Perry’s was the perfect dining experience. The cocktails were incredible; my wife and I had the Spring Fling and Born a Star which were smooth, strong and flavorful. The food…wow, I had the fish market special which was cod on a bed of risotto topped with a mango salsa. It was simply orgasmic as was the crab and artichoke dip. Finally, our server Franky was such a wonderful person and a kind soul who made our evening that much better. I’d give more stars if I could, but I can’t so I’ll have to settle for another visit. Thanks again to the entire staff!

Google
Absolutely amazing dining experience all around. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Seating time to waters on the table was maybe 30 seconds. The drinks are on the more expensive side but they are 100% worth the price. The drinks were delicious and well balanced, and felt like a fully unique and custom experience. The food was also amazing. The risotto was cooked perfectly, the croquettes were crisped on the outside and soft in the middle, and the burger was great. I would say the highlight is the service and drinks. The food is fantastic but I was blown away by the quality of the service. Will absolutely come back again!

Decided on Perry's after a long day of travel. Menu and photos were appealing, so I gave it a whirl. Great experience all around. Sam was a great host, I was happy it was a quiet Thursday night. A rhubarb margarita to start, followed by the beet salad, and the scallop special for main course. No room for dessert. The plates were perfectly portioned and presented. This is a gem of a restaurant and a not to miss establishment whether you are visiting or a local in Puyallup. If I lived here I'd be a regular for sure!

Google
So fun. Got cocktails and dinner here with hubs before concert at The Fair last year **Sept 2023** Forgot to post my review. Good drinks. Nice vibe to have in Puyallup. Not many places around here to get dressed and be fancy for.

Google
The service was top-notch! Our server was amazing and knew the timing of the meal and even suggested different drinks options when items weren't available. The atmosphere was lovely for a date night. It's cozy and intimate with a classy feel inside the restaurant. The tables for 2 feel very small especially when ordering a flight with food. It would be nice to allow smaller parties to sit at bigger tables so it doesn't feel like we're squished. We had some close calls with almost knocking drinks on the floor because there wasn't room at the small table. I'm spoiled with amazing steaks, but my $44 steak was just okay. The fat was hard and the steak didn't taste that great. My boyfriend's truffle burger was amazing though. We split his meal and I took my steak to-go. They offer a variety of flights, but I'm not sure why Elijah Craig is on it? Maybe it's just preference, but EC is not great. If they did a Four Roses, Johnny Walker, Macallan or even an Argbeg scotch flight would've made it more interesting and taste better than EC. I was so incredibly happy to see Pappy on the menu!!! However, someone bought the bottle so it was unavailable. So sad!! I first tried Pappy in Atlanta and fell in love. Sadly, it's so hard to find. Please leave the bottles for restaurant patrons to enjoy! The Weller's was enjoyable. The Arancini appetizer was delicious. It was nice there's a range of prices on the menu and they have a happy-hour until 5 or 5:30pm with delicious looking drinks on the menu. They offer dessert cocktails with chocolate and espresso - a nice change from the traditional sweets. I did order the olive oil cake though. It tasted oddly like fruit cake, so it wasn't what I expected. It was still good though. Parking isn't ideal at dinner time on a Friday night, but wasn't too terrible. We found street parking down the street and around the corner. But, this area does get busy. We got there around 5:30pm. I imagine it got busier later on, so maybe we just timed it right. Cute place. I'm sure we will be back.

After moving back to my home state of Washington after living in the Bay Area for nearly a decade I was realizing how lucky I had been while living in California to be surrounded by so many good food and drink options. Puyallup is charming and I love it, but not a lot of good, clean food options. Perry's is a oasis in a desert of culinary and craft cocktail options. I found myself visiting all the time to enjoy the 'finer things.' They have a thoughtfully crafted cocktail and curated menu. 10/10 recommend.

Google
Love this place! The food was delicious. The server wonderful. Such a cozy atmosphere. We spent a little bit more than average because we had a couple of cocktails and wine with dinner.

