It's a cozy small place at the end of C. de la Cava Baja street. There will be a few tables and an open bar where servers take your order and you can choose to sit in.
As the name goes, it's famous for its tortillas, and they are runny, fresh, hot, and delicious. Being a vegetarian who consumes eggs, I opted for the Tortillas de Patata and the Croquettes Boletus y Trufa, with a local beer. It wasn't expensive and since I was alone, I sat at the bar table to munch it down.
I visited on a weekend morning and the place was packed with a small queue outside. Once you step in, if you are a group, find an empty table and let one of the group go ahead to place an order.
They have several options in tortillas and croquettes, and I could see most of the orders placed for Brie, Trufa y Jamon (Brie cheese, turffle and ham).
It's a wonderful place to socialise if you are an extrovert with narrow spaces between the tables.
