Just absolutely loooooove living at Perla! 😍 My patio view is gorgeous, the sunrise 🌅 is the best part. The property is so wonderful to walk around with my pup 🐶, the staff (Shelli, Rhi, Kyra, Destiny, Yvonee, Patrick) is outstanding as they take care of the community and the amenities are always kept clean! If you’re looking for a place to call home near the beach 🏖️, this is it! I highly recommended it!!☺️🏖️🌅

I moved into The Perla back in April, and I’ve honestly loved every minute of living here. From day one, the staff and management have been incredibly kind and welcoming. I was lucky enough to take advantage of a promotion that gave me two months of free rent, and since I applied the same day I toured, I also received a $500 gift card, which was a really nice bonus! The community itself is quiet and feels a bit tucked away, which I love, and comes with beautiful amenities. My unit looked practically brand new, even though someone had lived in it before. Everything was clean, modern, and move-in ready. I’m really happy I chose The Perla, it’s been a great experience so far.

I recently toured Perla in Panama City Beach and was beyond impressed! Shelli gave us the tour and was incredibly friendly, informative, and welcoming. The entire property is stunning—everything feels fresh, thoughtfully designed with modern touches I wouldn’t have expected to be offered. Each unit we saw was spotless and beautifully finished. The tall ceilings made the spaces feel so open and luxurious. And the amenities are top-notch, the coffee area was such an amazing, unexpected touch that really stood out. Perla definitely left a lasting impression on my husband and I!

The apartments are nice. It's a newer property. There are 1 and 2 bedrooms in 1 or 2 buildings and 2 and 3 bedrooms in others. There is a small dog park by the pond. There are dog poop bags and disposal sites throughout the property. But, apparently, there are many lazy owners. There was dog poop outside of just about every building (even after they'd mowed and it was cleaned- within no time -there was more) Driver's FLY thru the parking lot! It's dangerous! Whether it's delivery drivers or residents - it is crazy! The property is well maintained. Our son has had very positive experiences with maintenence. Staff are nice, friendly and professional.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Perla Apartment Homes, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the property and the exceptional service from Shelli, the property manager. From the moment I arrived, I could tell this place was special. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious, and well-designed, with a perfect mix of comfort and style. The amenities are top-notch, and I could see myself enjoying living here. Shelli was a standout during my visit. She was not only professional but also warm and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the various apartment layouts and highlighted the unique features of the community. Her thoroughness in answering my questions and providing insights about the area made me feel at ease and well-informed about my options.

Living here is fine. Maintenance things don't exactly get handled in a timely manner. BUT the clare home panel on all of our walls has been taking photos daily. And im not talking one or two, i mean TONS and at all hours of the night. Check the activity log on it. And dont be walking around indecent cause who knows where our photos are going.

Maintenance here is awful, trash is overflowing at the compactor every single day without fail, dog crap outside the door, the residents are genuinely disgusting, smells like weed outside nearly everyday, Maintenance takes weeks to get to you and when they "fix" anything they'll have to redo it inevitably within 2 weeks because it'll break the exact same way it broke the first time and it'll take weeks to get to you again. Washer breaks down will break down again. Light covers fall out of the ceiling anytime someone above you walks. Residents speed through the parking lot regularly, we're lucky theres nothing for kids to do outside because they'd get hit for sure.

This is the most beautiful amazing place. We visited our son for a view days and we were treated so gracious and kind by everyone. From management to maintenance it was truly the same. The wonderful pool area as well as the clubhouse brings much enjoyment. I didn’t try the gym area however it was clear to see it was top of the line workout equipment. Perfect for pet lovers with the convenient dog park and amazing indoor pet wash area. If I was looking for a home and community in Florida the Perla would be my choice.

Gorgeous community. Convenient to PCB restaurants, nightlife, entertainment and of course, the beach. I love that a lot of major life conveniences are within walking distance. The apartment interiors are modern. Did I mention it's a brand new community?!!!
