unbelievably delicious crispy batter. Even the other server (who wasn’t waiting on us) was attentive to our table and made sure we were comfortable. Lovely people, incredible food, great menu and price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Google
Very disappointing there’s definitely something off about this chicken. It does not taste fresh. The smell is off. Ttobokki is one of my favorite things to eat….this one was the worst I’ve ever had. The sauce was very watery. I spent $39 on food and had to throw the whole thing out after a few bites. I was in disbelief this was supposed to be the best fried chicken…..I guess it’s all hype.

Google
I like the fried chicken not salty or over sauce.other food choices is good enough, nothing special.good en for the prize.

Google
This is a solid 4 star Korean fried chicken place, Food: 4 star, the chicken is crispy but the sauce is way too sweet, the honey garlic and soy garlic both are too sweet, i would recommend to get sauce on the side instead. I love their boneless is dark meat that’s more juicy than chicken breast. Onion ring is very doughy not recommended The service 5 star, food comes out fast enough and didn’t have to wait long even they have a lot of delivery orders at the meantime. Space is small the waiter is very friendly. But this place is definitely pricy, one of the most expensive Korean fried chicken in manhattan. I’m not sure the quality matches the price point but for convenience I would come back again

Yelp
Ate here while visiting the city. A great little spot, some of the best calamari that I've ever had, the Cajun spices were excellent! Got a full chicken and it was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. Really enjoyed this place.

Yelp
A solid chain spot for korean fried chicken, but nothing to really blow your socks off. We got seated right away, but service was a bit scattered, and we had to walk up to the bar to order. We got the full chicken, with the extra crispy spicy batter. The chicken was really tender and juicy, and the batter was super crispy. However, there was just a lack of salt and seasoning; it felt like without sauce (which is how we prefer our fried chicken), it just really didn't taste like much, despite us getting the spicy batter. The batter was also quite light, so don't expect too much crunchy skin. We got the scallion sauce on the side, and it was quite mustardy which was interesting. Good, but probably would get one of the other sauces in the future. Overall solid, but isn't the cheapest and not the most flavorful if you prefer original fried chicken. I'm sure if you prefer heavily sauced fried chicken, it would taste great!

Yelp
I always order from here and the food is delicious but today there was like a metal string embedded in my chicken ??? I think.

Yelp
Pelicana has good Korean bar food at a great price! Their fried chicken was phenomenal -- perfectly crispy on the outside, with hot and juicy meat waiting under the skin. I feel creepy writing that sentence, but it's 100% the truth. The Tteokbokki was also amazing, so much flavor without drowning in sauce. The rice cakes were so chewy! The kimchi cheese fries were fine. The fries themselves were cooked really well, but the cheese, kimchi, and sauce led to a dish that was a bit chaotic in terms of taste. Really glad to have tried this place, it's great for affordable, delicious Korean food on 10th Ave.

Yelp
the place is small n quiet. very calm place to eat the sauce was super spicy and i love spice.

Yelp
Excellent spot for Korean fried chicken. Ordered delivery recently. Everything came in secure packaging. The chicken was still hot and crispy. I got the spicy batter tossed in soy garlic. The wings were super juicy with incredible crunchy texture and well balanced between salty and sweet. They have lots of side sauces including blue cheese. The kimchi fried rice was awesome. The nori on top was a great touch. Would definitely order again.

Yelp
i have learned that "all korean chicken is good. some places are better than others." pelicana will not disappoint! great kimchi fries!

Yelp
This location is awesome! The service is fast and nice and the place is clean! Perfect for delicious fried chicken! I shared a pitcher of beer, whole fried chicken combo and two sauces (spicy and padak). Everything was amazing. I like that this place offers combo (drumsticks & wings) like the ones in korea. I ordered the spicy crispy batter for the chicken which made it even more delicious on its own! The prices are a bit more affordable than the ones in ktown and this place has great seating options (+ nice drinks) so I would 100% recommend!

