The appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM. We checked in at 6:49. They took a long time to assign us a door — this reefer company is always slow. My trailer had equipment, so they could have unloaded us quickly….

I don’t care how long they take to unload, I don’t care how much they charge for lumpers, what I hate is how they speak to you. The guy that knocks on your Truck to give you your paperwork bangs fast and hard on your cab the lady that checks you in is just disrespectful my overall experience here is negative and I tell anyone who asks to just avoid delivering or picking up here. Treat others as you’d like to be treated simple as that.

Don't come early they wont take you they can barely get you in at your appointment time. I arrived at 845am for a 12pm appointment told to wait in the street. Got a door at 1pm 4 hrs later left late for my next drop. Had to reschedule. Plenty of parking outside. Trash facility. Slow and rude.

Driver DO NOT COME HERE ❌ No restroom for driver No parking You have to park on street it’s no parking zone tow parking zone Only give you dock after your appointment 5 to 8 hour for unloading

Over night parking is available inside the facility if you have early morning appointments. Capstone is very slow!

0 star if possible App 07:00 Check in 6:30 Say I need wait on the street Give door 7:00 Empty 8:45 I have only 6 pallets !!!!!! Pay lamper at 8:50 110$ And right now it’s 9:24 and I still waiting my paperwork What the wrong with this place you ask It’s capstone- that’s a answer Very sad this situation, truck drivers near me wait the same time….. You need change this management!!!! Upd. 10:00 stil waiting for paperwork

"I recently had the misfortune of making a delivery to Performance Foodservice in the Pacific Northwest (location 19606), and it was an absolute nightmare. The unloading process took over 5 hours, which is completely unacceptable. This ridiculous delay threw my entire schedule into chaos and cost me valuable time and money. The lack of efficiency and respect for drivers' time is appalling. I strongly advise other drivers to avoid deliveries to this location if possible, as the excessive wait times make it a terrible experience. Performance Foodservice needs to seriously address these issues and improve their delivery operations immediately.
