Petí Gastronomia

"This curious restaurant will come as a surprise, as it’s located in a small glass-fronted courtyard behind a large shop which specialises in fine arts. The young chef, who has already worked in some leading restaurants across Europe, crafts delicately presented, contemporary dishes using seasonal ingredients; all the time using the latest techniques to create fine textures and well-defined flavours. The menu offers several options and is changed every two weeks." - Michelin Inspector

Looking at these beautiful dishes one might think it costs a small fortune to eat at Petí — but it’s actually quite affordable! And if we eat with our eyes first, one is wonderfully satisfied as each dish arrives at the table. The full sequence of appetizer, entree and dessert is a true visual feast. This once all were artistically displayed in schemes of circles (see it in the pictures). Sitting before the window where dishes come out from the kitchen is a privilege, in watching the chef skillfully finalizing each plate like an artist working on a canvas. Last but not least, dishes are so tasty, with several textures and flavor combinations to intrigue the palate. Service is attentive and brings the right pace to the meal. Been here twice; both times had a lovely experience. Can’t praise it enough.

Really wonderful, enjoyable meal! Probably one of my favorite restaurants that I visited while in São Paulo. The menu is creative and unique. The concept here is you go and order a three course meal - starter, entree and dessert. You have the three options for both starters and entrees, and two options for dessert. All of the options are creative and intriguing! It was very enjoyable to go with my girlfriend and to be able to choose different plates, so we each got to try a bit of each other’s. Another very nice thing about the concept here is that the menu is changed and rotated every three weeks. You could come here once, and when you return, have completely different options and menu to choose from. The restaurant is decorated nicely, with a light and natural feel. To add further to the artistic feel this place gives, you not only walk through an arts supply store but also are given a placemat to draw on while seated and waiting on your food. All of the food was very good, with the highlight of the meal being the dessert for me. Cocktails were also VERY good. And finally, the espresso was perfect to finish off the meal. My only critique here was our service was mediocre the day we went. We felt a bit unattended to, and our server seemed a bit rushed/ambivalent. #peti #artistic #arts #gastronomy #sãopaulo #sampa #brazil #creative #creativegastronomy

Peti has just been awarded Bib Gourmand status by Michelin, which I think is very much deserved. They offer very creative and well prepared dishes at reasonable prices. It's one of our go-to places in São Paulo.

Very affordable innovative cuisine, ingredient combinations are interesting. Taste is a little overwhelming considering the effort put into presentation. Every customer gets a custom poem created by the waiter.

Victor Dimitrov is one the best chefs in São Paulo. Peti was his idea of having high gastronomy at low prices. His plates are always a good surprise. Price is very cheap for the quality if the food. The menu always has a meat, fish, and a natural choices. The success was so big that now they have 3 restaurants all of them with the same quality.

The first time I went was good, the second was not even ok and the third was just really bad. The food tasted bad. In my opinion, they make unfortunate combinations.
