Per'La Coffee

My wife and I ordered coffee from Per'La after trying it at a coffee shop... This coffee is absolutely delicious, super balanced, and leaves an amazing coffee flavor on the palette after you finish your cup. It's amazing. Also, when the order came in the mail, the staff left us a handwritten note thanking us for ordering the coffee. A+ service and we will be buying Per'La coffee forever! Fantastic coffee and service

After our absolute favourite coffee, Columbia’s San Agustin, became unavailable in Canada I went searching for a new vendor and found Per’La roasters online. Chris, Paul and their team have been great. The freshly roasted coffee arrives promptly every month. It is a morning must for us to have this special coffee. But just as important to me is the knowledge that there is a working relationship with the people in Columbia that work so hard to grow these wonderful beans and Per’La roasts them to perfection. Beans arrived at my home via (whatever this Post Office calls Priority) and arrived in superb condition. These tiny pea beans are exactly what Ethiopian coffee is supposed to look like. I ground them this morning and used them in my French Press. As I was pouring the coffee the smell of ripe blueberries filled the aroma, perfect, the flavor, perfect. Will buy again

My wife and I were in Naples, Florida and absolutely fell in love with this coffee. We have had it delivered to our home in Syracuse, New York multiple times since our visit. Our order got lost during shipping this last time. We contacted Per'la and they expedited shipping on another order for us. We received it three days later . Outstanding product and incredible customer service!

We absolutely love Per’la coffee. I don’t enjoy coffee normally but my husband had me taste his when we were out at a restaurant and I loved it! We now have it delivered to our home and I make lattes here with it. Highly recommend!!

Desde que entras, te das cuenta de que algo anda mal: el lugar es más frío que un congelador y con una decoración que ni ellos saben qué quieren. ¡Y no hablemos del servicio! La barista estaba en otro mundo, chismeando con la compañera en vez de atender. Cuando al fin me hicieron caso, el café tardó una eternidad y, para colmo, salió tan quemado que parecía que lo habían olvidado en la máquina. ¡Y las facturas! Con esa pinta, pensé que serían frescas, ¡y me salieron duras como piedras! De verdad, ¡qué pérdida de tiempo!

I was introduced to Per'La when I happened upon the Instagram Live that co-founders Chris and Paul did with Yelp Miami recently... They were so approachable, knowledgeable, and fun, that I wanted to support them, so I purchased some coffee. This was on a Thursday morning. The coffee was delivered across the country to my doorstep in Arizona on Saturday - I was super impressed! We made a pot of the Miami Restaurant Employee Relief Fund Blend this morning and it was fabulous. I typically put some steamed almond milk into my coffee but I drank it black (and several cups). It wasn't just me who enjoyed it either. It also passed the test of my judgemental, 43 year old Jewish husband's palate. He always takes his coffee black and this was no exception. I will definitely visit the Per'La coffee shop whenever I make my way back to Miami, but in the meantime, I'm sending love from Phoenix during these crazy times. I know where to look if I ever have questions related to coffee as well! Thanks Team Per'La!

Okay. I call myself an avid coffee drinker, however, I don't think my body was ready for what Per'La throws down. Two cups in the morning, and I was still watching episodes of The Office until 4am... so you know the stuff is good, and probably the most productive I've been in a long time. Since I don't live in Miami, I ordered some of their beans and had them shipped. I got the Lucha Blend in whole bean form and some of the Cold Brew Blend ground up for my summer enjoyment during the heatwaves. I liked them both for different reasons, but the the Lucha Blend was my favorite. It was a dark roast but didn't punch you in the face. It was super smooth and you could get the smoky notes of chocolate with every sip. Don't get me wrong, the cold brew stuff was good too, and again, a small glass will keep you buzzing for hours. I've heard so many great things about Per'La from friends, so I was super happy I was able to support this coffee shop from across the country during COVID-19. Not only was the ordering process super easy via their website, they offer free shipping, and even included a super cute hand-written note showing appreciation too. Huge plus. I ordered on a Thursday and I was drinking their delicious blends by the start of the work-week. I don't know if they're always this fast, but... it was fast. Until I can come in and support them in-person during a future trip to Miami, I know I'll be ordering more of their beans to hold me over until that happens!

I ordered a mocha latte today, and it was absolutely wonderful. Quality if coffee is quite sublime, but so is the preparation process for this mocha (usually it's a syrup and you get an unequal distribution, with the syrup melting all the way at the bottom). The temperature of my coffee was also perfect, and stayed hot for a very long time. Can't believe it took me this long to find our / try this place out!

Great coffee is made by finding the best beans, and the best roaster. These guys do that. They really know their coffee. I went by their South Miami location and got to see their roasting machine and learn about their coffee selection. Also got to try an espresso and it was excellent. I bought an Ethiopian roast and 2 bags of cold brew roast. I had the Ethiopian, and it was very good but I'm really into Cold Brew. Theirs is perfect for cold brewing. I always like Panther, but I think Per'La is better. Also got to have an espresso at their booth at the Coral Gables Farmers market and it was very good.

Per'La Specialty Roasters is a great place. Gets a little too crowded, but has great ambiance and service. Every thing was flavorful. Team is super polite and will help you with anything. Per'La Specialty Roasters - Definitely a new spot of mine.

Came here for a coffee tasting. Owners were very informative and patient. Various options for all kinds of coffee lovers. Great selection of roasts, milks, and pasties. Definitely recommend the latte with oat milk

It is truly an amazing experience to attend a cupping at Per'La. The coffee is smooth and delicious, they offer many different blends and the espresso is my personal favorite. White glove service and specialty coffee like no other!

These wonderful guys are awesome! Two friends from UM, they share a love for great coffee and roasting. I look forward to working with them as I open my own coffee shop. They were super kind and informative and took pride in their work. I highly recommend them for all coffee needs!

A great introduction to specialty coffee! I tried it Grind Coffee Project in Miami. Brian explained how the coffee is sourced and roasted here. I enjoyed the entire experience and look forward to many more great coffees

The Kenya and Ethiopia are fantastic. I have had a French press of these Africans every morning since I took my first sip. Their cold brew and espresso at the Coral Gables Farmer's Market are amazing too. Can't wait to go back this weekend!

There blends are phenomenal and their coffee truly is amazing! Plus, the owners are so helpful, they even offered us training and a behind the scenes look. Thank you Per'La!