Yelp
I love eating fried chicken from this Pelicana. The chicken wings are super large and full of meat, and the sauces are delicious. I got it takeout but I really wouldn't recommend takeout. The delivery driver took a very long time because they use a third party delivery service when there was a shortage of drivers, but I can't ding the restaurant for that. The food is great!

Yelp
I ate here last week and ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Overall, it was pretty good, but nowhere near the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was a little pricey for what it was, especially with the add-on of fries which were relatively expensive for the low amount that you get. I especially enjoyed the cute decor throughout the restaurant which made the experience nice. Our waiter was also very attentive to our table, which made the experience enjoyable.

Yelp
Craving chicken! Here we are, off the beaten path, oh my oh my! This walk was worth it! Small & narrow however tables are well sufficient in size about 4 tables for 4 & plenty of bar stools. There are tv's when we were there, soccer was on. I'm addition music was playing. Dark, & casual restaurant. Other customers were there as well. We thought for sure we would have to wait for a table. We lucked out, we were seated immediately! Oh yes! Another important fact! This is where I found $6 margaritas! This same drink in TS sells no less than $19. Wait service was spot on, waited on immediately & our glasses were never dry! The spicy chicken sandwich was light, flakey, crunchy & fresh. The sauce which I'm not sure what was in it, was the icing on the bun. Not to mention the French fries, piping hot when served! No cold food here! Imagine fresh fries, that need no additional seasoning or ketchup! The chicken wings, were chunky! Not from the seasoning or light batter, but these wings, were not your regular skinny a$$ wings. The sauce was served on the side, (ya I was cautious). Rest assured, the sauce was awesome! The 1/2 order could easily feed 2 people. There was a small bowl, think radishes, these were crunchy & not spicy, actually enjoyed these. The Mac & cheese, was creamy, fresh & lacked no seasoning. I was shocked, I make my Mac from Scratch. This jazz was amazing! Our total bill was like $60! Someone else complained about the price! Sorry you are ridiculous! Would return in a New York minute! We had so much left overs, gave to homeless.

Yelp
We ordered the half drumstick and wing combo with the padak sauce and scallions, which came with 3 drumsticks, 2 drumettes, 2 wingettes, and pickled radish. We also got the kimchi cheese fries. The fries were very delicious - perfectly crispy with sauce not lacking on the bottom layer of fries. This appetizer is large enough for a meal itself. The chicken was very palatable and not greasy at all. You could eat the chicken itself and still get great flavor, but you can dip it into the sauce you get. Overall, pretty fast service and great food for a quick bite in the neighborhood!

Yelp
One of my friends raved about Pelicana chicken, so I wanted to try it out. I picked up the spicy chicken with a side of Cajun for take out. They packed it well, and it stayed warm Texture-wise, this chicken is perfect - flaky/crunchy exterior with meat that falls off the bone. That said, I got one, maybe 2 drumsticks that were genuinely spicy. The rest of them were not as spicy and tasted like nothing. This is actually disappointing because the price point for this chicken is relatively high. I also made the rookie mistake of not getting sauce because I thought the spicy flavoring would be enough. Whoops. The cajun fries really came through and saved the day. Those were really, really good. I'd probably come back and try this again with the mindset that the chicken heavily relies on some type of sauce.

