For some reason, I had the idea this was more restaurant like, but it was more diner or college eatery vibe. It was clean and bright, which was a plus. You have to order at the counter before being seated and grab all your own utensils and napkins. This part wasn't clear or explained up front, so this contributed to a lower rating for the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and they checked on how our food was a couple of times so service was good. My food was outstanding! I had the limoncello shrimp and the Cherry Blossom Combo, which included duck soup with vermicelli, firecracker salmon roll, honey grapefruit tea and pickled daikon. Everything was amazing, but now that I am thinking about it, I'm not sure I got my picked daikon! Portions were very, very generous. My one friend got shrimp and broccoli, another got beef and another I think cheken and beef lo mein. Will definitely return, but likely for takeout.

Google
The atmosphere lacks something special, but the food does not. The Peking Duck and Dim Sum are exceptional- authentic flavors. It's some of the best Dim Sum I’ve had on the East Coast.

This restaurant deserves 5 stars. Great food, inside quality up to par, server christopher was amazing. Food was delicious, hot, and ready in minutes. Keep up the good work i will definitely come back.

Google
I recently visited this cute, new dim sum restaurant and was really impressed by the delicious food! The ambiance was delightful and charming. However, it’s a new restaurant, and I noticed that they could benefit from a bit more organization to enhance the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, I had a great time with friends and would definitely recommend trying it out!

Google
Had a very enjoyable experience here!! Came with friends and it was lovely. The spicy beef noodle soup, crab and pork soup dumplings, cumin lamb skewers and passionfruit green tea were all tasty if not a bit too oily and salty, but for me nothing a bit of vinegar sauce could take care of. All a bit on the pricy side (all came to ~$40😅) still worth it to me though! And the atmosphere is absolutely a highlight, it was a beautiful safe haven from the rain. Parking is definitely something to figure out though, we managed to find some free street parking that was just up the street after 5 pm. I can't wait to come back here!

Google
Food, excellent. I came with colleagues after one of them brought this place to my attention and suggested that we could order the peking duck as a group. It was good. The duck itself, the meat and the skin, in absence of flavoring or sauce or scallions were good enough. The cabbage and chicken tastes well, though I'd love to have more cabbages. The place is partly self-served. There were some confusion as to whether we should place dine in order at the kiosk or directly at the counter but the staff kindly explained. A bit pricey.

Google
Excellent food and service. Pricey for lunch in my opinion but worth every penny because portions are huge. Very well executed dishes: soup dumplings, spicy wontons and the green beans. I still want to a try a noodle soup that I saw on another table! I need to find out the name.

Google
Great spot to sample original Asian dishes. Large portions, great prices and a friendly atmosphere makes for a great experience. You won’t be disappointed. We tried the Szechuan Popcorn Chicken - Divine. Honey BBQ Pork Bao Buns - mouthwatering. Dry Fried Beef Chowfen- there’s nothing dry about this dish. Rice - moist and plentiful. Washed it all down with their Passion Fruit green tea and their Peach Oolong fruit tea. We will be adding this spot along Ekiben as our go to destination for delicious Asian food in Baltimore. #baltimoreeats

Yelp
Came here on a Friday night thinking we'd be waiting forever but we were seated immediately and served SO quickly! The waiter helped us navigate the menu and helped us choose drinks and food to our taste. The cold noodles were perfect- great spice and flavor! The tofu and mushroom dish was excellent. The popcorn chicken was decent as well. I enjoyed the fried rice as well. The veggie dumplings were so fresh and pan fried well. The fried egg bao was SOOOOOOOO delish, melted in my mouth! Had a great time and cannot wait to try more items! The outdoor space is really cute as well and they have an event space upstairs!

Yelp
Best kept secret on a Sunday! I went to visit Mr. Chang's after the Bmore Flea and it was the perfect recipe for a good recap of the day. The food ordered Al went really great together, especially the dumplings! The Shrimp & Chive Dumplings should be ordered pan fried (), the Singapore Noodles just melted in your mouth with flavor and spice, and ALWAYS ask for more chili oil @ the bottom of those tasty shrimp dumplings! Service was swift and simply easeful. I think I've finally found my Sunday treat spot!

