A magical flight straight into the heart of childhood wonder. Soaring over London and Neverland in a flying ship feels like casting a spell of pure joy. The ride is short and the wait long, but the charm and detail make it worth every minute. A timeless classic — truly one of the crown jewels of the Magic Kingdom.

Queen Bee

Google
This is one of the most popular rides in the magic kingdom (especially for kids) because it’s a glow in the dark ride around London and through neverland! Of course it’s very fun and magical and much better than the one in California and France. But I agree with people below and the ride is never managed well and has a long wait time. If you go to this ride, I’d recommend night when all the kids are gone… or buying the fast pass

Gezhi W

Google
One of the popular rides in Magic Kingdom. Waited 45 min for this ride, but this ride finished in 2min. It was slightly disappointing and I would not recommend to go for this ride if the wait is more than 15min. The waiting area is rather interactive and more interesting than the ride itself.

Carlos Cantarey

Google
I'd like to think it was once a good ride. Now it feels a bit dated and not worth the wait.

Alex Quin

Google
Worst ride at the park - 1 hour queue for a 60 second 'flight' over a poor model of London. Takes you through the Peter Pan story but in a really dull way. Similar to the ET ride at Universal but much more boring. Wouldn't have been too bothered if the queue was 5 minutes but an hour for that garbage? - waste of time

Warman Hall

Google
A beautiful update to a timeless story! I loved how this low thrill, easy going ride was beautifully done. I felt like I was taking flight to Wonderland!

Daddy89FlyHigh

Google
Really nice ride but too long to wait for just this short ride.

Frank B

Google
My first and only time we went on this ride we waited an hour and half but then we’ve skipped it so many times on past trips because of that reason so we finally caved and waited! That was too long. The ride seemed short. I mean the flying part reminded me of the ET ride at Universal. This ride has lots of vibrant colors but it kinda boring to me. The atmosphere was pretty cool though. Enjoy!

Yelp
What's not to love?! Well, besides the fact that this ride always has a wild wait. This ride was one of my son's favorites at Magic Kingdom and I only wish we could have gone on it twice. He loved that we were "flying" and was enthralled with how that worked. So much to look at and explore while you are on this ride. A lovely and nostalgic ride!
google avatar

Christina H.

Yelp
If you're okay with slow, grueling rides targeted towards children, Peter Pan's flight (and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh) will fit the bill. The ride takes you through multiple familiar scenes from the Peter Pan movie starting from a detailed nursery to the Lost Boys camp and Mermaid Lagoon to Captain Hook's pirate ship and back to London. In my opinion, skip this if the wait time is too long.
google avatar

Emil C.

Yelp
Peter Pan is a timeless classic! Although the standby line will most definitely be disproportionally longer than the length of the actual ride, there are plenty of things to look at during the wait. You can even interact with the shadows. Also be on the lookout for Tinker Bell around the bedroom. The ride isn't very thrilling, but it is still a must ride when you visit the Magic Kingdom!
google avatar

Karen V.

Yelp
When you see the line, you're probably asking yourself one big question. Why is this ride so popular? Well, it actually isn't. It's just operated less efficiently than other rides. It's slower, and the seating capacity per pirate galleon is very limited. They can't speed it up because it would make the ride way too shorter than it already is. But hey, it has been updated since the last time I was there. Waiting in line doesn't seem as bad now that there's an indoor queue. It's cool to see the Darling's home as you're walking through the hallways looking at family portraits. The wait for us was 35 minutes, since we took advantage of early entry to the park. The ride opens at 8:30 am. Just about everyone that was waiting for the rope drop on the bridge near Cinderella Castle seemed to be headed that way. It was a 45-60 minute wait after we finished the ride. If you feel that this is too long, then I recommend getting a Genie+ Lightning Lane. Many people actually do that. It's worth it. The ride is nostalgic, and fun! You're flying over Big Ben, and you're in Neverland before you know it. This ride never gets old in my eyes. I feel the same way I did when I was kid riding it for the first time. I'll never pass this one up.

