Pemi Public House

Had a great lunch at Pemi Public House. Great sunny deck and definitely a busy spot on the main drag. Service was very good and attentive. Great selection of local beers. The go go bites were the star appetizer. Really solid burger and good fries. Dog friendly patio too.

After a full day of hiking and chasing waterfalls, we were ready to swap trekking poles for cocktail glasses—and Pemi Public House hit the spot. The chilled vibes of Woodstock settle in just right when you’re lounging on their patio, sipping something cold and tasty after a day of exertion. We dove into the GoGo Bites—those deep-fried little nuggets stuffed with jalapeño, roasted corn, bacon, and cream cheese, all drizzled with BBQ sauce. They were dangerously addictive. I’m proud of myself for stopping at just one serving. (Okay, maybe two.) The grilled steak strips were… decent. A bit firmer than I’d prefer; they didn’t quite melt in the way my tired muscles were hoping dinner would. Service was a mixed bag. Not rude, exactly, but I could’ve used a few more smiles and kindness thrown in. Also — please, for the love of the cocktail gods — ditch the plastic cups. A proper cocktail deserves proper glassware. All told: go for the patio, the bites, the relaxed ambiance, and the post-hike chill. Just manage expectations on service and steak tenderness.

Excellent food! We were passing through and stopped by unplanned, but are so glad we did. This may be one of my favorite restaurants in New Hampshire now. They were also dog-friendly and even had a dog menu! We had the Banh Mi - which was different from the typical banh mi I've had at Vietnamese restaurants; however, their spin on it was absolutely delicious. We also had the Pemi flatbread pizza and that was also amazing.

We discovered this place while exploring the White Mountains. They have a nice outdoor seating area, but on our day we had to fight the bees throughout our meal. I understand this is nature, but you may want to request indoors if you’re allergic. The food was good but nothing unique or special. However I will say the clam chowder was amazing. We had the sliders and a salad which my wife and I shared. We were greeted and seated promptly on this Sunday afternoon. Our waiter seemed a bit annoyed by my questions about the food/drink, but got me the answers. It’s a fine place for a casual lunch and has a bar though we didn’t have adult beverages.

What we got: - Lobster roll ($29 and comes with fries!) - Bahn Mi sandwich Both sandwiches came with a HEAP of hot and crispy fries. Up here in the mountains, you don’t expect to find lobster rolls, but Pemi’s was outstanding. Good portion of lightly dressed meat and a really good brioche roll. The Bahn Mi isn’t authentic; think pulled pork with a Vietnamese flair. It was great! Pickled carrots, cucumber, jalapeños, topped with micro cilantro, and a delicious sauce. Really a must-get. We were here for a quick lunch, but they also have a HUGE beer menu, all of which is on tap, I believe. Also, they have a $4 PBR! I have to knock a star off because all their plates, cups, and tableware are disposable. It would be 5 stars if they had reusable forks, knives, and dishes.

GF and GS options available - my daughter got the GF bun with a burger and said it was the best bun she's tried (I asked and they use Udi's brand). Friendly atmosphere, we went around 1pm on a Saturday and had no wait for a table. When we drove by at 5pm the place was packed. Food came out quickly and everything was delicious.

Great place. Very enjoyable outside seating. The server was great and there was a really good selection of different beers on tap and in cans. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice, with an diverse crowd. I will definitely go again.

Fantastic vibes, price, and great food. Way better banh mi than I was expecting from a pub house, and it was delicious. Plus, there's an arcade!

I wish I took a photo of the food!! A few things to note - AMAZING WINGS. Great service. Great vibe and music. Our waitress suggested delicious beers, wings, and the truffle fries. We went here after Woodstock brewery inn and we think Pemi Public House was sooooooooooooooooo much better!!! Glad we stopped by and can't wait to stop in next time

Stopped for lunch randomly, no idea what to expect.it was good. We sat outside on a cool afternoon sipping on a berry sangria and husband got a bourbon sweet peach tea. Then he got Thai chicken salad and I got Nana chicken tacos. His was delicious and full of flavor. My chicken was dry, not a lot of flavor. The crema and jalapeños stole the show. The crispy naan was good. Their recipes seem to have unique combos of flavors and spices. Overall decent. I'd go back and try something else.