Google
This is a fine dining experience with the best bar in Puyallup. I had the custom Gammel Dansk for a drink, one that was specially formulated to resemble an actual Gammel Dansk from Denmark. I followed it with the shrimp and asparagus risotto. This was one of the best risottos that I've ever had. The asparagus was a little crunchy, but it added crispness to the dish. The spices were perfect for my palette. For dessert I had the chocolate budino and it was both rich and delectable. It was just the right amount of richness. The atmosphere is perfect for a date and the food is great for the price. Of course it's more expensive, but the quality is much better than anywhere else. It's not like the other bars that have fried chicken, this is a fine dining experience with a cocktail bar as a highlight. You should enjoy them both.

Yelp
The Pear Martini is a MUST try ladies! I had two... The Truffle Burger with fries was amazing. Atmosphere is always a vibe , bartender was on point he knew a lot about the drinks. Will be back!!

Yelp
Everyone said Perry's when we asked where we take a friend out of town who loves cocktails. Well, they were right. A touch of sophistication in the rodeo/state fair/farm town.
google avatar

Kirsten B.

Yelp
We always have the best service with Sam! He is attentive and always whips up creative and amazing drinks! Hands down, the best bartender DT Puyallup!
google avatar

Yelp
Stumbled upon this amazing place during a random night out in puyallup. They accommodated our group of 6. We were just here for drinks and we all loved what we ordered. I have to say the espresso martini here is one of the best I've had!! The service was very nice and friendly. I can't wait to come back and try out a few of the food options they have.

Savon S.

Yelp
Food is amazing ! My date took me here :) and service was great! I recommend coming back here again .

Yelp
Had a $50 gift certificate and it was our first time there! We are hooked! Our waitress was phenomenal and her expertise in whiskey was impressive! Had my first Hemingway rye on top of house old fashioned and they were not disappointing. My bae loved her wine and out food was top notch delicious! Planning on coming back to visit soon here and would recommend this spot to all whiskey and classy date night lovers! (Oh and out dessert was bombbbb!!!)
google avatar

Gregory N.

Yelp
Amazing food and customer service. And you definitely need to try a whiskey flight. The bone in pork chop was cooked perfectly. My wife and I will definitely return to try more of the menu and spirits.

Yelp
Hot damn I love Perry's! This place is so classy and welcoming and the food and drinks match the vibe. The staff are friendly and attentive each and every time I've stoped in. They can get pretty busy during the dinner rush so consider arriving early to get a table or be prepared to sit at the bar. The bartenders are some of the best mixologists I've ever seen and their creativity is unparalleled. Choose from their delicious cocktail list or give them an idea as to what you like and let the work their magic. While I have not tried any of their entrees I can highly recommend the fried calamari, beet salad, and the califlower hummus. Those are just a few of my favorites and I already can't wait for the next time I stop in! :) Sláinte

Yelp
Love, love, love this place! We sat at the bar and service was top notch. Pork chop was amazing. Whisky selection amazing. Custom craft cocktails didn't disappoint. Best date night around. Will go back again and again.

Yelp
Perry's is the best restaurant in Puyallup IMO! Great drinks, awesome vibe, and amazing food. I really wish that there were more restaurants in the area like this. It is a little spendy, but worth it!

Linda M.

Yelp
I finally made my way downtown and was absolutely blown away by how wonderful Perry is! Date night? Perfect spot for food and drinks. I was searching for cocktail bars and Perry's was 1 of 2 in Puyallup and South Hill (according to Yelp). I ordered their signature French 75 which was light, crisp and yummy. We would have ordered more drinks but we had planned to try the other "cocktail bar" across the street. If you're looking for *actual* crafted cocktails in Puyallup, Perry's is your place. I didn't order any food but plan to next time around! Service was a little slow but our waiter (forgot his name) was great (there was only one empty table and he was 1 of 2 waiters). Big kudos to him and his coworker for keeping up their pace. Overall, he was nice, friendly and professional! 5/5 would recommend and go again.