Yelp
Peter Chang did the thang !!! I stopped in around 1pm and the place was pretty full. Got seated and got to it. I ordered the Szechuan Spicy Boiled Branzion & that baby was def spicy. It was huge (pause). Enough for 2-3 people to share. Came out hot sizzling hot, & remains hot due to the heated pan it comes out on. Very salty tho & I couldn't do with the Korean noodles inside. 6/10 The limoncello crispy jumbo shrimp were absolutely amazing. A unique taste that will have you coming back for sure !! Perfect !! 10/10 The General Tso' shrimp ..... booooomb !! Cooked perfectly..& the sauce was incredible. The only this is, the dish is so small. You'd definitely have to order 2 of them. Shout out to them. Caught me by surprise. The only thing I don't like about this place, & any place that's "restaurant'ish" is forcing me to pay for my food immediately as if I was at Chipotle . If I wanted to order more food or drinks, I don't wanna keep swiping my card multiple times, just leave my tab open. First time there tho. Didn't know things operated that way. Also, the cups were dirty! I'm def coming back for more. No question. I spent about $125.00. Hope you guys enjoy it. #TeamDiesel

Yelp
While staying the evening in Baltimore I came here because I was in the mood for some authentic Szechuan food and I'm very familiar with Chef Peter Changs and his restaurants. The concept at this location is fast casual - You walk in, place your order at the counter, they give you a number and you sit down and they'll bring your food to the table. The young girl taking orders was very friendly, helpful, and nice to talk to. Their menu is slightly different than Mama Changs or the Peter Changs full-service menu I'm used to. But I found some items that really appealed to me, including one of my favs, which is their Bamboo Fish. I also tried their sizzling mixed pepper chicken. Both dishes were tasty and perfectly prepared! Nice spice to both as well. The venue is small, but has plenty of tables... on the weeknight I went, they were pretty busy the entire time and most tables occupied. But that girl working the counter did a great job clearing tables and talking to customers in between taking orders. Highly recommend stopping in, especially if you like authentic Chinese eats!

Yelp
Hidden gem!! The service was okay.. It was our first time there. We're not used to having lot to get our own silverware etc. It's very clean the food was DELICIOUS!!! YUMMY SO FRESH..

Yelp
The restaurant was just as I expected! I've been to Chef Chang's upscale restaurant, Nihao, so I had higher expectations, and it did not fail. The dishes were delicious. The Dan Dan noodles were okay, I'm just not the audience for it. The decorum was so nice, I loved the design and comfortable presentation. I won't really speak on the service because it was more of a "order at a screen and wait at a table" kind of experience. Overall everything was good and will definitely return.

Yelp
This was my 2nd time at Peter Chang! I brought my friend with me for her first time and we had gotten Pork Soup Dumplings and she got the Crab and Pork Soup Dumplings. She had also got the Spicy Dan Dan noodles, she liked them but said it could do without the peanuts. I had also gotten a Pork Belly burger and really liked it but would say wish the Bun was different, the bread was a little tough but maybe going for a brioche style or Bao Bun styled bun would be best. I got a Early Grey boba tea as well and it was very good! My friend got the passionfruit tea which she really loved. Our waitress was nice and we got our stuff out at a decent time! The setting was nice as well, I would definitely be back again!

Yelp
A bit of a let down. Ordered a bunch of food for a work lunch so I got to try a decent amount of the menu. I had high hopes for this spot as I heard the food was delicious. The fact that you have to pay for rice is ridiculous. Should just be included with the dish and price. So make sure you add rice to your meal before checking out. The portions aren't super generous and I found the food to be greasy. Meat quality is good and they have a good amount of vegetarian/vegan options. The pricing is a bit high for portions and quality. None of the dishes really stood out to me, was just fine in my opinion.