After a long drive from New York, we arrived in Lincoln Town late and thought all the restaurants were already closed, but luckily this one was open until 11 PM. It was freezing cold and snowing heavily, and the restaurant was empty, but the staff greeted us so warmly that their smiles warmed our hearts. Our waiter, Willie, was professional and friendly. He recommended delicious dishes from the menu, and they were excellent. The chef is a true professional, and the bartender's cocktails were also top-notch. I must say that the restaurant filled up very quickly, but the service was excellent--everything was fast and professional. The dining room is small but cozy. We highly recommend visiting.

Service was great! Seated right away and got our drink order quick. The margaritas were on point! Our food was so good but we couldn't eat it all so we took some home. Great place to stop and enjoy the views too.

Outstanding dinner, great service and a local hipster ambiance of skiers, snowmobilers, tourists, and locals. First thing to consider about the Pemi Public House: it gets busy. Like really busy. Plan ahead. They do not take reservations. We arrived shortly after 5:30 PM and were told there was a 40 minute waitlist. Fortunately, the arcade next door serves as the waiting area and it seemed like an optimum way to keep guests busy while waiting. Although we were told of a 40-minute wait, we were seated in just a little over 20 minutes. The place was hopping with locals and visitors alike. After seating, we offered brews on tap from one of the many local breweries. I ordered a Safe Space from Concord Brewing, delicious. For the entree, I ordered three Burrata Beet Salad with added grilled chicken and it was delicious. It is worth mentioning that one of my friends is vegan and the restaurant has several offerings to suit his palate. Well done. We left satiated and happy. Pemi is a great place to visit in the White Mountain area.

Rating 4.0 Came to try for dinner as not much was open around the time we were here and was one of better options in the area. It's a pub that offers food and drinks. Its a mid sized and good amount if seats are available as well as the bar and outside seating when weather is good. When we came it was off season so wasn't too busy. We sat our selves down and server came to give us a menu. We ordered Irish nacho and naan tacos. Irish nachos I was familiar with and it tasted exactly as I know. It's basically a nachos with potato chips, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, scallions, jalapeños, and sour cream. Greasy and heavy but tasty bar food. Naan tacos were pretty good. New takes on chicken tacos with naan bread which give a bit of more chewy shells. Had some peppers, onions, scallions, crema, cotija cheese, and cilantros. Tasted pretty good but was very messy. My partner ended up getting a drink dirty unicorn and she liked it. Service was good and server was nice. Overall it's a solid place for bar food and drinks. Not anything out of ordinary but tasty for sure. They do offer vegan or gluten free options which is nice some people.

This is a cute little pub for a bite to eat. We hand wings and happen poppers for a starter. Both were delicious! I had the steak tips. They came with French fries and a corn succotash. While the steak was cooked perfectly, it was lacking any flavor whatsoever, which was funny because my husband got the same thing and his was very flavorful. I wasn't a fan of the cold corn succotash bed underneath it. It really didn't seem to all go well together. Everyone else's food did look very good. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try it since I'm gluten free. It's a decent place to stop for a bite.

Stumbled on this place last week after a long day of hiking in the White Mountains, it's a pub style spot with cozy/football vibes. I got the lobster roll, which ended up being the cold mayo style, and it was tasty and fresh, one of the best I've had in a while (and I live in Boston)! My partner got the pemi burger and loved it. The wings and fries were also delicious. Service was amazing too.

Hit the spot after a long trail today! This was the only open place on the street on our way back from the artist trail today. There was plenty of seating and was open! Didn't plan our stop but I'm glad we did because we need sustenance! The Irish nachos were delicious, stretchy goodness, and savory with the bacon and toasty nacho chips! My quinoa burger was heavy, and delicious. It already had the sauces of ketchup and sour cream, and it made the perfect combo! I order fries and got the truffle fries. Wasn't a fan of the cheese cotija, but that's just a personal preference. My meals left me very full and satisfied! The dirty unicorn was amazing! Refreshing, and sweet, something I needed after my tiring day. It has lemonade, gin, mint, cucumber, and some vodka mix. My favorite! I had to take a picture of the pretty drink and description because I need to redo this drink somehow! Service was good. You arrive and seat yourself and server will see you and get your order. Good was prompt~ I'd come again! I need another trip to NH! I'm enjoying my stay for sure~

We had a great experience at the Pemi public house. The quinoa burger was an unexpected delight for a vegan that usually has to settle for a salad. Would love to return to try the vegan chili. The dining area is loud but seems typical for a busy restaurant. Great staff and cute decor.