Yelp
We will come back here again and again! Excellent, exquisite cocktails and scrumptious seasonal menu. We sampled the monthly donation cocktail (Clover Club = phenomenal), Spanish g&t (the best I've had since living in the UK), bourbon bramble, & old fashioned. We split 4 shareable plates - the burrata caprese was by far the most delicious with the freshest in existence tomatoes, basil, creamy burrata, and perfectly tangy balsamic glaze. The potato, Gruyère, & zucchini croquettes were expertly balanced with the tomato aioli. Our crab & artichoke dip was served piping hot with just-grilled crostini bread. The calamari was unique as it wasn't crispy fried which was a pleasant surprise, and the gochujang sauce was a flavor bomb. Our hostess was timely and kind, and our server was knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations/service. We cannot wait for our next visit!

Yelp
Stopped in for some drinks and dessert. Intrigued by the olive oil cake we seen on the menu prior to us arriving. Had an olive oil cake during a orchard tour in Greece. Wanted to try this. We sat at the bar. Place was busy for what seemed like a dinner rush. Staff pleasant and friendly. Great cocktails. The olive oil cake was flavorful and so moist. Definitely want to come back when we are in the area.

Yelp
Celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary here on 5-6-2023. We shared an appetizer which was the crab and artichoke dip. Delicious. My husband had the bone-in pork chop and it was cooked to perfection. I absolutely loved my shrimp and asparagus risotto. Fantastic drinks. Great staff. Inviting atmosphere. Will definitely be back again! Hats off to chef Laura!
google avatar

Carla S.

Yelp
We only had one drink each and a appetizer! The smoked hush puppies we're good, but service was seriously so slow that we left to go eat dinner Odd!

Mark H.

Yelp
Friendly team and good food. Pretty laid back--our 4th time in, been consistent and will return

Its M.

Yelp
When I have a little extra cash I like to go tryout 'Old Fashions' and have someone new to eat. The make an amazing drink and the atmosphere was clean and kind of 'ritzy.' I only gave it a 4 stars because I couldn't afford anything on the menu but the food did look amazing. Bummed out that I couldn't try something new to eat.

Yelp
This place is in Downtown Puyallup and not Edgewood. Man, it's been a while since I done a review.. yeah like probably a month ago.. anyways This place is a craft cocktail bar.. Yelp
This is a great spot with a warm, cozy vibe. The food is thoughtful and creative and delicious with a bunch of fun craft cocktails to choose from. It's a great place to pop in for a quick drink at the bar or for a leisurely date night out. The staff is friendly and personal and prompt. This is the kid of spot Puyallup needs - it's a bit of a hidden gem so keep an eye out.

Yelp
The food is superb. My husband and I started our meal with the tasty Asian-inspired calamari. The beet salad seemed bland by contrast, but the little cubes of fresh-cooked beet were nicely enhanced by the mint and goat cheese. My husband's bistro burger was excellent, thick and juicy. He also loved the crispy fries, which were lightly dusted with a barbecue seasoning. The highlight of the meal was the pappardelle with wild boar ragu. The wide, tender noodles were tossed with shredded boar meat in a savory tomato sauce. The sauce was rich without being heavy, and its complex, aromatic blend of flavors was out of this world. Seriously, I've never tasted anything like it. This was the best pasta dish I've ever had anywhere. The olive oil cake was the perfect ending to our meal, with the moist cake enhanced by tart apple compote, sweet pecan streusel, and a drizzle of crème--another masterful blend of textures and flavors. Service was prompt and friendly, and the dining area was comfortable, if a bit too noisy for my taste. With its long, narrow space, small, square tables and industrial chic, Perry's has an understated bistro vibe. The food might be pricey for Puyallup, but it's worth every cent.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
First time visiting Perry's and we were totally impressed. Great happy hour, food was delicious, risotto balls and crab/artichoke dip were amazing! Great service, great food, great atmosphere and a breath of fresh air for Puyallup. Will definitely return and def make a reservation bc it filled up quickly!
google avatar

Yelp
Brilliant!! Limited menu but now I know why. They are perfectionists. Finally an old fashioned made correctly. I will be back
google avatar

Danna S.