Yelp
Great Korean-inspired place specializing in fried chicken! They are a popular spot for take-out / delivery, but the in-person dining experience is even better. I got the half size of boneless chicken with original batter and soy garlic sauce ($17 + $2 for the sauce). This chicken was truly top notch - perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The soy garlic sauce added some nice flavor. The portion size was more than enough for one person. I also got the Monster Cheese Chicken Sandwich with sweet potato fries ($12 + $6). The sandwich was very good and flavorful with a small spicy kick, and the cheese was nice and melted. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy and had a honey drizzle on top. This was complemented by the sugar on top as well, which was tasty and unique. The Jja Jang Teok Bok Ki ($16) was delicious too! I got it with melted cheese on top and fish cakes (each $2 extra). These rice cakes were so flavorful with the jja jang sauce and cooked to be perfectly chewy. The additional veggies/cheese/fish cakes were all cooked to perfection as well. Although this was not spicy like in most authentic Korean restaurants, it was definitely comparable in quality to more expensive restaurants. This location is very narrow, but has a nice ambiance with dim lighting and some artsy decor. The seating is a bit limited but there weren't many others dining in there, so finding an open table was not an issue. The service is pretty quick and the staff are average friendliness. The prices are slightly higher than fast food versions of these foods, but the quality is high, so overall decent value. Overall, whether you're looking for a delivery spot or dining in, Pelicana Chicken is a great affordable option for delicious fried chicken and other Korean-inspired dishes.

Yelp
This location has been very disappointing as of late. The chicken itself has been hit or miss the past few times I've gotten it from them, sometimes the chicken is good quality, sometimes it tastes very not fresh, this time it was just average, but definitely not Pelicana quality. The sauce has also been pretty weak as of late, either they over sauce or under sauce it. Today it was severely under sauced to a point where half the order didn't have any sauce at all. In addition, the sauce seems to have changed in flavor to something way sweater and way thinner than what it used to be (or what Bonchon is). As for the crispness. This location's crust is definitely not particularly crispy, tbh Popeye's is crispier. For the price, this Pelicana location is definitely not worth it. It's possible that since the pandemic all of the Pelicana's in the city have been dropping in quality, which is a shame bc this one used to be pretty good. If you want Korean fried chicken that's consistently decent, just goto BonChon. The one in Chelsea is great, the one in Ktown is consistently good, even the one in Fidi is consistently alright. Pelicana, at least since the pandemic, has kinda been a let down. Too hit or miss to be a recommended spot.

Yelp
Ordered a half-size fried chicken and spicy rice cakes from Pelicana via Uber Eats. Price was very fair for the amount of food we got. Plenty of fried chicken to share among multiple people (or multiple meals), and the box was nicely package to also ventilate a bit so the chicken didn't become soggy too quickly. It comes with a complimentary side (e.g. radish) and sauce. Chicken was still piping hot when we got the order. The spicy rice cake was a nice dish, good portion size and nicely made, but damn it was really spicy for me. Normally "spicy" rice cake is only mildly spicy for me, but this one was really hot and I don't think there was an option to adjust the spiciness level, so keep that in mind. That said, a great dish packing lots of heat. All in all, very affordable place for Korean fried chicken and various other korean dishes. Would recommend and order from here again.

Yelp
One of my fave korean fried chicken spots! I highly recommend the very spicy boneless wings

Yelp
Food: Fried chicken is the way to go here (along with their cheese fries)! But the location here has something that the other one in Korea town doesn't have- $5 frozen margaritas! The fried rice is actually pretty good if it doesn't come out too oily (I had one that was well done and another that was a tad bit oily but still yummy). Cost: Typical NYC price in my opinion- however the $5 margarita really helps out when you want something boozy with your friend chicken. Environment: The inside is pretty small, there is only this long hallway-like seating arrangement that I can see filling up pretty quickly. The place itself is pretty clean and well kept. Service: Service has been great here! Never really had issues- they were just attentive enough but not too overbearing. Uniqueness: Korean fried chicken and frozen margaritas- all day every day~ Definitely a place to try out if you're around the area and craving some yummy fried chicken! Not a duchess here for no reason haha

Yelp
Nice addition to the neighborhood! In chatting with Danny, I found out that they opened 3 weeks ago in the midst of the pandemic! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich from Yelp/Grubhub for pick-up as I wanted to have a side by side contest with the one from Popeyes..but Popeyes closed earlier so as hunger calls, I ended up ordering 10 crispy wings (with sweet and spicy sauce) in the store to go. First test..the sandwich was still very crunchy 15 mins after it came out from the kitchen. Yeah it was more expensive than the one from Popeyes but this one has lettuce and the spicy sauce was on point! Overall, it was very satisfying and would definitely travel well during delivery. Next, I tasted the crunchy wings. I asked for the sauce on the side so I can heat them up the next day. Wow..it was super crunchy and very juicy! It almost didn't need the sauce. And of course you gotta love the radish that comes along with the wings. 10% off for any walk-in orders!!! Will definitely support this new spot!