Yelp
Wow, what a fish out of water in the neighborhood just north of Johns Hopkins hospital. I looked for a place to eat close to the Residence Inn and this was about 2 blocks from the main entrance. It's counter service, but don't let that stop you from having some amazing Chinese food. There were 2 of us around 7:30 pm and they were still busy. We ordered Pork Soup Dumplings (Amazing), Chili Oil Shrimp/Pork dumplings (good but the chili oil was brown), Crystal Shrimp dumplings (big pieces of shrimp inside them) and the combination fried rice. It was some of the best Chinese I've had in a while. It's pretty spacious inside, the water is self service as are the plates and condiments. The food comes out pretty quick too as it was ready, kinda like tapas style! I'd go here again if I was in the area and try some of the other dishes I've seen in some of the other pics. I didn't snap any pics, but it was all good stuff!

Yelp
I've been to NiHao and loved it. This is my first time and if I knew this was close, I would have been going here rather than other places. Because it was my first time here, I needed to try a few things. I got the Steamed Pork Dumplings, Pork Soup Dumplings, Combo Fried Rice, Scallion and Egg Fried Rice, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, Grandma Braised Pork Belly, and the Stir Fried Beef Tenderloin. ( I was sharing it with the hubs.). The major standouts for me were the Scallion and Egg Fried Rice and the Stir Fried Beef Tenderloin. I could eat those two things for a week without an issue...for every meal. I usually get the same things at every Chinese restaurant to see how they compare. Many of good things in one...and not the other. I enjoyed everything. I will have to go there for Dim Sum and will go back to try many of the other things on the menu. BTW this was all takeout, so I'm sure they will all taste that much better at a sitdown dinner/brunch. Now, I haven't been able to find any place with a Sub Gum which I had back home in IL. Will have to keep looking for that one...or just go back home. Thank you Mr. Chang for some great food!

M R.

Yelp
Ordered 3 dishes delivered. Szechuan popcorn chicken, chicken w/ mushrooms and combo lo mein. VERY strange...but all three dishes seemed to completely lack seasoning and significant taste. At first I wondered whether I had had a stroke and my sensation of taste had suddenly disappeared. But no, I checked...and realized that I wasn't the problem. Maybe their chef had a stroke? HA. Literally tasteless food. No second chances...

Yelp
My second time and it was better than I remembered it. After my first visit I dreamed about the sour cabbage soup (even with the exorbitant amount of Szechuan peppercorn). This time around (I have to order this every time I go) it was so well balanced and with less peppercorn it was more sour and delicious. It's fast casual concept with cafe vibes but the meal is incredible. It's a big space - and I was happy to see it busy on a weekday. For dessert we got the black sesame egg yolk bao and it's literally the best thing I've eaten. Almost like a soft cake with a goldish glow. The inside (I thought it would be a whole egg yolk like you see in moon cakes was a melty custard yolky vanilla-y goodness). Five star for this bao alone. I will be craving and dreaming about it for a while.

Yelp
I've been waiting for this place to open. It's a block away from work, and we're lacking some good lunchtime places in the area. So when we saw they were opening soon, my coworkers and I were super hyped. They did push back their opening date a couple of times, but when I saw they were finally open, I went by myself to check it out since none of my coworkers ended up being in and have already been back once with them. I was greeted by the owner or manager who told me it was self-service. You order at the cashier, they give you a number, and you find a table. They bring out the food to you. You also get your own utensils, water, etc. I was surprised about the self-service at first, but I actually really like it. Especially for people who come in during their lunch break to get some food, it makes things quicker. The food came out fairly quickly. They're all super nice, too. I've tried the singapore noodles, the dry fried beef chow fun, the har gow, siu mai, the black sesame egg yolk custard buns, the mushroom pork belly rice bowl, and the triple mushroom chicken tender. They've all been pretty good. The noodles have some decent wok hei flavor to them. The mushroom porkbelly rice bowl was really good, I brought that back for my husband, and he enjoyed it. I do wish there were more mushrooms in it. The triple mushroom chicken dish had a TON of mushrooms and was our favorite. I will say they're pretty expensive for a Chinese restaurant. Most dim sum restaurants don't charge $9 bucks for har gow or siu mai. I normally see it around $5 -$6. The siu mai only comes with 3 pieces too. The entrees don't come with rice, which is an extra dollar. Noodle dishes are a little smaller in portion from your normal Chinese restaurant. The food is good though, and it's honestly better than their main restaurant, Ni Hao. It's nice to have a good Chinese food option in Baltimore, finally! Already planning on coming back here next week with my coworkers!

