Outstanding food, wine and service.
We had the mixed antipasto starter. Everything was a delight, but the grilled anchovies was really something extra. Followed by spaghettoni with a juicy and tender lobster, and grilled octopus with a delicate and beautiful carrot and ginger puré. The potatoes in the last dish was a bit on the salty side, but it balanced out when we ate the very nice Sicilian dessert with 3 different dishes in one.
The room/surroundings on the upper floor (where the hotel also serves breakfast and light dinners) was not as cosy as the rooms on the bottom floor. Too bad we couldn't sit there. Hopefully next time!
