Had a 0900 Monday Live Unload appointment for a reefer load at 32°F. Arrived early at guard shack at 0735. Got a dock right away. Guard broke the seal, checked inside, and left the paperwork inside. Slide tandems back. Can be a blind back if no room to turn around but there was plenty of room at the time. Make sure both doors open before bumping the dock. Started unloading ASAP. They'll bring paperwork out to you once they're done. Guard said it depends on the load and the contracts if they accept it early or not. Reefer unloading is usually closed on weekends and has certain hours compared to dry goods. Got bills at 0840. Leave at least 1 door open for guard to check when leaving. On site for about 1.5 hours. Directions there: you CAN turn off Pecos St onto Pecos Logistic Pkwy that goes East-West, it's a light the Pepsi Trucks use it (G Maps says it's Tejon St but the actual street sign says Pecos Logistic). If you're going South, it's an easier right turn and does go through to the gate. You don't HAVE to use W 56th Ave, but there's space to park on Tejon St off 56th if you need it and want to be faced the right way.

I think the world would really appreciate if you as a company Educate all of the world about how bad sugar intake is for their life. I would like the company to explain how they would use their Tax Exemption to better educate the people since you are only using Tax Exemption to pocket more money. From my gathered knowledge, the reason for Tax Exemption was so that companies could re-invest into their community for the better. Not to make the world a worse place. Do better. Do better. Do better. Do better. Do better. Do better!

Easy to find, plenty of room to get in the door even with tandems slid back. Even worked me in with an appointment issue. Plus everyone was friendly and professional. The only knock is no over night parking. That's pretty standard in Denver though

No issues with delivery (OTR DRIVER). Arrived 1 hour prior to appointment. Guard shack checked me in but wanted me to wait for available door. Try to squeeze yourself in on Tejón St. immediately behind you. Guard shack called soon after and assigned me a door. I was unloaded less than 1 hours later. Tyler (Guard shack) very professional at his job. Keep up the good work!

fast unloading, only one hour early before your appointment they can take. no overnight parking

They acting like this a military base have you wait don’t recommend

Most of the people were very friendly....which is why I gave them a 3 instead of a 1. 8:00 am unload appointment, called to dock 1:30pm. Tight backing on dock side due to all the trailers parked immediately across from docks. They direct you to a empty parking lot at an unoccupied warehouse in the same commercial park.