Yelp
Great food, no waiting, goes the extra mile. Fresh ingredients and takes the time to do it right. Good service. Will be back.

Yelp
Given this eatery is under the same umbrella as NiHao, I thought the establishment would be...idk, classier? Don't get me wrong - it's cute and sunny and has nice chairs and tables and such...but it's an order at a counter situation, with no alcohol (this displeased me quite a bit). I'd read previous Yelp reviews that said the dim sum was overpriced, etc. I didn't order any of it, and yes, it was due to the prices. Seems like it would take a fortune to get full if ordering 4 items comes out to over $40 (and are small portions I'm sure). That said, I went with an order of Singapore Noodles for $18 and a matcha tea for $6. The very nice cashier helped me figure out my tea sweetness ratio so kudos for customer service. My noodles looked really good when the arrived at the table. I dug in and they were indeed good, but so are the Singapore noodles from my Chinese delivery place where I get a lot more and the $18 price tag INCLUDES a delivery fee. The matcha tea was tasty, but not sure it was $6 tasty. Part of my issue here is the low-budget concept and space with the high price on menu items. Seems like Peter Chang needs to figure out which lane to be in.

Yelp
Food was ok. Nothing amazing.... Large portions that's for sure. Boba drinks were too sweet. Will I return? Probably not.

Pari K.

Yelp
I liked the mapo tofu but it was very salty so those with health issues should refrain from it. The dish itself was flavorful with spices and chili you could taste but a little less salt would improve it tremendously.

Dc D.

Yelp
The service is good. The food is good. I feel it's overpriced $20 lunch for one plate and Rice cost a dollar.. when you go to a Mexican restaurant they charge you for chips and salsa.

Kennedy H.

Yelp
GREAT food! Lots of options and service is good. I had the chicken & broccoli, popcorn chicken, egg rolls, and lo mein, All were good.

Yelp
Absolutely loved our Sunday lunch here! If you've been to Ni Hao, the menu is very similar but the dining experience is totally different! This is very fast and casual, but with the same amazing Michelin-star food. The menu is pretty large, and we came for dim sum, so we ordered a lot! For four people, we had the eggplant and garlic, the dry fried cauliflower, the pan fried veggie bao, the steamed veggie dumplings, and split the half Peking duck, which came with a side of rice and thin steamed rice pancakes. I was super full when we left! You order at the counter like it's fast food, then you sit down, and then the fantastic wait staff brings you your food and drinks! There are two water stations set up, and they have an extensive menu of smoothie, boba, and coffee drinks. I absolutely loved lunch here and I can't wait to come back and try some more small plates!

Yelp
Counter service is definitely different than his other places, but the food is still absolutely top notch. Highly recommended! Location is super convenient to the Johns Hopkins medical campus, which is helpful. There is some street parking around, but also a parking garage directly across Ashland St if needed. The space itself is nicely re-done, and I like the counter-service style as a change of pace from his usual sit down. Obviously that means les service required, but the order takers and food delivery folks all seemed cheerful enough. Food, as to be expected from Peter Chang, was 2-3 steps above what you'd expect from counter service Chinese. Dan Dan Noodles remain a top tier choice, spicy but not brutal, and the szechuan peppers give it a that slightly different pepper flavor than normal spicy peppers. If you're looking for a more mild entree, the curry chicken is a good choice. We mostly stuck to sampling the dim sum menu though, and had a lot of wins there as well. Pork Gyoza were excellent; tender, flavorful, and moist, but with a good crisp on the bottom from the pan frying. The Honey Pork BBQ Bao were outstanding: the bar itself was perfectly fluffy, moist, and tender, and there was just the right amount of filling for my taste. Cumin Lamb Skewers were tasty, but you definitely better like cumin! Shanghai Style Pork Sticky Rice was the thing I least knew what to expect, and really enjoyed! Served wrapped in bamboo leaf, it's super flavorful sticky rice with enough pork for flavor without being a massive portion of meat.. If you're looking for something sweet, the Tao Sesame Balls are a nice touch. Sweet but not too much, and with that mochi-style chewiness. Boba tea options were good as well: I'm always partial to Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but the Earl Grey Milk Tea was also pretty excellent. All in all, highly recommended, and if we're back in the area we'll absolutely be back to keep trying even more!

