As we were doing a moving road trip from Arizona to Georgia, we had to go to thru Albuquerque and my daughter told me You Have To go to Perico's. So we stayed the night at a hotel, and showed up when they opened at 9 am. The owners and employees were so very nice and welcoming. We ordered 6 red chili, bean and cheese burritos to go, for me and my husband and to take some to my daughter in Georgia. Very flavorful, Beans were tasty and the cheese was great quality. The owner even gave us a pint cup of red chili and chicharrone. Both very good. The only thing was, it didn't have much carne/meat. We definitely will stop again, when we're in the Albuquerque area. Thanks a Million to the owners for being so nice to us!!

We ordered the Burrito Grande with pork and the six pack tacos with beef and this was the freshest food I've had in a long time! I'll be back! I have passed by your place 10 years and never gone in until now, and I'll be back! The food was so fresh, I was shocked. The green chili was spot on, the meat fresh and juicy, the beans perfection. I loved it. I will be back and I really hope to have the same pleasure. It was a little cold cuz we did a pickup, but that is on me.

I just really can't live without the tacos from this place! Yes, there are other good things too. My kids like the burritos, I like the breakfast plates. I really don't have any complaints, but it's the shredded beef tacos that keep me coming back!! And the people are nice and hard-working. I don't know what's going to happen to this location, but I know they're opening up a new location on Coors and St. Joseph's so I'm looking forward to seeing that place too.

I have to change my review on this place because it’s just so opposite than years ago it went way down and is bland and potatoes hard undercooked and really small portions and just gross food now. It taste like frozen microwaved water down junk now. So sad I paid 28 almost 29 dollars for only 3 burritos that tasted like bland microwaved frozen junk so bad I will not go back. Lotaburger is better bigger and less expensive. Sad to say but look at my pics and vids below. Do not come here you will be disappointed.

Managed to get not one but both burritos completly wrong. We orderd a #15 and got a 23. We also ordered a 16 with green chile and bacon and we got red no bacon. Stay away as the staff can't even get a basic order right. We were the last order that was there as well so no reason for a mix up at 10:30 am.

I heard the young man behind the counter say and I quote, " if they don't want to tip why don't they just do it themselves". If I'm right, this young man gets paid to bag your food and hand it across the counter. The cooks in the back get paid to prepare the food, I'm sure they receive an hourly wage. To not pay your workers a decent wage and then pass that responsible on to the consumer is diabolical. Do better!

Absolutely the worst food in Albuquerque. As I waited for food, I noticed two small cockroaches on the shelf in the waiting area. I will never return. And the service is crummy especially when the owner's daughter doesn't seem to care....
