What a wonderful experience! You are received with a warm and welcoming smile. The service is out of this world, everything is carefully explained, the wine suggestions were perfect, the food.. be prepared to be surprised and to enjoy every single plate. One of the best culinary experiences this year.

The dining experience is exceptional. This is hands down the best restaurant in the Fasano area. If you're in town make sure you come here because you will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu is good. Would definitely recommend the sea bass tartare, it's next level.

Delayed review. Celebrated our fifth wedding anniversary here with the addition of our two children and parents. Luca and his crew were so awesome and made the night special for the adults and the little ones- with a special kid friendly tasting menu. amazing seafood course. Wish we could go again.

What a wonderful experience. The chef is amazingly skilled and having done numerous tasting menus over the years I can firmly say this is up there with the best of them. Let’s get this guy a Michelin star! Great service, very accommodating & kind. Loved his stories and wish him every success with this restaurant and his continued passion in cooking.

Waw we really enjoyed this place. The pasta plate was one of the best I ever tried! The owners are really very friendly the served a plate for our baby boy as well for free. The wine selection is excellent

Definetely not cheap, but I must admit that it is totally worth it! High quality food, sought-after and planned in every detail. Often this kind of restaurants ends up having a stiff atmosphere, but this is not the case of Pentole e Provette. Highly professional staff, attention for the customer but by keeping a cozy, relaxed atmosphere at all times. I can strongly recommend it!

We spent a lovely and yummy Tuesday night at this place. We had the sea urchin pasta, seabass, octopus and a wild variety of desserts. The dishes were a perfect composition of flavours and textures. Simple but extremely tasteful. E.g. the sea urchin pasta: Pasta on the point al dente (okay we are in Italy, anything else would have been a crime) but the sea urchin gave just the right twist of "fishiness" and salt to the super creamy sauce. The onion juice with the seabass was probably the best essence one had ever created out of onions. And the robo jellies were just fun. Wine: excellent. Staff: perfect. Friendly. Interested. Provided a lot of information. Gave a perfect impression of Italian hospitality. So just thank you.