Yelp
Really loved this place , great vibes for date night , food is very good ( on a pricier side ) the only reason it's not 5 star is drinks r crap , they need better bartenders , super sweet old fashions and weird taste French 75, also ordered a cosmo that didn't look like a typical cosmo but tasted good which made me think the bartender threw bunch of ingredients together . I would def go back for food , Forum has best drinks .
google avatar

Samuel B.

Yelp
What an amazing space. It's very small and intimate but I think that's a lot better than the alternative. Great atmosphere, nice strong drinks, and a very conscientious waitstaff. I ordered the baby greens and a house Old Fashioned and both were par excellence. Usually I balk at $8 for a salad but this was worth it. Perfectly dressed and the shaved cheese with roasted hazelnuts was a delicious addition. The old fashioned was exactly what I wanted. No one flavor out did the others. Not too sweet, not too much alcohol, and an obviously freshly peeled orange skin. Delicious and like I said, nice and strong. I will definitely be back for dinner.

Yelp
Such a cool little place in the heart of downtown Puyallup. Amazing selection of whiskey and bourbon. Best selection we have seen in a long time, especially for a place this small. We got the charcuterie board and burrata. Let me just say things might be a little speedy for Puyallup, but man is it so worth it. Everything we ate was delectable. The board had three cheeses; parm, cheddar (I think... hubs ate it all before I had any. How rude!), and Brie. It also had a spicy olive tapenade that I swear my husband was trying to spread on his napkin just to eat more of it. I loved the whole grain mustard personally. The burrata was plated on a bed of puréed peas. I am always down for peas but my husband is absolutely against them. Even he liked the pea purée! Salty, bacon, pea deliciousness. Both dishes were served with bread which was toasted and buttered to perfection. We will absolutely be back and hopefully soon!
google avatar

Mario P.

Yelp
We were impressed that they were able to seat us so quickly. Our waiter really knew the drinks and recommended a great drink for both of us. I had the old fashioned, and the pork chop. She had the Basil Bergamot Gimlet, and the shrimp and asparagus risotto. The drinks and the food were nothing short of artisan. We will be back.
google avatar

Nicole S.

Yelp
We have been here several times and it never disappoints!! The cauliflower & hummus is one of our favorites. Our other "Go To's" are the Carlton Pork Chop, Smoked Cod Fritters and Bistro Burger. The Al Pastor Dumplings are new to the menu and we tried them on our last visit. They were okay but I wouldn't order them again. Amazing cocktails as well!! If you're into whiskey they have a lot to choose from & they serve it right here! I highly recommend Perry's if you are looking to dine in downtown Puyallup!
google avatar

Kelsea M.

Yelp
So glad we stopped in tonight! We have been meaning to try and haven't had the chance. I got the margarita and my fiancé got the "This is Not my Dog" drink and we loved both! They tasted fresh and refreshing! Hoping this place can stay open amidst the pandemic. We will definitely be back!

Jason T.

Yelp
It is the food in town and a nice date spot. The staff is super nice and friendly. The shrimp risotto is addicting.

Ginger P.

Yelp
wow. We had cocktails and four dishes Each one was both delicious and gorgeous. my cocktail had dried lime wheels and square ice cubes. I liked the art of it as much as the delicious combo of lime and whisky . We tried the double pork chops with a crispy crust , French fries and Homemade ranch, and off the charts beet salad, The chocolate caramel dessert was beautiful and decadent. I've been driving by for a year wanting to try this place out .It's a wonderful friendly experience.

Buddhadev C.

Yelp
top notch food and cocktails; you can see that a lot of pride and love goes into this place
google avatar

Abe V.

Yelp
Excellent service all night. Came on a Wednesday for a friend's birthday. Live music. Food was very solid even with a limited menu. Whiskey list is extensive for the area. Solid Ft. George and Georgetown IPAs on tap. Waiter was super friendly. Excellent Old Fashioned. A cocktail bar that does an awesome old fashioned has my vote every time. Well done Perry's.
google avatar

Katie H.

Yelp
Our new favorite spot. Love the food always! Drinks never miss. & the service has always been professional and friendly.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Delicious appetizers, small plates, and full meals. Great craft cocktails. Elevated casual atmosphere. Live music some nights. Great place for a date night or drinks after work.
google avatar

Tara S.