Yelp
I've had the biggest craving for Korean Fried Chicken, and my usual stores are either closed or all the way down in K-town. I saw the sign on a walk one day and I knew right away that's gonna be dinner! For my roommates and I (we 100% over-ordered...) we got 20 spicy crispy wings bone-in with pelicana's specialty sauce (There's a range in spice, we went with spicy), full size (which was like 2 boxes) boneless chicken with soy garlic, and fries. I can assure you that we were hungry, but we had an entire box of the boneless chicken left. I'm terms of taste/flavor, pelicana's specialty sauce is definitely the way to go. You get a little sweetness and a tiny tiny kick of spice (I would go for the very spicy option next time). The boneless chicken that we had leftover, we made into a fried chicken sammie the next day. Fries were super crispy and crunchy, and the first one gone. Not sure if this is a new thing with all KFC spots, but they charge extra to add sauce tossed into your chicken. Albeit it was only an additional $2 (per sauce), but it's new to me. Otherwise, solid korean fried chicken spot! Definitely hit the spot and I'm so happy I don't have to trek down to Koreatown to get my fix!

Hafa C.

Yelp
Really good Korean style fried chicken. Little tricky to find. It's not a restaurant with its own entrance/store front. It's actually inside a food hall/court on the 2nd floor.
google avatar

H C.

Yelp
* calamari has nice breading * fries seasoned well but did not travel well in delivery * chicken was very tasty I would order from this place again! The chicken were still juicy, and coated in the sauce evenly and perfect amount. It still had some crunch even with sauce.
google avatar

Ronak P.

Yelp
Great fried chicken. Had delivery and food was still hot and crispy by the time it arrived. Portions are also generous. Highly recommend sauces on the side to control flavor and keep pieces crispy.
google avatar

Yelp
Having tried many different Korean fried chicken spots in the city, Pelicana is definitely top tier. Pelicana offers many different ways to order your fried chicken; whole chicken, wings, drumsticks, chicken sandwich, with a huge list of different sauces to choose from. I've tried their whole chicken, wings, and fried chicken sandwich on several different occasions, each one done very well. Their very spicy Pelicana signature sauce is my go-to, it's sweet, spicy, and garlicky. The soy garlic sauce is also great. They also have different batters to choose from. Both the original and crispy are great, I think the crispy is slightly better for the extra crisp but sometimes in my experience, the chicken comes out a little drier with the crispy recipe. If I had to choose a place in Manhattan to get Korean fried chicken, it would be Pelicana.
google avatar

Azam K.

Yelp
The best chicken in hells kitchen and that is stamped by my roommates who have been in the neighborhood for years as well! We got the honey garlic and garlic soy. The honey garlic is more saucy, but both are absolutely amazing The chicken is so juicy and tender inside, yet crisp on the outside. Add a side of truffle fries (portion is big) and you're good to go for an amazing guilty pleasure meal!
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
Omg the food here is so good I already can't wait to go back! One of my girlfriends who went with me said she went to the "best Korean fried chicken place in flushing and this is better"!!
google avatar

Andres V.

Yelp
A pretty decent fried chicken place and a very busy place as well. Being close to the intrepid during Memorial Day weekend I imagined a lot of spots around the area would be full but to my surprise it wasn't. They have a good menu with many different choice to get that all come with their unique chicken. But I got a grilled chicken sandwich instead lol, but I was a bit disappointed when I got my sandwich and it's was literally just the chicken and lettuce, nothing else. After looking back on the menu I saw nothing else was listed which is my fault but I think they could have advertised that better. Anyway the sandwich was great and I had some Cajun fries as an add on and they tasted great, it reminded me Popeyes fries but I guess a bit more fresh and not soggy. Overall it was a great spot, staff is very attentive and I'd love to come back if I'm ever in the area again.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
Still amazing and best COVID Super Bowl spread there is. We got soy garlic and signature sauce mild wings with the yellow snowing fries. I also whipped up some Korean cheese corn that paired perfectly. The wings here are consistently large, super well-coated and crispy in addition to being juicy on the inside.
google avatar

Divine W.