Yelp
The restaurant has a unique style. You order your food at the counter, grab your own silverware, napkins, and water. The food is served family-style and comes out fast. Our entire meal was served within 7 minutes of ordering. You can't beat that kind of service. As for the food, it's amazing. Large portions and so flavorful. My favorites are the bamboo fish, chili oil flounder (it's spicy), and steamed veggie dumplings. Peter Chang's house beer is very refreshing and crisp.
google avatar

Jennifer Y.

Yelp
Excellent food! Delicious and satisfying. I'm vegan, and the friendly guy taking our order said the vegetable Lo mein and cold noodles are vegan. They also have a vegan section of their menu! The space is clean, comfortable, and I love how sustainable they are...most utensils, cups, etc are reusable, and they have paper to go containers. My only mild complaint is the menu options aren't customizable...I couldn't add tofu to my Lo mein. Definitely recommend and will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Overall I really enjoyed. Appetizer of shrimp/chive fried dumplings were "ok" but not needed again for my palette. Spring rolls were very good. Crispy outside and steamy sweet inside. Will order again. Kung Pao Chicken was tasty BUT sauce was more on the "tangy" sweet side. Not that wonderful balance of chilis, garlic, ginger, soy sauce with the rendered chicken thighs, that great umami balance I love. But I enjoyed it (after a little adjustment to taste....smile) The house lager in a can was DEELISH. Made by MobTown I believe. A very nice rice based lager. Perfect for spicy food. Overall I enjoyed and will return (with a couple of preparation requests)... LOL Kudos!!!!

Yelp
Delicious & expansive food selection; vegan options available. Service was quick & friendly. Plenty of seating for groups & families. Atmosphere fits every occasion - dates, friend meet up, informal business meetings, etc. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Had Peter Chang for once for lunch and once for dinner. Overall, the menu has a lot of similar items to their other restaurant, Ni Hao in Canton, but this is a fast casual / order at the counter spot. You get a number and find your table. There is a self service water and utensil station. Peter Chang also offers bubble tea! The quality of the food is really good, but I do think the price is higher than expected, especially for the dim sum. The spicy beef noodle soup was REALLY SPICY, but had great flavors. Some of my favorites were the sweet black custard buns and chili oil wontons. I ordered the dry fried cauliflower per recommendation of the staff, but was not a fan of this. There was a lot of batter and there were pieces of it that were still mushy/not cooked all the way.

Yelp
Our volleyball team rented out the entire restaurant for our huge party. It was a great experience to be served with such nice people and great food. I was shocked at how much food came out for our set menu. The restaurant was clean, easy access to the restrooms, and the service was quick (when we had a question or needed something). I have food allergies so the servers were very clear on what had or didn't have certain items in it. I got too busy to take pictures of the rest of the food but I promise, the food only got better. Not pictured: popcorn chicken, XLB, green beans, etc. My personal favorite was the popcorn chicken, it had a little spice to it. I will say that the green beans were a tad salty. One last thing was the order of the food was random but I am sure that is because of the large group of people we came with. If i ever visit Baltimore again, I will stop by here!

Linda H.

Yelp
Soup dumplings were good but very overpriced - 4 for 12 dollars. Spicy beef noodle soup was filled with oily spice that makes the entire thing inedible.
google avatar

Jed W.

Yelp
Ordered delivery. One of our orders didn't arrive. This is one of the real deal breakers for a restaurant. If you're going to offer take out you have to be careful and get it right. But that alone wouldn't have earned a one star. It was the fact that I called and called and couldn't get a hold of anyone. The recording said to text so I sent a text and never heard back. There should be a heavy fine for a restaurant that charges you for food delivery, doesn't deliver the food and then can't be reached to make it right. But since I can't issue a fine I'll just recommend against ordering take out from Peter Changs.
google avatar

Vera M.

Yelp
Love the food there, but the portion was a little small. A bit pricey, but the quality of the food was great and the presentation was beautiful. Parking was a bit challenging since it is street parking.

