Peploe's St Stephens Green

Delicious food and excellent service at this restaurant, which has an atmosphere of slightly old school class.

Peploe’s is a family favourite for us especially at Christmas time. It has a great atmosphere, is stylish and the food is always fantastic.

We went for a stroll to find a place to eat and happened upon Peploes. Without a reservation we were given a table. The food was extremely delicious and the presentation was beautiful. The only thing to say about the service was it was above and beyond. It is Probably better to have reservations but make sure you eat at Peploes .

What a lovely place to have dinner time with friends, the food was nice, but the best thing was the dessert, I hope you get the chance to try it, I would be back just to eat it again, it’s exotic and so tasty 😍 I loved it. So I went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday but they did not allow us to cut the cake we got for him so we obviously had to get dessert from there…

Peploe's is in Dublin across from Stephen’s Green. A stroll and dinner is my favorite. This spot sits down from street level offering an out of the way private vibe. The aesthetic is red with red lilies adorning every table. It has plush red booth seating. So comfortable. The staff was so nice, conversational and extremely attentive to every need. Service at Peploe's is exemplary because of the courteous staff! I would call this contemporary European cuisine. The dishes came out precise reflecting the high standards that have earned this spot its Michelin recognition. Shoutout to our artistically presented dishes. We had the tuna tartare appetizer, shrimp risotto, and fish if the day. Always fries for dessert because I’m savory and not sweet. 😉

The stuff was very attentive and working like bees to make sure we have everything. The food was simply good. I forgot I am vegetarian that night and I am glad for that, because the t-bone steak was delicious. Fried scampi were good too. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was mushroom soup (starter), the taste wasn’t strong as I expected it to be. Sides such as fries and green beans were perfect and plenty. Wine was good and went well with the food (I forgot what bottles we had).

Amazing food and excellent service. A special meal for my girlfriend’s birthday. Got a wonderful service and support from Bruno and his colleague to surprise with a birthday cake. Absolutely come back again. Perfectly recommend for a couple or family in special event.

We were taken care in our evening by a a lovely waitress. The food was memorable. I had tempura of shitake mushrooms, roasted broccoli with chickpeas (the broccoli was cooked on point) and for dessert the caramel tart. We had also a bottle of Chablis that we have had before. Every dish was a success. I would love to come back here and taste the French onion soup of the green peas velouté. The service, the food and atmosphere are excellent.
