I really hate to leave such a negative review like this but I'm left with little choice. First off, I have placed large order/ catering orders in advance through Uber eats without issue multiple times in the past. Usually the customer services is A+. However, I placed an order for 10 escovitch snapper 3 days in advance, the order was confirmed the same day and confirmation that order was in progress was also sent today. But 30 minutes before the the scheduled delivery time, the order was canceled sighting that ' the location is busy and no longer taking orders'. How can that be if I put the order in 3 days prior? I called them, phone has been off the hook for hours. I've called them over 15 times, busy tone. The order was for a celebration and the guest of honor specifically requested escovitch snapper from them. I'm very disappointed and this is not typically how this establishment conducts its business.
