Absolutely amazing food. We had one of their set tasting menus with meat instead of the fish option, and it was fantastic. I really have nothing negative to point out, except for the ravioli dish where the white sauce needed quite a bit of salt. Besides that the wine was great, the service was great and the view was equally good. Really nice experience. This is one of those places i will return to.

We are here two nights because the food was so amazing! Everything we tried was good and the wine list was also exceptional. The views out over the valley as the sun was setting are not to be missed. Service was also outstanding.

Amazing food from amazing people. And what you in a few hours transformed The Virgin - our fish from Norway to ... was out of this world!!!

We were surprised to find such an elegant modern restaurant in the small city of San Miniato, dressed for truffle hunt we were no expecting to have lunch in a classy restorant, never the less we were welcome and I'm happy to say we had a very good time, the food was excellent and the waitress was very pleasant, we were not feeling out of place I had the risotto carbonara which was divine, the kids had spaghetti pomodoro and were very pleased with it It is not your regular Hosteria / trattoria of the neighborhood but, it was good Recommended 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥

It was the best meal of our time spent in San Miniato. We tried a few times to make a reservation (small restaurant). It was worth the wait. A great place to visit for a special occasion. We both enjoyed three courses. I ordered all items from the vegetarian list while my companion selected a mix from fish (pesce) and meat (carne). The flavours and pairings with wine were superb. The amuse bouche from the chef was delightful—and the breads were artistic and delicious (also provided gluten free bread). It was a good thing we had a short walk back to the car. We were pleasantly full. We will return!!

More than one local recommended we try Pepenero (already a good sign) and what a great recommendation! Food is excellent! Call in advance so you get them balcony seats. :)

Really good restaurant with super service and quality of food. Nice location at the top of the town with a modern dining room. Service was attentive, wine suggestions good. Overall would recommend as a strong option.
