READ - RENTERS BEWARE
This will be a review I add to over time.
Hallways stink of cigarettes and weed, it seems to always be that way.
Most of the time when I order packages or have things shipped to me (delivered during business hours of the building), they are not put inside the apartment because management, who’s suppose to be here and available during office hours, refuses to answer the phone and doesn’t let the delivery people in, blatantly neglecting their job responsibilities. They have no choice but to leave it in the vestibule that anyone can walk into. This increases the likelihood of packages getting stolen. It shouldn’t be this way.
Communication is bad. It takes days and days for a response and that’s DURING Monday-Friday.
There’s only 49 units here total. I’ve lived in apts with 200+ residents who reply quicker. The communication is ridiculous.
And if management does get back to you, cross your fingers they’re not rude or condescending.
My experience the current management, Tina, is that she’s condescending and very rude. When I put in a complaint she talked down to me like I was a child and questioned my adulthood. (I am a full grown adult). Super unprofessional and without a doubt should be replaced with someone capable of showing tenets respect. Which is maybe like one of the most basic aspects of her job description? Terrible first impression.
I’ve been made so uncomfortable with poor treatment from management that I have to go over her head and email her superior. And even then my emails still take a while for a response.
All this and I’ve only lived here less than a month.