Yelp
Peter Pan's Flight is one of my favorite rides at Magic Kingdom, Disney World. You'll find this ride in Fantasyland, directly across from It's A Small World attraction. The wait time for this ride is typically 45 minutes, however, the walk through queue is totally worth it. If you've ever been to the Disneyland version of Peter Pan's Flight, you'll be in awe at how beautiful and stunning the queue line is for Peter Pan's Flight at Magic Kingdom. This ride is a slow, dark ride. The ride takes you through the Peter Pan story. You'll soar above the rooftops of London and see some of the favorite characters from the movie such as Peter Pan, Wendy, Tinker Bell, and Captain Hook. The attention to detail on this ride is stunning. The miniature sets, intricate animatronics are amazing. You'll also notice that Ariel is featured in the attraction as one of the mermaids. Towards the end of the ride, you'll see that Wendy is rescued! This ride is relatively quick, perhaps less than 5 minutes. This is a great ride though!
google avatar

Brian F.

Yelp
We saw a long line for this ride so we thought it was something really fun. We eventually came back to try it out and found that it was a slow ride similar to the Little Mermaid ride not too far away. There wasn't much excitement or any action at all. This could be fun if you're a Peter Pan fan but I don't think it's worth it if you're waiting a long time.
google avatar

Brett J.

Yelp
Need to get off your feet for a min or two after walking your shoes to bits in the park? Looking for a ride that will allow you to catch your breath? Have little ones that are not big enough to ride THE rides? Well here is Peter Pan. Another classic but with a calm experience. Soar over and through the attractions at a leisurely pace that is relaxing and calming. Enjoy the views with none of the heart stopping thrills but all of the nostalgia. However if you have thrill seekers in your group... as we did... be prepared to hear some grumbling. This ride is for the feint of heart and will not be what those thrill seekers are looking for.
google avatar

Amanda L.

Yelp
Love this ride! Your vehicle is a pirate ship and you fly over a ton of different Peter Pan scenes so it feels like a proper journey through the entire movie. This ride is just SO short though, honestly TOO short! We got a lightning lane for this ride and so it ended up being a walk on. From the moment we got on the ride to the moment we got off of it...I'm not even sure if it was a full 2 minutes?! It is truly so fast and often times has looooong wait times for it (like normally 45 minutes), so it doesn't feel too worth it. I would say if you've watched Peter Pan, you've ridden this ride. It's fun, but it's just a repeat of the movie with a little more of an immersive experience. So unless the wait time is like 5-10 minutes or you have lightning lane, this ride IS skippable.
google avatar

Kate J.

Yelp
This is my favorite ride at Magic Kingdom. It may be the nostalgia, but it's a magical experience! The ride itself is very chill and enjoyable. We did Genie+ when we went recently and only waited about 10 minutes with the Lightning Lane, which I would recommend, because waits were pretty long whenever we walked by.
google avatar

Jacky C.

Yelp
I rode this ride twice. This was the second ride I rode after Seven Dwarves Mine Train at rope drop. The wait was about 30 minutes, which is short given wait times does go over 60 minutes. It's a unique ride where you're hanging from the ceiling. It's a flying pirate ship from Peter Pan, what did you expect? Essentially go through the entire Peter Pan story in a 10 minute ride. Reason I point out that I rode this twice, when I rode it again after the fireworks, I noticed that this ride was sped up and we flew through the entire place. Maybe because the line was too long? So I recommend riding it during the day or before the lines get ridiculous. Or buy Genie+.
google avatar

Courtenay O.

Yelp
It's worth the wait, and every time we've been, we've had to wait. Before the ride had an extended wait area (the outside and inside of Wendy's home), the ride itself was the main draw. It transports you back to childhood and Neverland, where one does NOT grow up. Now, waiting in line inside the interior of the house, and watching Tinkerbell flit about in the bedroom, is also entertaining. The wait is more bearable. During CoVid, the line looks longer than it is - social distancing. Every other flying ship is used (unless you are in the same party) to keep social distancing in force. So don't be dismayed by the line and think it's not worth it. It moves quickly! And it's safe. But if you are afraid of heights walk on by.
google avatar

Janelle F.

