This is a beautiful property that delivers a luxury guest experience at all levels. Conveniently located in lovely Fashion Island in Newport Beach.|The hotel is immaculately maintained and provides for a very comfortable atmosphere with all the amenities you need. Room decor is upscale and comfy. Rooms are large and many with great views of the Pacific Coast. Several restaurant options at the hotel for your dining enjoyment.|Very popular Bar Pendry, adjacent to the lobby. Classy upscale atmosphere throughout the property. Lovely pool area, gift shop, and fitness center. Full service spa. Outstanding customer service and care at all levels of contact. Prompt and responsive Valet service and Bell Desk. Expensive but worth every dollar.|Highly recommended!

Had another wonderful stay at The Pendry Newport Beach. The room was very nice and comfortable. We like to drive here from La Quinta to get away from the heat and love the fact you can walk to Fashion Island for shopping and dinner. The service is great and we love the coffee station in lobby. We enjoyed chatting with Brooklyn at the coffee station and would like to mention she is a great asset to The Pendry! We will be going back soon and highly recommend The Pendry.

Outstanding atmosphere. Upscale, yet approachable, refined yet unpretentious. Timo and Jessica are exceptional. You are lucky to have not one but two gems at Bar Pendry. You may want to consider them as corporate trainers. Their comfortable natural welcoming demeanor is by far some of the best. Kudos.

Karchell was fantastic and so great at check in and we had the pleasure of checking out with her too. She was attentive and so sweet. Beatrice was great too--she was so fun to talk with while she was making my iced oat milk latte! Henry and Christopher at the pool bar were also awesome--they were great to chat with, they recommended good eats, personally I loved the mole chicken tacos, and they were overall good energy. While in the pool Jack and Allison were so great-attentive, kind, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great experience for sure--the bartenders were all fantastic too. The Pendry Bar was a total scene and it was enjoyable to observe all the different people coming in there. The rooms were fantastic--we were in a King Suite facing the ocean which was lovely. I appreciated all of the extra touches in the room and the cake the team left inside for my partner's birthday! I feel like SET should stay open later than 10:30 on a weekend evening which is my only recommendation.

We stayed at Pendry for the first time for 4th of July weekend and it was fantastic! The pool is so much fun and the poolside service is superb. Hannah Rojas was our server and she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The rest of the staff also were extremely friendly, welcoming and hospitable. We will definitely be back again! Thank you.

This was my first visit and it was amazing. The front desk was absolutely awesome, friendly knowledgeable, And helpful. It was my daughter‘s birthday celebration, and they sure went all out to make sure she felt loved and celebrated. There were balloons, confetti, a princess crown in the room, along with a poster board with her name, invitation to Paintbox! In addition to that, there was The most amazing, 6 inch, red velvet cake brought to her as well!!!! The pool it self is small for the amount of guest there are. We were able to get a Cabana on July 4th last minute which was great! Service was amazing! They were definitely on top of everything!! I’m from Vegas and have been in the hospitality Industry for 30 years, and this place is absolutely worth a visit!!! 10/10❤️

Super annoying that the thermostat had a motion sensor so in the middle of the night while you’re sleeping it shuts off and then the room gets super hot. Not what I expect at a five star hotel. Apparently, you can request the mechanical team to come up and change the setting of your thermostat, but it was a little late in the night to sort that out. Otherwise, good vibe and pool.

The Pendry Newport was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were at home while also being on a luxurious vacation. everyone was so kind and the concierge and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and one of our favorite parts were the cars on site that we were able to utilize. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

A disappointment for a very, very high price for services My masseuse tried to upsell me Pendry products. I felt so rushed after my massage. There is no quiet lounge to sit and unwind. The small lounge where people wait for their appointments was noisy. Upon entering I was told they offered juice, champagne or water. Sounded nice but it never showed up. I won't be returning

I scheduled a 90 minute massage 2 weeks prior to my arrival at the hotel. 48 hours prior I got a voicemail saying the masseuse had an emergency and they couldn't accommodate my appointment. they then proceeded to try to convince me to take a massage later during my stay. I was going to this hotel for business meetings and I purposely planned my travels to arrive a day early so I could have a massage which they had confirmed. as a professional woman who has travelled the world I will never recommend or visit this property again. horrible customer service and no regard for career women. time is valuable

Beautifully appointed spa! From the service the minute you walk in at the reception you feel well taken care of. I had the pleasure of getting a massage from Nancy and she went above and beyond! I had a little bit of a sunburn and she without even asking applied some cold stones to soothe and a gel. Magic hands and touch! Then I followed up with a gold facial which allows you to select from the Medi spa modalities! Angeline is a true professional and has an amazing technique! I highly recommend this place for some R&R! It is very clean, serene and a great luxury escape! Five stars all the way! Well done Pendry!