Yelp
I finally got a chance to check out Peter Chang's newest restaurant in Baltimore. Situated near John Hopkins hospital, I was worried about parking, but found the street and garage parking in the area to be ample. Upon entering the restaurant, my friends and I were greeted. I ordered the honey bbq ribs and crab and pork soup dumplings, my friend ordered a noodle dish, and one of my other friends ordered boba. One of my friends can only eat gluten-free items, and although they don't have a specific gluten-free menu, the man who was working at the counter was extrémele let helpful and well-versed in the menu, making recommendations that were gluten-free. The restaurant was crowded, but we were still able to find seats, and our food was delivered to our table very quickly. I thought the rib were to die for and my friends liked their meals as well. The restaurant is simple but has some cute decorations, and the food is good. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area!

Yelp
Finally got to try Peter Chang's newest restaurant in Baltimore and it did not disappoint! When you walk in, it has the feel of a fast food joint. There are cute whimsical little paintings and signs hanging on the walls. You order at the counter and grab your own plates and utensils, and even get a number for your table. But the food, although it comes out very fast, is nothing short of excellent. The menu is similar to Ni Hao but with a focus on bubble tea instead of booze. I've never seen a fast food dim sum place before, but not only does this work, it works well! We tried the honey pork BAO, soup dumplings, bok choy, cold noodles, dan Dan noodles, black egg buns, and sticky rice and everything was delicious! The bok choy and the black egg buns in particular stood out to me. It is super close to Hopkins and with how fast their service is, I will definitely be coming back on my lunch break!

Yelp
We've been visiting this location of Peter Chang since the week they opened, and it's consistently great. The pan fried chive shrimp dumplings are my favorite, I think - but still working our way through the menu (with a try one new thing each time rule). Good soup dumplings, wonderfully fluffy bao, and truly spicy Szechuan offerings. Bring a handful of people and split lots of dishes - the service is quick, the decorations are cute.

Yelp
Always excited when more Chinese restaurants pop up in Baltimore city. I believe Peter Chang also owns NiHao, so there are a lot of overlapping menu items. I've never dined inside of NiHao, but I've gotten takeout many times and the interior is modern, similar to Peter Chang Baltimore. Typically speaking, Chinese restaurants don't put much effort in their decor and ambiance, but I can appreciate that it matters to PC. They don't have waiters working here, so you order with the cashier, and they have people bring out the food for you. They also clean up after you (so make sure to tip!). We've been here a couple of times now, trying a myriad of things. One of my favorite items is the vegan Szechuan Cold Noodles. It has the perfect amount of spice and the cold temperature is perfect on a hot summer's day. The sliced carrot, cucumber and scallions gives the dish a nice refreshing color. I'm also a huge fan of lo mein in general, so their take on it was very enjoyable. Big pieces of chicken, beef and shrimp. The spicy beef noodle soup was too spicy for me. It numbed my taste buds and I was just sweating and couldn't really enjoy the dish. For those of you who love spicy foods, I think you'll enjoy this dish. My family is from Taiwan, so whenever I'm there and eat it, it's never really spicy, but more flavorful. To finish off your meal, try the Sweet Black Sesame Egg Yolk Bao. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good food, friendly staff, open/clean space. It's near Hopkins so the location isn't the greatest, but it's near other surrounding businesses.

Yelp
Being a new restaurant near the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus I was eager to try them. It was a bit disappointing that the self-service style required a counter-top order from a cashier that would barely look up at you from her cell phone to take your order. What drinks do you have I asked, we only have tea, water and coffee? and then I found a drink menu was abruptly tossed on the counter in front of me, the cashier not feeling me to be valued enough to look at. This theme of customer disinterest persisted during my food order. However, the food itself was good and was enough to counter the complete lack of service. Hey, given that this is a no-tip formatted situation I suppose this is the package, but its a risky way to start out a new restaurant.

Andre T.

Yelp
Seems to have gone downhill. Was once destination worthy, but on the past two occurrences the food seemed to be almost flavorless and overcooked. Chili oil wontons are still perfection.

Yelp
Great food. Fast service and close to the hotel on campus. Really enjoyed the eggplant, Dandan noodles and dumplings.