Yelp
The sauces I selected were really flavorful but the chicken and cheese balls were fried in old burnt oil. It was really dark and gave me heart burn. I have ordered chicken from the Queen's location and it was great. I will not go to this particular location again.

Victor S.

Yelp
Quick and friendly service. Food was great. I had the boneless chicken salad special with the sweet/spicy sauce and it was delicious.
google avatar

Derry R.

Yelp
So very happy that I gave this place another try! I couldn't decide what to order for lunch so I decided to give Pelicana Chicken another chance. To be honest, I had seen Pelicana Chicken featured in a Korean film on Netflix so it was back on my radar. This time I asked for "heavy snowing cheese" and they didn't disappoint!
google avatar

Byron S.

Yelp
Was craving some Korean style wings and know about the name in VA. They're wings matched up to them. Even though I got take-out service was quick and professional. My mom and son loved them. Definitely will be going back the next time I'm in town.
google avatar

Uyen N.

Yelp
Very tasty Korean fried chicken. They have 2 types of snowing cheese chicken that I highly recommend. I don't really like the honey garlic one; feel like they put too much sauce on. Might have been better if I ask for the sauce on the side instead of mixing. One thing that I don't really like is they charge you for the extra radish side.

Kevin L.

Yelp
Excellent fried chicken best in the city! Dine in instead of delivery/takeout much better quality :)
google avatar

Danny O.

Yelp
These were some seriously good wings. I got the crispy bone-in wings with white dusty cheese, the bone out wings with level 2 spicy sauce, and fries with yellow dusty cheese. First off - I'm all in on the 'dusted cheese' flavoring thing they're doing. I don't know exactly what it is, but I love the flavor and texture of it. It really works great on both the fries and wings. Would recommend. Secondly, the breading on the crispy wings was significantly better than average. Thick, real crunch to it, just great breading. Chicken was appropriately juicy underneath. Big fan of the breaded bone-in wings. The sauced boneless wings were also very solid - they were pretty much nuggets swimming in sauce, which was sweet and spicy. Level 2 wasn't THAT spicy, but the flavor was good. Overall I'm definitely headed back, this is a marked improvement on basically any other wing place nearby. Strong 4-star review.
google avatar

Roselynn C.

Yelp
Super juicy and consistent wings each time and is a go to fried chicken spot of mine. Drooling again just writing this review! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Yelp
Ordered delivery on a Monday evening. I made a mistake with ordering a "whole chicken"s worth of bites because it is a LOT of food for two people (if you're eating sides, which we were). The spicy version is nice and hot without being too hot. I think in the future I will instead do the original recipe and get half of it coated in Buffalo sauce and have half plain. This chicken should really be treated like more of a chicken bite or chicken wing because it is so small and hand-held. To it's credit this chicken is packaged super well- it came vented so there was no sogginess whatsoever! Also, despite the chicken being fried it didn't feel greasy or heavy. I've never seen my SO eat that much fried chicken, it's like he was addicted. So why 4 and not 5 stars? To be honest it gave me a terrible stomachache, which could be because it's a very heavy fried and spicy food. I know we'll order again but I'll take my time with it. This isn't an everyday kind of meal!

K J.

Yelp
This place is always so good. The workers are always friendly and the restaurant is clean. We also order Togo a lot as well and the food is still great. The kimchi fried rice is my favorite song with the truffle fries and chicken.
google avatar

Yelp
The soy garlic chicken is unbelievably delicious. A welcome addition to Hell's Kitchen. Get there before it becomes too popular.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
One of the best Korean fried chicken spots in the city. The chicken is flavorful and juicy, the fries are crispy, everything screams yummm. You owe it to yourself if you are craving fried chicken. Get the spicy pelicana sauce!
google avatar

Chris W.

