Peregrine Espresso

Great little branch of this awesome coffee place. Friendly service. Excellent foam art. 😊 Not tons of room but more than enough adequate, especially for grabbing a coffee beverage to go.

A cute little coffee shop; it had just what I needed! My chocolate latte was delicious.

The coffee was pretty basic, but that Banana Buckwheat Cake was absolutely delicious. The service was fantastic.

I had an incredible maple latte. I was thinking about that latte the rest of the day. And the staff were so friendly!

Insta: dmv_reels Great place to work for couple hours because they give you 2 hrs free wifi. Good latte although less strong than I usually prefer. Overall nice place and good ambiance.

Freshly grind and brewed coffee. Nice place to quietly work or catch up with a friend for coffee.

Excellent afternoon tea experience at Peregrine in Eastern Market! I had an iced peach blossom tea, perfect for a summer afternoon, and it was delicious! The service was excellent, thank you Abby, and the atmosphere was cute and cozy. Will definitely be back to try more teas this summer! Highly recommend!

Update 3/25/2024: With heavy heart I have found the quality of the espresso shots they pull to have severely declined. At first I thought it might be me but I’ve been keeping track 3 out of the last 5 shots I had there were sour and over-extracted. Today’s shot was so over extracted that the level of espresso was almost to the rim of the demitasse. I’m not sure what has happened. They purport to have some of the best baristas in town and for many years I could attest this to be true. Since this place is en route destination point for me I will do another 5 shots over the next few months to see if things get better. As I’d love to give what I considered a “top-notch place” some chances to recoup their reputation. Top-notch place It’s got everything one would want in a coffee shop