Yelp
I loved this ride so much! So many cute things to see and enjoy. The line itself is horrible if you don't do the genie pass. The stand by line takes forever. The ship you sit in is good size and fits three people easy. While quick it's still long enough to cool down a bit from the heat.
google avatar

Chris B.

Yelp
Great way to start the day at Magic Kingdom before the lines get crazy. Great ride for all ages! Tons of nostalgia in this ride!
google avatar

Jeremy J.

Yelp
Peter Pan's flight is a fun little family ride that we rode last time we were at Walt Disney World. We had a fun time the line wasn't too long and my daughter really enjoyed the visuals of Peter Pan and the fun little ride
google avatar

Darrin B.

Yelp
You have to love this good old ride, so cool to soar above London and into Neverland. It is always busy so use a fast pass. The kids will love it and the ride is smooth and fun.
google avatar

Jon H.

Yelp
This is still a must-see ride for all young children (and for others who have never gone on it). The queue area (the Darlings house / bedroom) was actually one of our 3 year olds favorite attractions in the entire park. She kept talking about how she got to go inside their house and see their beds/toys. The ride itself is mostly unchanged in decades. And yet it's still enjoyable. There's something special for a small child to feel like they're flying high up in the sky, in a pirate ship. The line is always long so it's recommended to visit this ride immediately upon park opening, or using the Genie+ service (new "paid" Fastpass). We went right when the park opened, and experienced very little wait.
google avatar

Arlene M.

Yelp
Peter Pan's flight is immensely popular with children which is why it is located in Fantasyland. That being said there's always a long line to get on it. Course you can use a lightning lane to get on quicker which I did. You board a "flying pirate ship" that takes you from the children's nursery all though Londontown and then you land in Never Never land. Here you see the mermaids, yes Ariel is now among them from the Little Mermaid. Then you see the Indians-I was hoping to see Pocohantas but she wasn't there. Onward to the story where you meet Captain Hook, Mr. Snee and of course the crocodile! You ride through scenes where Wendy is walking the plank, Peter Pan is fighting Captain Hook, and the crocodile is lurking down below. The story has a happy ending. Wendy is rescued. Peter has saved the day and Captain Hook is holding the crocodiles jaws open with his legs. A cute little attraction. takes about 5 minutes or so to ride through it. Peter Pan's flight is one of Disney's original attractions that opened with the Magic Kingdom.
google avatar

Christina Y.

Yelp
I feel like this ride could use some updates. It reminds me of the E.T. ride at Universal. It's not terrible and I know it is meant mostly for the young ones, but the standard wait time is a bit ridiculous so I am glad my group had genie+. We would have been pretty disappointed if we waited even 30 minutes lol.
google avatar

Austin G.

Yelp
Compared to the other rides, this one wasn't as thrilling and even our five-year-old thought it was just okay. It lasts only a few minutes and takes you through the dark and a very quick version of Peter Pan's storyline.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
This is a cute ride. Again, slow and very child friendly but even I liked it. You ride in little "ship" carts like you're flying through the sky. It tells the story of Peter Pan, which was a Disney movie I always loved.
google avatar

Jamie M.

Yelp
Yet another nostalgic classic ride at Disney. As such, it generally has a super long line and you will probably need a fast pass unless you want to wait forever. This visit, it was a short wait so we went on it. It's basically a short trip through the story where you are flying through the scenes on a pirate ship. Cute and nostalgic if you don't have to wait long!
google avatar

Pam W.

Yelp
It's an old school ride but it's fun for the Disney fan. We don't often ride this ride because waits can be ridiculously long and the ride is just okay. Still, my 20 and 18-year-old daughters are fans so we burn a fast pass on this ride almost every trip. It's a classic with older animatronics and fluorescent paint to add some depth. This is not a thrill ride and you have to be a fan of classic Disney to appreciate it.
google avatar

Alyssa G.

