Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival at the hotel. I especially want to thank the receptionist, Maria. She answered all my questions with complete sincerity. There are stairs at the entrance, but the staff member there helped us carry our luggage. We are staying in a premium room, and the room is a good size. The room smells wonderful and is clean. The breakfast is also very good. We chose this hotel for its location; we can really explore everything on foot. What I liked most was how friendly everyone was. I would also like to thank Paula from guest relations. There is paid parking available near the hotel; those staying for a short time can get a discount coupon from the hotel, and those staying for a longer time can park more cheaply with a short-term subscription.

super amazing service and delicious drinks. Our server was Jose Manuel and he was amazing. Brought us our drinks immediately, turned on the heat and even took the time to find my lost gloves despite the fact that there were a good amount of people there to serve. overall great experience.

I had a lovely stay at the Pestana CR7 Gran Vía. I truly enjoyed the hotel facilities. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Although the bathroom is small, the shower is excellent.||The room offers great amenities, including a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers, which made the stay even more pleasant. The staff is well trained, extremely friendly, and always helpful.||Breakfast was good. The restaurant was under renovation during my stay, but that did not affect the overall experience. The location is absolutely wonderful — close to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, and major tourist attractions.||An adorable and very enjoyable stay!

Firstly I want to give a shoutout to Denis for the exceptional service. From accommodating my late checkout, to just being thorough and amazing! Definitely made my stay the best! In terms of the hotel holistically - great location, very central to where all the shopping is as well as landmarks. I ordered room service from the restaurant above and it was delicious. The area where I would say I’m less enthused by is the room - they are very clean but also very small. As a solo traveler, it was fine for me but with a large suitcase it was pretty tight. I think if you’re traveling with someone else/family, you would either need to upgrade to the larger rooms or book multiple. Amenities were nice but subpar for other hotels I’ve stayed at for this price. All in all, good stay. I’m definitely going to stay at the NYC location when I’m on a trip!

Great staff, very helpful and kind. I got an upgrade compliments of the hotel. The breakfast was nice and fresh. Plenty of options. Madelyne was a nice host throughout and helpful. The front reception team are amazing too.

The hotel was absolutely phenomenal. Amazing view and location! Staff were so helpful especially Sergio. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely rebook again when i come back to Madrid.

Central location on Gran Vía — this is the hotel’s main advantage. Room quality is very average, closer to a 3-star than a 4-star. Facilities are disappointing: the pool is extremely small, the gym is tiny with very limited equipment, although the terrace is nice. I stayed for a business trip, and this hotel is not suitable for business travel. The most serious issue was at check-out: approximately USD 300 in additional charges were applied without being clearly explained or reviewed with me during check-out. These charges were not mentioned at the time and were only noticed afterward. This lack of transparency feels dishonest and left a very negative impression. Overall, poor value for money. If you are a CR7 fan, it’s better to visit the bar for a beer, see the memorabilia, and enjoy the terrace. For staying overnight, even for one night, there are much better hotels in the same area at a similar price.