Yelp
For just the grilled chicken sandwich for $10 I expected better. It was a small piece of chicken covered in sauce. I didn't even eat it. The fries for $5 they were soggy. Don't waist your money here.
google avatar

Yelp
Chicken was great! Nice and crunchy, not too greasy! Also loved the Kimchee fried rice.

Yelp
Excellent fried chicken but the Cole slaw was not great. There is no place to park. Not sure this is better than chick filet or Popeyes.

Yelp
This is the newest branch of Pelicana in Manhattan, and they had the misfortune of opening during the COVID-19 pandemic. Still, I'm glad they're operating for take out and delivery. I've ordered takeout twice, both times getting the full size order of the crispy boneless chicken. This comes in two boxes and is enough to feed 2 hungry people with leftovers or 3 kind of hungry people. You can get up to two sauces, though they charge $2 for each sauce, either tossed in the sauce or on the side. I got it tossed both times. The signature Pelicana sauce is good - bit of sweet, bit of savory, and a hint of spice. I got the very spicy which was a nice tolerable hot - those of you that want something to make you sweat will need to get your own hot sauce. The spicy BBQ sauce was good but the soy garlic sauce was pretty weak and I wouldn't recommend it. One time I ordered the truffle fries which I thought were good - nicely crispy with a hint of truffle. I would have like more truffle flavor though. Both times I ordered takeout, the order was ready in the time specified. They use these vented boxes so the chicken and and fries stay crispy, though you're going to be smelling your delicious chicken all the way home. This is a good, convenient option for the area and I'll probably order from here regularly. It is a little expensive though with the sauces

Yelp
We came here on a Saturday after strenuous a 10+ mile hike. Pelicana was our reward We hoped to sit outside but the tables were full so sat at the one table left inside. We were hesitant at first but we sat far enough away from the other table so felt okay. The server was really helpful when we asked for suggestions on chicken flavors and soju. We ended up ordering a full order of garlic soy with drums and wings. Wings took a while but worth the wait. They were crispy and tasty and came with my favorite pickled radish. He told us we could ask for more if we want. We did a good number on our order but it was a little too much. We could have taken it home but we pushed through. Lol. If you pay in cash, there is a 10% discount. The food and service were great. I will be back.

SooMin K.

Yelp
This place offers one of the best fried chicken around the neighborhood. My roommate and I got their full chicken with soy garlic sauce and their signature sauce. Absolutely blown away by their flavor. Very glad that they opened up in my neighborhood because it saves me a visit to Ktown.

Tom L.

Yelp
Ordered grilled chicken salad with avocado. The avocado was fresh, and so were the greens... but the grilled chicken was not freshly grilled. It was lukewarm and not juicy at all. If you brag about what a great place you are for chicken, then the chicken should be freshly grilled, juicy, and served hot/warm on the salad. The server also did not ask me what kind of salad dressing I wanted, and he gave me one I did not like. I had to ask what other dressings there were... and he was happy to bring me a little container of blue cheese dressing.

Yelp
2.5 stars. If you are looking for something close to authentic Korean fried chicken, try other Pelicana locations... I ordered the whole chicken - 1/2 with sauce (mixed) and 1/2 without (just fried). My order came with a few pieces of boneless chicken, wings, and drumstick each. Boneless was something I had not expected (Usually an order of whole chicken comes with all bone-in pieces) and they were quite dry... The fried chicken (no sauce portion) was very bland, and I literally had to sprinkle some salt to the box which I have never done before when eating Korean fried chicken. The signature sauce (level 2) was quite spicy. I might just go with level 1 next time... Having tried Pelicana Chicken both in Korea and NJ locations, this place was overall disappointing.