This place is amazing. The food was so good, I forgot to take a picture before eating, but this is what was left! The drinks are great, outstanding and friendly atmosphere. Jess was our server and she suggested the perfect meals! A++

Pemi Public House is a great pub in Woodstock, NH. It's one of the best options in the area, so it can get quite busy on Fridays & weekends. They've got a large beer list and large TV's if you're looking to watch a game. While the menu is small, there is a good variety. Some of my favorites are: The Fried Pickles, Wings, Lulu's Big Dog, Bahn Mi and the Fish and Chips (I've only seen them listed as a special once, but they were great). Additional Tip: They recently opened up arcade (next door) and an additional dining room so there's more tables plus another additional bar.

The BBQ chicken flatbread was great but the clam chowder was out of this world, definitely the best I've ever had.

This place is delicious!!! Picked-up a Gluten free bbq chicken flatbread to go and a strawberry chicken salad. Wish I lived close so I could get it all the time! The pizza was amazing and highly suggest ordering multiple ranch dressings for dipping haha!

We were visiting the area and stopped in for an early dinner. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day. Service was good and friendly. Food was good and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our kind of place!

Fiod was decent, 45 minute wait time, but it was also a holiday weekend. Fries were super crispy and burger was cooked well

Came on St. pattys so my friend could get an Irish beer and they had gluten free items on their menu. I have gluten and dairy sensitivity, and was shocked by how good their flatbread pizza was. I got the bbq chicken so ranch, cheese or bacon, but was still packed with flavor. Tasted like the pizza crust was freshly made.

This was the one of the few places opened past 9 PM on a weekend so we decided to come here for a late dinner. Unfortunate to us, they had issues with their water line and can only offer take out. The staff were pretty nice about it and we were able to order and wait inside, safe from the cold, snowy weather. We got our food pretty reasonably quick for ordering on the spot. I had their chicken sandwich with was fresh tasting and delicious. The fries that came with it also were tasty and plentiful. Would've been a great experience dining in but still a good one nonetheless! Shout out to my dear friend Krystal who covered this dinner as a celebratory gift!

Loved sitting outside. Food was very fresh. Service was good. I had the Quinoa burger. It had great flavor. I opted for lo mein noodles instead of fries- delicious! My daughter had a beef dish. Bulgogi? Korean. She loved it. My husband enjoyed his steak and cheese sandwich and got a cucumber salad instead of fries. Two of my kids got salads. The watermelon salad was mostly arugula with a few chunks of watermelon. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious.

The food, the ambiance, the service and just the friendly smiles. We had a group of 8 but only 6 were there and they set up a table for 8 and so accommodating. We all had different meals and they were exceptional.

Come for lunch, stay for dinner. This place gets a 10/10 in my book. We were sat outside originally but it was a bit chilly. The waitress gladly took us in. The ambience is spot on and the bathroom was clean and unique. The alcohol was perfectly balanced and delightfully crafted. The food was spot incredible! We'll definitely be back!

Pemi Public House was such a great find! We started next door at the Barcade and were brought over when our table was ready--super convenient. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a fun, laid-back crowd. The food was delicious and comforting, perfect after a long day. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. Whether you're stopping by for dinner or making a night of it between the barcade and the dining room, it's a spot I'd definitely come back to! Pemi Barcade was such a vibe while we waited for our table at Pemi Public House next door. The bartender was super sweet, the drinks were strong and tasty, and the whole space had a chill, welcoming energy. There were fun games to play while we sipped, and the other guests made it feel like a hangout spot more than just a waiting area. They even let us know when our table was ready so we didn't have to keep going back and forth--loved that. Definitely a cool spot to start the night!

Stopped in here after visiting the ice castles. It was later in the evening, we were a party of 7, and we needed some grub. This place was perfect and we all loved the atmosphere of this place, the food and the service were good. Someone at the table ordered the GoGo Bites, which I did not get a picture of, and that is probably because they were gone in minutes. I highly recommend you order these, they are so good!!! I ordered the Shepherd's Pie, which was a perfect way to end the cold day. It was a very hearty dish and warmed the soul. Would for sure order this again! It is also worth noting that they have a nice beer menu. If we are ever in the area, we'd stop back in for sure.

Place was a cool spot in North Woodstock. Good music playing and seating outside. Bar had the Sox on and a good vibe. Had the Pemi dip with chips instead of pretzels excellent starter. Finished with some salad, wings and sliders. All were good and the service was excellent.

The ambience was nice, and the place has that hipster style. We sat outside because the weather was nice, but the inside looked charming. The food was really good. We got the Irish nachos, wings and a flat bread. All really good and our server was sweet and very accommodating! Prices are great!