Yelp
Another Peter Chang triumph! It's pretty hard to find good dim sum in Baltimore, so this is a welcome addition to our city. And the fact that it is a Peter Chang restaurant makes it incredible. But you can also get his famous Peking Duck and other dishes here. Even something simple like dry fried green beans were elevated because of the unique seasonings. The service is unparalleled. It's really convenient that you can order at the counter and then sit down to have your food delivered. You can also order at a kiosk for carryout or at a kiosk for dine-in. The atmosphere is tranquil and welcoming because the space is beautiful and clean.

Yelp
Food is ok but the price is too expensive for students. Two girls with 2 dishes and 2 drinks cost 60. Probably won't go again.

Yelp
Amazing place close to Hopkins! We stopped here for a work lunch today, Peter Chang just opened a new branch. We had a great time! We ate delicious pork soup, dumpling, eggplant with garlic, and spicy beef marble with oyster mushroom. Everything was prepared well and served beautifully.... The spice levels were perfect. The dumplings came out nice and hot and juicy, bursting with flavor. The beef cubes were cooked just right and flavorful We will be back!

Yelp
The food is does not have a good flavorful profile and it's also really expensive. However, the food came out really quickly even though they messed up my friend's order. The inside of the restaurant is inviting as well, it's a nice place to sit down and enjoy your food.

Yelp
Service was extremely fast. Tasted great, veggies were so fresh. Szechuan chicken was amazing.

Yelp
I have not had an opportunity to swing by in person yet, so this review is just for the food - and specifically the DanDan noodles. They are a dish that I love, and generally tricky to find around here. They had great flavor, a healthy amount of spice, nailed the sauce to noodle ratio, and were far less expensive than other options on the menu. I will absolutely be ordering from here again, and while I will update this review once I try other things, I know for the foreseeable future I'll be back to scarfing down the DanDan noodles exclusively.

Yelp
This place has the best vegetarian mapo tofu. Make sure you order rice or have a big pot of rice ready at home cause this is the real deal!

Yelp
Great service and beautiful layout. Went here three straight days in a row. Tea drink was delicious and the boba was chewy (but not too chewy). Noodles were fresh. 10/10 recommend

Yelp
Solid dimsum place right by the Hopkins hospital. Came by with some friends for lunch on Sunday and left with a full, content stomach. Between the five of us we ordered seven dishes (a mix of dimsum, entrees, and veggies) and it was plenty! Each bite was flavorful without being too overwhelming. The menu is very similar to that of Nihao (owned by the same owners) in Canton but thought the dishes somehow tasted better here at Peter Chang. For example, the chili fish filet dish here had the extra tarty flavor that the one at Nihao missed out on. It is a sit down restaurant but with a casual vibe as you find your own seats and order at the counter. You also need to get your own water, utensils, serving utensils, napkins etc which I can see could be a hassle if coming with a bigger crowd but it was no big deal for us. It's also a plus that they have boba here as well. Nothing like a refreshing dessert to end the meal!

Yelp
Do not recommend a visit to this location - ruined my opinion of Peter Chang restaurants. We made reservations for a special occasion, and were seated a half hour late; the waiter basically shrugged and told us not to bother with ordering drinks - 'too much backup at the bar'. The servers brought our food - entrees first, appetizers at the end of the meal. We were told 'you get what you get when you get it' when we protested. and were basically being rushed out of the place. poor planning for a crowded evening, and abject disregard for the customer. Miserable experience. Skip this one, plenty of other places to explore.

Yelp
Clear difference in the quality of Chinese food that's served in the hood and this one. I was greeted when I walked up to the counter in less than 5 seconds with both gentlemen smiling. I showed him my phone and order number and we quickly got things straight and food was ready on arrival. When I got home and checked the food I noticed they did something a lot of restaurants don't do. They plastic wrapped the food so it wouldn't come open in the bag and have sauce all over the place. GENUIS! Truly shows they care about the food they serve and that they WANT you to enjoy their declious well worth the money food. Very FRESH and TASTY. After inspecting my dishes I came to the conclusion that there... read beginning.

Yelp
Very clean interior with easy to order kiosk or counter ordering options. A little pricey for dim sum, given the amount you get.