Yelp
This ride makes my heart happy. It was my favorite ride to go on as a kid and now as an adult it still gives me that little kid excitement. The lines are usually long because it is considered to be a classic ride and for this reason I find it necessary to use a fast pass on this (sometimes it can take over an hour to get on the ride)- the ride itself is short and I can't stand waiting online for such a long time for a quick ride. For such an old ride- the attention to detail is quite amazing and I love how it directly aligns with the movie. I absolutely consider this a must see when I am in Disney. I love it.
google avatar

Andy V.

Yelp
Peter Pan's Flight, while not necessarily a thrill ride at all, it's definitely a cute ride and I enjoy taking the time to ride it. I was recently in the park during an after-hours event, while everyone was wanting to ride space mountain and other rides, this ride was empty so I jumped on because honestly, my feet were tired. The ride itself is fun. You do feel like you're flying. The ride gives you a view of the movie, Peter Pan. It's light-hearted and fun with some updates needed for sure, but there is something truly nostalgic about the ride that I wouldn't want them to change. It may not be a high speed ride. It may not be super current or new, but it's a classic and I wouldn't change a thing about it.
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
We arrived for rope drop and I had scheduled fast passes starting a bit later in the day. We did the other rides we wanted to do first, but noticed the wait for the one was 10 minutes. I had previously been on this ride, probably 15 years ago, but didn't remember it that well. As you wait in line, you wind through the house and the kids bedrooms. The vehicle you ride in looks like a ship. I'd describe this ride as very tame and unremarkable. You fly through Never Land in your buggy and witness various scenes from Peter Pan. This ride is showing it's age a bit and could use a refresher. I would not wait in line for this ride more than 20 minutes.
google avatar

Stacy F.

Yelp
So, I know I'm going against the grain here but I just can't find a reason to fall in love with this ride. Nostalgia? Sure. Whimsical? Sure. Worth the 90+ mine wait it always has? No. The recent revamp of this ride and it's queue definitely brought some life back to this one. They have both interactive and themed distractions once you've past the outside portion. They still cram everyone way too tight and way too close for way too long, in my opinion. For the actual ride you'll go over top a city scene then off to Neverland and back. It's dated and you are limited to what you can see by which side you sit on. There's no pictures and no store after. Overall: C- Dated, too long of a line and not enough excitement make this one a meh ride for me.
google avatar

Niki B.

Yelp
Favorite ride in the "kid" section. This ride is very calm, but takes you over the Peter Pan story. The details are amazing and I love how it seems like you're flying as you look out over the little lights of the city below. Great for all ages.
google avatar

Lorie L.

Yelp
This ride always has ridiculously long waits and that's the only reason to waste your fast pass on it. I've never understood it other than the ride has been around awhile and it's tradition. (My husband has fond memories) In standby you'll enjoy being inside the Darlings room and Tinkerbell comes to visit, opening drawers and activating toys. You can also play shadow bells - be mentally prepared since everyone else will hit them too! Sit 2-3 per flying boat as you visit Neverland and look down on the characters living there. The ride is very short and made for all ages to enjoy.
google avatar

Cynthia V.

Yelp
You can fly, you can fly, you can fly! When I think about rides that put a smile on my face regardless of how many times I ride it, Peter Pan immediately comes to mind. This is a classic, original Disney dark ride and in my book, it is the gold standard for Fantasyland dark rides. You board a boat and, just like magic, you begin to fly in the air above London on your way to Neverland where you can relive the childhood movie classic through various scenes. Even though the ride is "dated", it has so much charm and the animatronics and scenery is still some of the best in the park, in my opinion. Sometimes you can't beat the originals no matter what new technology comes around. Many reviews discuss the line, and that is this ride's biggest drawback. We don't get a fastpass for this ride, but it is usually the second or third ride for us in the day, so the line is only about 20min. I suggest securing a fastpass if you don't want to ride first thing in the morning or to hit this ride first/second (maybe Peter Pan then Snow White, or vice versa). Any way you do it, don't pass this one up!
google avatar

Brittany H.

Yelp
I've seen Peter Pan as a little girl but can only remember bits and pieces. As you sit in your boat, you begin to glide and fly through Neverland to see Captain Hook, Wendy, Peter, Tinkerbell, and the rest of the crew. It is dark for the most part but the works of the ride light up the room. And some parts of the ride are beautiful!
google avatar

Bess Z.

