Penguin Point Restaurant Group

I've been a Penguin Point fan since the mid-1960's, but not anymore. I was stopping in 3 or 4 times a year just to see if the new owners changed it back to being the great fast-food restaurant it once was. The short answer is NO, and I'm done with them. In a few short years they managed to ruin what was the best fast-food restaurant in the area. Stale, crumbling buns that give each sandwich a bad taste. Overcooked, burnt chicken with soggy breading that's dripping in grease and served with a compressed flat piece of bread (not the traditional dinner roll and butter) that's burnt black on one side. Did I mention the half-teaspoon of watery gravy? It's probably a blessing that Wally Stouder is no longer around to see what they did to his restaurant. RIP Penguin Point.

I was an employee for the auburn store. I enjoyed my time there until new management came in. I was treated poorly and so were my other team members. Most of them got let go. I was very dedicated to that job but ended up quitting by the second day of the new manager being there. Therefore I don’t recommend working there. At least at the auburn store.

Wabash location...said l would never return, it was and still is filthy. My shoes are sticking to the floor, can literally feel the pull as l walk! Husband can come back alone, l will never return. I emailed company last time and received no answer. That visit: filthy store, six young men sitting in booths, foul language, running back and forth between kitchen and dining area, they even commented about how dirty the store was!

Sorry to hear that there are gonna be closing like the rest of the Penguin points around Here. Hopefully the one in alburn doesn't close down. They close the 4 Wayne wants. Seems like all the older good little hangouts are all disappearing. I'm not a franchise kind of girl.

Had Penguin Point tonight and had to wait over 18 minutes to receive our food, - 2 tenderloins - one with cheese only, and a medium-sized fry. Finally got our food to have almost warm, unsalted fries, the "original" sandwich made wrong, and no napkins. Pretty disappointing. Store #05 @ 408 North Detroit St, Warsaw. Order # 107288 Reg02 Rochelle. We ate it because we paid for it and was hungry but it was all we could do. Mouths wouldn't even salivate! So disappointed when looking forward to an old classic!

Didn't have ice at store. Couldn't get anything bigger than a small shake because haven't ordered cups. This store is in Columbia City, IN. Store #48. Since they were out of ice ordered shakes and they made us pay for it full price. I have to add the employees were rude as f__k. Third time at this store and felt as if they just opened

At the Goshen store I ordered 3, price dinner got to window gal was on speaker phone with her son arguing when she was waiting on me her son was yelling at her she was yelling back. I got 2 legs 1 thigh and they were barely warm.

Place is very dirty the general manager is rude to everyone. She smokes and then comes in smelling like weed. Not very professional at all.
