Pepito’s Plaza Doral - Review - Doral - Miami - The Infatuation

"2002 brought us the Nokia 3510—a cell phone so indestructible, you could drop it from your roof. That same year, Miami was introduced to Pepitos Plaza. Back then, it was just a Venezuelan hot dog stand in Doral next to a gas station where you could order hot dogs and pepitos—both drenched in their glorious six sauce combo: ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pink sauce, garlic sauce, and tartar sauce. It’s the kind of stuff you crave if you’re sloshed or recovering from said sloshing—which is perfect because Pepitos is open late. They even expanded to Brickell and moved to a permanent location within the same gas station, where we hope they remain for even longer than the Nokia." - Virginia Otazo

I’ve been a regular here, but after last night, I’m done. I came with my sister in at 11 PM, an hour before closing, and the staff couldn’t have been more rude. The cook and cashier were openly disrespectful, talking trash and clearly couldn’t care less about the customers. To top it off, they threw a dirty glove right on top of my food—completely disgusting and unsanitary. This place has zero respect for basic hygiene or its regulars. If you want to be treated like dirt and served with trash in your food, this is the place for you. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

I was in the Doral and i saw this place Pepito Arepas so i stopped for a quick bite to eat. The nice girl recommended some items which the service was great from her and the one cooking the food. I ordered the Maicitos and it was great. The steak had a good flavor and was cooked perfect. Will definitely come back when im in the area of the Doral. #pepitoarepas

I love arepas in general. But these are whole another level. Love the place, loved the food and people working there. Very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend to visit.

Cafeteria type food. Gas station service style, but who goes there to be served as King? The atmosphere gets better at night where they have seating in the back, and some music. We were there just to fill-up our tanks and meet-up before the long ride. Geographically well situated, especially since is 2 mins from my house 😄

Food is excellent here, service is fast and the place has a very laid back and relaxed vibe. Not a fine dining experience but that's perfectly fine. Try the Parilla!

Mostly a pick up place. Most people wait in their car until they get a text message noting food is ready. We were there around 11am on a Saturday and it was already open - noting since they don’t have open and close time noted at the time of this review. Portions are very generous and it’s a good deal in terms of quality/price