Yelp
Opinion of Ride: - This is a classic ride that meant a lot more to me when I came to Disney World at the age of 8. - As an adult, it simply sums up to a nice relaxing ride. There was very little wow factor, especially considering the wait times. - I thought that it was really clever how a staff would "sprinkle" pixie dust on your car as the ride began. Fast Pass (FP+) or Not: - If we are just simply talking wait times, then the answer is yes. - However, depends on whether you're interested in the theme or not. Wait times are up there with the Seven Dwarves, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Splash Mountain, but all of these rides I just mentioned are more "exciting" in comparison. Wait Times: - Wait times peaked at 1.5 hours during Black Friday but hovered around an hour throughout the day.
google avatar

Andrea A.

Yelp
I love this ride; this is the best character ride in Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom. The one downside though are the lines! Slowest moving line ever so you should strongly think about getting a fast pass. Riding Peter Pan's flight feels like you are in the movie- "Up up and away. Here we go"! The one thing about that line is that it gets stuck in your head. Standing in line though is kind of cool because there are a lot of things to see, like pictures of the characters on the wall and neat little props from the movie. Once you board your ship, you enter Wendy's bedroom and out through the window and into the sky; quick tip, Nana the dog can be spotted down below waving goodbye to you. Suddenly, you are flying over the city of London; the whole scenery is such an impressive sight; all the sparkling lights and the Tower of London too. What I love is flying over Neverland; the crocodile, the ship, the kids on the ship and Tinkerbell waving her magic wand in the air. This ride is beyond fun and definitely one of my favorites. Recommend for all children and for the young at heart too.
google avatar

Thomas P.

Yelp
The flight of London is always amazing. The rest of the ride is nice too. But the wait...oh man. Get a fast pass! Otherwise you might want to skip it.
google avatar

Katy C.

Yelp
I just have to say it, I don't like all the glowing neon / blacklight characters that have been added to all these older dark rides. I feel it gives a really cheesy look to these classic rides. That being said, I still think Peter Pan's Flight is really charming. I love the feeling of flying on the ship and going over the city of London at night! It's really fun and magical. Sure, the technology might be old, but if you can suspend disbelief and pretend to be a kid, it still shines for me. This ride has low capacity and standby wait times can get very long! I got a FastPass for this ride last time we were at Disney but you might be able to skip a super long line by rope-dropping it. My favorite scenes are the ones with the Lost Boys and the mermaids!
google avatar

Helene S.

Yelp
Flying Over London and Never Land since October 1, 1971 Love this "original" Fantasyland journey since the park opened. Brings back childhood memories for me and now for my daughters. Try to get a fast pass as the line was over two hours while we were there. Not sure that I would wait in line for this despite my fond memories. You can also see Peter Pan, Wendy and Tinker Bell in the Festival of Fantasy Parade.
google avatar

Cindy F.

Yelp
This old school rides brings me the feeling of nostalgia. Luckily on my last visit to the Magic Kingdom I had a fast pass to this ride, as the wait can be a killer. I love this ride, and I absolutely loved sharing it with my children on my last visit. I can't wait to go back.
google avatar

Rob M.

Yelp
Would I use a fast pass on this? - No, not without a kid The kid factor: GRADE B. The whole flight thing will seem neat to a child, but it will not be any kid's favorite or highlight. The line, ease of boarding, staff, and atmosphere: GRADE C. The line can be very long. Atmosphere didn't really stick out. Boarding is a moving platform. The ride overall / final thoughts: GRADE C. My friends really like this one a lot. I'm willing to pass it up, BUT it is a classic and my friends are mocking me because I didn't give it AT LEAST a 4.
google avatar

Jeff C.