Yelp
What a great spot! We only had drinks at the bar, they were fantastic - the Diablo is exactly what it sounds like and the Summer Thyme cocktail was light and refreshing. Beautiful ambiance, music, and people. We will definitely be back for dinner. This spot adds a touch of elegance to downtown Puyallup!

Justin S.

Yelp
This place has a trendy but welcoming atmosphere. The cocktail menu is awesome and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the calamari, burrata, and Fritters. Our Server also sold us on the olive oil cake. We were hesitant because it sounded a little strange, but it was probably my favorite desert I've ever ordered.
google avatar

Mae W.

Yelp
We go here every date night! This is by far the best restaurant in puyallup! A real hidden gem that totally hits it on the mark every single time. We have eaten at this restaurant more than a handful of times and the service, owners and food are consistently spectacular. We love the bartender, she makes great drinks and is always helping out bussing tables, getting refills and handing out food! Everyone try this place!!!!
google avatar

Jay R.

Yelp
Absolutely delightful! There were three of us in our party and we were all very pleased with our experience at Perry's. We each ordered a different specialty cocktail and were impressed with the details and flavors. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! (I'm vegan, so many times it's difficult finding something satisfying on a menu. I ordered the cauliflower and hummus dish. ) The atmosphere, including the design and music, was splendid. I highly recommend this little gem in Puyallup!
google avatar

Larry S.

Yelp
Perry's has tasty food and great cocktails! The menu changes. I pray that the chicken on a brick returns! Everything I have had is great!
google avatar

Lena M.

Yelp
Finally got a chance to try this place! We went in for just cocktails and they were awesome! We all had the siren's song and they were soooo good. The bartender was super nice and friendly. Hope this place can survive COVID because we definitely need this type of place in Puyallup! Need to come back to try the food as well but it looks amazing.
google avatar

Sharon R.

Yelp
This is our new favorite place for happy hour! The food is delicious, the drinks are spectacular and the atmosphere is so charming! This place is a hidden gem right in downtown Puyallup. A definite must!!!

Dylan T.

Yelp
was treated horribly by the lady bartending Wednesday night she has no respect towards people and should be fired immediately I walk in and she says I can't carry my dog but I can walk it? then asks for id and when I show her she looks at me and tells me to get out. she should be fired immediately I was completely sober and confused never in my life have I treated a customer so poorly at any job I have worked at
google avatar

Shannon T.

Yelp
Great new gem in downtown Puyallup! Right on Meridian. We had been wanted to try this for months and were lucky enough to get a table on a Friday night. Try not to miss happy hour. Appetizers are all great...we had nearly all of them. Do not pass on the calamari if you are a fan...a different twist. They are the best we have ever had! Finish off your visit with dessert....the olive oil cake. WOW. All in all an excellent dining experience!!!!
google avatar

Shelly L.

Yelp
We love this restaurant... upscale dining right in the middle of old downtown Puyallup....we comw for dinner every Friday...the wait staff are attentive, food is constantly superb. ..and we love the atmosphere! You can check ahead in wait times, and grab a table ..you must try this place!
google avatar

Kjellsea S.

Yelp
Just the place puyallup needed! Great date night spot to have a great cocktail or gather with friends for late night bites and drinks!

Ben H.

Yelp
Very nice, laid back atmosphere. Staff very friendly and attentive. My wife had two different cocktails. Loved them both. Fairly limited menu, but very unique. I had the steak. As delicious as any I have had. My wife had the seafood dish of the day, halibut. Also delightful. We also had the calamari appetizer. A wonderful evening. Highly recommend.

Cara B.

Yelp
Great service, Perfect for a local evening out. Excellent cocktails that complement the menu.
google avatar

Brittney K.

Yelp
I've now had dinner here twice..... AMAZING. I would like to recommend the pork belly tacos and the Ribeye. Perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked.....what a hidden gem in puyallup.

Chad P.

Yelp
Small limited menu, yet with great flavors and great service. The cod fritters are a great appetizer. Chill place to relax and sip on good drink.