Great service and fun spot that feels like an apres ski spot. The drinks were good but the food was just okay. The salmon was a bit dry and the mac n cheese was just okay.

We enjoyed a small group get together and they were very accommodating. Food was great and drinks as well. Service was also wonderful.

We tried to go elsewhere but the restaurant we initially intended to go to was closed due to staffing shortages so we ventured here when we saw it was not mobbed. We opted to eat indoors fearing bugs and service was very good. For starters we ordered fried pickles and Go go bites in addition to beers and hard liquor. Both appetizers were consumed quickly. For entrees we each got the sliders which were filling and tasty. Our waitress always seemed to appear when we needed her and we never felt rushed. Plenty of families were both inside and outside. The setting is casual but the food is very good. Paper plates and plastic utensils are employed. We will return.

Great food, great portions, and great staff. Unfortunately it's too loud and the door constantly stays open and with cold air pouring in. I had to leave my coat on to eat.

I live in town and I love this cozy spot, the street corn shrimp is my favorite menu choice. Also you can never goo wrong with the pemi dip, especially post hike!

We stopped in after visiting the ice castles. The servers were really friendly and the food was yummy and hit the spot. We had the fried pickles, steak and cheese egg rolls and shared the shepherds pie. Everything was delicious. We would definitely stop in again if we are in the area.

What a gem! We got the Thai chicken entree, shrimp saganaki and truffle fries. Absolutely delicious and amazing. I've been here a good few times with friends, family and kids and never had a bad experience whether it be the food or service. We asked, it's been the same chef since they opened and you can tell. The food quality is top notch every time. Chill island music on the patio makes it completely relaxing ambiance and patio is also very dog friendly. Highly, highly recommend.

Stopped here for lunch. This place has option to sit both outside and inside. This is a cute resturant with good food. The food options were limited but everything tasted quite good. It has a decent size bar with several drinks options. Staff is super polite and they make sure that your experience is positive. Great place, good food and great service. Five star experience. Kudos to the team.

20 minute wait for outdoor seating, wasn't bad at all. Place wasn't too busy, but took almost an hour from the time seated to get our food (sliders and a smash burger). Server never came over to check on us while waiting for food or apologize for the delay, it wasn't until after we received our food did the server stop to check in and offer to get us another round of drinks. Not worth the poor service.

Wow. Just wow. The best falafel I have EVER had. Great spot for small groups or a date night with the firepits outside. There is limited seating inside and out so don't plan on a large group outing. The signature drink I had was "ok" (bourbon sour). The beer selection is extensive. Go for the food!!! The shrimp over street corn was out of this world, per my husband.

Such a great place. Stopped randomly when we were driving through and needed lunch. Grilled chix sandwich, as well as chicken salad sandwich, great! Fries were great too.

Ummm yes, yes and yes!!! This place was Ahhmazing. Drink unicorn YUM! Gogobites oh my goodness literally amazing and great portion. Grilled chicken sandwich! By this point 99% full but wow!! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back when I visit the area again.

Pemi is located at the perfect location - be it a Fall trip, a summer one or during winters! They have one of the best ambiance in town! Also parking can be available on street (if not crowded) Food was good (not insanely great) and we were happy! Service was quick and seating was convenient. I would highly recommend finding a place here first.

Stopped in for dinner with my 2 daughters, while in town for a soggy ski trip to Loon. Even though we got rained on, Pemi offered a warm place to relax for a meal. Even for a Wednesday night, the place was crowded, and from I could tell, most were locals, which was a good sign. My youngest had the Caprese Chicken, which she said was good. She also liked the home fries that came with it. My oldest daughter had the salmon, which was a little overcooked and dry. I had the Pemi Sliders, which were on the small side, and I really couldn't taste the garlic aioli which is the reason I ordered this dish. However, the fries that came with it were crispy and spiced to perfection.

We had a fantastic dinner here on New Years Eve! This place has a really nice vibe and we enjoyed everything about it. We walked into a different place down the street and the other place was super packed with families and very loud. We decided to try somewhere else and came here instead. This place was chic and full of adults We had entrees & drinks. We thought the prices were very reasonable and the food was excellent. We had the Mac & Cheese with pulled pork (showstopper!) and a chicken caprese with mozzarella and balsamic, with a little pesto. We enjoyed our meals so much Excellent service. Five stars all day They didn't have dessert so we ordered dessert beverages instead. It was a lovely date and we're so happy we came