Yelp
Four stars simply for being an absolute Walt Disney World classic creation based on one of their most famous movies. Nestled deep within the original Section of fantasyland it, you'll find it straight across from it's a small world. Now, you say but why four stars if it's such a Disney classic? Well, it is a Disney classic and my kids loved it for many many years but technology and show wise it's not the most thrilling thing in the world. Nostalgic? Absolutely. You wore the ride into small pirate ship like vessels that hang from the ceiling anywhere from 2 to 4 people depending on their size can fit into one of these little boats. In the span of just a couple minutes it'll arrive last it does A good job at summarizing and encapsulating the essence of the movie itself. You might be thinking, if it's lacking so much technology wise why four stars and why tell me to go there. It's quite simple... It's a Disney classic and you can't miss it. A trip to Walt Disney World resort and not hitting some of the key and iconic rides that based what ultimately would become the epicenter of Walt Disney world resort the Magic Kingdom! I would suggest yes and it simply one of three tactics. One, get there right at 9 o'clock in the morning before the lines get crazy. Two, get a fast pass... Depending on how important it is to you will determine whether or not you should utilize one of your fast passes if it's Uber important that you get on the Peter Pan then definitely grab a fast pass line gets very long. And finally three, go later in the evening after the fireworks a lot of people clear out the part and you're fine wait times to be pretty reasonable especially ones that are going to Bass for Kids. All in all, I love Disney. If you read it read this much in your review for this ride then you probably left is the two. If that's the case it goes without saying that you got to do it you just got to do it... Peter Pan? Tinker Bell? Captain Hook? Tick-tock crock... These are essential parts of childhood, so if you love it go!!

Yelp
Brief Description: Another indoor, room-to-room conveyor ride, this one comes with the twist of "flying", as opposed to floating or rolling. You begin in the Darling family's house before taking a relaxing trip in a flying pirate ship over London and off to Never-Never Land. You'll see some of your favorite characters, including Hook, Smee, and the croc. If you watch videos of this ride before going on it, know that it shows far better in person than it looks on a screen. Pleasant surprise in that regard. Pros: Little different take on the popular conveyor rides throughout Disney; young kids should love it; glow-in-the-dark colors and fun! Air-conditioned and interactive queue. Cons: For some reason, this ride is a Fast Pass must-have. Without it, you'll stand in a mile-long line, and even though that line is now interactive and air conditioned, my vote is that it's not quite worth the wait (at least a wait of more than 20-30 mins, which it commonly is). Ride rating: 2/5 Experience rating: 3/5
google avatar

Lana E.

Yelp
IF you have a fast pass and don't have to endure the queue (the queue is outside and it just winds around and around), this is well worth it! In the summer heat... any longer than half an hour-an hour wait, I'd pass.
google avatar

Aly W.

Yelp
Peter Pan's Flight was our first ride of the day. Supposedly the wait time was 40 minutes, but we were in and out within 20, and it flies by the time you're in the house. My boys loved playing in the queue. It really is enchanting with Tinkerbelle flitting about, and the shadow wall. The ride itself felt dated to me, but my boys thought it was awesome and loved sailing over the scenes. I would hit this ride early in the morning. Otherwise, I personally don't think it's worth a fast pass or long wait. Fantasyland in general is a great place to start the day, because you can hit a lot of rides and character meet and greets with minimal wait time.
google avatar

Lori B.

Yelp
My only complaint about Peter Pan's Flight is that the ride is too short! And the line is always LONG! While in queue for Its A Small World, a Cast Member told us that Peter Pan's Flight has the lowest per hour rider capacity in the Magic Kingdom, just over 1,000 in peak times. In comparison, It's a Small World has the highest capacity & can accommodate over 2,500 guests per hour. You must get a Fast Pass to avoid waits of nearly an hour throughout the day. As our day progressed and Mom & I were able to ride just about everything else that we'd wanted to (no roller coasters or big drops for her), we decided we couldn't miss Peter Pan. Using the MDE app, I was able to get our Fast Pass a couple of hours ahead for an 8pm arrival time. Since that's when Wishes began that night, we watched the show first then headed to Fantasyland. #ProTip: the standby line was the shortest it had been all day, under 15 minutes. But with our Fast Pass, we were able to board Peter Pan's Flight almost immediately. But it's definitely worth the wait!

