I had such a wonderful experience with Andrea at this children’s clothing store. He was extremely patient and attentive, taking the time to understand what I was looking for and making thoughtful recommendations. His professionalism and kindness made shopping a real pleasure. My recent visit to the Petit Bateau store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris left me with mixed feelings and ultimately, disappointment. I must commend the sales assistant who helped me on the shop floor. She was incredibly kind, polite, and honest, providing excellent service and genuinely helping me find the items I needed. Her demeanor was a true highlight of the experience. However, the positive impression quickly dissolved at the checkout. The cashier processed my transaction without mentioning a significant 50% discount that was clearly applicable to my purchase. It felt like a deliberate attempt to overcharge me. Only after I pointed out the discrepancy was the discount applied, and the correct amount refunded. While I appreciate that the money was eventually returned, the incident left a very bitter taste. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of transparency and an apparent attempt at deception, especially in a store of this reputation. It makes me question the integrity of their checkout process. I hope Petit Bateau addresses this issue, as it severely undermines the efforts of their otherwise wonderful sales staff. This experience makes me hesitant to shop there again.

Andrea helped us when we needed clothes for the baby. He was super friendly and took care of everything we needed. It was a super shopping experience. We highly recommend him.

Store was decent for a quick shopping stop for my kids, they don’t have a lot of options. Pretty limited collection. Also, they didn’t have air running in the store, had fan on floor all over to kewl it down.

We are visiting Champs Elysee, and we stopped at Petit Bateau and we have a great experience with Andrea! Merci Andrea!!! I hope to come back soon

I had a very good shopping experience with my 8-year old son at the Petit Bateau boutique les champs-Élysées , with a dedicated and professional sales team, and a nice Autumn collection for children!

I went in looking for a couple new dresses for my daughters. Andrea at the Champs Élysées location was very helpful in obtaining a fitting room and helping organize the items we were keeping and items that needed to be returned to display. The young lady at the register was also very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful baby clothes, albeit a little pricy. Reminded me of Gap, but priced higher.
