I didn’t even know this existed. Lots of spices, bbq sauces, hot sauces and even a hot sauce challenge!! Customer service was top notch. Very warming and welcoming. The prices weren’t bad. Must go if you love hot sauces!!

Very wide variety, ranging from super mild to pure capsaicin infused. Hot sauces, rubs, BBQ sauce and more. Mercedes was super helpful. I think you can try anything, even the capsaicin infused one. Flavor profiles about what you would expect. Wish they would have more hotter ones without habanero or water based. But they have enough to keep the 5 stars. Got a couple rubs, a hot sauce, and a BBQ sauce. Check it out, strike up a conversation, learn something new like I did...don't try hard candies after super hot sauce cause it get saliva going and gets in places you don't expect, like wind pipe. Thank you!

They have a lot of hot sauce. They let you try all the hot sauces. What more could you ask for 🤷🏻‍♂️. Try the chocolate 🍫 hot sauce. (Me after leaving the store -> 🥵🌶️).

Completely unacceptable customer service. This store is the definition of unprofessional. Every time we’ve come by, the doors are locked with a hand-written “Be back in 15 minutes” sign — with no time listed. That allows employees to stretch their breaks indefinitely, leaving customers standing outside with no idea when (or if) the store will actually reopen. We drove over 30 minutes to visit this location, only to be told by a rude employee that “there’s nothing she can do about it.” In a destination area that depends on visitors and tourism, that kind of attitude is inexcusable. If you value your time and basic customer respect, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

First experienced this place down in Tennessee back in the late 90s. Happy to say their still around and still have the largest, most diverse selection of hot sauces, BBQ sauces, rubs, etc. Lots to choose from, from not hot at all, to sign this waiver it's that hot! Lots of parking in a well lit busy lot, you can try almost anything before you buy it which is nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a place that specializes in hot sauces and all things hot!! The staff was really friendly and helpful. They have some really spicy sauces that were tough. Ypu can taste test almost everything which is a fun experience I got something on the hot scale and that was towards the middle levels. Will definitely be back to try some more stuff.

Everything from specific to all purpose sauces. Mild to extremely hot. They're pet friendly too! They allow free samples so be careful, you can end up walking out with a full cart!

Great shop got my grilling seasoning they have several to choose from. The associate was very nice too

This place had tons of different kinds of hot sauces from mild to wild. They even had some bbq sauces as well. My father in law and husband tried a few out. The sauces were pretty cheap. A lot of them were $12.99 for a decent size. They also have a sale mix and match buy 3 get 1 free. They had some seasonings as well. We purchased a honey habanero bbq sauce.

You can just smell the heat as soon as you walk inside. Too hot to handle. I can handle jalapeño, chipotle and habanero with some cut of heat from mango or something sweet is all.

Adding this place to Yelp, since it appears to not be on it yet. It's located in the River Place Shops, near Cherry Republic, I believe. My boyfriend loves spices, especially spicy sauces, so we stopped in here yesterday. He ended up buying a funny seasoning called "Rub Da Butt" or something like that. The only reason it gets 4 stars from me and not 5 is that it seemed a little pricey - the (normal-sized) can of seasoning was about $12.95. I will say thank you to the owner, though, for wearing a mask! I don't see many shop owners doing that nowadays, especially in Frankenmuth.

I almost didn't stop in. I love spicy food but it loves me less than it used too as I've gotten older. I'm glad I went in. Pepper Palace is a chain that has their own products. Hot sauces, marinades, ribs, BBQ and wing sauces. They even have spicy pickles and super hot horseradish. Samples are available and they provide disposable tasting spoons for convenience and safety. I tried a variety of the sauces and marinades as well as the pickles. The sauces have good flavor and the variety is fantastic. Various heat levels and even the Reaper and other High Scoville unit sauces have good flavor. Now to try some on leftover Chicken. It is Frankenmuth after all.