Yelp
Let's be honest, the ride is outdated but that's what makes it so freaking nostalgic and amazing. The queue to be able to ride was over an hour and a half long (the longest line I stood in all day!). I rode it once and was satisfied. I feel Disney should try and re-vamp the queue line area. It's super, SUPER old and would be nice to have it more modernized with possibly more interactive things for everyone to enjoy while waiting (thank GOD for the A/C). Once you get on the ride, the scene is set in the Darling children's bedroom, then soaring over their neighborhood leads you to an aerial view of London. Finally, you end in Neverland. It's truly magical because this ride makes you feel like you're there and a part of it all!

Yelp
Peter Pan's Flight is a very different kind of dark ride. The pirate galleon ship is suspended from a track on the ceiling making it seem as if you're flying through the air over the scenes (once Tinkerbell dusts you with pixie dust). You can fly, you can fly, you can fly!!! It has a lot of fun scenes you travel over including London, Never Land & the mermaids swimming in the sea. My favorite scene is Captain Hook standing on the mouth of Tic Tock. This ride was opened on opening day of Disney World and honestly not much has changed since it first began! The line for this ride moves slowly and the line builds up fast. I recommend riding this first thing when the park opens and scheduling a fast pass if you'd like to ride again. Peter Pan's Flight is always one of my must dos at Magic Kingdom!

Yelp
This was our first stop on our first day at the Magic Kingdom. Yes, the nostalgia factor is high - but this is also a really great ride! The line is usually long - one of the longest in the park - but Peter Pan's Flight uses Disney's continuous loading design, so you'll move along pretty quickly. However, if you see a LONG wait time, opt for the Fast Pass. We did when it started to get backed up in the afternoon. You begin in the children's nursery in London... but are quickly flying off over the city. Who doesn't love this part? Your flying boat goes back and forth over downtown London a few times - enough to allow you a good view of all the detail below. Sure, there's Big Ben - but the most magical thing for me has always been the illusion that there are hundreds of little cars driving the streets below you. The downside of Peter Pan is, of course, that the ride is short. But, there's so much detail here that is simply is a must-see. During our recent trip, I believe we went four times... and I was noticing something new every time!

Yelp
I LOVE this ride! It's especially neat if you love the movie. It's inside Disney's Magic Kingdom near "It's a Small World". I'd say the stand by line is generally in the top 5 longest waits in MK-- worth it? If you've never been- yes. But since we have a season pass, I will only ride if I have a fast pass (you can get 3 a day to start with- FREE, and after you use those you can get more, one at a time). The ride itself is slow, so even very young riders can ride. It takes you on a journey through Peter Pan, with beautiful scenes and music. I've taken photos, but without the flash they don't come out well anyways. Definitely a must-ride in the park!

Yelp
I do love that this ride is directly about one of their movies. I didn't realize how much detail was put into it until I saw the pictures from other users. Peter Pan isn't my favorite Disney movie but I can appreciate how cool this ride would be for the numerous people who are a fan. My favorite part is the part where you fly over London. As a kid, I used to say I could see my house from up there. Don't ask why, I was a weird kid. I grew up riding this ride every visit so now I ride more like every other visit. I enjoy it.

Yelp
I though this was a great ride to take our young kids on. The wait time is unfortunate, however there's a lot to see as you work your way through the line and the kids enjoyed the interactive shadow wall. We tried to rope drop this ride FYI rat thing in the morning and it was still a 45 minute wait.

Yelp
Peter Pan, what's not to love? This is a must if you're visiting the Magic Kingdom, especially for the first time. The ride is short but sweet, and the set is a bit dated and hokey, but my oldest loved it, so we wound up going on quite a few times. She was delighted. After a few runs through however, I couldn't help but wish the experience was a bit longer for her sake. For all the time you have to wait on line (around 10-15 minutes with a fast pass and 30-60 without!), the actual ride itself takes somewhere around 4-5 minutes start to end. It just seems like a lot of waiting for a very small payoff. I also have to mention, Disney should really refurbish the ride a bit. It looks like it's straight outta 1952. Even "It's a Small World" looks more relevant than this relic.
